After sustaining hail damage in October I reached out to many roofing companies - it was such hard work to get them to return my calls let alone offer to quote the job.  My neighbor had connected with Aiden Latten at Mission Restoration and introduced us.  From that moment on it was easy.  Mission coordinated everything with the insurance company and the job was completed within 4 weeks!!!!!

It was a pleasure to work with them.  In addition, Aiden painted all the vents and chimney to make the roof look perfect.

We had a leak over our laundry room because of the APS connection to the house. Victor came out and assessed the situation, got us a quote in 24 hours and came out to repair the very next day before more monsoons hit.

I had the pleasure of having Errnie Sinclair come out to fix some slipped tiles on my 17 year old roof in May 2016. He was a pleasure to work with, very personal and very experienced in his field. He was fast and very fair in pricing. I have recommended him to my neighbors who have also had him do roof work on their tile roofs. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a roofer for any type of roof, as he has had experience with all roof types; tile; flat; shingled, etc. Great Guy; honest and trustworthy.

Armando was the first person to respond to my urgent request and came out the next morning.  He was extremely helpful and I was grateful for his advice.

Had Jimmy out with Thompson Brothers Roofing and he and his crews did a full roof replacement for us back in May (underlayment and tile). Jimmy is like the uncle you never had. He's super responsive, always answers your calls and works with you to get a fair price for your roof repair/replacement. Highly recommended if you want someone who won't swindle you into paying the highest price just because of the pandemic. And someone who doesn't sacrifice workmanship because of price. You will have to wait for tile/materials however since that's just the way to world is these days.

I'm so glad I contacted Trident. I had just gotten a quote from another roofer saying that I needed a full roof replacement. I asked Seth for a second opinion. He came the very next day and inspected the roof for me. He keep me looped in with pictures and text messages. This was especially useful since I am out of state and this is a rental home. No new roof was needed, but he recommended a few minor thing that could be resealed.

I saved $12k by getting a second opinion from an honest person.

Payment was easy through Zelle and I received an invoice from him over email.

PRICE: Not the cheapest but more than fair. Average to others: Middle.
PROMPTNESS: exceptional.  After initial inspection and throughout prep and actual repair they were timely and responded accurately to all inquires.  Everything was completed as scheduled.
WORKMANSHIP:  I was told by another contractor that was finishing another project for me that my Halo Metal roofing roof work was impressive.  He said the way they attended to details and latest technology my roof should last 15 to 20 years...maybe more.
CLEAN UP:  They made quite a mess but was cleaned at completion.  Nothing was damaged and everything they had to move was returned to its original location.

I've worked with a lot of different contrators and trades. Trades Unlimited just re-foamed my roof and they did a great job.  The set the benchmark for what you would expect from the industry - fair prices, good communication, good quality of work and the area where most seem to fail or have a hard time... they show up at the date and time when they say they will!  We had a slight disagreement about a wing wall and weather or not it should have been foamed.  Rather than argue the point or try to needle me for more money, they just came back and happily completed the work to my satisfaction.  It's a novel concept to be sure, but Warren R - the president - understands what customer service is all about.  I'd bring them back again.

Where should I start. After the crazy rain spell we had back in November i started to notice some buckling in the ceiling and even had some drywall come down in my great room.

I was referred to Arizona Native Roofing by my in laws. I spoke with Jason and he was very helpful. We were expecting the worst but luckily just needed repairs in a few spots. The cost was very reasonable.

The workers showed up on time and were very nice and got right to work. No more leaky ceilings for us. I definitely plan on telling all my friends about Jason and his great company.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Rain man roofing. I am huge on reviews and the ones for this company are great but they do not fully show how amazing this company is. Where to start?! From the first request for an estimate the business was prompt, professional, detail oriented, and provided the highest quality of service. They arrived on time and left no mess when they were finished. You cannot go wrong with this roofing company. You can expect detailed estimates with pictures and explanations for every item they find in need of repair.

I just wanted to acknowledge a job well done from the folks at Ironwood Roofing. Chris and his crew were exceptional in their quick response and repairs to my roof that had been damaged in a recent storm. On short notice, they took care of my needs professionally and at a good, fair price. I would highly recommend their services to all that need roofing installs and repairs. I opted to have Reyes Roofing remove my old roof (2 layers of asphalt shingles) and reinstall a new roof.  I have a single story house roughly 1800 square feet, apparently the rough was double in sq/ft of what my actual floor plan.  My list of contractors that quoted me was approximately 10, some responded quickly, others not so much - the criteria I used to select those ten were as followed:  1) Registrar of Contractors (AZ ROC) in good standing with no previous or pending complaints, 2) A member of the BBB of AZ - also with no pending or previous complaints, 3) More than 5 years in the roofing industry as listed by AZ ROC, 4) listed by either Certainteed or Malarkey Roofing materials as a contractor for residential installations - the two shingle manufacturers I choose as suitable materials.  

Ultimately most of the bids were very close; ranging from 16,000 - 12,000 dollars to complete the job.  Reyes Roofing was my choice for several reasons; 1) simple and precise contract (some contracts had added fees - first layer of roof included, second layer would be billed at a per sq/ft basis, etc, etc), 2) the length of guarantee on workmanship - many contracts only quoted a guarantee/warranty on labor/workmanship of one year (something I felt was a palsy sum since the two types of roofing are lifetime warranty architectural laminated shingles (laymen terms multi-tab 30 year shingle) {Reyes offers 10 years as part of the quote}, and 3) Price.

I was not disappointed, my quote was exact, included taxes, fees, and there was no limitations or expressed loop-holes that other quotes I had received had.  Scheduling was simple, albeit not on my part - I had specific requests to prevent messing with my work schedule that other bidders did not promise any type of possibility to adhere to.

Removal of the two layers of roof was relatively simple, all and any debris that fell on the ground was picked up at the end of each work day.    Installation was just as simple, they took roughly two and a half days - first day removal, second day completed removal and applied roof to about 75% complete, third day completion and removal of trailer full of debris.

Contact was simple, any calls were answered promptly, and the only one time I left a message, it was returned in a timely manner.

Knowing now what I know and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Reyes Roofing.

Jack the Roofer is not to be trusted. After replacing my roof, I had unmatched tiles, a leak that damaged the paint on my patio ceiling and a fluttering noise from the roof area near my sky light.
After much discussion and return visits he painted the tiles and found and corrected the leak. I was responsible for repairing the porch ceiling.
Jack Ruffino claims that he can't find what is causing the noise, despite the fact that it only started when the new roof was completed. He now refuses to return calls or make any attempt to correct the problem. Do not use him.  He and his salesman Dan, are both unreliable.
