One of the recent storms to blow through the valley did some damage to our roof. My husband made calls to several roofing companies, and Jose was the first to call back. He was able to come out the next day, assessed the situation, and quickly provided a reasonable estimate for the work. My husband was going to be away from the house, but scheduled the work for the next Monday at 7 am. Jose showed up when he said he would, fixed the roof, and sent along pictures to my husband showing the fixes. We'll definitely use A-1 in the future if we have any roofing needs - they were responsive, reliable, and did a quality job - with good communication and follow up throughout!

After the Oct 2022 hail-storm here in Scottsdale, our roof really took a beating. My husband contacted three different roofing contractors as per insurance instruction, but didn't have that 100% level of confidence that he likes to have. He was noticing one sign in most all of our neighbor's yards for TSM Roofing. By chance, he was outside and noticed a guy on our neighbor's roof; his name was Tyler and he was one of the owners of TSM Roofing. My husband asked him if he could do ours afterwards and we made an appointment for the following Monday.
He was on the roofing marking the storm damage, taking photos and writing the estimate for some time. When he came down he said that if we wanted to hire him, send him the insurance point of contact and he could take it from there. When he sent us the estimate later that night, his attention to detail was tremendous and his estimate was competitive. Due to his professionalism and his customer service skills, we hired him on the spot.
He started working with my insurance and a couple of weeks later we had a beautiful new roof and their cleanup was sensational. He was on site and his crew completed the roof in one day. When it came time to pay, he had exact figures from the insurance company and made sure that I did not pay a dime more than my deductible. Tyler was honest, had the highest level of integrity, and took great care of this military family. His office staff and his crew members were friendly and the crew did wonderful work. Very efficient and fairly priced the job was completed as promised in a single day. I highly recommend them for any roof replacement. However, the only reason this wasn't a five star review is because during the work they broke my plant bleeder lines in 4 different places and broke off 3 of my solar yard lights and shoved them into the rock cover so they would stay standing up. Cost me about $65 bucks for replacement lights and water line parts on everything plus time and effort. Still the roof work was excellent.

Warning...long review...but ALL good.  I cannot say enough about Charles and his crew. I purchased a home in Mesa, AZ in October 2019. It was dark and dingy, but I knew it had potential.  I had spoken to a couple of local painters but once they attended, didn't want to do the job.  I admit, it was going to take ALOT of TLC. Enter Charles.... from the first time I spoke to Charles (owner), I knew he was on the same page as I was.  He went and saw my home and then provided an estimate. Not only was his price in line, his knowledge, respect, and communication was top notch.  A little background....I am in Canada. I chose AZ family painters from their yelp reviews.  Charles kept me in the loop and even video chatted with me before and after the painting. Being in Canada, I was trusting Charles and his crew. I was NOT disappointed. I would recommend Charles to ANY one looking for a painter who still believes in workmanship and Customer Satisfaction. Charle's communication was bar none, the best I have ever witnessed (and I'm the owner of a restoration company in Canada). I only wish he was located where I am because he would definitely be on my preferred list. After the interior of my home was painted, I had Charles attend and paint the exterior. Kudos to you Charles, contractors like you are few and far between.  Move to Canada? I will recommend you to all. Carol.

We needed our patio roof repaired. The folks at Spearhead showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they promised to do and for the amount they quoted. They were wonderful.

I have no reservations about recommending Spearhead to anyone.

After a 2014 Monsoon, K. Myers the General Manager was on my roof in less than 24 hrs. Professional, personable and efficient he had repair quotes emailed to me within hours.

They showed up on the days they said they were going to show up, they cleaned up after themselves every day, they listened to my concerns, and the price was right as well as availability. this is almost like a to cliché review but I've referred them out to customers before and I finally have used them for myself and they are now giving me a quote for my mom's house. I was fast approaching the need for a roof repair. My neighbor had used Ready Roofing and was very satisfied with their service, price and professionalism. I have a complex roof and a medium to large home. When I needed estimates for my roof replacement, I added Ready Roofing into the four estimates I received.

Had a small leak in my roof that I noticed after the last shower we had. Got 4 estimates from roofing companies. Now, I'm certainly not a roofer, but I am handy. To me, it really didn't seem like it was a huge job based on what the roofers showed me and described what needed to be done. Most estimates were about $2000. When Jose came by for an estimate, he was honest and said it wasn't that big a job, and would take about 2 hours. When his guys showed up to do the job, they were here for just about 2 hours. The quality of the work looks really good. They cleaned up when done. And Jose was very reasonable with his price. Had I chosen one of the other companies, I would have paid them about $1000 an hour. Who makes that kind of money??? Maybe the job was too small and they didn't really want to do it. Who knows. I would definitely recommend Jose and his team and will use again in the future. We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform a water test to ensure the leak was indeed fixed correctly. Furthermore, Dean came during the weekend in-between providing his estimate and making the repairs to plug the stucco holes so that the possible rainfall that weekend wouldn't cause further damage. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dean's work quality and timeliness, and would certainly recommend him to others.

Right Way Roofing inspected our roof after a rainstorm and found it was in need of replacing. They scheduled the job right away, and got the job completed quickly (just a few days). They did a great job! And were really great about communication--they sent photos, quotes, and the office girls were great about calling to schedule and any other updates needed!

Just had foam roof completed this week on a complex I take of. Happy with the work done and at a fair price. Will work again with them when a roofer is required for sure.

I'm a veteran, have multiple deployments under my belt. When I deal with businesses and people, there's a reciprocity of trust. When you break trust, there are consequences.
When selling a house while living out of state, Ridge Roofing was recommended for roof repairs. Garrett was professional, and came in at the cheapest of three bids, so we chose him.
The buyer's agent did their final walk-thru the day after the roofing work was to be finished. That morning I called Garrett for the invoice and to pay. He said he had to send a couple of guys out that morning to finish some work, but it'd be quick.
That night my agent emailed that during walk-thru, the buyer's agent saw roofers fixing damage to the patio roof and we risk missing the closing date based on the depth of repair. They sent an addendum addressing this risk. One part of the email read, Hunter McBride with Ridge Roofing happened to be on site cleaning up some debris that had been left behind. We pointed out to him that it looked like one of the roof repairmen had stepped through the ceiling. He confirmed this, and said his company would take care of it.. He took a paint chip with him to match the paint...
Next morning, I texted Garrett. Here's the verbatim exchange.
Me: Hi Garrett, the buyers did a walk thru of the house yesterday and saw a hole in the patio roof. They're asking 2 questions that I hope to relay answers back to them:
- Are you folks going to be able to do the repairs to the hole?
- Can we get an estimated time of completion for the work, ideally with photos of the repaired area?

Garrett: Are they wanting us to cover it? I have a drywall guy I can refer and could get it done pretty fast. It was a cracked seen in the drywall from having extra weight in the patio. The repair tech didn't do anything wrong the seem just cracked.
Piet: Hi Garrett, please check email. Hunter McBride owned up to the damage and said Ridge Roofing was handling these repairs (specifically the photo you sent), and Hunter even took a paint chip along to match paint. That info came from the buyer's agent. Has something changed since? Closing date is scheduled for tomorrow.
Garrett: If it was something our repair tech did to cause the damage we would cover it no questions. But that is not the case in this situation. We would gladly refer the drywall guy we use. But a drywall seem separating just from being on the roof, which he had too do is not our fault.
Ok. I told the guy representing the buyer that if our guy fell through and caused that we would cover it. But that wasn't the case obviously - this is what I got from Hunter
Photos taken the month prior show the patio ceiling in good shape. I'd hope so; we replaced it in 2015.
The buyer's inspector checked it on 3/14. He identified a number of items, to include patio roof, and he took a lot of photos of all faults. The drywall was fine.
Aside from Garrett's team, nobody was on the patio roof. Yet the day after work was finished, the drywall had a man-sized hole punched through. Garrett says his people didn't cause it. So sometime between the inspection, and my exchange with Garrett, the hole in the patio roof mysteriously appeared. It's mysterious because Hunter McBride took responsibility for the damage to the buyer's agent; but not even 12 hours later, Garrett stated that it wasn't the company's fault, that the drywall seam just cracked.
So no, I don't recommend Ridge Roofing. They're liars, unethical, irresponsible, clutzy, and don't own up to their mistakes. Their lack of ethics jeopardized my closing on the house.
They claim they're licensed & bonded. To avoid getting sued, check their documents in case one of their clowns falls through your roof, too. Or better, find a different contractor-one with more scruples and fortitude.

They did the roof for our home prior to our purchase of it.  Prior to purchasing the home, we requested they come and inspect the roof and gave us reassurance the warranty would transfer to us.  Recently we had a leak and they came right out.  Turns out the leak was due to a skylight (not their fault), but they fixed it anyway.  Their customer service is fantastic!!
