One of the recent storms to blow through the valley did some damage to our roof. My husband made calls to several roofing companies, and Jose was the first to call back. He was able to come out the next day, assessed the situation, and quickly provided a reasonable estimate for the work. My husband was going to be away from the house, but scheduled the work for the next Monday at 7 am. Jose showed up when he said he would, fixed the roof, and sent along pictures to my husband showing the fixes. We'll definitely use A-1 in the future if we have any roofing needs - they were responsive, reliable, and did a quality job - with good communication and follow up throughout!

I know there are reputable companies in every industry and service; but often they are hard to find.  I met Dustin from TSM after a storm event in the Prescott Valley area.  Many roofs were damaged in our community and he was handing out cards like most companies do when there is opportunity for business.  Little did I know at the time, that my relationship with Dustin and TSM roofing would be an amazing experience.  Our insurance adjuster came within a week or so, and someone from TSM was here to help guide them through all the damage.  Well, the adjuster/company only offered a small amount for what HE saw as damages.  Dustin followed up with a detailed damage assessment, and after some back and forth, the insurance company paid for nearly a full roof replacement.  Dustin helped with the product selection and held off the actual replacement until the weather was warm enough to seal the shingles together.  The roof was finished in a day, it was an absolute mess, that the crew cleaned up perfectly.  And after they left, Dustin stayed for another hour or so walking the property with his magnet broom making sure that they got as many nails as possible.  He even sprayed and scrubbed some of the pavers on the patio and driveway that had some blackmarks from the process.  Don't look any further for a roofing company that you can trust.  Just call TSM.

Simply put, All About Roofing did everything right.  From Justin's first call at our home, the price, the flexibility and availability of this company was terrific.  They came out with a polite, professional crew, and got the job done (1875 sq. ft.) in one day.  I had a Zoom conference and they kindly took a 20 minute break so I could work without the noise of a roof installation.  They then went back to work and got the job done.  Moreover, they did an EXCELLENT job cleaning up -- even using a magnate to make sure no stray nails were lying around.  While we haven't been through our first rain yet, I'm confident my beautiful, reasonably priced new roof will last for decades.    Thank you All About Roofing.  Great job.

He was very responsive from day one contact, got his team out very quickly (Tomas was awesome)!

They spent a full day pressure washing, sanding, caulking and priming our house. Everything was well masked off and ready for paint next day! Next day the team was here for just over 4 hours and beautifully transformed the place!

Charles himself came out to inspect everything and had his crew touch up a few spots before collecting payment. I really appreciate his personal touch, quick work and through job.

So nice to check one more thing off our remodel checklist!

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

Just purchased a home that recently had their roof replaced from roof medic in 2019. We did have a leak in our roof and were thrilled to find out it was under warranty. They responded immediately via email and were timely to get the repair done before more rain storms came rolling in. I requested that we be compensated for the water damage on our freshly painted ceiling since the roof was under warranty- and awkward ask from a desperately poor & new homeowner-and they were kind enough to send me $100 Home Depot gift card. This paid for all of the paint and repairs!! While we did not personally hire them in 2019 to repair the roof, I would use them over and over based off of the customer service I experienced to make things right. THANK YOU ROOF MEDIC!

ICON roofing came through on every single promise. There was no delay whatsoever from the first visit to the last. Every single one of my calls or texts was answered within the hour and it was refreshing getting any information needed. The roofers were incredible! A sudden dust storm came out of nowhere and not only did they clean up the work area, but went around my backyard taking the time to ensure that everything was cleared. They were friendly and completely professional. The only thing I feel bad about is that I didn't treat them to lunch, such hard workers. They finished the full project within 3 days and we had constant check ins from Kevin and Hayden to ensure that we were happy with the progress. We had a small leak this summer and realized the dreaded roof replacement was needed. Steve was very responsive even as he and his team were incredibly busy during monsoon season. We asked to delay the roof to allow us to get finances ready and he was very understanding.  He followed up with me a month later as discussed and quickly got us scheduled. His team has been great and they clean up very well every night.  He also sends daily picture updates in the evening which has been great to keep updated on the progress.  Give Steve a call and you won't be disappointed!

Jose was very professional since the first time I spoke with him. Very good at communicating and always available. He lived up to his price and work. He quoted us the best price for the quality materials he used. He's even offering us a 10 year warranty on his work. He came in put a roof on two homes and was out of there before we knew it. Called BCS to remove ugly stucco on the front of my house and replace with wood siding to restore the house to it's original mid-century feel.  Dean took the time to understand the design we really needed and made sure it was done right.  They did a fantastic job and I'm very pleased with how it turned out.  Price was totally reasonable compared to most companies around the valley.  Will definitely be calling them when we get ready to do our next project.  Would recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a great price!!

Hired JTD to fix a single barrel tile that flew off during a monsoon. JTD was the only contractor willing to give an estimate via pictures I supplied.

His price was WELL below everyone else who quoted their minimum charge (often $500- 600 dollars for a 20 minute job).

I was in need of a new roof. After doing a lot of research I settled on Allstate Roofing. Am I glad I did. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They helped me select the shingles that looked good and gave me the warranty I was looking for. They also worked around a couple of rain days so I wouldn't have leak problems. The roof was finished in the timeframe laid out and I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. The price was also very competitive. I would recommend them and also use them in the future.

Wow!! Thank you for installing my new roof!! The roofers were extremely respectful, communicative, and reliable. They stuck to the timeline we agreed upon and pricing was comparable to other companies. The difference with this company, that I haven't seen before, is there ability to communicate. With each step/day they asked if I had any concerns or questions and updated me on what was being done next. For me, I like to know what's going on and what time someone is going to show up... the worse part about other companies I've used is the lack of reliability and communication. Other companies just come and go as they please... playing loud inappropriate music, and not cleaning up after themselves. Truvo (Brad) was a breath of fresh air!! Right Way Roofing inspected our roof after a rainstorm and found it was in need of replacing. They scheduled the job right away, and got the job completed quickly (just a few days). They did a great job! And were really great about communication--they sent photos, quotes, and the office girls were great about calling to schedule and any other updates needed!

This company is so professional. Not only are they experienced but they meet deadlines and go above and beyond to surpass expectations. Their work was actually complimented by another roofing company that was in the neighborhood. I loved their personalities as well, that is always a bonus.
