Like the other reviewer said, if you show up to the actual shop you'll be attended by a jerk.
Next time I will just have the van come out to me instead of going to the actual store.

Yup, I am one of those people that goes alot on customer reviews and star ratings, and I will read every review.  I called for a rekeying, received a quote, made the appt. Carol came out, took care of my doors, even gave me a tip on how to care for my locks/deadbolts. Best part, the "price was right."  If the need arises again this company will definitely have my business.  I will also highly recommend to others in need of a locksmith.

I needed my rental property rekeyed and made an appointment with West Valley Lock and Key. A lot of other companies give you a 4-6 hour window and still show up late (in my experience!) so I was very happy to get a one hour window. The tech was a little late but the company was very responsive when I called to find out when he would arrive and I was told he was wrapping up another job. He called me immediately after to give me his ETA and was very apologetic for being late.  No biggie, like I said, most locksmiths I've used have been a lot less accommodating for appointment windows and on top of that, this place is much more affordable. Their trip charge was significantly lower than other quotes I got and the other fees were very reasonable as well. The tech was very professional when he arrived and super quick!  They offer a discount for return customers as well. I need a locksmith at least once a year and this will now be my company of choice!

We had our new house completely re-keyed. In 40 minutes all of the locks were re-keyed, the locks were locking and unlocking better than before and duplicate keys made. I would not hesitate to use United Lock Service again.

I went in my backyard to use the pool and my sliding glass door latched and locked me out. I called and Sharon and Steve came out as quickly as they could to get me back in the house since the front door was also locked. All while being mindful of the AZ heat and making sure I would be okay until they got to the house. Thankfully I had a pool and some ice water to hold me over until they arrived. They were so friendly and truly went above and beyond. Once he got me in the front door he so generously looked at the sliding glass door to do what he could to help keep it from sticking until a sliding glass door repair company could come out. Can't say enough great things about this company! I'll be sure to use in the future if I ever need!
