Why would anyone give Cross Electrical anything less than 5stars! Personally, I've dealt with difficult people so maybe something's up. Anyways, Kathy & Doug are always prompt, proffessional, and friendly when answering any questions I have. If I have any problems, they are at the top of my list! #1

The key for me in my dealings with Hillsborough Electric was they are very responsive.  Always responding back within minutes and following up if they haven't heard from you in a while.  This level of service was top notch and he took the time to explain the various options and what he recommends.

This is just on the principle of the person called me back  even though I didn't leave a message. Also talked me through the troubleshooting respectfully.  I appreciate that.  I would definitely be calling them back if I can't get what I need fixed.

I recently purchased an older home which was known to need electrical work and Gustavo was referred to me.  He was able to come out quickly to provide the quote and schedule me in at the time I requested.  He and his team showed up on time for the appointment, did quality work for a fair price and completed the work on time.  I would use Gustavo again for future work and have referred him to friends.

Brian is awesome!!!  Past work he's done for us included installing a wall heater, exhaust fan and new lighting in our bathroom; another job was redoing all of our kitchen lighting; additional work included adding outside lights.  All of these jobs included great suggestions from him, were done promptly and left us completely satisfied.  Having had great service from him and his workers in the past we recently called on him to do a rush job involving installation of an outdoor chair lift.  He was booked solid but made time for us on his way home from work!!  We feel very lucky to have found Brian and Alpine Mountain Electric.

Had a breaker box switch fail at a really bad time. Called B&B in the AM. Despite heavy schedule Rick took time out to come by to assess, replace and totally fix the problem, then he wouldn't let me pay him. What a guy! Good, professional, efficient work. Thanks.

I can't speak highly enough of the owner Cole, who did a lot of electric work for me like fan installations, lights over bathroom vanities, install of wall TV. Cole was honest, concerned, great prices and very professional. Other electricians wanted to tear my walls up to get the job done but he went around that saving me $ for patching, and painting. He employs good electricians also.

After getting a few quotes, we hired Anthony Electric because:
- they showed up on time (early in fact)
- They understood the project fully
- They gave an honest quote quickly
- The price was competitive (but not necessarily the cheapest)

They completed the work on time despite unforeseen roadblocks and even helped us solve problems outside the scope of job. I would hire them again for sure.

I wanted to replace a bathroom fan and separate ceiling light in a 50 year old townhouse. After leaving an email over the weekend Francisco contacted me first thing Monday morning. He and Juan Carlos arrived a few days later at exactly the time we arranged. Both are a combination of friendly and professional. Juan Carlos was able to handle the job beautifully. Great job, attention to cleaning up and fair price. I highly recommend them.

Called Ideal and Esed was at my house within an hour. Knowledgeable and efficient. Went to work immediately to troubleshoot the problem (stuck breaker) and then walked me through how to deal with the issue if it arose again. Also installed a new outlet on the same circuit since the failing outlet was contributing to the breaker tripping over. Highly recommend.

Gus is the real deal. One night we had an Arc Fault Type BRAF breaker trip on us and half the house went dark. Gus came out the next day and quickly figured out the problem--two shabby, non-compliant light fixtures in our bedroom closets leftover from the previous owner. He removed both fixtures, capped the wires and installed cover plates. This was not an especially obvious problem as these arc fault breakers are very sensitive but Gus figured it out quickly and we had our electricity back ASAP.

All of that said, what I was most impressed by was the effort Gus made to try and talk us through the problem over the phone. Had it been a simple flip of a switch, we would have resolved our problem and Gus wouldn't have made a dime. Now THAT is honesty.

Yevgeny replaced 2 kitchen ceiling light fixtures and a dimmer switch. He was really nice, completed the work in a timely fashion, and charged less than the fee he quoted, which was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
