All around, a great experience. Hormoz and Edwin were very easy to work with, and the pricing seemed really reasonable.

With our children both going to school from home this fall, we're getting creative with our limited space. We needed to ground a couple outlets in one of our rooms so that laptops and other electrical equipment wouldn't get fried, and they were great.

They showed up on time, took about an hour, and showed me the work was done correctly before they left. Overall, a great experience. I hope to be able to give them more work in the future.

Our new home needed a major electrical upgrade. There was no grounding and the lighting throughout the house was very minimal.

I was calling around for electricians and at the time, they were all in high demand and booked out for weeks.

I found David Electric on Yelp and it turned out that one of the electricians I contacted also recommended him. I called Albert and he was able to swing by later that day to look at our system and give us his recommendations. We decided to install recessed lights in all 4 bedrooms, the living room, and the hallway with LED bulbs and dimmer switches. We also wanted the outlets to be grounded and he recommended have one dedicated outlet in each room. He also recommended replacing some breakers in our panel that were not working. He replaced our doorbell and did a few other small tasks around our house that were electrical related.

Albert managed to fit our large job into his schedule over the following 3 weeks after our first meeting and little by little got the job done. Albert is honest, hardworking, and always tries to save his clients money without cutting corners. We really appreciate his work ethic and the quality of his work. Albert is my go-to for all things electrical because I know he will always make time for his customers and do the best he can for them! I have already told friends about him!

Mike was great. Friendly, professional, and down to earth, with good advice. We asked him to replace our main panel, which was arcing even after a breaker replacement. He accommodated our request for a 200A panel and additional kitchen circuits at a great price. Scheduling inspections and PGE can be trying, but he was persistent and advocated on our behalf to get it all done in a reasonable time frame. Listened to what we wanted, then gave reasonable  recommendations, and were honest with pricing. They even gave options for lower cost methods or items, if I wanted.
One days work: Finished full install of recessed lighting in 2 bedrooms with no ceiling lights completed with dimmer switch, two hallway lights switched out for recessed lights and ran a new line to the master bath so we can later have a higher powered exhaust fan. When ever an aesthetic decision was to be made they asked before doing the work.

Dmitry was very friendly and professional. For the estimate appointment he showed up on time and assessed/measured the area and offered 2 options. I picked one, scheduled the installation quickly and they completed the installation in about 1 hour. They knew what they were doing and it was great to see how they executed everything in an organized manner.

Had a wonderful experience with Tom/TD West Electric with getting a NEMA 14-50 240v outlet installed in our garage for EV charging our Tesla Model 3.  Tom's guy came out on time (actually early) and got everything installed in a timely and professional manner.  It was also a pleasure contacting Tom as his response time to my inquiry and questions were super quick.  I am now getting 30 miles per hour charge over the 5 miles i was getting with the standard 120v outlet.  I would not hesitate to contact TD West Electric again if i needed any other electrical work done to my house.

The owner Mickey is awesome! My hubby called to set an appointment and he came the very next day and did a great job on our issue with our hallway lights. He knows what he is doing and very pleasant to talk to and very professional as well. Awesome person and awesome service all together! Highly recommended!

I brought in Apollo Electric for two sessions to take care of outlet and fixture maintenance that had been deferred for several years.  They got the work done very quickly and did a good job cleaning up.  I shared with Ted, the lead man, that I had done some minor wiring myself for other people in the past, and he was very helpful suggesting alternative ways to do some of my work myself rather than call in a contractor for every last thing.  I really appreciate the way he interacted with me and took my level of expertise into account.  It was truly a pleasure.  You can tell he loves his work!

My bathroom lights had gone out. Alley Electric was willing to come the same day for an appointment. Chris came perfectly on time. He charged me the same price that was quoted. It took a while to locate the loose connection in the house. He had even called Wesley to come over and help him out if need be. From the bazillion outlets in the house, Chris figured the outlet which was causing issues and fixed the problem. The house was empty, I didn't even have water to offer Chris.He got his own water too and didn't complain. He offered twice to clean up the place after even though I told him not to bother with it as the cleaners were scheduled to come the next day. Very professional. Satisfied with the job done. Will definitely hire them again.
I called Alley electric a 2nd time. The lights at the entrance went out. Both Wesley and Alina made time the same day, came after hours at 7pm, waited for me as I was running late and worked overtime until 8:30pm. Due to so many outlets in the house it was hard to figure out the outlet causing issues. Both Wesley and Alina came back again the next day and resolved the issue. They even cleaned up the place after, replaced one of the porch light bulbs that had gone out and left 2 extra light bulbs. Very nice, friendly and wonderful people. Great service, very knowledgeable, explained everything that I needed to know.  I needed to call around for an electrician to install my car charger and possibly upgrade my electric panel.  Got Electricians On Duty from yelp, and after a few messages back and forth, Raphael asked if he could call and explain a few things.  We spent about 20 minutes on the phone and he explained his perspective on the install and update, giving me a few options and some things to think about.  He was very personable and informative without being pushy.  I ended up talking to a few other places and the quote from Electricians on Duty was very reasonable considering the other quotes I received.  Scheduling was simple, and he showed up right on time with his team.  They said it would take a full day, and it did, but I was very happy with the result.  They installed a new, larger panel, an electric car load-management device, and the car charger.  They repaired the drywall that they had to cut and the conduit is clean and sturdy.  He re-explained all the work they did, re-labeled the new panel with all the previous information and warranties his work for 5 years.  I would use him again and would highly recommend him and his team.

Our project includes upgrading our existing 100A circuit breaker panel to 200A, add a 60A EV charger, a 240V/50A outlet for a new electric cooktop and a spare 240V/50V for future electric water heater in the garage.  Elvin was exceptional from the quoting process to job completion. He always kept us informed of the actions that he would take during the work.  The job was done professionally with high quality and exactly as agreed in the contract.  There were no surprises and the total cost was reasonable.  I highly recommend Araz Electric.  I would definitely hire them again.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Jamil is very responsive. The team arrived on time and was able to replace my kitchen disposal effectively. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Super high cost and didn't fully fix things.

They came to my place two years ago to do a panel replacement. Since they replaced the panel, a lot of the breakers kept tripping and so I was suggested to re-wire the circuits that were tripping and was guaranteed that the trippings won't happen again. Cost me thousands of dollars and three entire months to finish this project.

Two years later, the circuits start tripping again and when I ask them out to check things out, they said it would cost me 1250 dollars just to do a diagnosis. When I told them that they promised me that this wouldn't happen again they just responded with well we heard you but it is what it is

They installed my HVAC system as well two years ago. The brand new HVAC system breaks two years later due to some installation issue. Even the technician repaired it said the quality of work is pretty meh. The HVAC system cost me 13k. Thank god it is still under warranty otherwise god knows how much money these guys would charge me to fix what they shouldn't break.

These guys would bring you seemingly good service before you pay, after they got the money, good luck to you.
