Terry and his team did a marvelous job on our very large roof.  His team was on-time, professional and kept the work area clean.  Not only did they do a great job but they extended services beyond the scope of their work due to our immediate family crisis (a death in the family).  Terry, seeing that I was overwhelmed with decluttering the house and preparing it for sale loaned me a flat bed trailer to haul items away.  His kindness and generosity during an extremely difficult time meant the world to me and will never be forgotten.  In addition, his associate Ben was extremely courteous and helpful during the week-long process of repairing the roof.  Their rates were entirely within reason and they did not try to inflate any aspect of the work that needed to be done to prepare our house for sale.  Thanks Terry and team!!

Five Guys Construction did an amazing job on my new roof! I received great service from every person that helped me from this company. My sales rep Justin was very genuine, honest and knowledgeable. You can expect a quick response from them either via phone or email. I received 3 different quotes the same day Justin came out to my house, which is great because other companies took 3-5 days. Lexi is the receptionist and Mike helps with scheduling and they are both so helpful and professional. The guys got my new roof done in about 4 days and did an amazing job. Jake, the project manager made sure to clean up anything afterwards and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had after the job was done. I was very pleased with my service and it was a very reasonable price. Thank you 5 Guys Construction!

UPDATE: Jared came out today and helped me with my roofing issue. He was very professional and polite. I'm glad that they were able to correct the bad experience that I had with sending someone out today. He arrived early, was smart and helped me understand the issues. Huge thank you to Jared!

Very unprofessional! I scheduled an estimate meeting 2 weeks ago for today between 10 am and noon.  My roof is 7 year old roof (replaced by them) and it's leaking in my dining room through a light fixture. I receive a call at 10:12 am today by a female employee stating that she has bad news. I was told that the estimator is running severely behind due to his truck breaking down and they asked me to reschedule with them for Monday. Unable to reschedule, I was left with no option for an appointment today. I don't appreciate getting a call during my appointment window time asking to reschedule for next week! I left the office at 9:30 am to be home and took the remainder of the day to work from home when I really wanted to be in the office. If this is how they treat me during the consultation appointment, I can be left to wonder how they will treat me during service appointments! Bad business Overson!

Very impressed with the crew that completed my roof, full tear off and new install in one day. Very professional, you wouldn't even know work happened that day, my yards were super clean.  Roof looks great and now I'm ready for monsoon season.

We got quotes for our leaky foam roof from several companies. A few never showed up at all, one went to the wrong house, another said they'd send a quote and never did... Mark Dunne with Dunne Roofing was the pure opposite of all that usual contractor nonsense!  He showed up when he said he would, he kept in constant communication, he sent his quote even faster than expected and shot me a message to let me know he'd e-mailed it.  He listened to our issues and explained to us in detail what the pros and cons of the project were, and showed us pictures of our roof to back it up.  Based on the pricing he quoted us, his expert knowledge (built from years working in the hot Phoenix desert), and his near magical level of contractor communication skills, hiring him was a no brainer.  He even did the work himself! We now have a roof with a warranty (certificate and all) for five years and he'll come by for annual inspections at our request to make sure it's staying in shape.  It has rained BUCKETS since he did the work in July and we are happy to report: NO MORE LEAKS, yay!!!  I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

David is awesome. He is honest and easy to work with.  His price for a new roof was extremely fair and his crew was professional and put my roof on in four days. My neighbors have all mentioned how nice it looks and asked for who did it.  I would HIGHLY recommend David Garcia and his company to anyone.

They completed my moms house in Prescott, Middleton walked me through the whole process from beginning to end with ease. The crew was very clean and and polite. I definitely recommend Arrow Roofing!!!

I contacted Patterson via Yelp last week to give me an estimate on a small roofing issue. William contacted me right away and we set up a time Monday for an inspection. 30 minutes past when he was supposed to arrive I called --- no answer. Shortly after he emailed me with a weird Time has passed, let's try another day message. I was irritated but with such great reviews I figured I would give them another shot. We rescheduled for 5 o'clock today and here I sit, after hurrying home to be here and again 50 minutes passed. A no show. No email. No call.

Unless you enjoy getting jerked around, don't waste your time.

The best roofing company around! Awesome customer service right from the start. They were on time and offered fair pricing! I will be referring all of my family and friends to you guys!

Stapleton Roofing called to advise materials were being delivered, showed up on time, completed their work on time, cleaned up after the job so other than seeing the brand new roof you wouldn't know they were there. They were also very competitive with pricing. I highly recommend this company.

Make sure to read the contract fully before signing there is no way for a client to get out of it without having to pay this company 33% of the total I was fully cooperative with all they asked for my side of the bargain so they could have an easy install when the install was ready I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way when I received a call saying they have all my products ready for install come to find out my order was never placed after 3 months and the windows they brought were not the correct windows or even the correct sizes for my house it was a different clients I called the next day she said it will take about 2 weeks. the lady that I was speaking to was fired due to messing up other clients orders. It has been over a month since I removed all my blinds and moved everything out of the way (which it's still like that because there's no point in putting them back)  I have not received a call or even heard anything from the company about my windows and doors so I called to cancel my services due to not fulfillment to the contract and Miscommunication on there side and to let them know that I just don't want the windows and doors anymore and immediately the guy said that is impossible due to the contract and they have the high attorneys for this situation and as a company we will not lose
I did not read the contract fully but there is NO EXIT CLAUSE for the client to have the right to cancel after the company has not hold up there bargain so just make sure you read the whole contract because this company only cares about one thing only and that is scamming people into contracts that only benefit them and could care less about a client I knew right away as soon as the guy I spoke to started bringing up attorney and lawsuits right when I said I would like to cancel the order than he also told me that it was my fault that I should of been calling them everyday because in his words and I quote if it was his house he wouldn't put up with that shit (laughing) how is it my fault as company you should of called your client and communicated with them of what's going on
