I would recommend Prevail Concrete & Coatings to anyone looking to improve their driveway, garages, or any type of concrete flooring! They are efficient and professional. I am impressed with my experience and will definitely be using them for future projects.

We could not have received a  more professional and outstanding job from this company. We opted for the grout cleaning and paint. The results are outstanding. It appears to be a completely new tile job at a fraction of the cost. The two gentlemen who did the job could not have been more accommodating and well trained. Their expertise is commendable. Could not be happier with the result.

A friend asked for recommendations for flooring companies and I realized I have not reviewed Shiloh Floors even though they did extensive work at my place in 2015! So here it is:
Lee is absolutely super great! His guys installed my floors after the flood from the alcoholic ditz upstairs! He came with a truck FULL of samples, and that's after I gave him a detailed description of what I liked! Within those constraints he brought a boat load of samples. Spent better part of one day while I was making a short list. Then he gave me five that made a short list to put on the floor and see them in different light over the next few days! His workers were courteous, efficient, so darn precise, I can't say enough about how amazing their job is!!!!! Also, since I'm on the ground floor, it's cement slab. So, he suggested an industrial type underlay both for insulation and comfort, like what you would put in a ballet studio so you have floors that "give." it's a floating engineered wood flooring, dark, wide planks, GORGEOUS!!!!
Three years later, and it looks absolutely the same as it did when it was installed. No movement, no gaps, precise and wonderful. I highly recommend Lee and his Shiloh Floors to everyone.

A few months back, my wife and I had a dream of building a barn door to close off the entrance to our drafty master bathroom.  I discovered that we homeowners have a huge choice of handyman/contractors, but when the dust settles, there are only a hand full of pros as good as Elvis M., owner of Dream Builder Renovation LLC.  One of Elvis's outstanding qualities, is his honesty and never ending effort to give the project a perfect result, every time!  That's exactly what we ended up with, a beautiful, silky smooth operating BD that gives us a "thrill", every time we walk into our bedroom. Elvis and his helper worked late into the evening the night of installation, to insure that the date promised was the date that it happened, nothing less, promise kept!!  I highly recommend Dream Builder Renovation to do just about any project, large or small, that you can dream of, and in the end result, you won't be sorry!!

Great experience from start to end, so glad I found this company.  They provided a very fair price quickly, not a long sales pitch and negotiating like the other company I called first.  They showed up on time, explained the process and cleaned up like they had never been there.   The work was performed perfectly, it looks amazing.

I had been searching for a contractor for about a year to get my 1990's master bathroom remodeled.  I had received six different quotes, all of which were way overpriced (in my opinion).  I received a referral and met with Andrew.  After speaking with him, and viewing his previous work, I felt I could trust him to do a good job.  He was helpful in getting me thru the permit process, as well as helping me with changes the Village required due to a change in ordinances.  I am extremely happy with the outcome and am enjoying my new master bathroom.  I'll be calling upon Green Home for additional work I need.

Long story short, the condensate pan under my air handler in the attic rotted through and on a very humid Tuesday afternoon I found my bathroom ceiling and 2 feet of blown insulation on the floor. Wednesday morning I replaced the pan and later in the afternoon started getting quotes on the drywall repair. On Thursday, after narrowing it down to 3 companies I went with Bill (Drywall Perfection) because of his 7 five star Yelp reviews, his personality on the phone (I felt comfortable with him), AND the fact that he was willing to come out the next day and get the job done. Well, now Bill and Drywall Perfection has 8 five star ratings! I was very impressed with Bill's attention to detail, from the initial prep work (tenting the area so no dust would get outside the work area), to the clean up, where you couldn't even tell he was there (except for the repaired ceiling). The texture matches and blended in beautifully. Bill went above and beyond by gathering up all the insulation that had fallen during his repair and the insulation I had bagged while cleaning up on Tuesday and sending his helper up into the attic to redistribute it over the repaired area. I highly recommend Bill. You will not be disappointed.

Carl is fantastic!!! He is very detailed and exhibits true craftsmanship. He completely remodeled our master ensuite shower for us and it's gorgeous. Fast, clean, and great price. We'll definitely use him time and again for our tile and flooring needs.

Despite all of our efforts to double-check and triple-check our measurements, our new refrigerator was, literally, less than 1/8-inch too tall for our current kitchen cabinet enclosure space. Most contractors wouldn't help us because the job was "too small". Ellen jumped in to help us out. The father/son team she engaged was at our house on time (yes, when was the last time a contractor actually showed up on time??).

They jumped right into the problem and were done adjusting the upper cabinet height in no time flat. They did a great job with no complaints or do-overs. In this day 'n age of mediocre inept contractors, this was an incredibly pleasant change from the "norm".

Needless to say, White Builder has my vote and I definitely will be referring my friends and neighbors to them.

THE TEMPE PRO SOURCE has the worst (or none) customer service ever. My Contractor sent me there to pick out carpet. I picked up a very expensive carpet. My contractor ordered it. When the installer started to place the first of the roll he realized there was a major flaw in the pattern of the carpet and it would be impossible to piece the carpet to make the pattern line up. This was immediately reported to ProSource Tempe and my contractor filled out required paper work, expecting they would immediately offer a refund or a replacement carpet. NOTHING BUT RUN AROUND. 8 WEEKS LATER THEY FINALLY PROVIDED A REPLACEMENT PIECE (NOT a full replacement) FOR WEEKS  weeks. Yes weeks, my construction job was in limbo while I lived with no carpet/stripped flooring with all carpet nails exposed. DO NOT USE THEM.or any contractor that uses them. NIGHTMARE.

Wish I could give a better review but the dude never showed up. I don't understand people that set appointments and don't follow through. The awful part is that he had my address and phone number, and who knows what he'll do with it. He didn't call, didn't message, nothing. I finally responded through Yelp and told him I was sorry that he didn't show and that we would be seeking assistance from another business. His response was a vague sorry for the inconvenience. No reason, no explanation, nothing. Do NOT recommend using this business.

We have used Rise Above to remodel several rooms and flooring in our house. They have done a good job and respond quickly with any issues or questions I have. I would recommend

I said all right after reading a couple of the better reviews... I don't need hand holding and I am not high maintenance.  I called for a small tile job in a low end rental property.  The first call went great.  After that, completely and utterly downhill.  Unprofessional, unethical, and disorganized.  Scheduled for measurements (which I paid $50.00 for), guy didn't show up.  Called, Marie said she forgot to tell him about it.  Re-scheduled.  Guy went and took measurements.  Was supposed to get a bid the next day, in the morning.  Called, Marie was behind.  No bid.  Called later in the day.  No answer.  Texted Marie.  Said she would have it soon.   Evening, no bid.  Called.  Marie said she was working on it, gave me a deal on my tile.  Um, wrong tile.  Marie texted me a bid.  Measurements were over 100 sq. ft higher than what I had measured, not including the extra 10% of tile needing to be ordered.  The next day, I finally got the bid.  Called several times throughout the day, no answer.  Next day, called again.  Finally someone answers.  Marie is out of the country, she has no idea what is going on, has to find my paperwork and will call me back.  At this point, I threw in the towel and decided I didn't trust them to actually put in the tile and do a decent job.  I called someone else to install, figured at minimum I could still get the tile from them, the prices were good.  The new installer told me to go to Floor and Decor, prices were better.  Service was better.  Done and Done.  Went to Floor and Decor, picked out tile at $.16 cheaper per sq. ft, bigger selection, better tile.  New installer at the house now laying new floor.  Done and done.  You are welcome AZ Discount Flooring for my $50.00.   Lesson learned.  What a headache.
