Hormoz and his crew are top notch. They are polite, punctual, professional and their work is top quality while being extremely competitive cost. I have had work done by them twice and from here on out I will be relying on their services.

The first work they did for me was installing a light fixture and wiring it to my existing light switch. They made extremely quick work of this (maybe 30 minutes) and even threw in a dimmer switch for free!

The second contract was to wire my office for two additional 20 Amp outlets (I have to run a computer lab out of my office and was tripping my existing 15 amp breakers). Once again, their pricing was very competitive and incredibly, they finished the job installing the breakers, wiring and cutting a new 4 outlet box all in less than an hour. I have been running eight high end gaming PCs and a portable AC in that room without a single hiccup.

Do not hesitate for a second considering Hormoz and his crew for your next electrical project; they are amongst the best people that I have ever employed for any job. Lastly, if you are concerned about COVID 19 exposure as a reason for not getting electrical work done be assured that their staff all wears masks and shoe covers at all times.

We needed to have breaker panel in our vintage condo (1977) inspected and if necessary, upgraded.   Albert said we only would need to switches replaced but not the entire panel,  a super honest guy and very good at what he does.    Highly recommend!

Mike was the third contractor that I worked with on this project -- I only wish that I had started with him!  I wanted to replace 6 on-off and 2 dimmer switches with smart switches and he arrived on time, walked me through the process and helped me setup the switches to the smart hub.  I completely recommend DV Electric for any and all projects requiring an electrician.  I will definitely call on him for my future electrical project needs.  TOTAL PROFESSIONAL!  GREAT JOB!!!

I was looking for an electrician who could install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in our garage for EV charging.
Mike dropped by in person to provide a quick consultation and quotation.
His pricing was the most reasonable compared to other local electricians' quotations so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with him.
Mike completed the installation in ~50 minutes as the new outlet's location was only 1 foot away from the breaker box.
The outlet was done professionally and the work area was courteously cleaned.
I highly recommend Mike for anyone needing electrical work done as he's knowledgeable and competent with his trade.

I was referred to JCM electric for the first time.  Jimmy came out and diagnosed the issue within minutes and had my home up in running in no time.  He was very professional, courteous and prompt and most of all very reasonably priced.   If your looking for a honest company JCM electric should be your go to.

We highly recommend Gary. We needed our recessed kitchen lights fixed and Gary was responsive and came the same day (there was a cancellation). He was punctual, polite, and wore a mask/shoe coverings. We were impressed at how fast he was able to troubleshoot the problem, install new lights and fix our wires (did the job in two hours). He even helped sweep the debris after. We will definitely hire him again if we need another electrical job done. Thank you Gary! We are so happy with our new LED kitchen lights!

We were in a bind on a Saturday afternoon, after finding out that our house was out of power in three bedrooms. We needed the issue resolved before the evening, and called many electricians in the Santa Clara/San Jose/Sunnyvale/Milpitas area. All said that they were busy and would not be able to send someone until Sunday afternoon (24 hours later) - but that was until we called Acero Electric.

At 4pm, we spoke with Richard. He listened to our issue, and asked where we were located. Even though he had just made a trip out to Santa Clara 1.5 hours earlier, he stated that he would stop by in an hour. We texted him pictures of our circuit breaker and a video of the issue we were encountering. He said he knew right away what the problem was.

Within 20 minutes of being at the house, Richard and his colleague were able to isolate the issue and fix it. Thank you so much Acero Electric - you guys were a lifesaver!

Dimitry works for my company and he is amazing! He always responds quickly and will do what he can to get out to our emergency work orders. We have never had any issues with his work. I really enjoy working with him. He is easy to get along with, most vendors are rude sometimes but not him!

Very responsive, professional, and reasonably priced.  I initially spoke with Mickey (via Yelp and then via Text message) and he stopped by and did a quick estimate for a small job.  He put me in touch directly with one of his employees who was going to be in the area about two days later.  James showed up a little late due to traffic but did the job quickly and cleanly.  Highly recommended.

I ended up having them do a panel upgrade for me a few months back.  Continued to provide excellent service.  The crew that came out was great, I used their stucco contractor who was good, and the follow up was fantastic.  Meigs made sure everything with PG&E was smooth and followed up a couple times to make sure I was happy with the work.  Thanks again!  The only electrician I'll ever use!

Ted did an excellent job installing a long 60A/240V line (6 gauge) from the house panel to our detached garage with a 60A disconnect ending in a Tesla Wall Connector. Communication through email worked perfectly, he was always on time, was thorough, worked efficiently, left the area clean, lined up the inspection, and charged a reasonable fee compared to two other bids. I give my highest recommendation.

Chris was very knowledgable about my electrical panel and today the City inspector passed the inspection. Chris also follow up to make sure all is went well with the City Inspector. Elvin was very friendly. Was able to come on very short notice to provide a quote. Very clearly explained what he needed to do and what limitations there were due to the house's construction.

On the day of the job was clear to communicate ETA. Elvin and crew cleaned up any drywall dust from cutting a new hole and was respectful of the property.

It was good experience with CA electrical company, my electrical panel created some problem, I didn't waste my time because I have heard a lot about CA electrical Group on social media so I called them, they came within the given time slot and sort out my problem
There prices were super fair and reasonable and even gave better pricing for bulk work. They showed up on time and got everything done in a clean and professional manner.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Our handyman Jamil was excellent. He reviewed our issue and gave us a few options. Once we chose the way we wanted to fix it, he promptly came back with the right tools later in the day and fixed our closet door really well! Highly recommend.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I tried to be extra patient with this company given the tough times we are all dealing with, but 1.5 months, 4 different technician visits and 1000$ later, our AC unit in the attic is still leaking water. Initial contact was made on August 17th. As of October 4th no fix yet. We had to go through 2 heat waves without an AC.

Background:

We had our handyman inspect this initially and he said the coil + the drip plate needed to be replaced. We contacted Pacific Coast Electric, Heating and Air to get the job done. The technician who came for the inspection completely ignored our handyman's report and diagnosed that the problem had to do with the drain lines that were leaking and also not being connected properly. Following this fix (cost us 800$) we observed that the water now started completely draining into our backyard through the secondary drain line and we also reported that we heard water dripping through the wall all night.

Another technician came to inspect this problem and reversed the drain lines. He also observed a potential problem with a leaky air duct not being sealed correctly and letting cold air escape into the attic. He suspected this was the reason for the water dripping through the wall. We paid another 350$ to get this issue fixed.

Two days later we observed water leaking through our living room ceiling all the way down from our attic (2 floors down!!). We had to contact them several times over the weekend to take a look and treat this as an emergency. After another inspection by yet another technician the problem was diagnosed as the AC coil needing replacement. (initially already reported by our handyman!)

Current:

We finally got an appointment with them a few weeks later for coil replacement and they call us on the day of the appointment to tell us they don't have the parts and need another 3 to 6 weeks!

This has by far been the worst company in terms of communication and service. I have finally decided to give up on this company and to contact someone else to get this issue resolved. I recommend saving your money and engaging with a different company for your heating and cooling needs!
