Best A/C Installation in Phoenix AZ
Had a great experience start to finish with the Aneva Solar team, working primarily with Scott and Chris. Had a 73 panel system installed using top of the line components and LG panels with a 25 year warranty on everything. They took care of all the project management details, including walking me (a solar newbie) through all the details and answering my questions, getting all the permits secured, installation and commissioning the start up. There were a couple curve balls that came up during the process and they worked out solutions to address them, needing only a confirmation from me that the solution they came up with was acceptable. The system went active in September '21 and we now have a $200 credit balance on our APS bill that keeps growing every month.
Could not be happier with the overall project, the end result, and the Aneva team. Thanks again Scott, Chris and Team Aneva.

Look no further for a great, honest solar company. It is a family owned business and knows how to take care of their customers. John Sr. answered all my questions and had a proposal for my review in two days. John Jr. and his efficient crew came out on time on the scheduled start date and they had it completed in three days -- amazing work and attention to detail. They left our property clean which is always a sign of a business that takes pride in their work. They also helped us every step of the way coordinating with the electric company. Thank you Black Platinum Solar for helping us with our investment.

The fantastic people at Sunny Energy were a true delight to do business with as they made the whole process of going solar as simple as it could be.From the initial start to the final review the process I never would have believed that it could be so simple. The install crew took only 3.5 hours to install the entire system and that was from arrival to the clean up .I really appreciate the way the crew exactly what, where and when each of the crew was doing. Just an OUTSTANDING experience and would recommend Sunny to anyone and everyone that wants to go solar!!!

We were introduced to Jake and Caliber from our general contractor. We had a project that lasted several weeks. We had a few hiccups along the way which included some inferior product which was concerning at the time. Jake ordered new product at his cost to make sure we were satisfied. He also painted our new ceiling free of charge. We will use him again for any other roofing projects that we have. His project manager Matt was easily accessible and we felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I read a review from another person that said they had problems in the middle. We also had some issues midstream but as I mentioned, Jake and Matt came by personally to address all concerns and made necessary changes at Calibers cost. The finished product is what counts and we are completely happy and look forward to spending a lot of time under our new covered patio.

We were very happy with Rooftop Solar! From start to finish they made sure it was about us. The initial visit was informative and all our questions were answered. The planning and installation were painless for us. They had plenty of men working on all aspects of installation and it went very smoothly. They were here for the city inspection and walked us through "flipping the switch". The follow up after install was a wonderful surprise as well! Highly recommend!

We recently moved to a home in Mesa and asked George Robbins of AZ Sun to stop by to install several devices and to clean-up and repair the electrical in the pool equipment area. During our pre- purchase home inspection, a question arose as to whether the main breaker panel was maxed out. George inspected the panel and found there to be no problems. I appreciated his honesty. The service was prompt and fairly priced. We highly recommend George.

My solar water heater became defective, called several companies for service, here are some of their comments, " if we didn't install it we don't service it". "we don't do solar anymore", We live in the Valley of the Sun. I called General Solar, spoke to Kent and he said he could come to my house on Monday, I asked if he had any solar water heaters on hand, yes he did, I said please bring it when you come. After 4 days of no hot water and taking cold showers even during a heat wave, gets old, I had hot water within 1 hour, Kent and Steve cleaned up and removed the old water heater. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Kent and Steve. I will refer you to anyone who is interested in solar. Thanks again, Mary

Have worked with these guys to get solar for my home. Very professional and very knowledgeable. They also gave me a lower price than the other company that came and showed me what they had. They gave me a low 2.99 interest rate on my solar. I will recommend them to any and all my friends and family.

I was in the market for solar screens for our house. We have a Southwest exposure so we have total sun from noon to sundown. It gets bright and warm in the living room and kitchen. I had read the great reviews that Southwest Sun Screens had and gave them a call.
I spoke with Ryan and he was extremely personable on the phone. We scheduled an inspection. He arrived on time and quickly measured the windows, gave me great price and I scheduled the install. Ten days later they came out and did the install in about an hour and a half.
I couldn't be happier. We went with the 90% black on all of the windows and they look great. They also keep the house MUCH darker. I would absolutely recommend calling them if you're in the market. We did all of the windows, but you can do only a few if you want. I'll probably have them out to put a new screen on the sliding back door now.

I obtained r installation from Harmon and signed a lease with SunRun. I would recommend both of those companies. They are efficient and courteous. Harmon installed solar on two of my homes. The second home was with SunPower leasing.
HOWEVER, the facts are somewhat different than represented by the Harmon salesperson. My average cost before solar was $175 per month. My lease is $135 with my first home. I was told that I would save $40 per month initially and more later as APS fees increased. In fact, I found that APS still charges ne $20 per month service fee. They also will PAY ME $03 per KWH for any accumulated excess power I transferred to them by the 1st of each year. They will also CHARGE ME about September 1st of each year the amount of power I used in excess of what my solar equipment produced since the first of the year. That charge is $0.14 per KWH.
In total I will pay about the same as I did before I installed solar, Remember, APS will still receive a fee of about $40 per month average which negates my initial savings.
In the long run it will save me a little money. My second home is just finishing now.
Call APS for clear understanding of all the fees involved. They also have a good analysis on their website.

Hello I want to increase my star rating for titan, I was dealing with Samantha from titan, let me tell you she want above and beyond to help me, titan is solving one of my biggest complaint and it wasn't even they fault, She is also someone out to check the pattern of my installation, only because I don't understand why my neighbor who has the same floor plan and house I have and theirs looks so much better, I can not after all these months thank her enough, even if it was just to call me back, since none of ALL the people I called never got back to me, so I am going from 1 star to 3 stars Thank You Samantha

Hi all. Wanted to give a 6 month update - pros and con's and some good tips. I apologize to folks that sent me messages directly, I didn't realize how yelp messages worked.
First off, getting electrical construction stuff done to your house is very difficult. There are lots of permits and approvals required. Be prepared for a lengthy process of getting plans approved, work scheduled, inspections scheduled and approved etc. It took a while for ours to get done, but it was worth the wait. Our roof has flat cement tiles - easier to walk on and install stuff on, I'm not aware of any damaged tiles, but if your roof has those beautiful curved tiles, I would expect a harder install process as one reviewer can attest. I think that Solar City should send their "crack" team of repair dudes to that guys house to make it right and post new pictures of nice matching tiles.
Pro's: The panels are installed and working like they should. We are satisfied with their performance and we are seeing cost savings every month. I can't tell how much because we were on the monthly average plan, so we still have a positive balance with SRP. Our monthly balanced payment amount was 225-240 per month year round. We are paying less than that every month with the summer rapidly approaching.
I contacted Solar City a few times and got good service every time. Once to ask about the "flip the switch" to activate the panels ( I thought I was supposed to do that but there was one final inspection by SRP and Solar City remaining - they came out, did the inspection and they flipped the switch).
Another time was to express my indignation about a 15 dollar surcharge added to my bill because I did not allow them to withdraw directly from my bank account. I had set up an automatic bill pay yet that wasn't the same thing to them. The 15 dollar surcharge is in the contract, so while I was unhappy about it, I did sign the contract. I found a solution. I have multiple bank accounts (due to relocating to Phoenix) and one is my active account and the other has a small savings and check balance to remain active. Now I send a "payment" to my secondary account and let them take their money from the secondary account. They get their money, I save 15 dollars and my main checking account is isolated from "auto debit" robots.
You are helping reduce the load on the grid during peak times! This helps avoid citywide brownouts because of too much demand and not enough coming from the power plants. SRP will have to shut down one of their big coal plants soon (thanks EPA) and that means more stress on their grid. Anything to reduce that stress is a good thing, and we are going green to boot...
Con's: You have installers up on your roof putting stuff up there. Not every install team is comprised of anal-retentive engineers, so be prepared for the possibility of a bit of stuff left laying around (there is a water bottle that fell onto a lower level that is still there, a couple pieces of scrap that fell from the roof etc). Nothing that was worthy of a complaint call, but just know that construction is messy.
I'm not seeing evidence that SRP is "buying" our excess electricity, they install these new electronic meters, so you can't see the wheel spinning backwards and the numbers count in reverse or anything like that. Our typical bill from SRP has a solar connection fee of about 17 bucks, and a small balance of electricity that we purchase, so maybe there is some magical process that happens.
It will take some time from the day that you sign the agreement to when they go live. Ours went pretty quickly and it was still around 2-3 months from signed deal to generating electricity. A friend's took more like 6 months, but they are generating electricity now too.
Tip: Remember that you signed an agreement to buy the electricity from your panels - use it! It took us a while to get into the mode of running stuff during the daylight hours (dishwasher, laundry, pool pump, and we keep the AC about 4-5 degrees cooler during the day now). Even doing all that stuff during a sunny day, we generate more than we use (but just barely).
Solar City has met every obligation, treated us with respect, and even sent us a referral check as they advertised. Read the contract, understand what you are agreeing to and call them if you have questions - they are decent folks.
Hold your head up! You are helping the environment, helping reduce strain on the grid and saving money on your bills - all good things.
