I called for a quote and made an appointment. They were prompt and asked all the right questions and then some. I installed 6 fans in my home, but what I wanted was beyond my capabilities.
Hormoz and his associate arrived as scheduled. They prepped the area for debris and installed my light fixture in one room, and a fan in my patio.
They were very thorough in their work and in their clean up.
I will not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone I know in need of their services.

We needed to have breaker panel in our vintage condo (1977) inspected and if necessary, upgraded.   Albert said we only would need to switches replaced but not the entire panel,  a super honest guy and very good at what he does.    Highly recommend!

Mike B is an amazing electrician. We wanted to install recessed lights in our house. When Mike visited the house, he carried all the different recessed lights. He guided me through the LED lights and we decided to go with the 4 LED lights. His quote was also reasonable and we decided to go with him.

They say that a good electrician will do minimum cuts to the drywall. Mike fits the bill. He also carries a inspection camera which has a probe to survey the inside so that he does not have to cut the drywall.

Overall the work was amazing and we installed 28 LED recessed lights. We also moved the TV over the fireplace and did a bunch of other things like putting a new electrical circuit in the garage.

JCM Electric responded quickly and were able to come out to my house on the same day. They fixed the problem in less than an hour and made future recommendations as well! Very knowledgeable and highly recommended!

Dmitry and team did an excellent job of installing 3 ceiling fans at my house. The team was prompt in providing some competitive quotes and setting up an appointment. They were On time on the scheduled date and had all the necessary equipment to immediately start work. One of the Rooms had no access to the attic hence they had to cut through the walls to installing the wiring. The attached picture clearly shows they did a great job at patching up the wall after the installation. I have reviewed Other pics on Yelp and I have not seen someone take the extra effort to cover up the cuts on the wall. The team was proficient, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Brayan and his team work very efficiently and professionally. He installed my nest thermostat, Ring doorbell, and two additional power outlets in my bathrooms. The work has been done fast and fabulous! I would definitely use his company again in the future!

This review is overdue. A few months ago, I wanted to get some electrical work done in my home. After talking with more than a dozen electricians for estimates and thoughts on the work I wanted done, I decided to go with TD West. I worked with Dinh and he let me know his team could do everything I needed (other electricians said installing one of the light switches I wanted was going to be too hard to access, to run wiring). In the end, all the work was completed on time and within budget. I installed outdoor lighting, outlets (inside and outside), a fan, recessed lighting, ground wiring, and multiple switches.

Most electricians will probably end up doing the same good quality work but what set TD West apart was their really competitive price, attention to detail and communication with the installation, and most importantly, working with Dinh. He was easily accessible by text or phone, easy to talk to, and patient when it came to answering my questions.

I think the best compliment you can give to a business is by being a repeat customer and with that being said, I won't hesitate to work with Dinh and TD West on my next electrical project.

We live in Fremont and searched on Thumbtack for a licensed electrician that was available fairly soon.  Several unlicensed people also offered their services, but we chose Coastside Electric, whose owner, Mickey, is licensed, and we are very happy with our decision!  My husband and I had a variety of electrical work done by Coastwide Electric this week, and we are totally pleased with their customer service, the fair prices, and the quality of their products and work.  The owner, Mickey, was present on the job the entire time his team of three assistants worked.   He constantly watched their progress and gave them praise and ideas for the best results.  Mickey and the workers traded ideas with each other, as well, which was nice to hear.  Their end plan was perfect for our lighting wishes!   They worked together diligently and in good spirits...even the young man who had to crawl under our house twice!  Our new lighting system is awesome, and we are so pleased to recommend Coastside Electric to everyone :-)

I hired a builder to manage a 400 square foot addition to my house.  He disappeared and stopped returning calls right before the end of the project, when it was clear that my main electrical service (line) needed to be elevated 3 feet to clear the roof.

I ended up calling Meigs (pronounced Maygz) and he came out and gave me a great estimate.  These guys work with PG&E and really know how to schedule this kind of work, another contractor told me to expect no electricity overnight while the work was being done.

In the end the electrician (Brian) even climbed up on the roof and trimmed my tree back to allow the service line enough clearance.  These guys rock !

Ted was responsive to my yelp request and communicated effectively about the job.  He provided honest and competitive bid for the job.  The job was finished with quality and on a timely manner.   I would recommend Ted to my friends and for my future Electrician needs.

Everybody I interacted with at Alley Electric was fantastic. After putting out a last-minute request for a wall outlet installation to nearly a dozen different electricians, Wesley at Alley was the first to respond and provide a reasonable and fair quote for service. He was prompt in communication, and even worked with me on scheduling when I had to delay the install by an hour.

Chris, who performed the work, was a rockstar. He was a consummate professional -- he knew what he was doing, was in and out in under an hour (!), and based on his skill, left the walls exactly as he found them -- with the addition of the new outlet and wall jack, of course. I couldn't be happier. And to boot, the price was very, very reasonable. I will absolutely use Alley in the future.

Our electrical connection on the weather mast from roof to PGE connection exploded on Friday night.  I contacted Raphael through Yelp and he responded right away so I called him.  He was able to come to our home to give us a free quote and explained everything in detail clearly.  We hired him after talking to a few other electricians.  When it was time to do the work, Raphael helped me every step of the way to get a permit and to contact PGE for reconnection.  He was available by text and phone call and responded quickly.  Would definitely hire him again for other work around our house.

I had a positive experience with Araz Electric. Their electricians were knowledgeable and resolved my electrical problems efficiently. After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

I got my bidet installed through them. They were quick and reliable. Even though they did not have timeslot available they were able to make it between appointments. The handyman also removed their shoes before stepping into the household. Definitely recommend them. They also gave the lowest price estimate.

Asked the cost to inspect. They only told it cost $89 to dispatch somebody to take a look. Provided time window between 12-2PM.
They decided to come early without my acknowledgement as i'm still at work.
They said they can't wait for me. Spoke on the phone to tell them what I need even though i already explained the issue when i requested the service.

I thought they will inspect to tell what's the problem and provide estimate on the repair but said that it will cost  ~$500 to just diagnose for level 1 (not the repair itself) - not sure what level 1 means. Unreasonable cost to inspect AC problem. Now i know the reason they won't give any price...

They could have explained different level of diagnostic prices..
Decide to go with somebody else.
