We had several roofers come out to give estimates. None of them had the customer service and knowledge like Proficient!  Mike and Lauren were always available to answer any questions that we had on the materials or timeline, etc... We had our home, cabana and shop re-roofed and they all look AMAZING! The crew was on time and we didn't have a single issue before, during or after the install. Not to mention the price! We saved THOUSANDS with them. Seriously - it was thousands. We had all of our roofing completed for LESS than what competitors wanted just to do only our home AND with a better quality material!  It has been about 8 months since our roofing was done and even though we had a few nasty storms, the roof still looks perfect! We have gotten so many compliments too!  THANK YOU MIKE & LAUREN! When we start doing rental properties, you will be our roofer!

Bought an online deal to have my roof inspected and gutters cleaned.  Ken provided me with a very thorough overview of the condition of my roof (which was fairly new and he didn't try to sell me on things or services that I didn't need).  I felt like I was being treated very honestly and I appreciated that.  I will certainly call them again when it's time for another cleaning and inspection.

These guys have done 10 commercial projects for me. Great workmanship, Good service, very knowledgeable. Family oriented company. I worked with Steve Jr mostly, but Steve Sr also helped out at times. They were on time, and came highly recommended, and now I'm highly recommending them!

AWM was responsive in same day show up.  Gave a great quote and began the job within 24 hours.  Left area clean.  Completed the job in a comprehensive manner.  My family and I were very impressed.  The owner is a true gentleman.  We will tell family and friends who need roof repair to use this contractor!

We recently hired Poor Boys to pour our cement driveway and a cement patio in the back yard. Everything from the estimate to the finishing work was top notch. They arrived on time on the day they said they would and when they left the job was clean with not a pebble out of place. I highly recommend them and will hire them again if I need a contractor.

Axis did a great job with our new shingle roof. Shelby was great to work with so we're Shania and Shawna. There was an accident that occurred on our property during the tear off (a water line had been broken) and Kevin and the office made sure to get it taken care of. They were thorough and took care of our roof. Our roof looks wonderful now! And am so proud and happy of it all! Thanks for a great job axis roofing!

If you are in need of a roofer...LOOK no further this the company you want to call. This is a Veteran Owned company.  I have had them do roof work to my primary residence as well as a rental property. They have a wonderful work ethic and their pricing I found to be extremely reasonable. You get more that what you pay for. The workmanship is outstanding. Nick is a great guy to work with and shows up on time and takes the time to explain exactly what is needed.  I will definitely use them again.

Joe/Tony/ Showtime Roofing just got done with putting down a new roof for us in Pleasant Valley. It looks better now than when the home was purchased. Underlayment and broken tiles were replaced. Leaks in 2 areas were corrected. Will be glad to provide an update in 6 months,
But the job looks exceptional, both from the ground and drone views.

I just used Radiant Roofing for our roof repair. During my working career, my company developed huge industrial laundries utilizing hundreds of subcontractors. I wish they all had been as knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant as Jeff and Matt. They've got my highest recommendation.

Finally a great roofing company! We worked with Donnie and he got back to us quickly after we reached out, came out within a day or so, provided a very reasonable estimate, and then fixed everything right on schedule. He provided documentation on all the repairs made including a warranty on the work, which we were able to pass on to our new homeowners. We will definitely contact Zobec again for any roofing needs!

We are beyond blown away by the service and quality we received by Taylor at Mesa Roofing! He was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and prompt. Our quote matched our invoice exactly, and their price was very convincing (lowest of 3 quotes we had done by other local roofers). Shingles match perfectly, and no noticeable dip where our old evaporative cooler used to be! I would recommend to anyone!

I messaged to schedule a free estimate on our roof and we confirmed an appointment . However, on the day of our appointment no one showed up and there was no phone call.

I wrote my original review on 08.27.16. and received a response from Mandi H of Scott Roofing Company on 10.02.19. - three years and two months after my original review.

1) At the time, my Husband and I lived in Phoenix, Arizona for 10 years. So yes, I would have called the Phoenix office of Scott Roofing Company.
2) I have a 602 area code ( still ). Yes, even though we now reside in Wichita, Kansas.
3) I called Scott Roofing Company, Kimberly H, not my Husband Tom H to schedule the appointment.
4) I keep a detailed call log for business purposes. Yes, I set up the appointment and yes, I was the one waiting for Scott Roofing Company to show up.
5) Just because Tom H wrote the review, it does not mean that he is the one that scheduled the appointment.
6) No it was not another Roofing company. I already had multiple quotes.
7) No I did not call Scott Roofing in Wichita because we did not live in Wichita at the time of the call.

By blaming a customer, without checking your facts, you make your company look incompetent. I am very glad that we did not use Scott Roofing Company.

We called Scott Roofing for a quote to repair or replace our roof. It took several calls for them to call us back. Once they called us back, they stated that they were so busy that it would be two weeks before they would be able to come to our home. We decided that we already had three quotes - all were within a few thousand dollars of each other - but would give Scott Roofing a chance just to make sure of our decision. They would come out today - Saturday, August 27th - as a first appointment or very early in the morning. We changed our schedule around in order to accommodate their schedule.They still have not arrived - 12:55PM. I would guess that they don't need the business or value our time as a customer.

10/2/2019I have researched our scheduled appointments for Saturday, August 27th, 2016 and see five appointments scheduled but none with the first name of Tom or a last name starting with H.  Is it possible it could have been a different roofing company?  Possibly a Scott Roofing in Wichita, Kansas where your review says you are from?

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

I'm so disappointed in Pinnacle Roofing.  Nathan was great originally and gave us a $300-$500 quote. Then Spender came out and told us due to the time and labor that it would cost $1000. He came out for less than an hour, used tiles we already had on hand, and charged $1000.  I e-mailed Nathan for more details but have heard nothing back. I'm so disappointed because I thought they were a honest company.

If I could give 10 stars to JBS Roofing, I would.  We called them out after a huge storm where we had a leak in our 2-story house that resulted in water infiltration in our kitchen on the first floor.  We discovered the leak had been cause by an improper solar installation, which made the entire process that much more stressful, especially after mold was found during their tear-down.  

The team at JBS was amazing through the entire process.  Their installers assisted us by taking photos throughout the entire process (before photos included here), their job supervisors and installers kept us informed of progress and issues the entire time, and the office staff was extremely supporting and helpful, answering our questions and providing necessary documentation to aid our interactions with the insurance company.

The team was always punctual, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up so well that our yard looked better when they left than it did when they arrived.  To top it off, the cost of our roof repair, even with the extra material needed, was 30% LOWER than our neighbor, who has the exact same floor plan.

I highly recommend JBS Roofing.  If you prefer to be more than just a contract number, definitely use them for your roof.

Great company!  Deanna came in with the lowest bid and provided great service.  She started the job even earlier than promised and she and her crew did a superb job.  They left our outside and the roof cleaner than when they arrived.  They double-layered the underlayment and there were no issues with any part of the job.  Deanna personally inspected the job upon completion.

I've already recommended Koala-T to two friends.

Can't even answer a phone properly and hassle you days later.

Don't waste your time.
