We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Prevail Concrete and we will be working with them again once we start our front yard project.

Robert exceeded expectations. See before and after. Now, I had a plumbing leak to fix and had to let things dry out and replace tile. My contractor, Tyson Fletcher,did a great job there. Grout Doctor treated and scrubbed all bad areas, regrouted floor with sanded  epoxy grout (so no sealer needed), color sealed good wall grout, recaulked perimeter and voila!  Now I've got the proper cleaning instructions for the housekeepers and this should last. I feel confident it will.  Small note:  does create dust, but so what?  I cleaned.

We did our tile work with them before we moved into this house. We found the tile we liked at AZ Tile, and they negotiated a better price for us and purchased it, transported to the site for us for no additional charge.

We measured 1700 Sq Ft and they completed the job in about 5 days. They started it and finished it with no break in schedule and the quality of work was neat.

The owner, Lee gave us some design ideas which ended up working out perfect for our almost white tile, merge with the existing tile in the house seamlessly. Saved us a ton on Teardown and additional tile.

We just moved into a new home in Scottsdale and needed repairs to an electric sliding door in our Kitchen (before we moved in someone had accidentally triggered the door to open while it was still locked and ripped the frame off the wall slightly, along with the tile at the baseboard.

Elvis and Maisa were responsive, he came out that day to look at the job, gave us a reasonable estimate and was back first thing the next morning to fix it. He did a fantastic job, restoring it to brand new and addressing an existing issue we found with the door seal itself. He explained the work he was doing and why he was doing it as he went along.

Finally Elvis is super professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the Scottsdale area and on home renovations (we have some work we'll want to get done once we settle in).

Carlos came out on a Saturday to give us an initial estimate for Painting cabinets, interior and exterior of a home we recently purchased.

His initial estimate was very detailed and he answered any questions we had. I've been super skeptical to paint cabinets as they never look quite "right" but our budget only allowed for a small update.

Carlos was very friendly and our cabinets look absolutely phenomenal. I am hard to please and my boyfriend asked Carlos to do one more cost to ensure they looked perfect.

When we are ready to paint the exterior, he will be the first person we call!

We hired Andrew and his crew to remodel our kitchen in May 2020. The workers arrived on time each day and were respectful of our home. The project took a few days longer than anticipated (ran into some issues with electric) but we are very happy with the finished product. Andrew was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to our questions. We would rehire them if/when we have any other projects in our home.

Quick response!  I contacted him & he responded back quickly. Came out a day later  & drywalled our garage & laundry room after we dealt with water damage. He did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Dave came out to give me a quote to fix a couple tiles in my living room. Price was fair, end result was excellent. I'll be using these guys for all my tiling needs going forward.
