I do not recommend this business.Dan came out to give an estimate on cleaning and sealing pavers.Because of the extent of efflorescence, he suggested soda blasting or in the alternative placing travertine pavers above the existing brick pavers. He took photos and measurements and promised to provide an estimate for sealing the pavers, as well as a name of a contractor for soda blasting. He indicated we could then price out our best solution. Well, two weeks later and nothing. In a follow up call to the business, Lisa was not helpful, offering only excuses and advised the estimate would not be forthcoming. Horrible customer service.

I can't say enough good things about Optimum Home Solutions. I requested a quote for tile installation via their website and got an almost immediate response from Joe. He clearly explained the various steps in the process and what additional costs could be involved depending on the condition of the subfloor. This initial communication made me confident in my decision to hire them for my project. The excellent communication continued through the contract process, scheduling, and the actual work itself. Joe and Jeana were always available to answer my questions (and I must have had 100!). The crew that did the work did an incredible job - the quality of the installation is outstanding, the guys were super nice and fun to work with, and they completed it ahead of schedule. I love my new flooring and am so happy I chose Optimum Home Solutions.  Thank you Joe, Jeana, Timothy, Luis, and Sergio for bringing my vision to life.

Last year, my driveway (which looks like bare concrete) began showing what looked like calcium rising to the surface (I think it's called efflorescence) and the surface started peeling away in spots.  My handyman/ contractor was confident that he could resurface & paint my driveway.  He did his best but after a few months, the driveway started peeling again. In hindsight, I should have hired someone with the right expertise.  

Early this year after doing a Yelp search, I was directed by another contractor to Adis. He felt strongly that my handyman had made things worse but he was confident he could make it look significantly better and he did.  There were a few delays but they were due to materials he needed taking longer to arrive than originally quoted to him. I decided to wait a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see how it looked over time and am happy to report that it still looks great.  He's honest and straightforward, and I highly recommend Adis for this type of work and I see he does a lot more than just driveways. Let him help you and you won't regret it.

So I waited a couple of weeks after installation for something to go wrong... And it didn't. My experience working with Brandi Carpets was excellent. Justin was great sales person, Chris was great touching base with me regarding payment, the two gentlemen (can't remember their names - father and son) were on time and very efficient and professional. They even helped me look for my lunatic nervous cat. It was a joy watching a man vacuum the carpets after they were finished. :-)  The carpet is fabulous! Overall a great experience. We contracted Clear Choice to put some tile in our house upstairs, about 1200 ft.² of it. It was a very big job. I looked around and got quotes from other places for about two weeks and clear choice came in lowest. From the moment I contacted them, through the quote process and through installation they were very communicative and professional. They were even able to install tile that I had already picked out in order to match what I had existing.. and picked it up and delivered it for free. I dealt with John throughout the quote process and he was very professional, always getting back with me promptly. He even drove to my house in Peoria all the way from Gold Canyon so that I could put down a deposit and signed the contract. He came back to check on the job midway through, and even dropped off some additional tile when the the installers ran a little short, with no additional charge to me. The installers were great too, very nice and always on time, and the main installer spoke English well so communication was never an issue. Overall I am very happy with the results, as my husband too (who can be ridiculously picky sometimes!). I would highly recommend working with clear choice for your flooring.. they don't disappoint.

I have been really happy with my interactions and the service provided by Sir Grout. I think Brian is the real deal - he's honest and thorough in his communications and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

Can't say anything bad about them. Prices are competitive, work is done professionally, owner is responsive and doesn't make you feel like a thorn in his side if you point out changes you'd like to make. I'm an unreasonably picky customer but Flavius went above and beyond to work with me. Kitchen and dining floors look fantastic now

I loved the work done in my home! Kyle installed  plank flooring thru out and it opened up my whole house! His talent and professionalism was amazing! We set the dates and times in which he would be at my home, and I was always able to depend on him, he arrived on time and was ready to work! I loved the fact too that he gave himself time frames for everything! I enjoy coming home each day to admire my floors! I would refer him to anyone in a heart beat!

European Design just completed our floors - wood style pircelain tile, carpet and baseboards.  We began working with Jonas in the showroom.  We visited a number of times; deciding between wood, wood tiles and vinyl flooring.  Jonas was very patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the decision process.  Once we decided, we worked with Marin for the estimation and installation.  A few weeks before the holidays, we agreed on a start date about 3 weeks in the future. The demolition started on time, and the job finished on time.  A few times, we met with Marin to make decisions, and we stopped by almost daily to see the progress.  The tile crew was great, explaining what they were doing, making us comfortable with their skill and ouri decision. We were also getting the house interior painted.Marin worked with us to make the timing work, scheduling the carpet installation after the painting was done. We have had a few questions since the job was completed and Marin has been very responsive.  Bottom line, it looks great!

I was very happy with the service that I received from Sunset Tile and Bath.  I really appreciated Audra's creativity and responsiveness in designing my master bath.  She did a great job.  All the people who were working in my house were respectful, friendly, and considerate of keeping us safe.  They kept me informed along the way and did a very high quality job in the timeframe they promised.  I am really thrilled with my new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend Audra and Sunset Tile to others (and plan to do more rooms with them myself!)

We had great experiences with Baker Bros, from the showroom and designer (Roy) to anyone we spoke with on the phone and all of the installation teams. We are beyond satisfied with the outcome! (We had 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen/dining tile install remodel) I am certain, based on extensive experience, this would not have been the case with big box stores. They are good resources (Lowes, HD) but flooring can be difficult to choose and install. Baker Bros does both well. Thank you!!!

From the beginning when Shane came to provide an estimate, I knew this was the right company to install epoxy flooring in our garage.  He was prompt, professional and straight forward on the price and product descriptions.  Then, three weeks later, the installation crew (Mo and Alex) arrived and began the coating process.  They were GREAT.  Mo walked me through the process which involves many steps and made suggestions regarding some of the issues for the existing concrete floor and stem walls.  This was an all-day job and they were very careful clean-up at the end of day before leaving.  We are in the waiting stage (48 hours) but the floor looks amazing.  We could not have hoped for anything better.  Thanks Shane, Mo and Alex for a fabulous result.

I haven't decided what I want to do yet but Mike came over and measured and quoted me up. He's very reliable and on time. He's not pushy and hasn't been bugging me to order which I appreciate. I can't say anything about the carpet install yet but so far I've loved the communication and the explanation he gave me.

I would highly recommend Andrew and his company.  Honest, reliable and does fantastic work.

Anthony and his crew did an amazing job! We replaced old carpet with epoxy  and it gave our house a much needed facelift and a unique, modern feel. Anthony was prompt to respond, he was patient- answering all of our questions thoroughly, and he was very personable. He was communicative, sending us updates throughout the process. His work was efficient and the materials he uses are high quality. When the floors were finished, moving back into the space was seamless; there was very minimal dust or clean up needed. It has been a couple of months and I am still finding myself marveling at the floors.

A few things to consider-

Our house has stayed cooler and we've actually seen a significant decrease in our electricity bill.

First Due offers removal of old flooring. If you do your own clean out of old flooring/carpeting, First Due does not provide a haul-away service for the trash (I recommend Code 3 Junk Removal code3junkremoval.com another awesome first responder owned and operated business).

The floors are slick! If you have pets, consider area rugs. Although it is a shame to have to cover even a little of these stunning floors! (Alternatively- We bought our senior dog grippy socks that work great).

I love this company! After a bad experience three years ago with another flooring company, I was nervous, but everyone I worked with from concept to scheduling and installation was professional,  honest, and hard working.  The work they did is amazing, and they finished a day AHEAD of schedule! Thank you, Dynamic Floors, for restoring my confidence in flooring contractors!

Ericka was amazing! I had to re tile my shower walls, and put in a new shower pan. They were booked a week or two out from when we first spoke (sign of a solid business), but Ericka was up front with me from the beginning on time frame and pricing. Got several quotes, and was very competitive with pricing, and did a fantastic job.

Follow up - some of the grout was loosening up (because of the schluter board I chose to use behind the tile), but she had someone come out and fix at no cost.

Would recommend 10/10, and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for a job well done.
