I have never written a review ever on Yelp, however after the great job and service I received from Alex and his staff I feel as if this is the least I can do. Alex is a very personable person who will go the extra mile to make sure that you are completely satisfied with their service. Do yourself a favor and call them when you need your gate restored / repaired.

I called security garage door to install a complete set of new doors. Frank was so professional and did an amazing job(my doors look beautiful!) My neighbor also chose to use them to fix their broken opener and they were very pleased as well. I would definitely refer this company because of their great customer service and will be using them again as needed.

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! I could not be more grateful! Just when you think honest companies didn't exist anymore....sometimes you're blessed enough to find a gem like Alpha Commercial. Skip the quotes- hire these folks! My side yard service gate needed the spring reattached and latch repaired. I scheduled the repair for the following week and Alex the repair tech called 30-min prior and arrived just as scheduled.

He had all the tools and bolts needed to fix the gate and added a latch cord so I could easily open the gate. Repairs cost $100. Very happy to have the gate working.

I had a fence that had been broken and could find no one to fix it. I called Rusty and he was very accommodating, accessible, and helpful. He came up to my place and fix it in no time at a very reasonable rate. He is honest, caring and does a bang up job on fixing fences. It was a vinyl fence and very hard to find someone to do this kind of work. Thank you Rusty for changing the look of our property!

These guys are terrific, we started out with a fairly simple gate project, and then once started, headed off in a whole new direction. The end result was stunning. Our gates are beautiful and get nice comments from the neighborhood. There were a few snags along the way as the project evolved, but Scott and his crew overcame the obstacles and delivered beautiful finished product!

Darrell gave me a great price for my backyard block wall. It was completed in two days. It looks amazing! Darrell and his workers did a great job and great cleanup! I'm so happy with my experience with Darrell and Airborne Masonry.

I have had both my garage door motors replaced as well as the door gaskets by Grease Monkey. These guys are great. Prompt, professional and responsive. I had one service call on the equipment installed. Same excellent customer experience. I wish all the contractors I have dealt with were this good.

I sent photos to Joshua to see if he could repair a broken weld joint on my fence.  He stated that would not be a problem.  He attempted to weld the fence on October 5, 2020.  The weld joints failed that day when I returned home.  He already collected $175.00 dollars for the job.  I called him immediately and notified him that joint failed that he needed to correct the problem.  He agreed that he would come back on October 7, 2020 to repair the weld joint.   His second attempt also failed.  The pictures indicate his 1st and 2nd attempt to repair the weld joint.

He left the job site without contacting me telling me and telling me that he was not able to correct the problem.  I spent two days trying to reach him and he stated that I friend would repair the fence for him since he was working in the area.  His friend never contacted me.  Joshua also stated that his other machine to repair the fence was at another job site.  This statement turned out not to be true.  He did not have another machine.  In addition, he stated that the machine that he used was too small to do the job.  As a professional who does this a living you would think he should have known this prior to accepting the job.

Joshua never returned my phone calls or text.  I gave him an option to refund my money of $175.00 dollars or take a bad review on Yelp.  He chooses to take the money and the bad review.  He did honor his word or the warranty that he committed to.  I would not recommend them.

This team is great. I had two other companies look at my installation issue and they could not figure it out. Arizona's Garage Door Doctor not only figured it out but did it within a couple hours at a very reasonable price.

The company left a flier on our front door indicating that they fix garage doors and gates. Since our gate is in need of repair I decided to give them a call and set an appointment for 1 - 4 on a Friday afternoon. We'll 4:00 on Friday passes and I get a phone call apologizing for not showing up as their guy called in sick. Ok fine, would have been better to get a call earlier in the day but these things happen.

So I set an appointment for the following Tuesday from 11 - 1. This time, not only were they a no show but I didn't even get a call. Why do through the trouble and expense of getting doorknob flyers printed and distributed if you're not even going to show up? Twice.

My gate is still in need of repair but I've moved on.
