Moving across the country into a home that needed everything from windows to flooring to fixtures was tough. Having one bad experience after another with almost every project was tougher. By the time we got to exterior painting we literally joked that we shouldn't be surprised if someone just took our money and threw buckets of paint against the house. The paranoia created by past experiences pushed me to beat the research horse to death. I must have priced well over a dozen companies. It was bordering on comical. We had everything from no guarantee on the price because the cost of paint could go up while we waited our turn (seriously?!) to others that would throw out an insanely low price only to admit all the not included costs when probed. Then came Platinum Exteriors and crew!
A Facebook message, a few texts and we had our price along with a very detailed outline of what we were getting. The price was fabulous and what it included was even better. Scheduled the job and the crew arrived not only on time but with courtesy and friendliness, too! Luis and Carlos were still getting out of their truck when Terry called to go over each step of what they'd be doing. The communication was much appreciated!
Luis and Carlos were unbelievable! Carefully taping, covering windows and painting with was artistry beyond just skill. It was clear they CARED about their end result and that they took pride in their work. It went so great we asked if they could squeeze us in the next day and paint our block fence. Truly, we have not had ONE SINGLE person work on our house to date that we would ask to come back and do another job! The experience ended with Greg coming before they wrapped up to review everything with us and make sure we were totally happy. He walked the entire house and looked closely at the work himself. Prompting us to take a close look to make sure nothing was missed was impressive! More impressive was that we couldn't find even one little thing!
Bottom line: We couldn't have found a better company. Platinum Exteriors is run like a finely tuned machine with personal touch and communication added in. We'll be referring them to everyone we know with 100% confidence we're putting our name on the real deal!

There has been quite a bit of storms here in the past couple months. One morning I noticed some water stains and had insurance come inspect. As insurance does they only give a specific  amount to work with. I contacted Rehobot roofing the same day and they came out later the same evening to come take a look and got a free estimate for repairs the NEXT DAY! After much battle with insurance and dealing with the holidays rehobot roofing reassured me they could get the repair done. They communicated with me every step of the way and repaired my roof in 2 days and gave it life. All this to say I would recommend using them for all your roofing needs as they're responsive, profesional and know their craft!

Harper's Roofing is the most honest company I've come across. My boss had another roofing company tell him he needed thousands of dollars worth of replacing to do and Harper's did it for a fraction of the cost. He recommended Harper's to me after another roofing company quoted me high as well. Hard to find good businesses that won't just take your money! Thanks Harper's!

Had these folks do some disaster repair on a large corrugated outbuilding after a recent microburst. The repair took a couple months to schedule, begin, and complete, but they did come out a couple times before they could begin, in order to set up temporary coverage against additional bad weather. All the work was finished without requiring supervision, and the initial estimate was accurate. I would call these folks again.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

The Behmer team made my research, assessment & estimates time ALL worthwhile! Roofers can be fly-by-night, but this business is established at 3 locations with a great reputation and clear history registered formally with AZ gov's Contractors list! Dave Lance (Gen Mgr) is a consummate professional while also being genuinely customer-first focused on sincere. (No B.S., wants you satisfied now AND in the future. Amazing follow-up and ongoing monitoring).  The team went above and beyond by resourcing potential tile stocks for the 10% of tile we needed replaced during an R&R...as our 30 yr old tile went out of production 20+ years ago!  Saved us from wasting our good tile and having to replace all (potentially doubling cost).  Raul & the roofing team were friendly, timely and meticulous, as is their friendly Office Mgr, Taylor...(she's on it!, while being SUPER responsive and personable. Start to finish...done in less than 5 days. Cleaned ALL up, including power-washing our driveway afterwards! Awesome job, Behmer Team!!! 5+ STARS!!!  :-D

Our HOA had a horrible experience with a roofing contractor who did shoddy work, used inferior roofing materials without our knowledge, and who ultimately declared bankruptcy and abandoned the project.  After settling our  claim with the ROC we were finally able to resume the roof repairs at our complex.  We needed a thorough inspection of the roofs and Jerry Conrad came highly recommended by property managers at other HOAs.  Jerry's detailed inspection report on the state of our roofs saved us thousands of dollars in comparison to other inspection proposals.  He reviewed the pros and cons of the bid proposals we received for repairing our flat and tile  roofs to help guide us in selecting a new contractor.  We hired him to conduct oversight during the  project so we could rest assured the work would be done according to code and no corners would be cut.  Jerry gave us weekly progress reports and provided us with hundreds of photos of the work being done and the final results  As a result the roofs we had repaired are now in excellent condition and with proper maintenance should last many years.  We will continue to utilize Jerry's roofing expertise for all future repair work.  After the traumatizing experience with the first roofing contractor we hired I cannot express how much we appreciated Jerry's honesty, integrity and his commitment to assuring our roofs were repaired to the highest standards.  When it comes to roofing repairs he is a guiding light in a world filled with shady characters.

After significant rains we realized our gutters were having some issues... I reached out to several companies and Danny with America's Roofing was the only responsive company, and although the time and day changed several times Danny was super communicative, which in my opinion was a good sign. Unfortunately, due to the changing times, both of us were unavailable to speak with him as well as oversee the work...

Unfortunately, the work that was done was not up to standard. The gutters were still leaking, and the requested reroute of the downspout is honestly, quite ugly, and does not function properly. The water is getting stuck in the gutters. The understanding was that the new gutter would wrap around the patio roof and then be flush to the wall. That's not what we got...

Danny did come to check out the leaks and I addressed my disappointment with the downspout. When I spoke with Danny he indicated that he ok'd everything with my boyfriend before he did it, however, he was in and out during the actual work so I'm not sure how that's possible... Everything we were unhappy about the appearance he basically told me that it was what it was. And he was very obviously not going to help find a solution for the issue.

$1200 and we got a cleaning, some silicone, and two new pieces of gutter.... That are much more of an eyesore than the old pieces. Because we paid through zelle we have no recourse. I just hope more people don't get scammed.

Have not finished foam roofing job on my mother-in-law's home. They have torn up her roof and has left it open to the elements. They have said that they would be out to finish the roof almost everyday. But every day it was too windy for them to do so.  It poured rain today and she had some major leaking into her home because there is no protection on the roof.  This was a job that should of been done 2 weeks ago before the rain.  Will be adding pictures of what they work they have done so far.

I'm stack with this company because they did the repair before I bought my home.
First rain since I moved in and I had a leak.
Took a couple of days before I could get a hold of them, which at that time is understandable since there were major storms in Phoenix.
The person who came said during the original job, they didn't seal that area because it was hard to get to it.
Later, when calling and emailing for a follow up, long after the rains, they don't even a knowledge my attempts to contact them.
Initially the voice mail said they would return my call in 2 hours. It's been 5 days.
Now the voice mail is full.
Disappointing, unreliable, unresponsive. Do not recommend.
