They are very professional; easily and quickly diagnosed and fixed an electrical short circuit at my house.

I called four electricians for estimates to upgrade our service panel from 100 to a 200 amp panel.  Albert was the only one who came to give me an on site estimate.  The others gave me a verbal estimate over the phone.

I told all the companies I called my city's building dept. to ask the amount of the permit ($118) and would pull the permit myself.  One company employee argued with me that it would cost more than that.  I did not select that company.  My reasoning is if I start off disagreeing with the company initially, what would happen during the rest of the project?

Albert clearly explained the work he planned to do, the brand he would be using, and gave me a timeline.  Albert coordinated with PG&E and arranged a smooth transition to disconnect and reconnect my upgraded service panel.

Because of the way my old house was originally wired, PG&E required a junction box for the old wiring before being connected to the new service panel.  Albert gave me a choice between a metal (more expensive) or plastic junction box (less expensive).  Both are approved by current electrical code standards.  I chose the plastic box.

The City inspector passed Albert's installation on his first inspection.

Albert was communicative and did not try to upsell me other services.  In fact, because of a time line deadline, I considered using Albert's stucco person but Albert knew I was handy and told me I was capable of doing it myself.  I felt that Albert is honest, ethical,  and reliable.  His estimate was reasonable.

I plan to have Albert upgrade my sub panel in our garage next year.  Highly recommended.

I had an emergency today and can't live without my dishwasher. Something was wrong with my outlet, which kept tripping the breaker. Mike was able to come in 2 hours to help out. He was very knowledgeable, professional, demonstrated expert troubleshooting skills and had it fixed right away. Highly recommended!

Mike installed excess can lighting in my home. He was prompt to provide quote, meeting at my home after hours to meet my tight schedule.  His pricing was very fair and he completed the job quickly and was super clean and conscientious, cleaning carefully as he worked.  I plan to hire him again for future repairs and lighting needs.

We have worked with Gary for over 5 times over the past 3 years, so this is a long overdue review for his high quality services. After the first time he helped us install the EV charger, we immediately knew he will be the to-go person for any electric needs from then on.

Communication and scheduling was a breeze. For the most recent job, he helped us diagnose and fix the exterior lights that stopped working after we redid our roof. During the diagnostic visit, he was able to effectively found out the root cause and came up with a solution and quote. During the repair visit, he carefully fixed the issue and double and triple checked to make sure everything was working as expected. Before he left, he also pointed out that we should get our gutter downspout (damaged during the reroof project as well) fixed as the electric meter box was right under the downspout. I am really glad we were able to do it before the following storm hits.

We have been very happy with Gary's work. He is professional, detail oriented and comprehensive. Having a peek into his van, you will be impressed by the how organized and clean it is. This also reflects on the job he delivers, high quality, precision and efficiency. He just gets the job done with zero waste.

I spent the day being jerked around by this electrician.  I called at 9 am to arrange to have my nonfunctioning ceiling fan looked at and he said he was available in the afternoon.  We agreed he would come around 2:30 or 3:00 and that I'd call him when I was leaving my daughter's house to head home to San Jose.  I did so and he said it would be another hour or so as he finished up another job.  I said that was fine.  At 5:00 I had heard nothing,.so I called him and he said he was just finishing up and he'd be there shortly. Again total silence for another hour and a half.  At 6:30 I texted him and said not to bother.  
No service and not even a phone call to advise me of his delays.  Horrible service.  I will not contact him again.  He may do good work but that isn't all there is to running a business.  Stay away!

I needed a new outlet installed for a new Tesla. Dmitry answered my first call in person, came out quickly and gave a quote on the spot, and the work was completed within a couple of days. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I needed. I called Brother Electric and got a quote ASAP, well priced. Excellent service and professional. They did the job quickly, they cleaned up and everything looks better than expected. Based on my only experience so far with them, I would recommend it.

Had 13x 6 canless recessed lights installed in 2 bedrooms and the living room of a 2nd floor condo in a 3 floor building. Clean cuts in the sheetrock and they also installed 4 dimmable switches for me. Some sheetrock dust leftover but that's to be expected with this kind of job. Overall great work

They took the time to call the manufacturers technical line on questions regarding the installation and professionally performed an outstanding Installation.  They were very friendly as well which made the wait quite enjoyable!

I had contacted at least 10 contractors.  Apollo Electric is the one I feel I can trust.  Ted is very responsive.  He answered all my questions with patience.  He is very knowledgeable.  I feel comfortable to let him to install my Tesla EV charger.  His estimate is also reasonable too.  I highly recommend this company.

Great service, very knowledgeable, explained everything that I needed to know.  I needed to call around for an electrician to install my car charger and possibly upgrade my electric panel.  Got Electricians On Duty from yelp, and after a few messages back and forth, Raphael asked if he could call and explain a few things.  We spent about 20 minutes on the phone and he explained his perspective on the install and update, giving me a few options and some things to think about.  He was very personable and informative without being pushy.  I ended up talking to a few other places and the quote from Electricians on Duty was very reasonable considering the other quotes I received.  Scheduling was simple, and he showed up right on time with his team.  They said it would take a full day, and it did, but I was very happy with the result.  They installed a new, larger panel, an electric car load-management device, and the car charger.  They repaired the drywall that they had to cut and the conduit is clean and sturdy.  He re-explained all the work they did, re-labeled the new panel with all the previous information and warranties his work for 5 years.  I would use him again and would highly recommend him and his team.

Our project includes upgrading our existing 100A circuit breaker panel to 200A, add a 60A EV charger, a 240V/50A outlet for a new electric cooktop and a spare 240V/50V for future electric water heater in the garage.  Elvin was exceptional from the quoting process to job completion. He always kept us informed of the actions that he would take during the work.  The job was done professionally with high quality and exactly as agreed in the contract.  There were no surprises and the total cost was reasonable.  I highly recommend Araz Electric.  I would definitely hire them again.

I want to commend this company for above and beyond attention to the upgrade required on my old home, built in 1960.  I want to single out Omri, Benjamin, Mari for always getting back to me. In addition, a big giant shout out to Matias and his crew.  This crew was absolutely awesome, knew what was needed and provided such care in delivering a new upgraded panel in and outside of my home.  The PG&E representative gave this crew big kudos also and said he wished all of the panels he has to inspect were done just like at my house which made me feel good about spending my hard earned money. The process took longer than I expected thanks to all the rain this year and coordinating with PG&E but in the end, I am so pleased with the results.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

Jamil and his crew are outstanding. He knows his stuff, honest and forthright and does a thorough job. I engaged him a few times, once to fix some sagging doors and the second time to put up some industrial racks at my garage. Jamil is clear in communication, timely, does outstanding work and goes out of his way to help beyond what is expected of him. Highly recommend.
