I have used GES for 3 different projects. They have been responsive, professional, on time and followed COVID protocol. They also wear shoe covers and clean up any mess they make. I also like that the owners Hormoz and Edwin are always on sight. They are trustworthy- so much so that I'd feel comfortable having them in my home when I'm not there.

We needed to have breaker panel in our vintage condo (1977) inspected and if necessary, upgraded.   Albert said we only would need to switches replaced but not the entire panel,  a super honest guy and very good at what he does.    Highly recommend!

Purchased chargepoint for my EV on amazon and scheduled an appointment through amazon. Mike showed up on time and started working on it very quickly. Mike finished everything in 3 hours which was estimated as 8 hours while I google the job online. He did a super fantastic job to layout the wires and plug. Way better than what I expected! I also asked him to check a problem for my kitchen lights and provide a quote. The price he gave me was unbeatable. Definitely have him come back for all electricity issues i have from now on. Highly recommend!

Mike came out and gave a quote for kitchen recessed lighting.  He suggested a different plan than a previous quoter with smaller size lights that would give plenty of coverage.

He was definitely right and I love my lights.  He also suggested a dry wall repair person who patched the hole in the ceiling where the light box had been.

Good work in a timely manner and good price.  Definitely recommend.

We had electrical problems with our newly constructed ADU. James and his crew came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to efficiently fix the faulty circuits.  Very professional and knowledgeable - would definitely hire him again.

There was a power outage on our rental property and we made an appointment with Best Electrical Service. Gary arrived on time at the appointment. He took his time assessing, diagnosing the outlets and panels. I was impressed at how fast he was able to troubleshoot the problem. He is a very professional, savvy, friendly, and honest person! The service fee is very reasonable.
In the future I will definitely contract/hire Best Electrical Service for any electrical repair needs around my house and rentals! Do I recommend Best Electrical Service? Absolutely! I highly recommend Gary!

I would highly recommend Richard for your electrical needs. I contacted him to install an additional outlet in the garage for an electric car charger.  He also fixed two wall outlets that needed repair.  In addition, while he was here, I also had him install an outdoor security light. Very friendly, informative and reasonable pricing. I will definitely call him again for our future electrical jobs.

It's been a long overdue review. They worked the entire 8 hour. Took no breaks. Great work ethics. Would recommend them again

I had issues with a light fixture in the bathroom where the light didn't turn on and a switch that shorts the circuit when turned on. The brothers responded quick to my quest on Yelp and came on time for the appointment. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and resolve the issues. The lightbulb had a different outage that didn't work and the ground wire was touching the circuit that was shorting. They quoted me $180 for diagnostic that covers up fixed and the job got done in 30 minutes. I am a handy person myself, but was really stumped with those two issues. Getting the professionals to come in and solve those problems quickly was definitely worth the money.

Overall, we had a great experience with TD West.

We had a few outlets stop working in a room, and the breaker for that room did not trip. It was important that we got it fixed fairly quickly given that the space is highly utilized.

We reached out for quotations, and Dinh was very fast in responding to our request alongside a few other good electricians in the Bay Area. The difference was that he also suggested a few things to quickly check before booking him to see if he could save us some money. While those quick checks did not fix anything, the quick thinking in options trying to help us was a preview of how his technical Sal worked while he was onsite.

While they got hung up on a job before coming, Sal did show up within the expected time. He walked in with his utility belt, shoe covers, and tools ready to go. There was zero waiting or extraneous discussion. He was professional and jumped right on the problem and figured out what was wrong within about 15 minutes. The entire experience was smooth, and he finished up in 45 minutes.

As a consumer, I feel it is important to make aware that the minimum labor was 2 hours, and that was what they charged me at a rate of $250. While I probably could have shopped around for cheaper, the result was what I wanted.

As for areas to improve? They are small:

-- I would suggest that their technician brings a small vacuum in the future to clean up debris from removing the wall trim for some of the outlets. He did not clean that up, which is not a big deal, but it would have been nice given the rate
-- I misunderstood that since the labor was 2 hr minimum, that Sal would be showing up to help from 10am-12pm. Instead 10am-12pm was the arrival window, which is why I was sitting around wondering where he was at 10:20am. Not a big deal, and luckily I had carved out extra time.

Like I mentioned at the start, overall, this was a great experience, and I would use them again!

Alley Electric is awesome!! Wesley was a pleasure to communicate with. He was very diligent about answering my questions via email, and I had a lot of questions. LoL!! Wesley always responded in a very timely manner, and was great about providing links to examples. In addition, Alina was great about picking up the phone when I initially called to schedule an estimate. She was at the DMV when I called, but still made sure to pick up my call. Talk about committed to the customer!

I was very impressed that for the amount of work done to my house, Wesley's guys completed the job in 1 day. They were really great to work with!!  I had some very specific requests, and they were able to accommodate them.  I had several recess lights installed, a few surface mounted lights, and an additional outlet for outside the house. They asked me each time to confirm where I wanted the lights before they actually cut into the ceiling. I was really disappointed that they had to cut some holes through the walls and ceiling in order to run wires to the switch, but that isn't their fault. In fact, when they told me about needing to cut the holes for the wires, they did the best they could to try to find other options to avoid cutting the holes, and even was able to hide a few of the holes inside a closet so that it wouldn't appear on the main wall. By the end of the day, our house looked amazing!! We finally had lights where there weren't. It's so much brighter now, and it makes us want to replace all the other existing lights in the house to match. I definitely recommend using Alley Electric for any lighting and electrical needs.

It was good experience with CA electrical company, my electrical panel created some problem, I didn't waste my time because I have heard a lot about CA electrical Group on social media so I called them, they came within the given time slot and sort out my problem

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

He was attentive to our requests, he is very professional and answered all our queries. We went back-n-forth a few times over materials but he was very patient with all our requests. I highly recommend him for any handyman work.

Richard (Castaneda) showed up right on time with a mask, diagnosed the problem, taught me a few things about my home circuit, presented me with a reasonable repair plan, then worked for hours in the heat to get it done.
I have zero complaints about my experience. Should I need more assistance on electrical matters, Richard will be my first call.
