I called four electricians for estimates to upgrade our service panel from 100 to a 200 amp panel.  Albert was the only one who came to give me an on site estimate.  The others gave me a verbal estimate over the phone.

I told all the companies I called my city's building dept. to ask the amount of the permit ($118) and would pull the permit myself.  One company employee argued with me that it would cost more than that.  I did not select that company.  My reasoning is if I start off disagreeing with the company initially, what would happen during the rest of the project?

Albert clearly explained the work he planned to do, the brand he would be using, and gave me a timeline.  Albert coordinated with PG&E and arranged a smooth transition to disconnect and reconnect my upgraded service panel.

Because of the way my old house was originally wired, PG&E required a junction box for the old wiring before being connected to the new service panel.  Albert gave me a choice between a metal (more expensive) or plastic junction box (less expensive).  Both are approved by current electrical code standards.  I chose the plastic box.

The City inspector passed Albert's installation on his first inspection.

Albert was communicative and did not try to upsell me other services.  In fact, because of a time line deadline, I considered using Albert's stucco person but Albert knew I was handy and told me I was capable of doing it myself.  I felt that Albert is honest, ethical,  and reliable.  His estimate was reasonable.

I plan to have Albert upgrade my sub panel in our garage next year.  Highly recommended.

I found mike on telp and called for to do a rewire for my house and panel replacement. He came and reviewed my electrical wiring and gave me a good quote. Good pricing for his job and estimate future work. I would call him again

We found Tri-Phase Electric after reading great reviews on Yelp.  We had Mike installed 24 lights in our home and they turned out looking great.  Mike was very helpful explaining the different light options and what works best for lighting our home.  We are very glad to go with the lights Mike recommended to us (LED lights).  They really make our home look nice and bright with professional installation, friendly service, great price, and overall, Mike is a great guy.  He even came out to put the lights back up after our home contractor finished with the house painting (free of charge..just a friendly smile).  Mike even came out to redo one of our kitchen lights for free (we put the kitchen cabinet too close to the existing light).  He's awesome!  We will definitely have Mike come back to put more LED lights in our master bedroom (and maybe the rest of the bedrooms later on).  Besides installing LED lights for us, we also had Mike replaced our electrical box and reworked all of our electrical wiring around the house.  Nice job!

I truly appreciate how quickly and professional for the service. I had an urgent issue on the electric panel on Sunday, half of the house didn't have power, James showed up first thing in the morning on Monday to diagnose it and provided the best and lowest cost solution to us! Gary was great.  He responded to my request immediately and was able to come by the very next day.  We had an electrical issue with our exterior outlets and he identified and resolved the problem immediately.  The next day (sat) there was an issue with one of the outlets and Gary came by as soon as he could.   He never stops working.  I'll be choosing Best Electrical for all my electrical needs.

My husband and I went through a house remodel and our contractor hired an electrician that took so many shortcuts eg loose wires in the garage that are major fire hazards, not following code throughout the house (they had covered it up until we started poking holes in the wall and their transgressions were exposed! I have no idea how we passed inspection. Probably because all those shortcuts were nicely covered up. Had they spent the same level of effort doing it right, it would have saved us so much more time and money. My husband called probably 5 electricians to come by and assess the damage. They all were overwhelmed with the amount of re-work that had to be done. All, except one. This man named Richard strode in one day and assessed the situation and said, no problem and it could be done. We knew he was legit when he brought in his sidekick and secret weapon Dee. The both of them together are not only experts in their field but they are a riot. They partner really well together and were able to get everything fixed in less than half the time all of the other electricians quoted us and with incredibly reasonable prices. If i could give Richard and Dee a 6 star i would! The icing on the cake? Richard's  unique humor. You will know what i mean if you ever hire Richard. You will get outstanding quality of service but best of all? Pay a premium for his comedy. He is best of the best. An honest electrician that genuinely wants to help and is passionate about his work and funny as hell. Thank you Richard and Dee for the amazing work you have done on our house. But also, a million thank yous for having to work with my husband who changed his mind quite often. Everything was spot on with ARSEN Electric for recess lighting, EV charger and some other electrical work. Communication was stellar, the team was on time, did job efficiently and the rates were one of the best I could find. Can't go wrong with them.

I wanted to install a NEMA 14-50 for faster charging in my garage for my Tesla. I reached out to a couple of companies to get quotes and ended up going with TD West Electric.

Dinh was very responsive, and we were able to schedule something very quickly, and they have a competitive quote. Salvador helped with the installation and was in and out in an hour. It was a pretty straightforward job since my electrical panel had space and I just needed the installation on the other side of the wall. He added the outlet, patched up the wall, and everything has been working great!

I could not be happier with my experience using Ted and his team from Apollo Electric.  He installed a new Tesla wall charger in my garage.  His bid was fair, he always showed up on time and the work was completed perfectly.  I will definitely use Apollo electric again and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an honest and skilled electrician.  I am a very particular person so this review is well earned.

It was good experience with CA electrical company, my electrical panel created some problem, I didn't waste my time because I have heard a lot about CA electrical Group on social media so I called them, they came within the given time slot and sort out my problem
There prices were super fair and reasonable and even gave better pricing for bulk work. They showed up on time and got everything done in a clean and professional manner.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Jamil and his crew are outstanding. He knows his stuff, honest and forthright and does a thorough job. I engaged him a few times, once to fix some sagging doors and the second time to put up some industrial racks at my garage. Jamil is clear in communication, timely, does outstanding work and goes out of his way to help beyond what is expected of him. Highly recommend.

Just had them come out to fix my circuit breaker. Electrical work is sooo pricey, but they were extremely punctual and professional! Dispatch gave an estimated time of arrival wast between 12pm and 2pm. They showed up at 12 sharp! (Took a few extra minutes to find my bldg b/c my complex is a maze!)

They were able to locate the rare breaker switch for my unit. It was a really old model. Got me installed and back in business under an hour, including the round trip to the store to buy the breaker!
