My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

Occasionally, scheduling can be a bit hectic when multiple specialists are on the job, but Juan is responsive to feedback and his team improves after each trip.

Robert and his team did a fantastic job power washing, sanding and staining our decks, stairs, walkways and bocce court!  They look brand new!   Robert is prompt, professional, and is skilled in the work he does.  He was always available via phone whenever I had a question.  One time I called and he answered while he was up on a ladder in the middle of a job (he answered just to say he would give me a call back)- now that is some dedication to good customer service! His prices are very fair, and he keep us updated on his progress by sending pictures of the work being done on our vacation home.  I would highly recommend Robert and united paint and stain to any homeowner or vacation home owner!

We were in need of handyman service to replace the ceiling on our patio and checked Yelp as always. After reading the history and learning they were a family-run business, we called B4 and After. Ruben returned our call promptly and scheduled a time to come look over the project. We weren't sure what to do with the ceiling but we needn't have worried. Ruben came up with a great idea and his quote was very reasonable. Work began the following week and was completed in time for a cookout we had scheduled. In fact, Ruben worked into the evening the night before to be sure the project was done in time. His workmanship was excellent and instead of being an embarrassment the ceiling is now a source of pride. We would highly recommend B4 and After!

Stan did a great job on about 7 different repairs I needed including leveling & caulking a tub that had detached, replacing toilet shut off valve, re-caulk my windows, reinstall a floor transition, replace spring loaded hinges, and replace a drain pipe. Then on a second job he was able to complete  an exterior stem wall repair and paint while I was out of town. All tasks showed good workmanship and he's clearly detail oriented.​

Great company with outstanding service and communication.  We will use them on the future as the need arises.

I contacted Geremey due to an aging roof that was in desperate need of repair. I contacted 3 different companies, all who wanted me to wait for a few weeks just for them to come out. With the rain we've had, I couldn't wait that long. Geremey was very responsive and understood my needs. He came out that afternoon and had the job done quicker than I anticipated. My neighbor is a home inspector and he even said this is one of the best roofs I've seen. Travis and Lisa painted our home exterior and also did some interior painting. They were fast, reliable, detailed, and very reasonably priced. Good, honest people with a great work ethic. I'd recommend them without hestitation.

Had a remodel to do on our kitchen. Would loved to have used these guys for my project. They are in high demand and booked up. They redid the valley areas they work in, so being on the NW side of town was too far away for them to do the work for me. Support the vets!

Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team.  One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

Russ, Rob, and their crew painted the interior of our Maricopa home and I couldn't be more pleased.

I haven't dealt with them personally but I'm cleaning up a job that they totally screwed up for a client of mine. I was unable to do the job and he was looking to get it done in a speedy fashion so he called silverback. In the end I'm redoing it all.
