After reading many reviews, I decided to hire them for a job at my residence.
Initially I was okay when the job was done. However I am disappointed that they did not return my calls or voice mails when I tried to report issues after the job. I tried for couple of months and gave up.  I came across CSLB license board site and see that their license is suspended. Then I called another telno. I spoke to a person by name Shane. He told me that the Tech who did the job was fired and thus he did not return calls and dropped my calls. I was surprised. I am still awaiting for them to fix warranty issue on the job.

This is a world class operation, from my initial phone call to rescue a residential wiring situation to scheduling and completion. Juan was the real deal, very knowledgeable, great communicator, efficient, and just a nice guy! Would highly recommend these folks.

We just completed a whole house remodel of our town home and used Mark for all the electrical. This was a major electrical upgrade including all new LED lights, new kitchen outlets, new location for electric stove, LED under cabinet lights, 220 V for steam shower in MB, moving lights, adding circuits, etc.    The job took 4-5 trips over about 8 weeks, working around the other contractors.

Mark is very meticulous and professional in his work. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the final product.   He was by far the best contractor on this job and I am so glad we used him.  No shortcuts, all quality work, up to code and then some.

I highly recommend Mark for  any electrical job, big or small.  His prices are fair and he is dependable.  He shows up on time and and explains everything in clear concise language.   He is A++ in our book, and we would not hesitate to use him again.

Had an issue with my EV charger in the garage. Brian diagnosed it right away as a loose wire overheating the breaker. Had a replacement in the truck and replaced it in less than an hour. Cars charging normally now, no issues!

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

I had them come to my home today to do some work. They were prompt and got the job done quickly. I know it wasn't cheap but it was reasonable. I have paid much more for other electricians in the area. Highly recommend Al Smith Electric.

I cannot say enough good things about Natalie at Valencia Electric.  We exchanged emails about my project and she gave me a tentative email quote.  This was great as it gave me a ball park of what to expect price-wise.  I did shop around a bit and decided to go with her.  She wasn't the cheapest and she wasn't the most expensive bid I received.  I'm so glad I chose Valencia Electric to install a 20 amp circuit, switches, and wiring to my new bathroom exhaust/heater fan.  She was prompt, super polite, was COVID safe (she even wore booties over her shoes), meticulous in her work, and very, very clean.  All things I love in a contractor.  If you're looking for a great electrician, call Valencia Electric.  I will definitely be using her again.

We are adding recess lights in two rooms. Better Electric is the first reaching us and also provide the best deal! Chris is the guy doing the job. He completed everything in one day and it was done beautifully. I highly recommend Better Electric!

I have had Service Champions come to my house 3 times since 2016. The first time was to fix one of two A/C units in 2016. They fixed it well enough. They offered their service plan for literally just a few dollars more than the repair bill. I declined as it seemed too good to be true.

Early this year, my second unit went out and I used them again. They fixed it and this time I paid the few dollars more for the service plan.

Today, Donald came to the house to do the tune up that comes with the service plan. He spent about hour and a half to two hours checking both outside units and part of the system that's in the attic. He showed me pictures of stuff he saw in the attic where I didn't accompany him. He gave me three recommendations and the reasons behind them but, it was matter of factly and not high pressure or you have to do this now. The cost for me today was zero as it was part of the service plan.  And if something goes wrong, they guarantee 24 hour service call.

I also have to note they wear plastic booties inside the house. The second visit, I told the person he didn't have to but he said his boots were dirty from the last job. I appreciate this consistent care in their attitude.

Also, prior to the visit, you get a text with a picture of who is coming and when I can expect them. I got a call two days prior confirming a two hour window then one day prior, I got a text or call with a half hour window. And Donald came exactly at the start of the window.

Their people who have come to my house have all been professional, punctual, pleasant and thorough. I am generally cynical but I feel the people have integrity and are trustworthy. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend Service Champions.

Armando & Ivo upgraded the panel (100a to 200a) at one of my rental properties.  They also added 14/50 NEMA outlet for future EV charger in the garage.  Efficient. Responsive. Simply brilliant setup to avoid trimming an avocado tree, messy stucco work, and relocating downspout.  Best part - worry-free final inspection, permit approved.  My future electrical need == Call Orbis Electrical Works.

We had Diego come out to do some electrical.  He was not only a lovely person, but very capable to do what it took to figure out the problem.  I would definitely have him back for any needs in the future.

We found Cockrums Handyman Service on Nextdoor. I messaged him on Yelp and he answered quickly and was at my house the next day for an estimate. Returned to do the job later that same day and completed it for a reasonable price.  He was on time and left the work area clean and we feel a good honest business man.  We will definitely be calling him in the future for more projects!  Thank you!

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. Super responsive and helpful. We hired them for multiple jobs.  They always were clear on pricing and timeline.  They did both big and small jobs and always did with a smile.

They installed LED can lights in three bedrooms with a wireless Lutron casetta control.  What a difference this made.
