I lost the second key to my jeep a while ago and I used Yelp's "request a quote" feature to find out who could make me a new one. Although it wasn't an emergency I got a prompt response from Pop-a-lock and a competitive quote. They also offer a warranty which others didn't. Aaron came out later that day and within minutes I had a new key that works and looks just like my original. I may have saved a few bucks going to Amazon and then a locksmith but the experience and guarantee are well worth a few extra dollars. And their price was about half of what my dealership quoted.

Johnny came quick when I locked myself out.  Cost me $85 bucks but it was worth not breaking a window.  Good guy.

Absolutely, "woo-hoo, as good as it gets," but Jeff deserves more than five stars--I'd say no fewer than 10. He saved us a good chunk of money, completed the work like a true perfectionist who places the highest value on customer service and satisfaction, and made me laugh. Really, it doesn't get better than that.

We needed a keyed lock installed on an old Arcadia door, and other locksmiths I spoke with gave me the impression that our only option was replacing the existing handset. Jeff, however, said he'd have to see the door before he could recommend a solution. Well, he looked at it and said that all we needed was a keyed cylinder added to the existing handset, saving us money on both time and materials.

Even though the retrofit, because of the door's age and the condition of the door frame and track, took longer than he'd originally estimated, Jeff didn't charge more and worked through the challenges patiently and persistently and with good humor, and he taught me everything about the door and the lock that he could along the way. The new keyed lock looks and works great--and I now know how to clean an Arcadia door's track.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

My 2013 Ford Focus key disappeared in Scottsdale this weekend and after a futile search for it, went on a hunt for a locksmith to come rekey it. I called Todd in an attempt to save a few $$ from the extensive list of locksmith's that the rental company provided and he told me that he would be the one of the few in the area that would have the correct equipment to replace a key like that.

He was right. After calling every single locksmith on the list, most of whom guaranteed they could do it and could not, Todd came out and made the key. Even though it was an expensive, annoying inconvenience to have to get a new key, Todd's humor and expertise made a crappy situation, so much better and had a key made for me in no time. He also worked with my schedule as I had to get the rental back to California that evening.

I highly recommend Alcatraz Locksmith if you ever need keys! Todd is awesome!

The Lock Shop always responds very quickly to our call. We are a church and when we need something it us usually asap. Beside responding quickly, the workmanship is excellent, friendly and professional. They are the best!

My wife and I have been living in Sun City for exactly a year now. When we purchased our house the locks and locksets were really messed up - The "flippers" who refurbished our home apparently didn't want to spend much time or money on proper, high quality, high security locks. We needed to have the house re-keyed anyway just for security concerns as there's no telling who might have duplicate keys out there. Anyway, we called Ace Locksmith because they are local, and we prefer to deal with local people when we do something like this (locks, pest control, alarms, etc.). Our locksmith tech Bo, a very nice young man, arrived promptly, took a look at what we needed, and then went right to work. He already had everything he needed in his truck and was finished within the hour. We now have a house that has better locks that work better. Thank you Bo for your fast and courteous service. You have given us both peace of mind!

I found United Lock Service on Angie's List with an Angie's "A" rating and 869 positive reviews. Nathan was prompt to respond and professional in every way. Very punctual and even called when he was in route with his ETA. I encountered a residential lockout with my detached garage and recently lost the wireless garage clicker as well. It was impressive to watch Nathan open my door so quickly. The lock now works better and smoother than before and I will be using United Lock Service for a complete rekey of all locks in the future based on this experience and finding a locksmith I can trust. Thanks for the outstanding service and highly recommend!

Gave this place a shot based off the reviews. Had an issue with the tech with how much he was going to charge me. He was late and did not call to let me know he was running behind. Took about an hour of me standing outside my home locked out in the heat. It was unpleasant in AZ HEAT as everyone knows! After speaking with the owner he gave me a discount and made it right. I appreciate the discount and would most likely refer them. But only when speaking to a manager. Tech was not very friendly. :/ hope sometime else has better luck!

I would highly recommend this locksmith to anyone! The quote was direct and all inclusive with no funny business. John came out within a reasonable time and was quick (and I got two new keys).  

Other companies I was calling were charging a "service" fee to just drive out, then I would get a quote once they got here.  No thank you to hidden fees and charges!

Not sure if I can rightfully review Assist as I did not spend any money with them. That's because when I called Joe and told him that my lock had essentially exploded inside my door, and that I had done as much as I could, he asked me to send a picture. He called me back about 5 minutes later and told me that he could be out the next day, but I had come so far with what I had done that he could probably talk me through the rest of it. He explained what I needed to do next and in about 15 minutes, I had resolved the problem. A lot of other service people would have known that I almost had it fixed but still come out and charge me for an hour service call. I can guarantee you that Joe will get my next paying job.
