Albert is so nice and very professional. We needed a GFCI outlet added to our bathroom on its own circuit before we had scheduled retiling/paint work and Albert fit us in on short notice. Over the phone he walked me through many questions to make sure the work could be done right away and he was very helpful and respectful. I didn't actually go with Tri-Phase to install my NEMA outlet for a car charger, but Mike was awesome and timely when he came out to give me an estimate.

The only reason I didn't go with Tri-Phase was due to agreeing to another electrician's work before Tri-Phase was able to bid. I had too many electricians/quotes all within a short period of time so it was tough to remember coordinate all the estimates.

Mike was very understanding about me already agreeing to another electrician by the time he came to give me an estimate, and due to that, he deserves 5 stars. I have no doubt his customer service reflects on how well he does his work.

We had electrical problems with our newly constructed ADU. James and his crew came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to efficiently fix the faulty circuits.  Very professional and knowledgeable - would definitely hire him again.

Many thanks to Richard and Enoch!  I received 2 quotes from a competitor for $8K and $4K to fix 2 lights in a row of 5.  Richard called me after I reached out via Yelp, and was able to visit my office that afternoon.  I lost count of the electricians that I contacted.  Everyone was either busy, or they only handle large commercial projects.  We are a small business, so we don't qualify as residential and our office is  a small, single story building.

Anyway, they came to the office, assessed the problem and BOOM!  - all my lights are working.  They charged me for the 2 hours spent, and it was well worth it.  Now everyone is happy because the front lights are working again.  Yay!

Arsen staff performed high quality work in a professional manner. Their task was to wire a 240V outlet in the garage to charge our EV. The installation was of a high standard and efficiently performed.
After a few months and a lengthy stay in an auto body shop, the EV charging caused the main circuit to trip. Fearing the outlet installation was the problem, we called Arsen. Dmitry followed up and demonstrated the outlet was performing flawlessly. Apparently, the EV charger and/or cable was the problem.

I would like to thank Brayan and his crew.We have a older house with a fuses not circuit breakers. Our power went out late on a Friday. We tried to call other from Yelp.He was the only one who responded .He called at 10pm saying he would be out first thing in the morning. He promptly arrived the next morning. He was able to determine the problem . Three hours later the power was fully restored .I even got a follow up call to make sure everything was ok.

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and needed some electrical work done.  I originally contacted another highly rated company on Yelp to do the work.  I accepted their bid and did not shop it as we were under a tight deadline.  The company sent two guys to our house on 2 different days. Both times they were here for over 12 hours.  Their scope of work included installing 7 recessed lights, moving the electrical box for a new chandelier, installing 2 motion/flood lights, installing two outlets in the kitchen with a dedicated circuit, and replacing an exterior GFI outlet.  After 24 hours of work in our house, we still had a bit work we needed done, but they could not get to it in time, so I went back to Yelp and found TD West Electric.  I wish I found them to begin with!  We had a quick Zoom call with Dinh so that he could see what we needed done, he quoted us a price and scheduled the work for 3 days later. The work included two dedicated circuits, one for microwave and one for washer, and an additional recessed light.  While they were here, we decided to add an additional dedicated circuit for our range, and to install an outlet in the master bedroom.  Two very nice young men (Darren and Jose) showed up at 8am and were done and gone by 4:30. They were quick, neat and did an amazing job! The best part is they patched/textured the hole they cut in the wall to wire the dedicated circuits, and even patched/textured a hole left by the first company! Since the first company told us upfront that they would not patch the holes they cut, I just assumed that would be case with any other company I called. All I can say is WOW, what a nice surprise!
We were having some issues with lights pulsing after the first company left, and the day after TD West was done, I texted Dinh to ask what he thought it might be and told him that I was going to call the company that did the work. He offered to send Darren back out to troubleshoot the problem, which was amazing! How many companies do you know of that offer to send someone out to look at a problem that they did not create! To be honest, after seeing how impressive the TD West team was, we had little confidence in the first company.  Darren spent probably an hour or more troubleshooting the issue, but unfortunately the problem could not be found and I plan to reach back out to the first company, since they created the problem. In short - if you are looking to have electrical work done, TD West is the company you should call.  Our house is 78 years old and will need to have the wiring updated in the future - when we are ready to tackle that, TD West Electric will be the only call we make!

I am searching for a ten star category in order to review Meigs Hewlett as a professional.  I actually found him via an extensive search on YELP, and was taken aback by the comments made of his services.

I contacted him for a job I needed done, and just as promised, he was back to me immediately. He told me honestly that he could not do the work until mid August, and freely offered an alternative recommendation.   I told him that I would wait, but would like a quote in advance.   Meigs not only came to my home promptly, but he also told me during the visit that he felt I would not be satisfied with the work I had in mind, but should consider another alternative.   His suggestion removed any hope of him securing the job, as it involved air conditioning expertise.   He spent the better part of an hour walking me through what he felt I needed, and suggesting several good work arounds, again, none of which were of benefit to him.

I frankly searched for any job which could involve working with him, and will continue on the hunt.  He is, without exception, one of the most professional,  intelligent, courteous people whom I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

This man makes you believe all over again that hard work, professionalism, courtesy and integrity are all hallmarks which should be expected in business.  I have found my electrical expert for any job, small or large, and can recommend him not only without reservation, but with great pleasure.

Ted has done two jobs for me now - one planned Tesla charger installation, and another unplanned issue with my electrical panel. In both instances, Ted went above and beyond in his work. We had issues getting a permit due to an expired (and unrelated) permit on the house. Ted helped to get all the paperwork from the city to provide to me so that I could figure out which permit it was in order to get it resolved. He also did a quick and very clean installation of the Tesla charger and 2 years later, everything is working smoothly.

Recently, Ted managed to find time in his busy schedule right before the holidays to come out and help with an electrical panel problem resulting in no power to some kitchen outlets. Ted quickly found the problem, and worked his very busy schedule to come help me the next day. While he was there, he also kindly helped install a transformer for my ring doorbell.

I would highly recommend Ted for any electrical work and am very thankful to have found a great and trustworthy electrician!

Alley performed 2 separate electrical jobs for me. Installing 2 ceiling fans, canned lights and switches. They also ran a new 20 amp line to my attic for future hookups. Great response, great job. I found they were a little higher than others but the quality was worth it.

Contacted Raphael via Yelp, he was very responsive and prompt. We had a violation for our mobile unit and he took his time explaining the issue and offered multiple options on how to correct it.

We had power outage at an office space in a commercial building. Kfir the supervisor was here to help and was able to solve the problem in 10 minutes! Super kind and helpful! Will recommend their services to anyone in need.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Jamil and team are very responsive. We had foundation work done, which messed up our front door. It would barely open. He replaced the lock and handle and rebalanced the door so it's working fine now. Professional and stays on schedule (something I always appreciate).

Update: Jamil returned last friday, installed a bolt lock on one door, repaired another one and added a lock to my garage, and three small door latches- all done quickly and efficiently.

Set a time for a call on my job and never called. Did not pursue.
