Best A/C Installation in Phoenix AZ

We had been having problems with our insurance for years before finding this company. We worked with four other roofing companies trying to get our roof replaced and they all gave up and stopped responding to us. Our insurance was absolutely refusing to replace saying it could be repaired even though all the evidence pointed to the opposite.

Enter Four Peaks. We told them our situation and they said they would duke it out! We were hesitantly optimistic. Over the course of the next several months, we went through the same arguments with Allstate. They still declared we could fix the roof. Four Peaks took video and pictures proving the opposite. Eventually, Four Peaks told us to send an arbitration letter to Allstate. They gave us the exact wording to use to get the process started. They truly took the reins and did battle. It took over five months for everything to get settled but they stuck it out to the end. We got our check a day after the agreement was finalized and they were replacing the roof within the week.

The roof itself looks wonderful. It took about two days to complete. The workers were very nice and capable. The owner showed up during the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and to explain the rest of the process as well. They cleaned up everything nicely. We can't find any evidence that our roof was even replaced!

We are beyond happy we chose this company. They are kind, capable and excellent at their jobs. Highly recommended.

I had a tree fall on my new roof and called Multi Pro again due to my previous good experience. Totally different one this time. I called multiple times and no one called back. Finally found a text number to the owner. The office called me back the next day and set appointment time. I told them I would be paying of coarse since it was a tree that caused the issue.  They came out in a couple days, and the guys found 6 cracked tiles. They called their boss and he said to tell me about their $350 minimum and I would need to pay it for the 6 tiles, which by the way I was providing the replacement tiles. I told them no thanks.  I have since called another contractor and the charge is $60. Guess customer service and loyalty left with Charlie.

I had a roof that was old and falling apart and then we had those huge storms  several months back that really did it in.

I found Bonnie and Clyde online and had them come look at my roof based on reputation.

Clyde knew the ins and outs of getting the roof done and advised me with what was the best bang for my buck and Bonnie was a great facilitator.

I'd say I would definitely use them again in the future but judging by what a great job they did on my roof, I doubt I'll need em!

Well all the good things we read and heard about this company were true. They did an excellent job on our roof. They were here when they said they would be here. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The customer service and workmanship was excellent.

Had my roof replaced in 2019, then while selling the home in 2020 we had a buyer's inspector come out. While the inspector did find a few items for repair, though none were causing any issue with the roof, I got back in touch with Arizona Roofing Systems and Christina scheduled all of our repairs, which were covered under our warranty. Gives me and our buyer peace of mind! Thank you for getting us taken care of!

After the recent monsoon storms that rolled though it was apparent that I was going to need a new roof and was hopeful that insurance would help cover the cost.  I jumped onto the Nextdoor app and saw Johnny's name.  I gave him a call and it was the best decision I could have made.

Johnny came out the next day to complete an inspection and talk to me about my options.  The next week he came by to chalk mark out all the damage and came out again the next day to meet with the insurance adjuster.  I honestly believe having him there to point out all the damage and communicate with the insurance adjuster on my behalf was a HUGE benefit for me. Once we got a claim amount from American Family I was immediately scheduled for a full roof replacement.  Johnny came out and dropped off samples. When the roof work was in process he came out to check on his crew and make sure that I was okay with all the work in process.  The roof was complete after only a day and a half!  I know this because Johnny texted me a picture of the final product.  The crew did a great job of cleaning up and the final product looks AMAZING!  

Through-out the whole process Johnny was quick to respond and answered all of my questions.  The service that I received was top notch. I am so thankful I made the call.  My experience has been nothing less than AMAZING.  If I could give PROWEST a 10 star rating I would.

The owner Luis Rodriguez is honest and dependable. His crew patched a few spots on my roof and they were fast. Luis didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. This is the company I'm going to call when I need my roof replaced.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

I left a message a few days ago for a quote on a new roof. A lady calls back today asking what I needed. First, I had already mentioned on the message I needed a quote for a a new re-roof. Second she said they do their quotes monday thru friday between 10 and 2. She asked if that would work or if I needed another day and time. i said it would need to be more in the afternoon and the earliest would be 2. She said well she could only do between 1 and 2. I said the only way that will work is if someone calls me first when they would be coming and I can see if my husband is available. The lady says she cannot do that. I said ok I will go elsewhere to a business who can come in the afternoon for an estimate. I can understand them needing to actually do the work earlier in the day; however, an estimate is a different story and there is no reason why I really even need to be there.

John was quick to respond to our call for an estimate. We had a ceiling leak. John understood the urgency of the repair. We have a flat roof and when I met him it was clear he had vast experience with our roof type.  He explained every step and then followed up with me several times after the work was done to ensure all was well. I highly recommend Copper West Roofing.  We had a major leak in our roof and they did an excellent job fixing it.  Jordan was always on time, great at communicating (he sent pictures of the needed repairs with the quote) and he and his crew were very conscientious.  They even blew our courtyard clean when they were done!

They performed multiple jobs at my investment property I manage from out of state and were very patient working with my tenants schedule and my needs. Communications were excellent. All work was thorough and completed at estimates given.

They did a great job of replying quickly and explaining what the problems were and what they would do to fix them.

I highly recommend Jason and Jared and state 48 roofing. The two of them and their team were knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. Jared was quick to get me a quote and detailed in explaining my options. Jason kept me looped in on where everything was at throughout the process and responsive when I reached out. I thought their pricing was reasonable and we were impressed with their work. If you need work done on your roof, definitely give them a call!!

I started searching for a roofer in my area on Yelp and noted that Advanced Quality Roofing had received a large number of 5-Star Reviews. I contacted the company and arranged a meeting with the owner (Robert) for the following day. He arrived on time and wearing a mask. We spoke about the job at hand and he left promising to send me an estimate the following day. I received the estimate, was satisfied with it, and decided to use his services.
His crew arrived 2 days later and he joined them shortly thereafter. His crew consisted of 5 young men all eager to start the work. I have worked with a number of sub-contractors in the past and I must say that this crew was hard-working (working from 8:30 am sharp until 6:30 pm) and extremely efficient. No corners were cut and the final result was a roof that was professionally installed and included a 10 year warranty.
The job ended after 5 days but didn't stop there. The clean-up was not to be believed! All excess materials and trash were completely picked up and they even had a large magnet on wheels which picked up all nails and metal objects left on the ground.
To say I was completely satisfied is an understatement. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Advanced Quality Roofing to anyone desiring roof repair or installation. First Class Company!

Alex was quick to reply.  He came out to give me an estimate when he said he would.  Company was competitively priced.  Work started promptly on the day they said it would.   Job involved tile, foam and rolled roofing. They were professional, cleaned up after, went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommend them.

Superior Roofing is amazing. These guys sealed up my roof and provided a complimentary estimate to re-roof my house immediately. The customer service was excellent, qui and they are extremely knowledgeable in their field.

We were introduced to Jake and Caliber from our general contractor. We had a project that lasted several weeks. We had a few hiccups along the way which included some inferior product which was concerning at the time. Jake ordered new product at his cost to make sure we were satisfied. He also painted our new ceiling free of charge. We will use him again for any other roofing projects that we have. His project manager Matt was easily accessible and we felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I read a review from another person that said they had problems in the middle. We also had some issues midstream but as I mentioned, Jake and Matt came by personally to address all concerns and made necessary changes at Calibers cost. The finished product is what counts and we are completely happy and look forward to spending a lot of time under our new covered patio.

Requested a quote through their website. More than a week went by with no response. Finally called to see if they could come out, we scheduled a day and time window during the week. I took the morning off of work to meet with them. I Even got a confirmation call the afternoon before which was great. But then come the day of the on site meeting know one showed up or even called to reschedule... Lost my business, Too bad for them because I maintain multiple residential properties that have and will need roofs in the future.

If I could give less stars I would. They say that their work is guaranteed but that's a lie. They are in no rush whatsoever to get the work completed or done correctly for that matter. Called Regan and the office to have work corrected and now they are avoiding returning calls or texts. Waste of time and money.
