Best Termite Extermination in Phoenix AZ

We have had Urban Desert for the past 3 years pr so. I am deathly afraid of bugs, so finding someone good was a top priority when we moved here.  We have been so happy with this company and impressed with the level of customer service and responsiveness. For the most part, we have always had Jose come out and he's awesome; just the nicest guy. We look forward to chatting it up during his visits.

Called on Tuesday, Tyler was here today (Friday) at 9:45 on the dot. So so pleased with both the representative I spoke to on the phone, I forgot her name :/ and today Tyler was awesome! He was very professional and thorough in the front of the house, the inside and the backyard. I think it's awesome how he prepared us for the next couple of weeks as far as what to look for and be wary of.. I am so excited to hopefully never see a scorpion in my house ever again. I cannot give this company enough stars! Wes has been very professional and excellent at helping us with our pest control needs. When we moved into this rental house we immediately noticed a cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms. My husband found Wes online and gave him a call. He came out and dusted,laid down bait and sprayed. After the first treatment the roach population went down considerably. It has been one to two treatments since then and we are roach free! The pricing has been very reasonable when compared to other pest control companies in the area. Wes's professionalism is outstanding. He always calls 15-20 minutes prior to showing up, promptly responds to texts and thoroughly answers all questions and concerns. I highly recommend going with West Coast Pest Control. You will not be disappointed!

I have been a blue sky customer for years. I am about to fire them. I have had scorpion issues for a bit. I know it's because of the crickets.  I asked them to take care of this. I hear them all the time. Tonight I found 2 scorpions in the house I called their number and this will blow your mind. Of course I am told a live representative will answer shortly. What I get is bad hold music. Silence. Then some recording asking about how well the person helped me on a scale of 1 to 5. THERE IS NO LIVE REPRESENTATIVE.  Sorry blue sky. You're getting fired tonight after using you for almost 12 years. You're a joke. To big for your britches. Competition is tight. Love the American way. If you suck. There's always someone to take your place. Maybe Blue Sky is too big to care for those that helped them when they were going door to door looking for work.

Update after this review Nate the owner of Blue Sky called me. We had a very nice conversation and he was very concerned about my experience I had last night. Thank you Nate for reaching out. That effort alone and the concern you had for my situation is the reason I am continuing service. I am big on second chances because we will fall short at times. Nobody is perfect although most people expect perfection. That's not reasonable. So thanks again for bird dogging this. So with this new development I am changing the star rating.

We had ants come in through our bathroom and into our son's crib last night so I was completely freaked out and needed an exterminator immediately. I called at 8am and they had a technician out by 10am!! Summer was our technician and she was great! Very friendly, thorough and thoughtful about our 2 dogs and baby. I wish all service calls were this reliable and pleasant. Highly recommend!!

Very happy with Green Magic Pest Control! We just moved into the area and wanted to find a pest control company before we had any issues. They came out the following day after booking them and explained everything throughly. Amazing competitive prices as well. Will be referring them to friends and family.

Had issues with our previous pest control company Aptive not performing well...had tons of crickets outside and worse yet, they made their way into the house...Aptive couldn't get rid of them after 2 applications. Decided to give Arizona Heat a try. Their tech came out and within 10 days after their initial visit not a cricket anywhere in site....and when the crickets are gone there's nothing for the scorpions to feed on so they are gone too...very happy so far!

I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy, the owner, and his company. I am very picky and was impressed with the way they do business from the moment I spoke with them on the phone. Jeremy could tell how stressed I was about a potential termite problem in my home and he spoke with me for a long time, had me text him pictures of my wood floor, and then arranged to come out and look himself on that very same day. He is smart, articulate, kind, and most importantly knows his stuff and how to give excellent customer service. He was quite knowledgeable and thorough. He went out of his way to take the time to diagnose my problem and go the extra mile to help me. He even followed through with a referral to repair my floors.  I am very impressed and would recommend this company to anyone needing termite service. Very Professional, right on time, took care of my bug infestation. I like the fact they do try to push you into any contract and will only come to your house when you call them. Prices are very good. overall I am happy with this company

We had Don out to our home last month after we noticed bees trying to enter our roof eves in a few areas. Don was out to see us the same day we called. He took time to explain the behavior of the bees, and recommended a treatment to repel them and avoid them building a hive. He was quick in his treatment, and the price was very affordable. We will not hesitate to call him again if ever needed!

Our daughter's condo flooded due to rats coming in through a kitchen wall and chewing through the refrigerator ice maker line when we were out of town for 3 days.  It has required water mitigation, demolition and now we are waiting for reconstruction for the damage the rats caused to our unit.
We own at Discover @ Tatum and Burns is the pest control company that our HOA has chosen to take care of this issue.   Ascary from Burns is the tech who has been helping us eradicate and trap the rodents/ rats that have found their way into our wall space through the roofs of the condo.  He has been very professional to set the traps and then check on the traps and reset them several times a week.  We are very happy with the service and support we have received from Ascary at Burns during this trying time.  We highly recommend their service.  Great company!  Thank you, T Gould

My facility uses Green Home and we could not be happier. We were told by a previous pest control company that we would have to just deal with a small amount of roaches. Green Home has completely gotten rid of them. Would definitely recommend them to others.
