Schedule for my garage got moved up. Needed electrical for sub panel roughed in for inspection so we could pour concrete. I called Don, told him I had accepted his quote but had a schedule change. Don came out, checked job site and said he could start the next day.  They got the trenching done and conduit ran from main panel, under house, out to trench and stub up thru garage floor. Got my inspection and approval in time to meet schedule. Don and his crew were courteous and professional. Jacob could not have worked harder to help meet schedule.
This is the third time I used Main Stream Electric and I have been happy every time.

Very professional. Always on time. Completed the job (installed 220V outlet) quickly and cleaned the site after work. Highly recommended.

I called Greg on the weekend because he was the only one working and the only one who answered his phone. He came by and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem. He had a chance to gouge me on a job that I wanted but didn't need. Instead he talked me out of it. Saving me money and costing him a paycheck. This is what you call ethics. Rare these days. He refused to charge a service call fee. I don't know Greg and this was my first time meeting him. I'm glad our paths got to cross. It's a pleasure when businessmen like Greg still exist. Even though I did not have a chance to hire him, I would recommend Greg based upon this one encounter.

On June 21, 2012 Mark Kilbane corrected the wiring on the receptacles in our home garage, added more outlets (inside and out) and did new wiring and new outlet boxes for exterior lighting. Mark does outstanding work and he does it himself. He is a perfectionist, with high standards of workmanship and attention to detail. I would definitely use Precision Electric again and would recommend Mark to family and friends.

Jesse came and gave me a free estimate to install 12 can recess lights in my home and install one celling fan. He also added dimmer switches. We spoke on a Tuesday and was able to come that weekend. He was honest,friendly, and very enthusiastic about the job. I quickly hired him and he was able to come back less than a week later to do the job. The job only took one day which included texturing the ceiling. It was beautifully done and I absolutely loved it. The texture wasn't what I pictured but I did end up liking it overall. I will definitely use Jesse again for any future jobs I have and I do recommend him.

I can't comment on the quality of Brian's work. My only experience with him was when we spoke on the phone, we agreed to a date and time for him to come look at the job, the day came, and he was a no-show, no-call.

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

The short review, Natalie from Valencia Electric is FANTASTIC. Would I recommend her? Absolutely! If you're looking for an electrician that's responsive, competent, incredibly hardworking, honest and fair, you've found her.

The long review, I first met Natalie when I needed to make sure my dishwasher connection was up to code and on its own circuit before my new dishwasher could be installed. My previous electrician told me that it wasn't. I contacted a handful of electricians and, lucky for me, Natalie was the first to respond. When Natalie arrived for the appointment, within a few minutes, she determined that the dishwasher was already on its own circuit and showed me. She didn't charge me for this visit and I asked her for some estimates for items on my to-do list for electrical work. Within a day, Natalie sent me the estimates via email.

On a side note, only AFTER the appointment with Natalie did I hear from one other electrician regarding the dishwasher and the rest never responded.

Fast forward a month later, I was getting attic insulation and needed to get rid of the knob and tube wiring that still existed for parts of my home. I also wanted to take care of some of the other troubling electrical items. I contacted Natalie and she was on it right away, responding to me promptly and making the appointment. She replaced all of my knob and tube wiring which was quite extensive, installed individual circuits for my washing machine and refrigerator, installed a new light fixture, and fixed the connection for my ceiling fan/light.

The previous electricians/owner had my furnace, washing machine, refrigerator, all lights, an outlet, the doorbell transformer and garage door ALL on the same circuit. Scary! Natalie straightened this all out.

Natalie was methodical, communicative, confident, and super diligent in her approach. I was amazed by her work ethic and even happier with the results of her work. I now have peace of mind about the electrical safety in my home and Natalie has definitely earned her place as my go-to electrician.

Tyler was punctual, professional, straight forward, efficient, and reasonably priced. We needed wiring to complete our car electric super charger installation that our new home construction builder failed to complete. We will recommend him and use him again when other projects arise.

I have been with Service Champions for 3 years and they have always been great.  They are super reliable , and easy to work with.  I highly recommend them!

I heard a buzzing/crackling noise in my fuse box and orbis sent out an electrician within an hour. He was able to diagnose a wire that shorted, changed the affected breakers, cut out a junction box and change the burnt wires within an hour. Very knowledgable and great service. I'll be saving this number for sure.

Installed a car charger that was complicated due to location of service panel to garage and having a 150amp service. They were able to use a DCC That gave me a 60 amp car charger.

Really appreciate Ryan's help on fixing the circuit breaker. He came by within 2 hours and identify the issue immediately. Very happy with Ryan's work and will use him again if needed!

These guys have done a variety of work for us.  They are always on time and great to work with.  Quality work.  They are my go-to electricians.

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

This is now the 4th time i have used Sam aka Alpha General Electric.  He is so concientious and diligent with his work. He is extremely versatile in his skills and being able to handle unusual installations and repairs. Here are some of the unusual projects we have done....

First of all, I'm surprised to read the few negative reviews. Jim's approach to doing business was straightforward and fair.
Shay, the super nice office staff is upfront about service charges and helpful with time scheduling. Mike, the electrician was polite and diligent.
Jim is methodical in his approach to the issues, then uses a tier method to pre-determine possible costs. After agreeing on a bid, the job turned out to be less work and he gave me a break on the price  A bid is a bid, but Jim felt it was fair. I highly recommend Los Gatos Electric, they're knowledgeable, they want to do a good job and they're competitively priced.
