For starters, let me say that 110/220v is easily the best electrical company available to us in the Bay Area. I hired Bart and his crew (his son) for two jobs in the past handful of years. One of the jobs was for some really basic work (switching the location of some outlets), and the most recent job was for a full re-work of the electrical in the new place my wife and I just purchased in San Bruno. We added recessed lighting throughout the house, which included some intricate cabinetry lighting, switches every single outlet, switched out all switches for decor switches, and put everything on a dimmer. Additionally, I had all old/dead outlets and thermostats removed, as well as all coaxial cables removed. Not only was the price incredibly reasonable and competitive in the current market, but the job was done expeditiously and efficiently. Bart even picked up the permit from the city for the work for me, and came back a couple of times on his own dime to double check the work. Whether you own or rent, having any type of work done can be stressful, and when it's something as important as electrical work, you want to make sure you get the job done correctly. If anyone out there is looking to have electrical work done, I suggest the save some time researching different companies on google, and just give Bart a call! He will get the job done well, and provide a hassle free experience!

Sunday, Nov. 27, my husband and his dad were drilling a hole to mount our new TV on the wall. While drilling, they hit a wire and our electricity went out. We start calling electricians in the area and it being a Sunday, every electrician is busy or not available. Alex at AJ Electrical responds letting me know he can come over to take a look at the damage. He showed up earlier than expected and ended up fixing our problem. He explained everything he was doing to my husband and we had our electrical problem resolved. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. Thank you Alex for take the time on a Sunday to give us our electricity back! Will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommend!

Best HVAC company I have worked with in the Bay Area. Extremely professional. Company provides accurate quotes for you to decide and act upon. Text messages let you know about confirmed appointments, technician en route and job completed. Easy payment options, including Venmo. Valentin knows his business and is an excellent technician.

Needed a furnace replacement and decided to go with an AC unit for the first time. Fuse gave us the best price for both units and was quick to come out for an estimate. The two men gave us all new wiring since ours was outdated and installed both units very quickly. However, there was a problem when they went to test the new units. They replaced a blown fuse and got us up and running in no time.
Overall, really nice and we're enjoying our new furnace and AC. Best company around.

Went over to my mom's 1950 Eichler in the morning to make breakfast and found the kitchen light switch kaput. Called O'Connor & Son's, and within not much more than an hour the electrician who came had replaced the kitchen light switch, the bathroom light switch (also wonky), and the missing outlet wall plate behind the piano, taking the time to explain to me which old parts could be recycled and to explain to my very-much-interested mother what he was doing. My 90-something mother did not have to wash up or eat breakfast in the dark. I highly recommend O'Connor & Son's when you need a friendly electrician who will get the job done quickly and well.

We were having trouble with our manufacturer suppied Level 1 car charger. The cord isn't long enough and extension cords are not recommended. We elected to install a Level 2 charger. This involved installing an NEMA 14-30 plug (like for a dryer) in the garage. Fortunately, we had an unused 40 amp circuit that originally powered an electric oven (we have gas now).
Daniel from Zair came by and scoped out the job right away. The biggest problem was getting the wire across the hall. Some holes were cut in the drywall, but it was taken care of. The other 40 ft were installed in conduit attached to the wall of the garage. The plug was installed fairly high off the ground, with a hose carrier installed under it to carry the charging cord.
We plugged that bad boy in and were ready to go. We were very happy to be able to charge the car at home. It all looks very professional and will be a desireable feature when it comes time to sell the house. The job was done in one day, without extended power outage (just a few minutes). The best part was the quote. It was, by far, the lowest quote we got (though drywall repair was not included).
Way to go guys!

I own condos in Antioch and have been using RB Handyman Services for repairs since January, 2017. They've fixed a leak of water coming in from under the patio door, which included installing and painting new trimming and a dry rot inspection. More recently they went to another unit and diagnosed electrical problems and corrected the issue by replacing faulty circuit breakers.
Dealing with tenants is tricky because one party does the work, one pays for it, and the repairs need to be coordinated based on the availability of the tenant. Rick at RB Handyman handled contacting the tenant, scheduling the work, and sent me the bill when the work was done. For me, it couldn't have been easier.
Without a doubt, I will continue working with RB Handyman for years to come.

We were looking for someone to upgrade the electrical panel in the garage before moving into our new home. We found AMZ Electric here on Yelp and were very impressed with the reviews. We called Massis, owner of AMZ Electric, and he came out the very next day to discuss the project and provide a quote. While we had to wait a few weeks for availability on his calendar - he is in high demand! - he worked with us in getting the required permit, materials, and did an excellent job of installing our new electrical panel. One note: we did need to repair the necessary holes in the drywall ourselves.

Nothing speaks more about a good service experience than repeat business. In late 2017 Mark added a 100 Amp subpanel to my detached garage and wired in 110V and 220V outlets on all the walls. He also wired in three lighting fixtures on the exterior. We couldn't have been more pleased with his work.
Yesterday Mark completed another job for us. Over the last year we did a complete backyard redesign that involved installation of a spa running 220V from a new subpanel, wiring and outlets for an outdoor kitchen, low voltage lighting for the kitchen, and installation of switched and unswitched 110V outlets around the entire yard perimeter. It was a long project and he was willing to work with us through the summer and winter coordinating his work with our schedules and the schedules of other contractors. Easy to work with, professional, absolutely trustworthy and his workmanship is amazing. We couldn't be more pleased.
Thank you, Mark, for another job well done.

I've had nothing but great experiences working with Jorge, Luis and their team. We recently purchased our first home and had to update all of the electrical. It was a huge project. They did an excellent job overall and completed the project when they said they would. They were reliable, flexible and easy to work with. Since this was the first time going through it they also did a great job educating us on the work that needed to be done. Since then we have also used them for smaller jobs and they've been able to help us out last minute in a timely fashion. Overall they provide a great service at a super reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any home or commercial electric needs.

I was stuck doing a Do It Yourself job on Saturday when the parts I needed weren't available at the Big Box.
After I called, Jacky stated he could come by that evening, which he did and discussed my issue. He willingly gave me parts I needed and lots of advice. While he didn't do work for me, if I needed a job done I would certainly consider hiring him. Very nice man and willing to share his experience and parts.
Highly recommended!
