I was really impressed with the level of service, they showed up, did the work perfectly and cleaned up!

Multipro was able to perform my roof repair with good quality at a reasonable price.  I was pleasantly surprised they'd be able to perform the repair the day they assessed the problematic area of the roof.  They also fixed a minor leak elsewhere...thanks to Multipro my roof leak problems were resolved in a timely manner before more rains came...

I had a quote that was considerably lower than theirs. After speaking to the Hardacker team I knew they would be the best choice. They did not dissapoint. The work was done well and quickly. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done, and done right. Truly one of the best contractor experiences I have ever had.

These guys were on time, worked all day, cleaned up the yard, and did excellent work on the roof at a good price.  I would use these guys again or tell my friends about them any day.

I've never done business with such an honest person as Steve. I originally thought I needed metal roof coating to stop leaks but he took the time to investigate and said the leak was elsewhere. Suggested I call the roofing company that recently reshingled my house and have them fix the flashing... under warranty too. Wow!

We had Mike Fuller give us a bid to re-coat our roof walk decks. He was professional and knowledgeable, and, gave us suggestions on what was best. They did a great job, neat and cleaned up after every step of the process. We would certainly use them again.

Great company to work with. We had them tear off 2 layers of shingles and re-roof the house.

They responded promptly to all of my emails and phone calls, and were very friendly in person when they came to do the job.

They completed the work on time and came in at least $2K less than the 4 other companies we had bid the job.

When the job was complete, the roof looked  great and property was clean of all roofing materials and debris.

Josh Kinser from Prowest took SUCH good care of me! He was available for questions related to my roof, the color, the insurance delays, fascia repair, and anything else. I'm very pleased with the experience and the sheer level of professionalism with Josh, and the entire Prowest team.

We needed the exterior of the house (single story ranch style) painted. We obtained quotes from severl painting companies, including McMillan Brothers of Chandler, AZ.
George (one of the brothers) came out to look over the house and give a quote. George is a nice guy, and likes to talk :) He came across a bit like a used car salesman which raised a warning flag to me, starting with a this job should run about $xxxx, but I'm going to give you a good deal because you're the first in the neighborhood. (We were the first in the development to be painting the house exterior, and the HOA had already mailed notices to all owners that they needed to paint.)  The actual quote came in in the lower middle of the pack. Not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive. The amount was in line with what I was expecting. The statement of work included the proper paint, power washing, prep and stucco repair, etc. This was in line with the other companies' quotes. We researched McMillan Brothers, finding their license and bond was in order, their BBB record clean, and the reviews were pretty uniquely all positive.
We informed George that we would go with McMillan Brothers in just a few days. The next day George came and picked up the signed contract. (No down payment was required!) Within a few days of that, the crew showed up to do the work. They masked everything, including the sidewalks and driveway and patio. Did the washing, prep and repairs (very minor as the stucco was in general in excellent condition.) By the end of the day, the job was done (about 9 hours or so.) The house looked GREAT with no spilled paint anywhere. There were a couple of very minor touch-ups we requested (and we do mean MINOR) that were done in 2 minutes.
We couldn't be happier with the work and the price was on the mark.
Look past some of the sales talk that may occur, and go with McMillan Brothers. You won't regret it.
(BTW, ignore the Seattle location - we moved to AZ, hence the house painted is in the West Valley area of Phoenix metro)

I've an 18 year old tile roof that has been giving me grief so I decided to just bite the bullet and get it rehabbed.  Glad I did - even though I thought I had all of the leaks fixed, there were a couple of patches of wet wood when the underlayment came off.  I got this done just in time.

I got three quotes, two similar, one WAAAAAY out of line - L&R's was the best price by around a 12% margin.  That is significant.

Louis (the owner) called me to see if I had questions.  I did, he answered them, and I immediately put 50% down on a credit card on a link they sent with the quote (they charge no uplift for credit cards.)

They just finished up the work today, and they even fixed a small problem on my flat urethane roof (not in the tile roof quote) at no charge.  Can you beat that???

Management was pleasant and the work crew were polite.  The crew mostly did not speak English, but that is par for the course.  They were friendly and most polite.  Victor, the foreman, was a real mensch.

I'll have them back out here in a couple of years to re-top my urethane flat roof.

This went so well that I will never again need to search for a roofing contractor.

From me?  That is high praise, indeed, as I am a most particular SOB.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Brown roofing did our roof several years ago. We had an issue with debris and birds recently. I called , and Greg came out and scheduled help and service. They are the best they never forget you!

As someone who was out of state, I had a lot of trouble finding the right painter especially on a budget. I must've called more than 10 painters for quotes and I'm so glad that I found John! He was super responsive so it was really easy to coordinate with him for a quote. He worked with me to work on picking colors and made sure that he could come within my really tight budget and quick timeline. The finished product was also wonderful! He made sure to do a walkthrough to ensure that everything looked really good. I don't even usually write reviews but I really just appreciated working with John. Highly highly recommended!!!

Jordon did a thorough job of inspecting our roof and fixing them. He had pics of before and after. He was very professional and would recommend him to anyone looking for roof inspection/repair

Ryan responded immediately to a new roof leak, and identified the problem. He sent Gino out within two days, and he was wonderful. Gino went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved and to prevent other potential issues. The Repair Guys are reputable and reliable - the best!

Had them do a leak repair on my tile roof.  Crew was very professional.  They arrived as scheduled, did the repair for the quoted price, and then cleanup up afterwards.  Highly recommend!

Our roof was about to reach 30 years old, and while there was nothing wrong with the current roof; we didn't want to take the chance to wait longer to replace. We called State 48 roofing, as I went to school with Jason and knew their reputation  - and they were fantastic! They were quick to provide an affordable quote, completed the job quickly, and was always timely and professional during the whole process. Would absolutely recommend to anyone we know looking to get a roof replaced!
