Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!

Arizona Family Painting came out and painted the exterior of our home and the perimeter fence in October 2021, and they did such a great job! They worked quickly (the whole thing was done in 1.5 days), the price was very good, and everyone associated with this company was a joy to work with. I did a lot of research before choosing Arizona Family Painting, and I am so glad I did.

See the photos for before/after for the front of the house, the front door (pink!), and the inside of the block fence (blue!). I really appreciate that Charles never once said, What crazy colors. Are you sure? Ha ha ha. Instead, he was really supportive.

One thing I did before they came out was use the color tool on the Sherwin-Williams website, loading in photos of my house and painting them different colors with the Color Snap Visualizer. This helped me choose exactly the colors I wanted. (One trick: use the define area tool to add color to a section of your photo.) In fact, I sent screen shots of the colored-in photos to Charles, which made things really clear for the painters when they were doing the job.

I can't believe I waited so long to have my house painted. It is an improvement I notice and appreciate every single day.

I found Icon Roofing through a recommendation on the Arcadia Living Group on Facebook. During a monsoon a tile blew off my roof, I wanted someone to check for damage and replace any broken tiles. Icon roofing was very easy to contact, came out to inspect the roof, and booked the repair within a week. Zac sent an email with the quote that included pictures of damage. Everyone was very professional. I'd definitely recommend Icon Roofing!

I reached out to this roofer on Yelp and requested a bid on a new roof just as I did with 2 other contractors. I got a timely response from Jalisco Roofing, but all it said was Hello. I messaged back on Yelp and repeated the request. After 2 days, no response. It's almost as if the response was a robo-answer and there is nobody monitoring their listing on Yelp? Whatever, don't waste your time.

My husband and I have used Dean for several projects and have been pleased with his work every time. He recently replaced our roof and painted the entire exterior of our house. Dean is very professional and ensures his clients are comfortable with the work he is doing. He was very patient in answering all my questions. Before the roof work started, we had a leak. Dean quickly came and installed a temporary patch on the roof right away even though the actual job wasn't to start for two more weeks. Also, the paint job he did was immaculate! I'm very picky and I appreciated that he went over the job with a fine tooth comb, even saying on several occasions I'm really picky. It's refreshing when a contractor cares and takes pride in their work and doesn't try to cut corners. Dean was also very involved with his crew ensuring that the job they did was up to standards. I received several quotes before hiring Dean and like last time, his pricing is one of the most reasonable we've found. I reached out to a number of roofing businesses.  Allstate Roofing had fantastic ratings and reviews on BBB.  Quick response when I called.  Veronica, in the front office was great to work with.  She got a day/time lined up for Allstate Roofing to come out to give a quote which was appreciated.  They were slammed with calls because of severe weather that had hit the Phoenix area.  

I was told by one roofing business my whole roof needed to be replaced.  The house was built in 2006 so I knew that didn't sound right.  This was not the case!

When Chad from Allstate Roofing came out, he determined it was was the flat roof portions that were the issue.  There were cracked tiles in a section of the tile roof so I decided to have those replaced while they were out there.

When the job started, which ended up being a month before estimated.  Everyone knows products are on back order, but it turned out product arrived early.   Brad supervised the project and he was professional and great to work with.  Daily updates.  The estimate I was given ended up being the final amount.

If you need to get your roof repaired or replaced, this is the business to go with! Very honest inspection of my roof and after 20+ years in the hot AZ weather, it needed to be replaced. I was shown photos of my roof and explained all the costs upfront. They clean up the property thoroughly each day and I could not be happier with the quality of work that they did. Several of my neighbors stopped by to get referral information for their homes as they were so impressed with speed and efficiency of the workers.

Just had foam roof completed this week on a complex I take of. Happy with the work done and at a fair price. Will work again with them when a roofer is required for sure.

I would highly recommend Ridge Roofing!  I had a microburst tear my roof apart during monsoon season.  Garrett was amazing! He came out the very next day and gave me a quote that was not only reasonable but actually less expensive than most.  He not only quoted me in one day, but also started the work the very NEXT day (talk about amazing). His crew arrived right on time (the time promised) and did an excellent job.  This was a FULL roof replacement and it took only 3 days to complete! DONE!
