Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!

Awesome family owned and operated roofing company. I called TSM Roofing because I needed to get an inspection done on my roof for my home owners insurance. I spoke with Carolyn , who was a delight to talk to, and explained to her what I need and she was able to get Wendell out to my residence the next day to do the inspection.

Wendell gave me a call before heading out to my residence and explained to me what he was going to inspect and how long the inspection was going to take. My insurance company needed a minimum of 6 photos of the roof from different angles and some details of the roof with the estimated age of the roof, which I asked Wendell about and he said that would be no problem. After the inspection was done, Wendell gave me another call and went over all of the details from the inspection and sent me an email with the pictures and documentation that I needed.

I can say with 100% certainty that this company is outstanding on every level. Reliability, Honesty, and Daryl the Owner has the highest standards of workmanship and integrity for himself and his employees. They have been in the business for a long time. My free evaluation and estimate were very thorough and they explained everything to me in detail with pictures.  I'm an older gal and couldn't get up on my roof to see, so the pictures help tell the story. My roof was over 25 years old. They put a whole new roof on the house. My job was scheduled in a timely manner and they were done by the date they provided me. The crew was courteous and they cleaned up every day, no mess left behind at all!  The job foreman kept abreast every step of the way with pictures. I have used them twice now. Once several years back for a major repair from storm damage ( They came out in the middle of the night to tarp my roof, the weather was horrible! Pouring rain and wind and they responded within an hour and a half of my frantic call!) They work in conjunction with my insurance company without any delay. I've owned several homes over the years, If you're looking for honesty, fair pricing and excellent workmanship This is your company!  I have referred family and friends who have had the same valued experience. I had my patio extended recently by Dean and his crew and that was one of the best experience I've had dealing with contractors! Dean is on top of all scheduling and the communications for the project. I didn't have to check on him like I had to with the other contractors. He constantly updated me with the progress of the project and also responded to my emails and texts right away. Dean is very straightforward with the scope of work and the pricing. He explained to me in details about how he'll get the job done, and he delivered!

Wanted to say Thank You, to JTD Roofing. Reached out to JTD after noticing some drips on our ceiling from the last heavy rain. Everything from the scheduling to completion was pleasant. Everyone showed up earlier and everything was anticipated to take one day. JTD came close except for a minor hiccup which they overcame. Juan explained the process as they were removing and installing replacement materials. I researched the Boral Seal they utilized and was pleased. Once completed any questions we had Juan answered. The tiles and everything looks cleaner than before, even room to brush debris and keep the drains from clogging. Everything was cleaned up before they left for the day and once the job was completed. Thank you for a great job!

I waited all morning for someone to show. No one came or if they did, they did not come to the door or call. When I called the office to find out when they were going to arrive, I was told someone (the owner, actually)  had been to my house and was preparing a bid. I never received a bid. How do they stay in business?

Worked with Brad. They were great. Fixed my roof tiles at a very affordable price and they were even able to do it when I wasn't home, which made it really easy.

After soliciting 6 estimates in Dec and Jan for roof repair on a flat roof we chose Right Way.  Three bids said we needed a roof replacement, and three bids were for repair/recoat.  Of the recoat estimates Right Way was the highest, but the estimator (Gary) seemed very knowledgeable and the estimate was the most detailed.  We signed a contract the end of January, we were told they were scheduling at least 6 weeks out and weather might extend that, so we were aware it might take a while.
 
We finally got an appointment for work to commence on 23 April, so we did have a long wait.  On 21 April I received a call from a manager (John?) who told me the roof was too far gone for a repair/recoat and they could not do the work.  I reminded him we had a contract, and was told the contract was cancelled, that the sales reps were not experts on what may be needed.  This immediately seemed to be a bait and switch situation as a replacement is much more expensive.  Even if it was not intentional, my question is why was a contract written and signed, before an expert assessed the roof.  I received a call from Gary apologizing  for his mistake, but in my opinion the mistake was managements fault for not having the expert on site BEFORE a contract was signed.
 
The owner called my husband and offered to try and work us in the schedule for a roof replacement (!), but at this point this is not the company I would trust to do any work.  I waited a full three months for work to commence, only to be told 2 DAYS before that it was not going to happen. Apologies and excuses were not much help.

All of my other estimates expired in February, and I now have to start the entire process over.  I have lost a lot of time and effort and there is really no way this company can make this fiasco right. I would be aware their contracting process is a mess and what you sign for may not be accurate or honored.

This company is so professional. Not only are they experienced but they meet deadlines and go above and beyond to surpass expectations. Their work was actually complimented by another roofing company that was in the neighborhood. I loved their personalities as well, that is always a bonus. I'm seriously so impressed with their work that I'm telling anyone I know about their services. If you're looking for a professional, reliable, and committed company... you just found one!

Just had foam roof completed this week on a complex I take of. Happy with the work done and at a fair price. Will work again with them when a roofer is required for sure.

I have a roof leak and called lots of places to come out and check it. Some places were 2-3 weeks out before they could come out. Called and left Garrett a message, he called be right back and said he could stop by the next day. He called and showed up on time, then after checking my roof leak and talking to him, he told me because my house is only 9 years old to go after the home builder. I have not paid him anything and he is so willing to help. I am in the process of going after the home builder, and if things fall through I will be using ridge roofing to repair. Thanks Garrett!

I needed a patch on an area of my roof after I found a leak in the garage.  I they came recommended by my neighbor so I figured I would give them a shot.  They were there in 20 minutes and found the problem immediately.  Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced.  Fixed the problem in 10 minutes.  I highly recommend them!
