Its durable, well made ,its not noticeable and REALLY works. He installed 2 years ago and no more scorpions or bugs in our house. This is the only way to keep scorpions from entering you house. I would suggest finding another company. Service technicians are very nice, but the customer service representatives at the office  are horrible. They are rude and very unhelpful.  Getting them to come out for an appointment takes 3+ weeks because they don't have enough technicians. Do not  give these people your business.
