These guys are great!  My electrical box overloaded and blew out the main circuit breaker to the house on a Sunday night.  These guys came out at 10pm on Sunday night and got me up and running!  They replaced my electrical box, installed a second meter for my duplex, and grounded all of the electrical outlets in my house.  They were friendly, professional, fast, and mostly importantly, they did a great job.  They also cleaned up and made sure to put any moved furniture back in its original location.  I would definitely use them again!

Alpha Omega is really a great business.. We have called them numerous times and trust them 100% to do a great job. They are highly professional, honest, reliable, punctual, thorough, clean, highly skilled, and respectful when coming into our home.

Greg and his crew were professional and efficient. They arrived in time and had the right tools and materials on hand to get the job done quickly (and right)!  I'll definitely be giving Greg a call for any future electrical needs.

I needed a TV Mount to be installed, along with bike racks, curtain rods and fixing the toilet flush tank.

Rostislav and Vlad were very professional and did a great job with all the installations. They were on time and completed the work as promised. The TV mount installation took longer than promised but they did not charge me for the extra time.

Long over due review/feedback. To start, bunch of good guys to work with who do quality job. Mark & his team have done bunch of projects at my home (new power panel, EV Charger, 220V outlet, external outlet, etc) and done a great job.  Plus, its always good to support local business and I'm happy to support them!  They are usually booked for few weeks at a time due to their backlog (which is BTW a GREAT thing) and I hope they continue to stay super busy providing their customers with great service! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

Jesse took a job at our home. He hasn't finished the job and owes us money. We've called him at least five times to try to get him to come and finish and pay us what he owes us, but now he won't pick up the phone and hasn't returned our calls.

Definitely would not recommend him.

Ivan is so great and very responsive. He helped me renovate my private gym and also do some work at my salon! I recommend him all the way!

When dealing with power surges and humming in the light fixture when using my hair-dryer at the same time, along with a myriad of other little electrical oddities, I would like to say that Brian had excellent trouble-shooting skills. He was able to assess my situation in a timely fashion as well as make recommendations that were resourceful and helpful. He was able to help resolve my issues right away. He is also very prompt and thorough in his response times. I would use him again for sure.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

Thank you for patiently explaining the electrical problem in a way that made it understandable. Thank you for coming on such short notice. Thank you for not charging me an arm & a leg for great service. I would recommend Al Smith Electric in a heartbeat!

Extremely professional and responsive.  I've used Natalie over the years for many home and business projects.  I hope she is able to grow her business so that it is scalable and sustainable as she is top notch.

Please reduce attitude that will help... no way contacting this guy again.  There are many other shops around you

Horrible  and extremely rude customer service. They promised me that I could use the $69 diagnostic fees towards any repairs, and when I called them next time to use that money towards repair (changing the air filter) they started making excuses and finding ways of making more money(only because i was not ready to spend more on replacing the hvac unit!!!) Moreover their supervisor had no manners or eticates to talk to a customer. This is a place people should stay away from. They lure you into spending more money vs. going with your needs.

I heard a buzzing/crackling noise in my fuse box and orbis sent out an electrician within an hour. He was able to diagnose a wire that shorted, changed the affected breakers, cut out a junction box and change the burnt wires within an hour. Very knowledgable and great service. I'll be saving this number for sure.

Highly recommend Divine Electric & Plumbing. Jacob and Diego are fantastic to work with, we thoroughly appreciate the time the took to install our wall charger and external outlets in the cleanest most aesthetically ideal way. They are consultative in their approach, and improved upon the original plan to better hide the electrical lines behind our walls. An awesome duo.

Ryan assembled an HDPE shed for our backyard. He is easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and left the work space clean. The shed assembly met our expectations and we're happy with his work. I would recommend him and use his services again in future.

I highly recommend John Hope Electric. These guys were able to come out quickly. The technician was courteous and experienced and was able to get my issue resolved. They are also reasonably priced.

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

This is now the 4th time i have used Sam aka Alpha General Electric.  He is so concientious and diligent with his work. He is extremely versatile in his skills and being able to handle unusual installations and repairs. Here are some of the unusual projects we have done....

Wonderful experience.  Had electrical run to a stand alone garage in the backyard.  Project was done quickly and with no complications.   Jim was professional and answered all of my questions.  I left him with a key and instructions and when I returned the job was completed and I was very satisfied with the results.  I would trust him with any future electrical.
