Got a smart lock installed by cactus.  I felt the price for install was A-ok but with gas prices being higher now I believe it works out to be fair.  I definitely did not want to install myself and mess up my manicure or risk doing it incorrectly.  The fun part was locking my door from my phone.

Had Victor come out for a standard re-keying with a couple of fixes for the doors not latching properly as well. It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. Overall great service and well worth getting it done professionally!

Service was prompt, professional, and exceptionally courteous.  Our technician, Alfie, not only changed our locks but was able to complete small repairs within solid the doorknobs & lock chambers.  Alfie advised us on which of the knobs/lovkd will need to be replaced in the foreseeable future in our older home.  We highly recommend him & Pop-A-Lock

Fast, friendly, and a great price.  I had a Thule attachment locked onto the roof of my van.  (Lost the keys:()  Other locksmiths said i would have to contact the manufacturer.  Ugh!!  Not "The Lock Shop" they had it done in minutes.  Kudos.

Bo was great. He arrived same day and completed the service also the same day. He answered all of my questions and performed the service faster than what I expected. First of all if you have a sign on your door that say you are open till 5pm be there!!!!    So then when i finally got their earlier in the day, i was really surprised that the old guy that say he owns the place is such a grump.   I have had keys made in the past and the young lady that works their is so friendly.  I must have woken him up from his nap.  I am sorry I didn't spend a ton of money at your place, but I will never spend 1 more $ there ever again.   AVOID VERY RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL

I really think some of these small business owner need to realize what customer service really is all about.

I had my purse stolen and my house keys were in it. I messaged Sitton through Yelp and got a reply within 5 minutes. Jon came over within a couple of hours and rekeyed my locks. He went above and beyond by greasing and lubing a couple of my older locks so they work even better than before. He was courteous, professional, fast, and very reasonably priced. Found the absolute best locksmith last night when I was locked out of my home. Tom gave great customer service! He arrived when he said he would, and could not have been nicer or more professional. The job turned out to be more complex than initially anticipated, but he persevered and got me into my home. He took time to help explain to me what had happened, and told me exactly what I needed to do next to replace my broken lock. I was quoted a price up front, but because it was a more complicated job than initially thought, it was a bit more expensive, but I had expected that; and the increase was very minor. Tom's prices are very fair, and I would absolutely hire them again next time I'm in need. I highly recommend this company! Thank you, Tom!
