Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

Upright Garage door was a great company to work with. I received a response within an hour of contacting them when my garage door decided to start ripping. They came out and did an estimate and unfortunately we had to change out the whole door, but it was 20 years old. They were fairly priced and  did the job very quickly. Would highly recommend them. I woke up and discovered that the spring on my double door (I have a three car garage) was broken.  I searched AngliesList and settled on this company. They said their hours were 12:00am to 11:30pm so I called at 5am and, much to my surprise, someone answered the phone!  I mentioned the coupon I could buy for a better discount and was told that I could do that but they wouldn't be able to come out for 2 days. I needed to get a car out of that side so I scheduled service for that day.  They said they would show up between 11:00 and 1:00 and they were true to their word.

The tech was professional and started the conversation off by telling me that the manager told him to honor the discount coupon even though he didn't have to - needless to say I was delighted.  He removed the single spring on the double door and replaced it with a double spring. He also replaced the 20+ year old rollers with new ones that have sealed bearings.  As we were chatting I pointed out the 23 year old opener on the single door and asked if he had time to replace it. He did and he gave me what I believe was an OK price (not the deal of the year but reasonable).

After he was finished (about 3 hours total time) he explained everything to me and talked me through the process of linking my car's HomeLink to the new opener - he would have done it for me but that car wasn't on the property.  

Everything works perfectly and the doors have never been so quiet.  He didn't try to upsell me on anything which I appreciated (a neighbor had a broken spring and wound up paying over $2,000 for a new door, tracks, spring, rollers, and opener with a different company).

Josh came out for an estimate on a gate repair. He was prompt and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. He returned a week later and performed the necessary  welding to hang the gate. After hanging the gate he adjusted both sides to ensure smooth opening and closing.
We are very happy with the results.
