Prompt courteous service in replacing a lock that had broken and locked us out of our garage! They advised us to first purchase a replacement lock and came out the next morning.

Arthur was a total life-saver! I lost my car keys and didn't have a spare so was without transportation and needed a new key made (without the original obviously) as soon as possible. Arthur was prompt in answering my request on Yelp, provided a very reasonable and affordable quote for the product and labor/travel, and was at my house within 30 minutes of a phone call. Tried to set up an appointment. He was responsive at first. Then stopped replying. Even offered him an extra $20 to come service next day. No answer.

First, I telephoned after 3 PM and spoke to Taylor.  She made me feel secure and the pricing she gave felt honest, as well as excellent.  It is a family owned business and so her brother, Jeff, came to my home.  And...it was the same day, about 20 minutes later!  Unheard of!!!  I was so happy with the excellent work Jeff did, very thorough, very kind, very personable, just an overall excellent experience!  
I would refer The Lock Shop, Jeff, to anyone who needs any type of locksmith work completed.  He is very knowledgeable, kind and efficient!!! I am very grateful I phoned The Lock Shop!  After I had phoned another business and felt as though I was being lied to :(

I called around to many different locksmiths and they could not even give me a ballpark with pricing. It was very annoying to try and figure out with them how much it would be to re-key my home that I had just moved into. Carol at Mr Lockout was the only helpful and clear locksmith company that I talked to. The prices are great, they cant be beat. Stormy came out and she was such an awesome person. She is very positive, happy and a perfectionist which is what you want with anyone working on your house. I would highly recommend this company.

Best locksmith ever! Gave me a quote to have some locks rekeyed and due to some complications John had to come back. He didn't charge me extra and did additional research on some tricky European locks to complete the job. Easy to communicate with and very prompt. Would highly recommend to anyone!

As a Realtor being able to have other agents access my listings is of upmost importance,  so when I was told a fellow Realtor had taken or lost the key to my listing it was imparitive I get a replacement immediately to keep the showings active. I called and Bo answered,  I described the situation and he told me he would call me back as soon as he was on his way. United Lock Service is the most honest, dependable, and reasonably priced locksmith in the area. Nathan was ontime and he even called me to let me know he was on the way so I didn't have to sit around and guess what time he was coming. He was professional, efficient, and didn't try to up sell me. I highly recommend him for all your lock smith needs.

It's Sunday and this company is obviously much wiser and reasonable. He negotiated a price without breaking the bank and was right on the ball when I was asking for a quote through yelp. I will use him in the future and would recommend them in an instant. You'll find a quick response and pleasant demeanor with Scottsdale Locksmithing.

Bell Lock and Safe is awesome! John was at my house in less than 20 minutes to fix a broken door knob and had the job done in less than an hour! He was professional, nice and went above and beyond, making sure my door was working correctly before he left. He also wore a mask which I appreciate. The price was very reasonable, I really could not ask for better service! I will contact Bell Lock and Safe for any future locksmith needs and you should too!! :)

The times in which we live - especially in the world of real estate. As a very excited first-time home buyer on my closing day I was handed 15-20 keys for 8-10 different locks around the property. Even having a log of which key number goes to which lock my brain turned into scrambled eggs. I knew I was going to need to get the house rekeyed with the hopes of being able to have one key work for all of the locks around the house.

Called to get quotes from a few places and the person who answered for North Valley Locksmith was very friendly. He even took my call while on a construction site (never too busy for potential new clients). Originally wanted to try and schedule something over the weekend I received a follow-up call from Wade who said he could actually make the appointment same day later in the evening. He showed up on time and ready to work. Talked about my dad being a vet and how crazy real estate is right now, but he even brought towels to not mess up my new tile floors. Took him about an hour but got everything squared away.

About 15 minutes after Wade left I was locking up the place and could not get the front screen door to fully lock. I thought maybe something was wrong with a spring. Called Wade and he came back over within 20-25 minutes. Turns out I was the dummy - he locked the security door on the first attempt. Now I know I need to push the door in before locking it. Gave him a $20 for his gas to come back when I was in the wrong but was still very respectful the entire time.

Clean, professional, competitive pricing, quick turnaround time, and got the job done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

They came and rehabbed a front door latch & got it working beautifully.  Got a non working knob handling like new!  I highly recommend!!
