We have been a licensed business owner in the flooring industry for 15 years.  For the first couple of year we gave our customers with stone finishes a list of several different cleaning and sealing companies in the valley.  Most turned out to be incompetent, overpriced, lacking in industry knowledge, or rude to our customers.  When we found this company we were elated.  Every customer loved them and we found them more than knowledgeable and helpful when we would call with a question.  For the past ten years Beyond Stone Solutions has been our go to sub-contractor for cleaning and sealing projects from grout cleaning and sealing in Buckeye to high end natural stone surfaces in Paradise Valley, and beyond.  Dan, Lisa, Sue, and everyone else I have dealt with are true professionals and we appreciate their knowledge and expertise.

After our house flooded from a blown water tank, the process of getting things back to normal was not always easy. One of the bright spots was working with Optimum Home Solutions. From the minute Joe answered the phone, we were so impressed by the level of attentive service and professionalism. The on-time carpentry and painting crews were equally impressive - excellent workmanship for us discerning customers. This is a solid, well-run business. And one that we'll definitely call in the future for any updates to our home.

I typically only do reviews for exceptionally good or exceptionally bad products and services.  Mediocre service isn't worth mentioning.  That being said, Adis is absolutely exceptional!!  When we removed our carpet to install laminate flooring, we found an expansion joint that had lifted, making it impossible to do the install. Adis not only provided the concrete grinding but also applied the leveling compound at almost the same price another company quoted me just for the concrete grinding.  We were able to start the installation the next day on our like new, completely level floor.  Adis is a perfectionist who will do the job right at a fair price no matter what is takes.  While we did the install ourselves this time, his company does flooring sales and installation, as well as concrete coating, grinding, and leveling.  Premier Concrete Resurfacing is the only company I will hire to handle my flooring needs.  Thank you, Adis!

Where to start? I went to a big box store because they advertised Free Installation! Free Stairs! Free! Free! Free! Got the quote back and it was over $11,000. (We have a big house). Feeling slightly defeated, I went into Brandi Carpet. Chris was amazing. He *really* knows his carpet. I picked out one I liked and he scheduled the measurement. Just as Chris thought, the big box over-measured by 30 square yards, which added up to about $1k before taxes. Got an estimate back from Chris that was more than $3,000 less. He scheduled me, told me who would install the carpet and when. They just finished yesterday and the house looks AMAZING. The installers were so awesome. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome and I'm ridiculously happy that I supported small business vs a big corporation. Thanks, Chris!

Fantastic Service!! Jon was absolutely wonderful. He came to our house, did an evaluation on our floors, gave us a quote, and within a week we had our new. floors. Prices were more than fair and the quality of the floors were top notch. Clear Choice Flooring is the ONLY choice for us for now on. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends.

I am really happy with the job Sir Grout did on my slate walk-in shower. The walls needed its regular clean and reseal. Brian came and did an estimate and it was a fair price. The tech was a nice, polite young man who did a terrific job on the slate. I am really happy with the result. The natural blue/green beauty of the slate reemerged! Thanks so much.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Martine, you and your brother were so wonderful to me and my family.  Thank you for being so accommodating when we needed to take the dogs outside or leave the house, all while showing us where to step :).  Thank you, Patty, for continuously checking in on the job to check the progress and my general well-being.  You are truly a gem.  This company uses in-house tile installers and they showed up every day when they said they would.  Our job was just over 1,000 square feet (the entire downstairs of our 2-story home) and they completed it in just 4 days.  Thank you Floors n More for an overall great experience.  We are in still in awe every time we come home and look at the transformation from carpet to tile! Proline Flooring is by far one of the best flooring company to work with. Great at communicating, reliable, and the craftsmanship is always great. The guys came in, they knew what you want and start working. Proline Flooring did my shower. It came so much better than I expected. They over achieve my expectations on this project. They had great ideas how to design my shower as well!! Can't wait to recommend them to  family and friends.

It's refreshing to know there are still business professionals out there like Kyle. You could not have someone in your home who is more communicative, honest, dependable, trustworthy, and skilled. We entrusted Kyle unmonitored access to our home to install hard wood flooring of our upstairs hallway and loft. The process was stress free and fast! From initial to quote to installation, the entire job was completed in less than three weeks. Also of note, Kyle is who actually does the work! So many times you hire a company and never see the same "professional" once installation begins, which is not the case with Kyle. Kyle's the one that shows up, on time and actually completes the project. We cannot recommend Kyle and Illustrious Hardwoods enough!

I bought a house and renovated the flooring and baseboards throughout. Marin,Pete, Jonas and the whole team from sales, demolition, to installation were great to work with. They are hard workers, excellent craftsman and good businessmen. Their price is fair and they keep their word. A pleasure to work with an organization such as they have in this era of 'buyer beware' contractors. I highly recommend you talk with them if you are thinking of  renovating your floors.

Outstanding job and extremely impressed with this company. What I really liked is they have their own company workers that do the work and not subcontracting or picking up extra help as the job requires. They are very busy and had to wait a few months before they came out the the entire bathroom shower renovation was superb. They were professional, efficient, and respectful to include cleaning up well afterwards. My definite go-to renovation company and you won't go wrong hiring them. Thank you.

From the moment we walked in the store til after installation we've had nothing but great service. Roy is an excellent design consultant and takes great pride in helping you every step of the way. Roy Bracamonte deserves a raise and or promotion for how excellent he is! Again we truly thank you in helping us finish up our nursery and excited to welcome our first baby into the room with the extra plush carpet!

5 STARS for the QUALITY of the WORK and the Finished FLOOR, AND ANOTHER 5 Stars for the EXCELLENT SERVICE provided By SHANE and his STAFF!!!  In one word; The floor is "PERFECT", And we could not be happier.  Shane is a man of his WORD!  I had shopped around and compared a couple other companies, but NOT ONE even came close to the online reviews ARMOR-KOTE has.  And The guys are true professionals!! They were ON TIME, with no surprises, and exactly as advertised.  We chose the "Saddle Tan" color and went with the Full-Poly Coat X2... Shane said from day one; "If you are not happy, we will fix it!"

So, that night I combed the floor with a magnifying glass to find any small imperfection for 30 mins and could only find a tiny recess in the concrete, the size of a dime... (almost as if a "bubble" had settled") I TOLD SHANE that evening that I could live with it and I that was thrilled!  BUT Shane would NOT settle for anything less than PERFECT, AND SENT HIS CREW out AGAIN the next morning to make it PERFECT.  They even went above and beyond to satisfy my request to "seal up" the small drip line underneath the garage door to make a PERFECT seal.  My Garage Floor is BEAUTIFUL, and I have the Peace of Mind with a Lifetime Warranty.  I can not say enough good things about this company.

I called Mike to request a quote to replace ~900 sq ft of tile, carpet, and laminate with a single laminate throughout. He came out the very next day to provide a quote and scheduled me for a couple weeks later. Mike immediately made me feel comfortable about the whole process and was very professional. He even pointed out things that the others I obtained quotes from missed so I knew he was trustworthy and experienced.

Rob and crew started the job on a Monday and were completely done by Wednesday afternoon- much quicker than expected! Rob is clearly a perfectionist and treated every aspect of the job as if he were doing it for his own home.

I also had the tile around my fireplace replaced which the crew did a beautiful job on. Again, an incredibly friendly and professional team.

The team left the place spotless and Mike came by himself to inspect the final product and to ensure that we were completely satisfied.

Overall- excellent customer service, quality work with great attention to detail, and fair pricing. Every person we interacted with at Abel was wonderful. We are VERY happy with our flooring and are so glad we called Abel! Thank you Mike, Rob, and team!!

Valley Tile Removal rocks.  We had them out on 2 different occasions during our remodel.  The quality of the work Andrew and crew does is fantastic.  They were very careful with our cabinets to ensure they would not be damaged during the tile removal process.  They work very hard for the money and certainly take pride in their work.

What most impressed my about Valley Tile Removal was their cleanup after the job was complete.  We own a cleaning company here in Phoenix and would hire these guys in a heartbeat.

These young men should be very proud of their business conduct, the quality and detail they provide, and their customer service.  Good job guys!!!

Big thank you to Anthony for doing such a great job at my house. I had Anthony reseal a concrete BBQ countertop, seal some pavers in my backyard, & epoxy my garage. A+ job all around and very happy with the result. Anthony is honest, upfront, pays close attention to detail, & keeps you informed throughout the process. I love this company!
