All around, a great experience. Hormoz and Edwin were very easy to work with, and the pricing seemed really reasonable.

With our children both going to school from home this fall, we're getting creative with our limited space. We needed to ground a couple outlets in one of our rooms so that laptops and other electrical equipment wouldn't get fried, and they were great.

They showed up on time, took about an hour, and showed me the work was done correctly before they left. Overall, a great experience. I hope to be able to give them more work in the future.

This is the second time I am using Albert's services for electrical work. As usual he was very prompt in responding to me when I first reached out about upgrading my electrical panel and also prompt in responding to any of my questions. He took care of everything and always does a thorough and professional job. He goes above and beyond to not only complete the job but also address any unforeseen issues during the job. I am very happy with the panel upgrade that he did and I highly recommend him for any electrical work.

I have dealt with Mike and his team twice now.  Our recessed lights are exceptional!  Mike and his team are passionate about their work.  You will be happy with their work.

Mike was supposed to be at my house to give me a quote the *first* time on 11/6 around 11am, didn't show, and didn't let me know he wouldn't be here until I got in touch with him.  He rescheduled for today 11/8 between 11am and noon. I sent him a text a few minutes after noon saying to not bother as I'm not willing to waste more of my time.  He replied saying he was here at 9:55am and there was no answer at the door. He then described a house that isn't mine (claiming there are apartments next to it - there are no apartments next to my house).  I was here.  My housemate was here.  My dogs were here.  Yet none of use heard the doorbell, which rings at both ends of the house, and is quite loud.  
To recap:
- Incapable of being on time or letting you know he won't be on time
- Goes to the wrong house at the wrong time
Both of which could have been solved by a simple phone call.

I came across JCM through a frantic Yelp search. Half my house did not have power. James responded quickly and was at my house within 30 minutes of when last spoke.  

He was very knowledgeable and had us up and running in less than an hour. Not only that but he also saved us on what could have been a fire due to the voltage of our panel.  He said he responded so quickly because based in my initial information he knew it was a big deal but did not want to freak me out.  This tells me he cares and really take priority on the safety of others.

I highly recommend James and will use him for other electrical needs in the future.

They have done a good job in installing recessed lighting in few rooms. They have also done additional wiring and installed lights. They designed on the fly as the complications arise and solved them. An example is the ceiling lighting on 1st floor installation where attic access not possible as it is a 2-story home. I would recommend Arsen Electric and their prices are reasonable.

Brian and Carlos did a great job on helping me with my Tesla car installation , did it fast and efficient all for a great price and even cleaned up very well after themselves ! High recommend .

Got a quick response after reaching out. The work to be done was 240v line converted into 2x 120v outside. Dinh is friendly and fast - even working to meet schedule of my landscaping contractors. Would hire again.

I have had Hewlett Electric come out to do work on my house twice now and both times have been completely positive experiences. Meigs is always quick to respond to phone calls and is even willing to give rough quotes/estimates over the phone depending on the complexity job.

The first time they came out they completely redid all of the grounding in the house which only took them a few days. They also added 4 or 5 outlets throughout the house and outside. This was nearly a year ago now and I have had no issues at all with that work even though it was quite extensive and they touched literally every outlet in the house.

More recently they came to fix a wire that I discovered had been nailed through by a previous owner but was somehow still working! Fire hazard for sure. Meigs and his team came out extremely quickly knowing this and got the issue resolved quickly which I really appreciated.

As other reviewers have said, Meigs and his crew are very transparent and are always willing to give an honest opinion even if it means less work for them. The second time they came out I asked for a quote on wiring up some LED light bars in my garage. After it was all said and done they basically just told me it would not be worth the cost even though that probably meant I would not pay them for that work.

All in all I am so happy I found Hewlett Electric and will absolutely be calling them for all of my electrical needs as long as I live in this area.

Ted and his crew installed an EV charger in our garage. His company is on the list of Tesla recommended electricians. It was the most  pleasant experience right from getting a quote to the completion of the job! Ted is very knowledgeable, prompt so the quote process went very smoothly. His team arrived right on time, work was done very professionally and with a smile on the face! I would highly recommend Ted and will definitely use them for any future projects in our house. Wish more contractors had the same work ethic!

My fiancé and I couldn't be more happy with the work we had done by Alley Electric.  From the initial contact over email, to the end of the job, it was an absolutely awesome experience all the way through.

 Wesley and his wife worked on the job here in San Jose on a Saturday morning, and got everything done before the afternoon.  They were very professional, punctual for both the quote and the job itself, they helped to answer some additional questions I had, and also gave me some info about some future work we wanted to get done this year.  From initial contact to the completion of the job was less than a week.

 For this job, I had a bunch of work done in my garage ( new light fixture, new dedicated circuit for tools, and a line and plug for our new dryer )  and had an outlet replaced in the master bedroom and it was all done very professionally and looked fantastic in the end. They managed to leave the garage and all areas they worked looking very clean, even on a terribly rainy day.

 I highly recommend Alley Electric for any electric work you want to get done.  Just a great experience all around.  We will definitely be hiring Wesley and team again in the future.

We had an emergency on a holiday(!) weekend when we lost power to our refrigerator and other kitchen appliances, and unable to reset from panel. Raphael came out on the holiday, within 2 hours, and assessed the problem. He offered a temporary solution, while explaining clearly & in detail that we needed a new upgraded panel so as not to have a repeat occurrence.  We are not the home's original owners and through the years work had apparently been done but not to the level needed for newer, high energy consumption appliances. Raphael & his crew arrived on time for the job, completed it as scheduled; work was tidy and clean.  Even the permitting inspector commented on the new panel!
Raphael's professionalism & experience showed; he was very responsive by phone/text/email.  We would not hesitate to use his services again, and would readily refer him and his crew.

Elvin was very friendly. Was able to come on very short notice to provide a quote. Very clearly explained what he needed to do and what limitations there were due to the house's construction.

On the day of the job was clear to communicate ETA. Elvin and crew cleaned up any drywall dust from cutting a new hole and was respectful of the property.

The gentleman that helped me, Kfir, was professional and did an outstanding job on helping me with a faulty electrical socket in my garage. The the high marks in the yelp review drove me to use them, and I highly recommend now. Will use use them again (will request Kfir, but I'd say he represents a company culture).

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Get get couple estimates from yelp, they beat them all.

Scope of work:
- Repair the entry door that did not open/close properly
- Install new smart lock, lever and door bottom
- Replaced all hinges

(I provided all materials, they provided labor)

Jamil the owner and his partner are friendly and easy to work with. They showed up on time with one hour window, inspected and found the root cause of the issue, then addressed it professionally. When I asked how they fix it, they explained it throughly without hidden any knowledge.

Now I'm happy with the door open and close smoothly. I will recommend them to others.

Rafael came to my house to check on a clogged dishwasher less than an hour after talking over the phone. After inspection he noticed that the issue was mechanical and food was in the dishwasher, all the pipes were good. They didn't charge anything.
