4 of my kitchen outlets stopped working on Sunday. I tried to fix it myself by checking the circuit breakers and the fuse panel but with no luck. Therefore I called on Monday first thing in the morning, even it's not a live or die situation (just really inconvenient to me), they still squeeze me into their schedule on the same day.

They were very responding, on time, professional, and the most important is the price is very reasonable.

Our new home needed a major electrical upgrade. There was no grounding and the lighting throughout the house was very minimal.

I was calling around for electricians and at the time, they were all in high demand and booked out for weeks.

I found David Electric on Yelp and it turned out that one of the electricians I contacted also recommended him. I called Albert and he was able to swing by later that day to look at our system and give us his recommendations. We decided to install recessed lights in all 4 bedrooms, the living room, and the hallway with LED bulbs and dimmer switches. We also wanted the outlets to be grounded and he recommended have one dedicated outlet in each room. He also recommended replacing some breakers in our panel that were not working. He replaced our doorbell and did a few other small tasks around our house that were electrical related.

Albert managed to fit our large job into his schedule over the following 3 weeks after our first meeting and little by little got the job done. Albert is honest, hardworking, and always tries to save his clients money without cutting corners. We really appreciate his work ethic and the quality of his work. Albert is my go-to for all things electrical because I know he will always make time for his customers and do the best he can for them! I have already told friends about him!

This is for Nhan Khuu specifically. He had no idea what was wrong with our partial electrical outage and came up with some crazy theories of how our apartment was wired. Spent a full hour going nowhere. After he left we called One Touch Electric and their guy identified the problem and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. One Touch Electric showed us that it was kind of an easy fix too. $200 down the drain for one hour of conspiracy theory stories.

This company promised me 2 times to come to my house to look at the problem, but no body showed up at either times!!

JCM Electric was the only contractor that would give me their rate in writing. James showed up on time, was very cordial and friendly, explained what he could and could not do in a manner easy to understand and got the job done quickly. I will definitely be calling on him for future work!

Gary saved Christmas!  Or at least the Christmas lights.  My outdoor outlet has worked off and on the past few days so I finally messaged Gary early today, a Saturday morning.  He got back to me right away and was able to come by this afternoon.  I'm so relieved to have that outlet fixed especially before all the rain coming starting tonight.  Gary also checked a few other fixtures I had questions about and showed me how to replace a worn plug.  I will call Gary for all my electrical needs going forward.

Richard did a great job fixing my electrical outlets and wiring my garage. He was available on short notice and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be calling him for any future work.

Dmitry was great to work with. He was responsive to my initial inquiry. Tried to help me free of charge. When I scheduled him to my home, he showed up promptly & on time. He was friendly, professional, and solved exactly what I needed. Overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely reach out to him again - and would highly recommend him.

The long story short was the power pole in front my house fell down, then the wire pulled the overhead pipe tilt. PGE asked us to fix that first, otherwise they would not restore power back.

Have to say I never met such issue before, and the first electrician came and confirm there is no wire damage and told me I just let PGE know electrician did come and verify no damage. But our 1st electrician is quite busy so he did not have time to take care of the rest, and he did not explain clearly so I misunderstood PGE would take care of tilt pipe. In the end I had to stay at hotel for 6 days because of miscommunication and short of material to fix the pipe.

I still remember it was the 4th day I was out of electricity, and I was desperately looking for electrician's help at Saturday night. I posted a project on yelp, then I met Brayan.

Brayan is very responsive. He quickly checked all of pictures I sent, then Brayan showed on Sunday before noon to see what he could do. Brayan explained pretty well on what he is going to do. Once the work was done, Brayan also followed up with me about any request from PGE. Have to say after several days out of electricity, his quick reply and follow up did make me feel calm. Not to mention he fixed the pipe excellently. (Please check pictures) I believe Brayan would see my post. Thanks again Brayan. Really appreciate for your help.

We lost one power on one side of the kitchen. Mickey came by and fixed it. He did not even charge me for the job. I will definitely use him again.

I cannot say enough good things about the work these folks do, so completely awesome.  Hire them today.  I had them come out and replace my breaker panel inside the house, wire up a bunch of can lights in my kitchen and livingroom, and install an EV charger in the garage.  

Meigs came out to take a look at the projects and give me a quote, he was thorough and very friendly.  He didn't try to oversell me on any work, and gave me his opinion when he didn't think certain upgrades were worth the money.  I really appreciated his honesty and his detailed quote.  He made sure that I understood when the crew would come out, confirmed the date while he was in the house, and left me with a short to-do list so I was ready when they arrived.  Awesome!

Bryan, Alex and Luis showed up for 3 days straight, and were very friendly.  We had some complications about where the lights could be placed because of ductwork in the ceiling, and they were all very helpful in weighing the options with me.  They gave opinions when I asked and I were extremely helpful overall.  

Now let me comment on their precise workmanship.  The first night I arrived home to find 2 can lights installed in one area and one very small hole above the switch, no other mark in the ceiling.  I fully expected much more wallboard repair work would have been needed.  All of their work was precise, well measured and clean.  No complaints at all.  They covered all furniture, and swept and vacuumed everything when they were done.  I couldn't have asked for more.

The EV charger was a difficult job as it needed upgraded wiring and my garage is detached.  The work they did there was completely functional and beautiful.  

I would recommend this company to anyone needing any electrical work done, you are in good hands with these guys!

Excellent communication, work ethic and quality. I had an EVSE installed in my garage by Alley Electric. Wesley gave me accurate advice after seeing pictures from my panel and garage and gave a reasonable quote even without visiting. We scheduled work for Friday and he came on time with Daniel. They were very patient with my questions and took time to make sure the location of the EVSE was per our liking. Once we decided where to put the EVSE, they got busy. Installed a new 40A CB in my panel, drew a new wire to the garage & installed the EVSE. Wesley even put in an extra outlet for me rather than hard wiring the system. And all of this was done within the original quote he gave me, which was very competitive. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will do business with them again without any second thoughts.

I see all the great reviews about Araz and Elvin. but  Elvin came to my home more than  a week ago. Looked at needed repairs and said , i will give u an estimate in a few days. Never heard from him. I think that is bad business. Going on 2 weeks. At least a call back or explanation as to what problem is. would suffice.

We had them come and do an estimate for us. We called them back to schedule the work and they said they would call us back. They never called us back. I called them three days later to try and schedule once again and they scheduled us for Thursday. Thursday came and went and no one called us and no one showed up. Absolutely horrible service.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Our handyman Jamil was excellent. He reviewed our issue and gave us a few options. Once we chose the way we wanted to fix it, he promptly came back with the right tools later in the day and fixed our closet door really well! Highly recommend.

The water heater at my residence dumped gallons of water out the over-pressure line, as a result of failure of the pressure control valve at the inlet to the house from the city. Pacific Coast correctly diagnosed the issue in about 30 min. The property management company contacted their in-house vendor who totally missed the external PCV valve failure, which could have led to water heater and plumbing damage to the house, as well as another flood. The whole experience was so professional and courteous- from sending a photo of the tech to start with so I knew who to expect, to walking me through the diagnosis, to the instant quote over the phone. You always get what you pay for and this company delivers excellent service.
