From the start I knew that Kevin was a stand up guy. No hassle quote and stuck to it. As the scheduled date neared checked in to make sure what we had picked out was exactly what we wanted. Turns out, it wasn't. Our HOA hadn't been the easiest to confirm approved color schemes. Kevin and I did some back and forth, on a Sunday no less, trying to figure it out. Eventually, in the 11th hour everything came together. His crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently. They did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier. With the houses in our neighborhood all coming up on 10yrs, I will definitely be sending business his way.

There has been quite a bit of storms here in the past couple months. One morning I noticed some water stains and had insurance come inspect. As insurance does they only give a specific  amount to work with. I contacted Rehobot roofing the same day and they came out later the same evening to come take a look and got a free estimate for repairs the NEXT DAY! After much battle with insurance and dealing with the holidays rehobot roofing reassured me they could get the repair done. They communicated with me every step of the way and repaired my roof in 2 days and gave it life. I was first introduced to Harper's Roofing by my realtor seven years ago.  I was selling my home and needed a roof repair as a result of the buyer's inspection.  Chris quoted a fair price and fixed the roof without ever having to meet with me.  Tracye emailed the invoice and the process was seamless.

Fast forward to this year.  We have a flat roof and were noticing some stains on our ceiling.  I thought my roof may have been warrantied for the work that was done prior to when I first bought the home, so I called the very well-known company that did the work to come out and give me a quote.  They essentially recommended a full roof replacement exceeding $20k.  I decided to call Harper's for a second opinion.  I made a appointment with Chris.  He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable.  He went up on the roof, performed his inspection, and came back down.  He marveled at how well the roof had been constructed and said it was built as if the actual builder would be living there.  He said there were some repairs that were needed, but the quote came in at a little more than $2k!  Quite a difference from $20k.

Having grown up in a family owned business, I appreciate their approach to details and customer service.  They are great at communicating and answering questions.  I have had some other minor maintenance on the roof performed by Harper's and there have even been times when Tracye was able to get the team over sooner than was planned when there has been an unexpected opening in the schedule.  I recommend Harper's Roofing for quality workmanship, ethics, and timeliness.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. Recently, Behmer Roofing and Sheet Metal replaced my entire roof due to aging and leaking. Everyone associated with this company (from the owner to the job site personnel) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And after the latest storm, I am extremely happy to report that the interior of my home is dry and the roof leakage is gone. Thank you very much Behmer Roofing!!

Certified Roofing has been the best roofing company that we have ever used. We had a leak in our roof that was going all the way down through the attic and dripping through the dry wall of the ceiling. My husband found Certified Roofing on Angie's list and I am so thankful. Steve came out right away and even assured us that if we wanted him to put a tarp over where it was leaking until he could get to it then he would. Steve was reliable, honest, and friendly and did a great job on the roofing job we needed. You will not find a more ethical person than Jerry Conrad. I found him dedicated to his clients, extremely knowledgeable about the subject matter, and very reasonable and easy to work with. During the monsoon season of 2018, our HOA spent nearly $30,000 to fix leaks in eight units. In 2019, we decided to start performing preventative maintenance rather than continuing to pay exorbitant costs for emergency services. The roofs were our first major project. Our community is 28 years old and there has been no maintenance done on the roofs at all.

Jerry Conrad was recommended to us by our management company. The board needed to know how large a project we were undertaking and how many buildings had to be re-roofed. Jerry did a thorough inspection of all 17 roofs and submitted photographs with detailed explanations of his findings. He also rated the roofs in order of priority replacing. As we expected, all 17 roofs were in horrific condition.

Jerry met with the board and educated us about roofs. It was during this meeting that we learned the different materials, layers, etc. so we could make an informed decision. We reviewed a list of potential roofing companies provided by our management company and Jerry eliminated a few from consideration. He saved us money here by preventing us from selecting a potentially problematic contractor. Jerry also helped with the technical language that we used in the request for bids. He saved money for us here by providing the detail that we needed in the contracts to make certain that we were specific and thorough.

We contracted with Jerry to inspect the roofs during the re-roofing to ensure that the roofer was adhering to the terms of the contract and doing quality work. We did not had any additional expenses to the project as our contract states that all work orders must be approved by Jerry. I believe his continued presence with us helped though I had a lot of confidence in our roofing company and don't believe that they would have taken advantage of us. But I felt more secure with Jerry involved.

Lastly, in conversations with the roofing company executives and staff, I learned that Jerry Conrad is extremely well-respected in the industry. I highly recommend Jerry as he's quite remarkable.

After significant rains we realized our gutters were having some issues... I reached out to several companies and Danny with America's Roofing was the only responsive company, and although the time and day changed several times Danny was super communicative, which in my opinion was a good sign. Unfortunately, due to the changing times, both of us were unavailable to speak with him as well as oversee the work...

Unfortunately, the work that was done was not up to standard. The gutters were still leaking, and the requested reroute of the downspout is honestly, quite ugly, and does not function properly. The water is getting stuck in the gutters. The understanding was that the new gutter would wrap around the patio roof and then be flush to the wall. That's not what we got...

Danny did come to check out the leaks and I addressed my disappointment with the downspout. When I spoke with Danny he indicated that he ok'd everything with my boyfriend before he did it, however, he was in and out during the actual work so I'm not sure how that's possible... Everything we were unhappy about the appearance he basically told me that it was what it was. And he was very obviously not going to help find a solution for the issue.

$1200 and we got a cleaning, some silicone, and two new pieces of gutter.... That are much more of an eyesore than the old pieces. Because we paid through zelle we have no recourse. I just hope more people don't get scammed.

Have not finished foam roofing job on my mother-in-law's home. They have torn up her roof and has left it open to the elements. They have said that they would be out to finish the roof almost everyday. But every day it was too windy for them to do so.  It poured rain today and she had some major leaking into her home because there is no protection on the roof.  This was a job that should of been done 2 weeks ago before the rain.  Will be adding pictures of what they work they have done so far.

I'm stack with this company because they did the repair before I bought my home.
First rain since I moved in and I had a leak.
Took a couple of days before I could get a hold of them, which at that time is understandable since there were major storms in Phoenix.
The person who came said during the original job, they didn't seal that area because it was hard to get to it.
Later, when calling and emailing for a follow up, long after the rains, they don't even a knowledge my attempts to contact them.
Initially the voice mail said they would return my call in 2 hours. It's been 5 days.
Now the voice mail is full.
Disappointing, unreliable, unresponsive. Do not recommend.
