Best Bed Bug Extermination in Phoenix AZ

One of the pest control technicians was caught on our yard cameras STEALING items from our yard. Fortunately, I was home to be able to walk out and call him out. He lied to my face about stealing to make things worse. Don't trust this company to respect your backyard valuables or belongings! Shameful! THIEVES

Took a chance on this unknown company and I don't regret it. That's always a stress point when searching for new services. I was a little hesitant since their number of reviews were low but I'll happily add mine for others to see.

I called them up and he was able to send someone the same day. The tech came out and reviewed all the information we had previously agreed upon and answered any questions. He was very thorough inside and outside, wore his mask and respected our space. I was given the options to pay in person or to invoiced. I really like how seamless it all was.

I am so pleased that I found Arizona Pest Solutions. I called about a possible rodent issue and they were able to come out for an inspection the next day. Jon came right on time and he was very kind, professional, and honest. He explained my options to me and was very detailed. We recently used Arizona Heat to get rid of our bedbugs.  While the technician thought our infestation was small enough to be treated with just chemicals, we elected to do a heat treatment in the bedroom in addition to the chemicals (I didn't really like the idea that we would keep getting bites for the next month with just the chemicals).  

Pros:
-They killed all of the bed bugs.  It's been more than a month so I think we're in the clear.
-They showed up when they said they would and were always polite and professional.  They were also able to accommodate our schedule pretty well and get us on the calendar within a few days.
-I like the 1 year warranty that comes with the heat treatment.  I always like to do business with a company that stands behind their work.  
-The heat treatment did not do any damage.  I read some horror stories on the internet about people who don't know what they're doing causing significant structural damage so I was a little nervous about this part.  

Cons:
-It took me 3 emails/phone calls over several days to get a check list of what needed to be done in order to prep for the treatment.  By the time I got someone to email it to me, it was 6 PM the night before our service which meant that I was up super late preparing.
-We were instructed to put items that could be damaged by the heat treatment into boxes which would be removed from the room by the tech and placed into chemically treated boxes in the garage.  While we boxed everything up and pointed out the boxes to the tech, they were never removed from the room.  I had all of my photo albums and some electronics in there and would have been devastated if they got destroyed.  Fortunately nothing super important got ruined but I feel like we got lucky.  Please don't promise me one thing and do another.

Overall, I feel like the good outweighed the bad for our experience but as I selected AZ Heat because of the reviews/careful process that they outline, I was a little disappointed in the execution.

I've had many pest control companies service my home in Surprise... Jeff, and Wes provided second to none customer service, timelines, and their positive attitudes don't come around very often. Will use again... and again. Thanks guys.

I had the best experience with Alex from Copper State Pest Management. He was on time and professional and very helpful. He knew exactly what the problem was and how to handle it and gave me a lot of helpful advice. We have terra cotta tile roof and he was very careful not to go on the roof or damage any roof tiles while he was inspecting. I highly recommend his company if you have any type of pest problem.

Sadly Termites are a reoccurring issue here in Az. I keep my warranty up to date because of this. Action Termite is always responsive when I need them and techs are always on time and polite. Bill has been out a few times. Always courteous, polite, and on time!

Do not ever use truly Nolen for anything. I paid what I thought was the balance on my account, but apparently I still owe them A little over $100. Instead of calling me, or sending me a bill they sent me directly to collections nearly a year after the bill was due. Poor business practice. Most people if they know they still owe money will pay the bill as I would have.I just found out from a bill collector, not from truly Nolan

Responsible Pest Control is an excellent company I can recommend with confidence. Their customer service team is very friendly and easy to work with. I find them very accommodating and flexible, responsive to my needs. Their techs are punctual and professional and always courteous. And just as importantly, they keep the pests away!

I changed pest control companies about  6 months ago to Complete Pest Management.  We have been extremely happy with the service. They have reduced our scorpion problems.  They are professional and on time.  Complete Pest Management notifies you the day before they come and billing is so easy.   Art is such a professional and so knowledgeable on pest control.  A big Thank you to all the team at Complete Pest Management.

Dealt w/David Marshall several times. He's got a lot of BS as to why you should go with them. Every time I tried to set up something the come back was we're having issues w/our voicemail system. Problem was I spoke with him directly. Then it was he was sick and then it was we're a small company. Excuse after excuse, which is why I've decided not to go with a small company. If one person gets sick, nothing gets done. I have AT&T for a phone service and have never had problems with my voicemail.  

One awkward moment! He says when comes to my home to look the property over he was going to bring me a Dutch brothers coffee. But then he arrives and states he drove all over the place looking for one. The smarter thing to have done, was Google locations on your SMARTPHONE to find a Dutch brothers. This guy has s line of lip service, which I'm not buying into. Too small of a business to handle too much coming at him.

Your right David, you never did do business with me, because you could never get your act together! When ever I left you a msg, it would take you over a week to get back to me and you always used AT&T phone service as an excuse as to why you were getting back to me so late, like a week or so late. You were always using AT&T voicemail problems for your problem. BS! I have AT&T and have never had your problems. Face it you're too small of a company.  One person, but will tell you he is always getting rid of people, so he is always playing catch up! You're so full of BS! After a while a person gets tired of hearing the same ole BS! Never did business with me, yet you seem to know my name. How interesting.... Ummm awkward!  Now who's lying!?

Oh and David if you're a pest control company then act like it! Don't make promises you aren't going to back up. I dealt w/you on two different occasions and it was the same BS, my voicemail was acting up. I'm calling you out!  Either get your phone fixed or switch phone providers, very simple solution to a 5 yr old problem you seem to blame everything on your phone system.  

Don't tell someone you're bringing them coffee, if you never intended to do so in the first place. Sells gimmick. It seems I'm not the only person that listened to your bs either and has heard it all before.

If your pest company start acting like one and quit w/the excuses! Just get the job done as you promised! Talk is cheap....

First off when I found out about these pest in my home I freaked out! I work in apartments and have a little knowledge of how bad this could get. I literally called 7 different companies to come give me quotes. Bed Bug experts were the only ones to actually look through all my furniture to inspect. The rest of the companies came and ONLY looked at what I pointed out. Anthony was very professional. He gave me peace of mind assuring me my house was not infested and I did not have a huge problem. He charged a lot less than all the other companies and worked with me on the payment. I also appreciated his patience when I kept calling him every 30 minutes asking questions about what needs to be removed from the house. Not once did he make me feel like I was annoying even though I'm sure I was. His team arrived the next day and gave me assurance and comfort that they will handle the job. Nothing was ruined during the heat treatment and so far I feel confident that I am bed bug free. The best part about it is they have a year warranty in case they come back. I highly recommend this company so much I started using them as a referral at my property. They are the best and cheapest and better quality than any other company out there!!!

I have been pleased with the service, and most importantly results, I have gotten as a customer of Blue Sky. Great local business that does the job better than the big guys.

Had mouse issues in my apartment complex for the past three ish months now... first three occurrences was that the mouse got on our table and tore into and ate our bananas. Told our apartment complex they did nothing and blamed our lizards when in fact it wasn't our lizards....We bought our own traps and set them up. After maybe the their occurrence they finally had Burns come out and check it out (they've used burns for long time apparently and I pay $15 a month in my rent for pest control and after looking at some the other reviews about 3 weeks out of scheduling perhaps that's what took so long for the apartment to take action to this -- so I guess Burns is just shitty at scheduling)

One guy came in and set up traps all over my kitchen and deactivated my wooden traps... then told me how shitty the traps are and how a little girl like me doesn't know any better and mice don't eat bananas. Like WTF it clearly does! It climbed my table three fucking times and ripped it open and ate a good chunk of it. Then told me it's a rat issue and not a mouse when the hole size is small, the bite and claw marks on the banana was small, the poop and foot prints are small like a mouse.... tried to explain how I'm aware and know these things but he continued to degrade me...

The next three weeks I've had each a different person than the first initial guy. Then the fourth the first guy came and said nothing is caught, I'll be back next week to deactivate all traps because nothing is being caught and made me feel I was hallucinating!

Then the following week no one came to check or deactivate. We saw of no activity for the past month then this Saturday night, the mouse made appearance in one of the two bedrooms... it chewed up all our nice soft cloths, cloths that was in boxes and pooped all over in my underwear container on the shelf and amongst other items...my boyfriend and I were and still Furious about this...... SO MUCH FOR PAYING $15 a month to prevent pests.... and so much for the traps the Burns finally set up... OUR THINGS ARE BEING DAMAGED BY A DAM MOUSE YOU CAN MANAGE TO RID OF.

I told my apartment complex via email with pictures.... I received of no response! We took matters into our own hands and bought poison and dryer sheets even though they told us no from the beginning because they don't want it dead in the walls... ? mouse chewed up two things of poison Sunday night! ? overall, wouldn't recommend Burns because you can do better job yourself by simply setting up Dcon and shoving dryer sheets into all holes etc. why dryer sheets? Because mouse eats it and it gets tagged in their intestines and dies.

I know part of my review is for the fact that my apartment refused to patch up holes in their process of renovation of the space prior to us moving in. But god daaaaammmmm why the hell am I paying extra for service that isn't being utilized?! And refuse to refund money to those whom are having issues.

Israel came out and gave me a very fair estimate for termite treatment.  I scheduled an appointment for the next week. They arrived on time.  As promised the job was done on time and cleaned up!   I will be switching over to them to do my regular pest control.  I will recommend to all my neighbors and friends!

I've been using Greenleaf for over 2 years and the service is excellent. When the ants were invading my house they came out every other week at no extra charge. We've been very pleased with Greenleaf.

The behavior and attitude at Green Mango is not acceptable. Plus the  service I have received over the 4 years I was with Green Mango was half  of the time great and half of the time atrocious... Sometimes the person would show up and wave the wand over the fence and toss the receipt over the fence but not ring the bell or knock on the door, even when we stayed home (and watched them toss the receipt over the wall) to wait for them... Yesterday I called for a scorpion on the porch, right by the front door. The policy is  that if I see a scorpion then you all come back out and spray but Katie told me I could not have a spray for 5 days and that she would count  that as my monthly service, which it was not!! The last service was a full flush to move in, then I was supposed to get a second spray a month later THEN it goes into my monthly service. Last month she tried to raise my rate because she said my square footage increased. It decreased by 500sqft. Also the whole point of staying with green mango is that my  rate would never increase and was supposed to be locked in for life, which apparently was also a lie. So green mango has never treated me  well and I was waiting for the manager to call back, which never happened... I went to the competition. DONE!!

Was sure I had termites. Mike Sullivan came out from Budget Brothers and went all through my house ( inside and out) very thoroughly and guess what I did not have termites!  I have used Budget Brothers in the past and they're probably one of the most honest companies I have ever dealt with and stand behind their product. Mike Sullivan gave a detailed explanation about termites and bug control ..really knew his stuff... I learned a lot.  In a world full of Thieves and scam artists it is so refreshing to meet an honest company and worker.
