Jose gave me a fair quote same day on my patio roof and was able to start the job next day! He and his team finished the work repairing my patio and replacing broken tiles on my main roof within 2 days of calling him (this was a holiday weekend mind you)! Hey arrived each day on time as promised. I was truly impressed by his professionalism and prompt communication. I needed to get this job done to satisfy an inspection report while selling my home. Jose even took the time to explain the job to my realtor, so she could better explain it to our buyers. He took before and after pictures of everything and even took extra pictures of the bird debris under my solar panels, so I could submit them to my solar company for approval on pigeon abatement. I would definitely recommend Jose and A1 Roofing to anyone!

TSM Roofing always does quality work at very reasonable prices! We found a gem when we found TSM Roofing, a roofing company that doesn't try to sell you a new roof for every problem! Dustin Denmark is amazing! He is super nice, responsive, very detailed, and diligent (willing to work at non-typical office hours). They showed up on the days they said they were going to show up, they cleaned up after themselves every day, they listened to my concerns, and the price was right as well as availability. this is almost like a to cliché review but I've referred them out to customers before and I finally have used them for myself and they are now giving me a quote for my mom's house. Had a small leak in my roof that I noticed after the last shower we had. Got 4 estimates from roofing companies. Now, I'm certainly not a roofer, but I am handy. To me, it really didn't seem like it was a huge job based on what the roofers showed me and described what needed to be done. Most estimates were about $2000. When Jose came by for an estimate, he was honest and said it wasn't that big a job, and would take about 2 hours. When his guys showed up to do the job, they were here for just about 2 hours. The quality of the work looks really good. They cleaned up when done. And Jose was very reasonable with his price. Had I chosen one of the other companies, I would have paid them about $1000 an hour. Who makes that kind of money??? Maybe the job was too small and they didn't really want to do it. Who knows. I would definitely recommend Jose and his team and will use again in the future. Also, as a real estate agent, I will also recommend to my clients. Thanks Jose!!

We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform a water test to ensure the leak was indeed fixed correctly. Furthermore, Dean came during the weekend in-between providing his estimate and making the repairs to plug the stucco holes so that the possible rainfall that weekend wouldn't cause further damage. We couldn't have been more pleased with Dean's work quality and timeliness, and would certainly recommend him to others.

We had great experience with JTD roofing. We needed few broken tiles to be repaired and they were very thorough, well priced, polite and quick to respond.

When I purchased my home 5 years ago , I was informed that the roof would need to be recoated with a protective material every 5 years. I started to call roofing companies for a quote to apply the protective coating.

One company looked and said they don't do that type of work. One company said that everything would need to be ripped down to the plywood and they would start over. I have solar panels that would need too be taken down and we then reinstalled
