Outstanding customer care and the end product is top notch. They came​ as expected on appointment day and finished​ the polyaspartic floor and stem wall coating in 72 hours. The appearance​ of the floor is stellar and it​ should provide great protection for many years to come. I did my due diligence​ and research and am glad I picked BEF. With so many irresponsible unprofessional vendors in Scottsdale, finally a diamond in the rough!

Juan and his crew remodeled my living room and did a fantastic job. I am happy with the quality of work and the communication throughout the project. Easy to work with, reliable and didn't charge me when an extra issue came up. I'm recommending him to all my friends.

All the guys at PHX Floors are very professional. They were considerate of my time and my roomies time and space. The flooring in my two bathrooms was done in 9 hours. I was so surprised they were able to get so much done in that amount of time. I will definitely hire them again for future flooring work. We had a great experience with VM Stoneworks. Victor came out took measurements gave me an estimate and two days later came to install our countertops. They actually cut them to size on site... yes it's messy but they clean up afterwards. I think my only negative is that I didn't feel there were enough selections of quartz to choose from with the place they use. I do love my countertops though!

We had some carpeting ripped out, and replaced the flooring with vinyl planks, including the stairs.   Javier was so knowledgeable, very professional and did excellent work.   He worked fast and we are very happy with the final look.   The price was very affordable - much less than the big chains, so get his quote before going to the chains (where they will sell you stuff you don't need!!) .    If we have need of flooring in the future, will not hesitate to use JG Flooring.  Thank you Javier, and you too Jackie for your prompt response.

Rob, Marty and Pat... I cannot express how pleased we were with their tile removal and leveling service they provided to us!   My wife and I bought a fixer upper with the intention of DIY'ing the majority of the work.   Little did we know, leveling floors is not as easy when covering large areas.   After an embarrassing attempt, I waved the white flag and sought out estimates to get the job done.   When I met with Rob (the owner), I knew we were going to go with him.  Rob wasn't the cheapest, but he was the best.   He was thorough with his assessment and explained what needed to be done.   The entire home (2,600 sq ft) needed to be leveled, and we knew this before requesting estimates.  

Rob laid out the expectations up-front.  He explained the process and that it would take over a week to complete the job.  
the floors were uneven throughout the home and the previous homeowners masked the imperfections with carpet, tile and vinyl flooring.  In some areas, the floor varied by as much as 1.25 inches.  We knew that we needed to hire someone we would trust and would do the job as expected.

We hired Flooring Professionals to remove the Vinyl and tile flooring.  Unbeknownst to us prior to contacting them, we were not aware that this task could be done using dust free technology, which was an added bonus, since we were living in the home throughout the process.

Rob and his team spent a little over a week removing the tile, grinding the concrete, leveling the floors.  When returning home each evening, we were able to see the progress that was done during the day and all of the tools were neatly placed away.  While that wasn't expected, it was a clear indication that they take pride in their work.  Also, all of the debris from the floor they had removed was placed in bins on the side of the home in an organized fashion.  

They were very professional, courteous, ON TIME and TRUST-WORTHY.  

Thank you again for your hard work and professionalism.  Having our floors leveled was money well spent.

It was a pleasure working with Phoenix Home Remodeling again. They helped us with our master bathroom shower remodel.

Everyone was easy to work with and my shower came out exactly how I wanted.  Lupe did the shower tile and he was meticulous! Aaron and Garron were also great!

The master bathroom and hallway they used to access our house was always cleaned at the end of the day and they were respectful of our home and understanding with our baby being in the house.

They were professional, good with timelines, respectful, and helpful with our questions.

Ghosted. Had an appointment for 6/28 10A - 11A timeframe. Several confirmation texts sent and approved. No call. No reply to texts. It's not just horrible business practice, it's a horrible way to treat people. That says a lot about the company to me.

Kami installed some tile in our laundry room and repaired some wood flooring from water damage. He was very helpful and communicative. Offered solutions that the company the insurance sent out did not. He was able to do the job quickly and it looks great. Thanks again.

Bare Floors replaced all of the travertine tile in our home. Amir and his crew did a fantastic job. Very high quality for a reasonable price. Excellent service throughout this project from Amir. He is reliable, responsive, and professional. A good experience and very pleased with the results.

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Cardinal Floor Covering has been one of the best contractors I have worked with in Arizona. I own Hawaiian Experience Spa, a day spa with locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, and have had lots of construction work done at the spas. In most cases I have been disappointed with the contractors we hired to build out or renovate the spas. In this case, Cardinal Floor Covering was my replacement contractor after the first contractor, Fred Kromm Tile in Phoenix, went crazy and left the job!

Anyway, we were in the middle of building out a high end shower and steam room. The rough plumbing and electrical was done and it was time for the tile work. We started with Fred Kromm Tile (see his review for details) and after he left mid job we had to scramble to find a replacement. We had two new contractors come in to give us a bid. One never got back to us (typical) but the other, Cardinal Floor Covering, got back to us promptly with a reasonable bid.

Chris from Cardinal told us no payment was due until the job was fully completed and we were 100% satisfied. We hired them and they came in as scheduled and got started. Chris met us the first day at the job with two workers, both of whom were very professional. Each day after that the team showed up on time, worked quietly, and respected the fact that they were in an operating day spa with clients present. There was unanticipated additional work needed because the first contractor had done something wrong (what a shock) and they simply did it without even mentioning more money. That is exactly what I wanted to see in a contractor - give me a price, honor it, and get the job done!

The steam shower ended up exactly the way we wanted it. Customers always comment about the quality of the tile work. We are building a new day spa in the Glendale, Arizona area and are specifying Cardinal Floor Covering as the contractor for all of our flooring needs. They do a lot more than just tile, and we are looking forward to having them on the job as we build out the next day spa.

Cheryl at Chandler store for Carpets of America gave great, fast service for just what was needed.  New carpet selected and installed in two days time.

Was told Alex would come measure Sunday at 2 pm then bring samples to our home on Tuesday in the afternoon.

I received a text Sunday morning about 10 am, from Alex, that he forgot he had to help his son move. Would I send pictures of my cabinets and he would come out Wednesday.

I text back saying thank you for letting me know but I don't want to match cabinets and Wednesday not good.

I said would get someone else and I wished him the best in his remodel and have a good dsy.

When I had spoken with Alex on the  phone on Saturday I had shared that I'm in a wheelchair and that the partical board subflooring is wearing down from it. .need to get it covered.

After I told him I'd get another company set up to bring samples out since it he wasn't set up to bring samples  and said good bye, he became aggressive and nasty saying other guys would try to take advantage since I'm crippled and they can't beat his price.

I told him to stop texting and he crossed the line calling me crippled, to leave me alone.

He sent another text.

I sent one telling him I have all these texts. I will take them to the BBB and AZ Contractors if he continues.

He sent a text back saying I have the wrrong person. I text him I know who je is and his number.

This is harassing and abusive behavior!
I cannot believe he treated me this way.

Rustin and his crew just installed new engineered hardwood floors in my house. They worked very hard to get total of seven areas done in five days. When I started with my request to homeadvisor.com, Rustin was the first one to respond, and came to my house for measurement, and provided me with very good pricing on installation.
When he and his crew, Sergio, Carlos, Dustin and David started the job, they were always on time, professional, very careful while moving furniture, and paid great attention to details on installation while demonstrating wonderful craftsmanship. Rustin is very knowledgeable on wood flooring, and always tried the best to meet all requests from his customer. At the end they provided me a beautiful wood flooring product. They are very pleasant to work with.
