You can never go wrong with Cham. He's extremely knowledgeable at what he does. Once he walks into your house, he knows exactly what is best for you. We totally underpaid him for what he has done for installing our home entertainment system. He walked in our house at 3 pm and didn't leave until 4 in the morning for two straight days to finish the work!. He makes sure everything is perfect before he leaves. We bought a $3000 bose system hoping he can install it for us. He thinks it's a piece of crap and suggested us to sell it asap. He recommended other brand names which are cheaper and give us higher quality sound. We ended up spending less money for the entertainment systems and got ourself a Wii, blue ray disc dvd player, and better sound quality system. Woohoo! As good as he gets. We are extremely happy at his finish work. LOVED the Logitech Harmony remote he told us to get. He programmed all our favorite channels and we can turn on everything with a press of a button. Everything is better than expected. Our project was extremely complicated. Everything needs to be rewired in between the walls. He helped us rewire new speaker wires, running new HDMI cables to the bedroom, installing higer gauge speaker wire and programming our logitech remote and setting up our receiver. He gave us a GREAT price. There's no one in hell would do all that work for the price he quoted us. Best person to go to if you want to set up your entertainment system. He loves what he does. My husband and I worked with maybe 8-10 vendors of all kinds as we freshened up our older house before we moved in.  Jeff is the only one who didn't  give us the runaround or cut corners. I've referred him enthusiastically to anyone who will listen!

Jeff is incredibly knowledgable on a huge range of topics and somehow does them all well. Most importantly, he shows pride in his quality of work. For us, he put in a large drywall patch, installed a new medicine chest, put in our tricky kitchen faucet, shimmed floor squeaks, replaced a door casing, and more. He took the time to answer questions not related to the work he was doing (first time homeowners!) and point out things we should know to care for the work he did properly.

Jeff is up front about costs and a friendly and fun personality to have in your home. He was so essential to getting our home situated that my husband and I invited him to our housewarming party. We will certainly continue working with him!

This review took far too long to post and I apologize. Anyway I just wanted to give a glowing review to this most excellent handyman who went above and beyond during his visit.

Because I have bad arthritis and my wife has MS we can't really do all of the tasks around the house we used to. So every now and then we have to hire a handyman which hasn't always had the greatest result. However this time we were very pleased with the service and anticipate calling him back again soon to a couple more things.

We specifically called in order to get help in installing a wall TV mount and also mounting a wall lamp. We also needed to tall bookcases earthquake strapped 2 wall studs. The main issue with our apartment being that the studs are very strange and not always where you would expect them to be based on any reasonable kind of construction normals. He was able to find studs for our mounts and get everything installed in very short order as well as attaching the earthquake straps to our bookshelves. While he was doing this he actually went to the trouble of showing how I could figure out using a tape measure in particular measurements to find the studs in our weirdo apartment.

So we would like to give a great recommendation to this most excellent jack of all trades. His costs were also very reasonable and actually less than the last handyperson we used who was a complete disaster. They were up in Seattle though so you don't have to worry about them.

We normally don't write reviews, but this time we were very satisfied with the service. JLG Electric is a family own business. Their handle is very professional, from replying to our request, to providing a quote, to doing the actual work. We had them install an EV charger and two floodlights in the backyard.  Really, impeccable work!!

Just completed Tesla charger installation in our garage.  Work required a new high amperage wire to be run under the house and then some conduit work.  George got the job organized during two very helpful and informative discussions by phone with me.  Providing him with the materials he requested on his web site in advance greatly expedited the conversation and the planning process.  Then Dan and Jesus showed up right on time on installation day and worked efficiently to complete the job.  Both patiently answered my questions throughout the day, were extremely knowledgeable about Tesla chargers, were always respectful and highly professional.  We definitely would go with G.E. Richardson again.

I had a few electrical outlets which were not functioning.  I called Coastline Electric because of the glowing reviews on Yelp.  Chris carefully explained how I might address the issue, and following his advice I was able to correct the problem myself.  He could have made a service call and charged me for the visit, but he didn't.  In a day and age where the business bottom line is the Holy Grail I was pleased to see that customer service, not just profit, is a major commitment of Coastline Electric.

Ron went above and beyond for my husband and I and our new home.  He's kind, thoughtful, and hard working.  Can't go wrong working with him and his team.

I have been hiring handymen and contractors to remodel my home and rentals for years.  By far RenoPro Construction ranks on top of my list in terms of quality and on-time delivery within the agreeable budget.  William helped me build a full-bathroom in the garage of my rental in Santa Clara.  I hardly visited the worksite since I am very much tied up with my job; however, William completed the construction on-time and passed the final inspection.  City permit is icing on the cake.  My next remodel project = Call RenoPro Construction.

Our front door Smart Lock deadbolt wasn't sliding into place properly, and Dave was able to assess the issue and fix it in a matter of minutes. Adjusted the level of the door, fixed the crashplate position, and now our lock works as good as new. We also brought up our kitchen faucet which had come loose from the counter, and he tightened it up for us. Very happy with his speed and efficiency, and will definitely hire him again for any other issues that come up in the future.

Quick and clear communication, easy to work with.  We ended up using another company due to scheduling etc, but it just felt like Mark is always on top of things.

He helped us upgrade both our kitchen and one bathroom from old fluorescent tube fixtures to the latest 6 Halo LEDs.  He even filled in the open area occupied by the old kitchen fixture with new, flush drywall, for a modern, professional look.  His assistant was also very efficient and professional.

Since we were preparing to sell our home, he noticed that we were not up to code in our kitchen, and he discovered our 1979 electrical panel was all used up.  Because we were using a gas clothes dryer, the two circuits reserved for that were not being used, so he found a solution and wired a separate, second GFCI protected circuit to our kitchen so we were safe and up to code.

We were so impressed with the service that  Hourmouz provided us, that we asked him back to upgrade all the rest of our electrical switches and outlets to the best modern Levitron models that he recommends, and they look beautiful all throughout our home.
As before, he made a trip to the store and returned with the right products at an amazing price.

Victor Partido was excellent. He resolved a track lighting issue as well as replacing a bad switch in another room. While the problems were not complex, I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism.  I will definitely use Flores Electric for future needs.

Dave was able to come out the same day I called him. He had to charge Premium rates for it, but he came in, assessed the damage and was really thorough in his explanation of what he was fixing. He explained the way the house was wired and was kind enough to give a quote for more work in the future.

Service technician Lar Heng was exceptional in his service and professionalism. Our heater stopped working during the coldest week of winter. He went above and beyond to service our furnace and provide my family with much needed heat. I am thankful he was sent to my home today and I plan to request only his service in the future.
