We needed to have breaker panel in our vintage condo (1977) inspected and if necessary, upgraded.   Albert said we only would need to switches replaced but not the entire panel,  a super honest guy and very good at what he does.    Highly recommend!

Recently, I hired DV Electric to install 20+ recessed lights throughout my townhouse.  My experience with Mike and his team was outstanding. He responded to my initial request promptly, and came out and checked out my place. I didn't have much experience and clue about recessed lighting and asked for advice from him.  I communicated my idea/goal of each room, and he listened carefully and formulated his own suggestions, giving me options and ultimately let me decide on the options based on his advice.  He definitely works with the customer to understand their needs, and not govern the work to be done in a fixed way. He was able to clearly point out the tradeoffs to each approach, like which would involve more effort/drilling, cost of each option, etc. His team showed up on time, worked efficiently and laboriously, planning out the placements, measuring, drilling holes, running wires in the attic, installing dimmable switches, etc.  The work was done within his estimate of 2 days. Totally, 23 recessed lights were installed, and I was very happy with the work and result, and they cleaned up well after the project.  He was able to fix minor issues along the way, again showing his dedication to customer service. His rates were also very reasonable.  To me, many things stood out about his work -  his flexibility and patience in accepting changing requirements, a can-do attitude, honesty, responsive and excellent communication, technical expertise in his field, and overall being a cool guy to work with!  If I have any more electrical needs, I would certainly give Mike a call again and would recommend him to others without reservations!

Same-day call same-day service... Well beyond our expectations!! Had some trouble in a subpanel with and arcing (literally humming & buzzing) breaker, called and spoke with the owner (Mike)...he asked for a detailed description of the problem we were having. He then said that we had serious safety issue with this situation in our sub panel and said he would show up within the hour to take a look and diagnose but needed to call his current customer to make room for a quick service call to us us which was a huge relief. He was actually out in 25 minutes, shut off the main power and told us that he will be back to correct the problem when he was done with his pre-prescheduled appointment. Well, Mike was back just a couple hours later with parts in hand and had us back up and running and shipshape within the hour...even before my kids got home from school! Honest, fair, reliable, friendly are only a few words to describe the experience I had with this Co...beyond impressed and satisfied and thrilled that we now have a go to electrician for future needs and upgrades. A+

I called them for Tesla EV charger installation ,James answered my call and scheduled the installation, they cam and finished the job . They did decent job and good price I really recommend this company .

Gary and his wife are the best! Super friendly and professional! Not only do they do an amazing job, they will also explain what they did and how they did it.

There is no one better than TD West Electric! Tom the owner was quick to respond in a critical situation. I have an old house with complicated electrical and I was having a breaker that kept tripping. There were several areas of possibility causing this. TD came out on a holiday and several days after, fixing one issue at a time. They asked all the right questions to remedy the issues, they were extremely patient and extremely informative. Their work is 10 stars and thorough! I have several properties and I am so happy to have found TD West Electric! I feel very comfortable discussing my electric needs for my properties and feel that their prices are very reasonable and fair. I will be calling Tom for all of my electrical needs from now on. I chose Coastwide Electric for a full home re-wire and a panel upgrade to 200amp. I must say working with Mickey and his crew was an amazing experience. Every single person he brought into my house was very professional and barely took any breaks. It took them 4 days to complete all of the work and I couldn't believe it. Mickey, the manager, was on top of his crew every step of the project. He also educated me on what is running through my attic and through my walls. I have worked with a lot of contractors before but never with someone so efficient and straight to the chase. He also did all of the coordinating with PG&E and took care of the entire project while I was busy at work. If I could give them 50 stars I would. Hewlett Electric just  installed two Minka Aire  ceiling fans for us.  One of the fans was for the bedroom and was a new installation, the other was a replacement for an existing fan in the dining room.  Gary and Kurt did a phenomenal, rock solid, no short cuts installation that we are very happy with.  Gary and Kurt were punctual, they had a professional demeanor, appearance, and conscientious work ethic. They were also very tolerant and observant of our pets.  Meigs Hewlett, the owner of Hewlett Electric, was an absolute  pleasure to do business with.  He's super focused on quality work and top notch customer service, which he achieves with ease.  The prices are competitive and Hewlett offers a 10% Veterans discount. They also back their work with a generous warranty.  -These folks are quite frankly the best contractors we've ever done business with and we highly recommend them-.

I have used Apollo Electric a few times over the last 3 years for large and small jobs. Ted is friendly and knowledgable, has competitive rates, arrives on time, and does quality work each time I've hired him. When the job is done, he has always cleaned up afterwards. Rodger and his team did an amazing job helping us to update our 30-year-old Condo in San Jose!

When we first moved in we needed some various electrical updates: additional outlets added, remove very old built-in electric heaters, add independent fans in our main bath and guest bathroom, etc.
We were so impressed by Rodger and the team at CA Electrical Group, that when we decided to renovate our Kitchen (a job that would require moving the main electrical panel for the unit to a different wall) we knew just who to call.

We decided to split up the electrical work into two jobs: one at the beginning of the renovation, and another near the end. Rodger was very accommodating around our schedule and worked with us, offering excellent advice based on his extensive experience. This was very valuable to us as we did the bulk of the (non-electrical) renovation work ourselves.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Had several scopes of work that Jamil helped with, started with 2 and grew to 4 projects inside and outside the house (subfloor install, raised header for door, patched wall, repaired exterior fence that was damaged) and all were completed timely. Jamil and his crew are punctual, clean and very respectful of the house.

Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Angel the electrician from Pacific Coast Home Services came out on time to inspect our house for EV charging upgrade and was super honest, patient and helpful. With his help we were able to make a good decision for our home and I feel I would reach out to Pacific Coast Home Services again in case I need to do another job. Recommend giving them a call and asking for a quote.
