Was in need of an Electrician and checked Yelp and found the perfect ratings for Cross Electrical.

Gave them a call and Kathy answered all my questions in regular speak and was just wonderful to talk to.   I forgot the persons name but the electrician came out, friendly as can be, fixed the problem and eased my mind.

Great Customer Service is hard to find these days and when you do experience it, you want to keep that relationship for life.  I will definitely be recommending Cross to all my family and friends.

Alvaro did a great job installing my Tesla wall charger. His many years of electrical experience was obvious as he evaluated not only the installation location at the side of the house, but also the whole of the electrical system to ensure code compliance and safety. He did the installation quickly while explaining each step of the procedure. Now my Tesla is charging at a sweet Level 2 rate that I am confident will not burn down my house.

Had to get my panel replaced due to an installation of a Jacuzzi. Found Dave on yelp seem like a pretty nice guy. He came over gave me a quotation about half the price of anyone else that I had talked to previously very professional. He showed up on time and as promised did the whole job within the timeframe I needed done. And actually came in under budget. He is fully licensed and insured showed me the paperwork himself.
Even fed my dogs while I was at work!!

I would highly let recommend his services and also cleaned up all the mess before he left!!!

Bob is great and really helpful! I called him about potentially doing some work on the house and he was immediately helping diagnose on the phone. His tips actually saved us some work as he was able to help solve some circuitry issues we had. Honest and knowledgable!

I hired Gustavo and his crew to install some recessed lighting in my two-story house (and also install a Nest thermostat and fix my electric fireplace). I was very worried about them making a mess of the ceiling. Instead, they did an outstanding job on the lighting with no issues whatsoever. This included installing lights on very high, pitched ceilings. Moreover, I was blown away by the care they took to cover everything in the house to do the work so as to not make a mess. When they left, you could hardly tell workers had been there at all. I would hire Gustavo and crew for any future projects. Professionals all the way!

So far I've done a couple of processes with Seth (and his team where applicable) but I have been nothing but impressed.  

I've done an estimate of work, as well as an inspection of the existing electrical.  Seth is super knowledgeable about what is going on, and very patient, willing to explain things (points out stuff that is done well, vs needs work, explaining things along the way), and discuss various options.  He didn't mind in the least taking the time to answer my mundane questions and make sure that my understanding was accurate.  Seth and Christian were both incredibly professional and helpful.  More to come and I'll update this or append, but so far the service has been amazing.

Every electrical problem we've ever had, Brian and his crew showed up the same day to fix the problem.  He is truly an expert at what he does.  I've never met an electrician that understood the craft better than he does.  He is trustworthy, fair, hard working, and has made our home safe.

I scheduled an inspection appointment with Rick who showed up and evaluated the work that needed to be done. He said he would provide me with a quote. He never responded in 3 days after doing the inspection. I called and left voicemails, as well as several emails. After over one week I figured there was no point since he was not going to respond. He never gave a reason for not doing the work. Very unprofessional service.

First time using bene electric and will be a lifelong customer. Cole is very knowledgeable, responsive and honest. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. I would highly recommend him for all your electrical needs!

I had a problem with my outlets and I had tried to reset at the outlet and the circuit breaker and it didn't work. But Ed talked to me on the phone to try to help me troubleshoot and  taught me how to fix the problem free of charge! Definitely an honest electrician who knows his stuff.

The wife and I decided to get some ceiling fans installed in all the rooms due to poor lighting. We also wanted light fixtures in the hallway and kitchen removed and replaced with recessed lighting. Well after talking to a couple of other 5 star guys and receiving quotes. Anthony electronics came and blew everyone away. Not only with price but schedule. Once hire they came with in the week and let me tell you they did a wonderful job. The wife is beyond happy and so am I. Thanks for the work, very much appreciated!!!

A handyman changed wiring on a thermostat, which connected to 2 heaters. After that both heaters cannot be turn on by the thermostat. I have contacted many both HVAC and electrician, many of them just don't know what to do. Many of them just want me to schedule a service call of anywhere from $69 to $200. After I explain what happened then said they don't provided such service. ( I am glad that I did not have service calls, which could waste a lot of money just to know they cannot fix it.) Francisco, first told me that first we will need to troubleshoot the wiring as there are 6 pairs of wires come out the wall but only two pairs for thermostat. and that could be simple or complicated. I was gun shy about opening a blank check. Because he was working close to where we are, so he swing by to make sure it was wiring issue before working on it. It is wiring issue. There is no schematic, but he figure out correct wiring and get the system fixed. He is honest, responsive and take pride on what he does. I highly recommend him. If you are looking for a solution to your electrical issue, he is your man! If he can figure out correct wirings amount these unlabeled 6 pairs wiring without schematic, he should be able to troubleshoot most electrical issues. I am so glad I found him to do my task! Will definitely use him again.

Esed did some work at my house to prepare us for fire season and blackouts.  He was extremely diligent in understanding what my current setup was and making recommendations on what I needed to buy.  He was very patient (which was necessary since he was educating me on this!) and careful in making sure I use it safely.  I highly recommend him.  He also came with mask in hand-- so he's COVID friendly.

Gus spent 10 minutes on the phone with me trouble-shooting my problem and after the over-the-phone assistance he decided he should not come out because it was likely a problem with my appliance.  The last electrician I called when an outlet didn't work didn't diagnose anything and then charged me 125 to flip the switch on our circuit breaker.  I will call Gus the next time I need electrical help!  Great customer service!

While Yevgeny has not yet done any work for me, I have consulted with him about fixing a leak in my garage. I was blown away by his professionalism and thoughtfulness; he took the time to visit my house unbidden to look into the matter and then provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. When I next reached out to him several weeks later, he patiently answered all of my questions and elaborated on a few alternatives. With the knowledge I've gained, I feel much better about the problem.
