I had a great experience working with Marilyn and Gil to make custom stair nosing for my home.  I had purchased a solid bamboo flooring, but the manufacturer did not make stair nosing in this product.

I was recommended to Contact Classic Millworks and met with Marilyn the same day.  She was able to make me a prototype by the next day in order to keep my project on track.  

Gil crafted the nosing for my project and was very personable while discussing my project and sharing advice for completing it.

Overall, this is a great family owned and operated business and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I looked around for someone/company to get our garage floor done for a couple months and they would either never return our calls or set up a time to come look and never show up. Very frustrating to say the least. Until my husband reached out to Preston and we were finally treated with professionalism. He gave us an estimate and put us on the schedule. The guys showed up early on a Saturday and worked all day to finish that same day. They were very nice and knowledgable. They even moved my washer and dryer out of the way and then put them back when they were done. I'm very happy with the final result, the floor was in bad shape, had an old paint that was chipping and also had some wide cracks which they fixed. Now it's all smooth and it has a nice sheen. I would recommend ground control flooring to anyone in a heart beat!

I had this company come do laminate flooring, base boards and door mouldings at our house.  They did a great job and they did it quickly and for a really reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them.

We had Frank come out and remove our baseboards. His communication was excellent from the first start of contact. He worked quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. He saved us tons of work for ourself. I would recommend his services.

We found this business through home advisor and the reviews were decent so we arranged for an appointment for their salesman to come out. Glen Copper showed up. A nice British man. Is it just me, or do British accents seem inherently more trustworthy? If you agreed, the focus on the word "seem" is appropriate. We told Glen that we were on fixed incomes, wanted all carpeted areas in our 2 bedroom home covered in laminate wood flooring, and wanted flooring that didn't show marks. That was our most important thing- to not show marks. Glen said he had the perfect product for us. It looked nice and matched our furniture but I questioned if it should have some sheen to it and Glen said no. The price was within our budget, so we agreed to a deal. Glen promised he'd be the only person we'd speak to during the installation as he was "our go to man"and it was "his" crew who'd do the installation and that he'd check in daily. We never saw Glen again. The installation was a nightmare- the team was one worker, he was always late and frequently a no show. Glen forgot to figure in our carpeted master closet. This project took 8 long days. I could go on, but the story doesn't end there. It goes on to this day.

The laminate sucks, it shows absolutely every mark. Even cleaning it with Glen's recommended products and method, you can see every swipe of a mop or the towels we have to use to get it dried. Towel swipes, foot prints and paw prints. This flooring never looks clean even when just cleaned. We had to hire a cleaning service and they clean it 3 times each time they're here and hand dry it and it still looks like crap. A realtor came over after the cleaning people had been here and said that we'd never sell our house with theses floors. We can't afford to replace them, so we'll have to end up knocking thousands off our asking price. Thanks Glen and Floor Coverings international of Chandler, who hired him and doesn't stand behind their product.

Save your money, your aggravation and never use this third rate flooring company. I had to give it one star to get the review to post. There's not a no star option!

Josh came over to help me with a few projects around the house. I needed some drywall work and painting done. He gave me a great price and was very professional throughout the job. I had him come back to do some travertine flooring in my children's bathroom and replace the wall tile around the bath tub. He was very thorough and cleaned up after the project was done so we would have never known he was even there doing work. I would definitely recommend Josh and Bare Renovation for any home improvement projects you have.

I had travertine installed throughout my home the week after Christmas. I was impressed from the moment I walked into the Custom Floor Covering showroom. Andy took the time to educate me about stone flooring; Doug came a few days later to give me an estimate; and a few days after that, the work began. I was very fortunate to have Charlie do the installation because he is a master craftsman. The end result is beautiful!

We obtained quotes from three different flooring companies in the Valley and we were very happy with Arizona Floors. Their prices are competitive and their staff is really quick to respond.

We worked mostly with their sales rep, Ryan. He did the initial screening over the phone trying to understand what kind of work we want done and what materials we had in mind. We also stopped by their store on Indian School to pick out materials. He showed us around and gave us options based on our wish list and budget. He helped make the daunting experience bearable and fun.

Afterward, he scheduled an appointment to come over to the house and took measurements. He also had samples on hand to help with any final decisions.

When we were able to commit to the materials, the scheduling was so easy. He was able to get the crew in within a week. They had three separate crews come in based on their areas of specialty, but the workers were very professional and fast. They also kept to themselves while they worked and did their best to minimize intrusion.

Here is a list of the work done at our new home:
*laminate hardwood floors in the home office
*carpets in all bedrooms and some spots in the common areas
*tiles in master bathroom

Payment agreement is: pay half of the balance before the work starts and the remaining after completion. They also offer financing if you need it.

Overall, we were very happy with the upfront process, as well as the labor work. We even got a couple of text messages from Ryan checking in after the work was completed. Arizona Floors is our #1 pick for floor work in the Valley. I am also a licensed Realtor in Arizona and I have referred them to my clients and friends - all resonded with great feedback!

Oko and Sal did our backsplash and did it perfectly. They even uncovered an earlier flaw and took steps to address that. They worked efficiently and finished on time. Upon a follow-up involving a cracked tile, Oko came back on the next day and expertly repaired it. Their results were flawless and they were willing to deal too. We're saving his card for future tile projects. Highly recommended.

That person has no relation to this company whats so ever he hasnt been employed with this company since december of 2018. I initially found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. I was given a quote to furnish an interior stone wall veneer for an entertainment center wall. The cost for materials was competitive. They also gave me an install cost. Not knowing the time required for installation, I made the mistake of ASSUMING if the materials cost was competitive, so would be the install cost. HUGE MISTAKE. The install by a third party was  smooth and efficient. The install quote was based on a per square foot cost. In the end, the final accounting amounted to a cost to me of $300/hr for a 2 man crew. Blake at Hardrock Stone & Tile stated I agreed to the per-square foot cost initially quoted, so that is what they would charge. BUYER BEWARE! I guess they expect you to know as much about their business as they do.

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have someone out to my house Friday for a quote. I was super excited to have them out because of how friendly and helpful Mike was at the initial scheduling time.

But that's where it ended. I took time off of work to be home to have GPS out to the house... that's a personal day I will never get back. No show, with no courtesy call. Around 4:00 I finally got a call. I get people are busy,  but please understand that an appointment is an appointment.

We used them for the tile and the carpet about two years ago. This year we had a major leak in our upstairs bathroom and we had to go back and redo some of the carpeting so was able to work with Puckets again.

At every turn they are great to work with. They're pricing is amazing and  I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Pelleco home, came and did a fantastic job on a small project I had despite how busy he was he made time to do the job that same week. He communicated effectively "the most important to me "  great prices and all around good people. When our next project comes I will be asking them to come for that project.

I can't say enough how happy we are with the work done by Brian with Zona Restoration. What stared as a horrible situation (improper install of a toilet from another company caused a flood and damage to two bathrooms and a laundry room), Brian made into a wonderful experience. Brian was extremely professional and just a pleasure to have around. He did an amazing job on all three rooms! He had no problem dealing with our two rambunctious dogs and worked ridiculously hard to make sure the job was completed to perfection. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every part of the process and details. I can't believe how beautiful our bathrooms came out- it was a complete silver lining from how it all began. Thank you Brian, and thank you Zona Restoration. You will definitely be hearing back from us as we plan new projects around the home.

I like the small stuff they have (organizers) so I go sometimes. This store in Glendale, AZ makes me uncomfortable. I find it snooty. I do not get the same feeling with the store in Phoenix. It is just carboard and plastic. I do not see the point in being frown upon. Because I chose to opt out of their maling, I was not offerd a bag to carry my stuff. I opt out of all mail correspondence. It is not personal. A sale is a sale.

Despite what others say, please do your homework first.  This guy (Mike HRafi/Michael HRafi is a true con artist and will lie, cheat and steal.  I first purchased carpet from him and he did a good job.  I then hired him for another job and he outright took my money and said that the contractor he hired went bankrupt, only to find he never hired a contractor, and manufactured and altered receipts.  I am warning you, he is not a nice person.  He comes across as a caring, concerned and savvy business person; he is nothing short of a con artist.  You can call me if you like to get more information.  My number is 281.300.8282.
