Found GES on yelp and they responded very quick, they came by, explained the issue in detail, provided an estimate of cost. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time and work they put in. They were very clean, respectful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I called four electricians for estimates to upgrade our service panel from 100 to a 200 amp panel.  Albert was the only one who came to give me an on site estimate.  The others gave me a verbal estimate over the phone.

I told all the companies I called my city's building dept. to ask the amount of the permit ($118) and would pull the permit myself.  One company employee argued with me that it would cost more than that.  I did not select that company.  My reasoning is if I start off disagreeing with the company initially, what would happen during the rest of the project?

Albert clearly explained the work he planned to do, the brand he would be using, and gave me a timeline.  Albert coordinated with PG&E and arranged a smooth transition to disconnect and reconnect my upgraded service panel.

Because of the way my old house was originally wired, PG&E required a junction box for the old wiring before being connected to the new service panel.  Albert gave me a choice between a metal (more expensive) or plastic junction box (less expensive).  Both are approved by current electrical code standards.  I chose the plastic box.

The City inspector passed Albert's installation on his first inspection.

Albert was communicative and did not try to upsell me other services.  In fact, because of a time line deadline, I considered using Albert's stucco person but Albert knew I was handy and told me I was capable of doing it myself.  I felt that Albert is honest, ethical,  and reliable.  His estimate was reasonable.

I plan to have Albert upgrade my sub panel in our garage next year.  Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike to install several smart outlets and connect those outlets to Hue light strips and also to Amazon Alexa.  Mike was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.  He showed up on time, went out of his way to go the extra step to locate a new switch since the one I bought was not compatible and to connect the new hardware to the wi-fi and to Alexa.   He took the time to understand what I was looking for and then gave me the various options to choose from.  He cleaned up when he was done and everything works as expected.   Mike was the third electrician I hired to do this same project.  I wish I would have found him first.   What was so difficult for the previous elections, was a snap for Mike!   I would hire him again for any electrical project and would highly recommend him to anyone who has need for an electrician.

I am very pleased with service offered by tri-phase. I had recessed lights done in living room. Mike showed up on time and did work very fast. Ceiling has blown-in insulation so I was worried about getting it everywhere but he actually cleaned up during installation without any mess. Very pleased with lights and overall settings.

Thank you so much James for answering my distress call.  I was concerned that my issue could have posed a fire hazard and was concerned about getting someone out quickly.  James received my video of the issue and was able to come out after work and resolve the problem efficiently and professionally.  I completely recommend the services of JCM electric!

OMG - an electrician who is honest, reasonable and knows his stuff. Had a strange electrical problem where part of one of my branch circuits stopped working. Richard was able to squeeze me in the same day I called him. He figured out that at some place in the circuit a neutral wire was lost. Found out that one of the light switches had a loose neutral wire and problem solved and he didn't charge an arm and a leg. He even replaced a GFCI outlet that was also problematic. Knowing something about electricity myself, I can (and will) wholeheartedly recommend Richard and his company to friends and family!

Dmitry was very professional and saved me from a big hassle. I actually needed out store's sub panel changed and also wanted to add four more circuits. Brayan and Carlos were fantastic! I bought a new fixture to replace an outdated chandelier in our foyer. I called three different companies to install it. Each one came over for an estimate, took a look at the over 20 foot ceiling, and said that they were not able to replace the chandelier. I was beginning to be afraid that it would be impossible to install. My husband called this group, they came over the same day and said, no problem! A couple of days later, they had my beautiful new chandelier installed in a few hours. They were competent, friendly and professional. I also asked them to install a picture light, which they took care of in a few hours. They were also very reasonably priced! I am really happy to find a group that provides such great service and will certainly call them whenever I need electrical work done.

I was looking for replacing switches and plugs and the lighting fixtures and I found Tom's TD West Electric on Yelp so I asked for a quote. Tom not only replied my questions clearly and fast but also provided a good price via a virtual consultation so I set up an appointment with Tom. And Tom worked very hard to do what he could to accommodate my schedule.

Tom's team, Emmanuel and Salvador, has done an amazing job. They came on time and were very polite and friendly and answered all my questions ( including the very stupid ones) in great details. All the work was done professionally and efficiently. They also cleaned up the place and brought all the opened packages with them.

It was a great experience working with Tom and his team. I would not hesitate to hire Tom again for all the electrical works I need.

Ted was amazing! We are moving into a new house and he was a pleasure to work with. From the yelp messages, showing up right on time, and sticking to his quote I think I have found my go-to electrician.

Very responsive and accommodating. Wesley was able to fix my breaker that kept tripping and affecting another breaker due to previous electrical installs (wasn't my fault...no pun intended) Anyways he was professional and left things in safe and clean conditions. I took a chance and contacted Araz Electric to install two new 120v outlets. Elvin got me back promptly with a reasonable estimate, and we set a day for him to come over to install the outlets. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant. Elvin took his time to install the outlets and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, during the installation, he noticed I had a faulty outlet with his tester, which we replaced. I'd use them again for my future projects.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

My mom was returning home after surgery and needed a few critical things taken care of in her home. Jamil replied to my request for a quote promptly, and agreed to squeeze us in the next day. He fixed a broken toilet, a few poorly wired lights and outlets that had been out forever, and evaluated / made recommendations for a few additional projects. He was prompt, courteous, skilled, honest, and affordable. We've already signed him up for a few new projects.

We bought a new refrigerator and needed a water line for the ice maker and water. Our technician Juan was so here, gave us a decent quote and installed it in 2 hours. Then he checked all the water lines in our house (sinks, toilet, washing machines, etc). Then finished it off by inspecting our Hot water tank. I can't say enough good things about this company and definitely an A++ from me
