Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

Joey from Hales Concrete Epoxy Coatings did 3 of my garages.  I am very pleased with the results.  From the appraisal to project completion Joey would arrive when stated.  His work is top notch and I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail.  He is very easy to talk to and took the time to answer all my questions.  He is friendly and professional.  Highly recommended.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Vinny and his team from Royal Wood Flooring. Our original install was in October of last year. We have an older home built in 1978 and it was a challenging job to say the least. Vinny and his installation team did a great job and really paid attention to the details. A few months ago we learned we had a termite problem and in order to treat the problem properly we needed to drill through the new floor to reach the concrete slab. Last week we had a water leak during a bathroom remodel and the floors in the hallway were destroyed. We called Vinny desperate for help. Vinny came and surveyed our situation. One of his guys showed up a few days later and reinstalled the hallway floor, and removed and reinstalled the drilled pieces at no additional charge! You can't beat great customer service.

Mark was awesome to work with! He is a creative visionary who helped transform our bathrooms. I showed him a few I inspiration pics and he took it to the next level. He was always on time and delivered what he said he was going to do!

After a flood, RNB worked with our general contractor to remove the warped wood floors and install the new wood floors throughout the house.  After being hired, there were a few hiccups and bumps that arose along the way; however, when the problems came up, Barry stepped up and made it right.  Immediately.  

That is what makes him a great contractor. He was there and able to troubleshoot for us when we had a problem.  

Prior to moving forward with our selected wood, Barry also did an excellent job of showing us the tile and carpet flooring options so we could make an informed decision.  Ultimately, the wood selection worked out great.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

These people are ROCK STARS of customer service.  I was referred by a local, expert tiler who told me to consult with Monterrey Tile for info on cleaning and sealing some marble in my bathroom.  I came in and Ed and crew over in the Pro shop spent a long time with me asking me tons of questions about the tile, the space the shape and the residue I wanted to clean up.  My purchase was only about $30, and yet they spent TONS of time with me to make sure I was buying the right combo of products.  Then... they spent even more time with me to give me step-by-step instructions on how to clean the tile and seal it.  I'm serious.  They went through it step by step.  And, because they were so extremely nice and cool with me (no good deed goes unpunished) I asked them about a bigger problem I had in my home that covered about 1/3 of the square footage - some potential bad grout.

What did Ed do?  He took out a business card and promised he'd have the grout manufacturer rep call me to come out and look at my home.  Really?  You've got to be kidding me.  Nobody does this!  I just came in to buy a bottle of cleaner and you're pulling a huge favor like this for me -- calling a favor in so I can solve a problem that won't net you any additional income?  Yup.  That's exactly what he did.  And, not only that?  Ed called a few days later to make sure the grout rep had gotten back to me.

Insanely excellent, unheard of service.  Next time I need to do any tile work, you betcha Monterrey Tile is where I'm going to go.  Thank you so much Ed & Company!

These folks don't just go the extra mile, they go light-year extra.

Very knowledgeable.  Kept us informed every step of the way in our carpet purchase and installation.  The installers were courteous and hard working.  We would definitely use this company again for flooring needs.

Sean did an amazing job on our floors.  He has exacting specifications which is exactly what you want on a job like this. He did almost the entire house for us. He uses great suppliers and we were able to go them and pick out just the right flooring for our job. He also did our stairs and was able to stain them to match our selected floor perfectly. He advised on several areas related to the final finish of the job that really made a huge difference in the end result. Additionally, he was very accommodating of our circumstances relative to multiple projects going on in the home at the same time.

On top of all that, his pricing was very competitive. But more importantly, I knew from the consultation that he was serious about doing an excellent job.  I can't say enough positive things about a job superbly done!  I would highly recommend him.

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

Larry is a consummate professional.  He shows up on time, is courteous, clean and polite.  His prices are more than fair and --most importantly-- he does fantastic work. He just redid the floors in my kitchen and they look fantastic. He uses Bona products which are the best in the industry.  He had his team come and move furniture at no extra charge.  After the job was done, he came back on a Saturday and put all the furniture back.  

He is a rare breed.  I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

I had them clean, color, and seal the floors throughout my entire single story house of about 1850 square feet. It was supposed to take four hours. The work was performed by two workers, in about half the time, apparently as they rush through the work to get done.

Pro:  
They showed up at the exact date and time.
Good communication and explanation of the various options and methods.

Con:
They did not clean, color or seal underneath the stove or refrigerator.  The owner stated they couldn't move the appliances due to "insurance" reasons.  I would have moved them myself, of course, if that was true.  But he did not advise me ahead of time, didn't ask when he showed up at the beginning of the job and didn't care even after I pointed it out at the end of the job.

They did not clean in the corners very well.  

There was a film left on the tile that I was told I need to mop off myself "in a couple of days."

There is some missing grout in the hallway on about 3 or so tiles that was left because I didn't pay $400 extra for the  "caulking" of all the baseboards.

Overall, I would not recommend.

Nothing but 5 stars. From start to finish Shannon and her crew have been amazing, always on time, did AMAZING work on my floors and worked very hard at a very reasonable price. I have about 1200 sqft of Travertine and they left it shiny and spotless. I'll always be using them any time I need my travertine floors cleaned, polished or sealed. Very highly recommended if you are looking for your travertine floors to be cleaned, polished, sealed or crack repaired.

Set up time for estimate visit--- he texted saying he was running late---2 hours later he was still 20 mins away. No thanks.

From beginning to finish Maxum Construction treated like family. Jerry Henry consulted with me. He worked hard to give me what I wanted within my budget. At the office, Brian and Dave put my ideas into a 3-D computer program, adjusting things to look even better then I'd explained. When construction started on my bathroom remodel, Jeffery Beckham, (lead), navigated the timing of each stage of work, the details along with keeping me continuously informed. He even went the extra mile on some areas the previous owners didn't install to code. Every worker was trustworthy, allowing me to feel safe. I love my bathroom! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done, with the utmost of care.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!
