Best A/C Installation in Phoenix AZ

Very pleased with the service and craftsmanship of Arizona Window and Door Store.  We needed to replace our front door and door frame.  Dan was excellent in going over our options and fine-tuning what we wanted.  The installers Josh and Gary were fantastic, they did an amazing job, and the new door has transformed the outside and lets in so much more light.  The door also seals shut and is wonderfully weather guarded.  We love it, thank you all!

We got new windows and shutters from Imperial.  We got about 8 quotes and decided to go with Imperial. I am extremely happy with the product and the service. John is awesome and you get top notch service and price from someone who is local and is passionate about making his customers happy.  The installation team performed exceptionally and finished work on-time. 15 windows and a patio door done in 2 days. From the initial visit, through the installation process Desert King has been great!! We were referred to them from our neighbors who had them install windows previously, and were exceptionally pleased with them as well. I was nearly ecstatic when I saw how well they cleaned up after themselves as they were working and after completing the job. Lots of places will tell you they will do that, but they don't always follow through. Overall, the price was very reasonable, it took about 6 weeks for the Windows to be made and another week for the scheduled dates for the install to arrive. I have had 6 other window companies come by and give estimates over the last 18-24 months and Desert King is what worked for us. All vinyl double-paned windows that aren't welded in the corners, and are specifically designed for use in our hot desert climate and have the best overall warranty that I have seen. I just really can't say enough good things about Desert King, and if you need to have Windows replaced, you won't go wrong with them.

I am SO happy that I have found K&J windows when I was looking for a company to replace my old single pane windows! Right from the first point of contact you deal with caring and professional people. It was a pleasure dealing with Tony - the salesman - who was knowledgeable and no pressure tactics here....what a difference! I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and the install team continued to exceed my expectations. Right on time every time, from measuring to installation date. Courteous and friendly and  it is obvious that they know what they are doing! They took great care in removing my old, and installing my new windows, and when they left, it was like nothing had happened at all! No mess, and they even moved my stuff back (to their exact spots I might add). I live in a townhouse and quite a few people here had replaced their windows. Looking at them now, I can tell you that my installation job is by far the best and most professional looking. I am definitely spreading the word about your company, even to those who do not want to hear about replacing windows :)

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone and team did a great job sealing our windows and replacing one window as well.  He was on time and communicated well throughout the process.  Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT USE this company under any circumstance
They came and worked on our shower door, moved over the door on his own and put in poly carb trim to prevent leaking
WE HAVE NOT BEEN Spraying the water toward the door like he suggested we were doing because it's leaking again
They called and the owner call and gave us a very bad time told us you can't fix old after we told him were going to replace it somewhere down the road but were not having this local yokel do it.
RUDE, Argumentative, disrespectful.

Paul, and his team were awesome. Very responsive and clear communicators. They completed my job in no time. Even going the little extra mile by screwing my downpipes back up. Their roof inspection is trustworthy and I'll continue to use Paul and ECS on all future jobs.

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

My experience with Krasiva windows and doors was amazingly good. I was educated on the quality of the windows they sold and treated to expert installation. They are lovely. They changed the look of my older house for the better.  They work well and they are quiet and even keep my rooms a little cleaner!

It's always a worry to have new technology installed in your old house. You hope it doesn't open a whole can of worms..  I'm also picky about service. Krasiva exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Window World was Great! They were very prompted, professional and Cost Effective. I absolutely love my New French Rail Patio Door. I was surprised by the tremendous noise decrease. I was mostly impressed by Lee and his knowledge of the product,   warranty and the over all process. My windows are NEXT! Thank you Window World of Phoenix!.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!

Horrible experience. Stressful from beginning to end. Not sure if it was because this was an insurance job. Getting the right measurements was painful. The guy had to come twice due to improper measurements. Took forever to get it delivered and installed . The installation was a circus show. Seeing the reason why they started this business is a joke to us. Kudos to those that had a good experience.

Great response! Not surprising. We wouldn't turn to your company if we did need help - EVER!
