If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and high quality electrician, Cross is the way to go.  I was impressed with their professionalism throughout their organization.  They came out and did a small job at one of my managed properties and I was very happy with their work.  Communication throughout the whole process was great.  They genuinely take pride in their work.  If all of my vendors were like them, my job would be easy.  :-)  Would happily use them for my next electrical job.

I couldn't be happier with Gomez Electric. I've had him come to my home two separate times, and both times he was responsive. His prices were fair and great with communication.

He put in can-less lights in my living room. They look great, and he was able to offer a solution to do three-way dimming.

He is also great at troubleshooting. And fixed some bad wiring by previous electricians.

I will be calling him for my future electrical needs!

Dave came over to my house to take a look at some ceiling fans which were noisy.  I made some quick and easy adjustments to them and now they are quiet.  He did a great job.

Bob did a great job with fixing our 3 hallway lights and patio light.  The hallway lights had never worked since we moved in, and there was no current flowing to them. Bob figured out where the switches were, and that the previous owners had put a blank wall plate over the switches in a botched remodeling project.  It was a complex problem, and we are really glad we hired Bob.  He clearly knew what to investigate and was very thorough.  The simpler problem of our patio light only took a few minutes for him to fix.  Bob is clearly an expert electrician, and if we have any more problems we are definitely calling him.  He is reliable and responsive via text.

We found Jose and his team on Yelp, and their service exceeded our expectations.

I got electrical work done from here and Arash did a really great job. Took the time out to answer all my questions. Always on time on all of the appointments. Very friendly guy. Come to this place if you need good electrical service. You won't be disappointed.

I recently did a full remodel of my house in San Jose.    Gustavo, the owner of this business came on site, provided us with an estimate.    My wife made a lot of changes during the work, which they gladly took on.   Modified the estimate slightly and got the work done VERY nicely

Forget all the other ads you see about professional, reliable electricians who may or may not show up, who end up making the job more complicated than it needs to be (all the while scaring you about your house burning down) and then charging you and arm and a leg for whatever.  

Switched Electric can take care of any of your household electrical problems. When I tried on my own to replace my dining room halogen lightbulb and dimmer switch and saw smoke coming out of the lamp, I thought OK, it's time to call in a professional.  One guy told me I needed to replace my entire lamp and rewire the dining room.  Another told me I could no longer use halogen bulbs.  Finally I called Switched Electric and Seth came by, and in no time replaced a few parts, tested a few things, installed a new dimmer switch, and I'm back in business with my same lamp now. A nice and knowledgeable guy whom I would use again without hesitation.

There weren't many reviews of Brian or Alpine Electric, so i was a little worried about hiring him. I shouldn't have been. He was referred to me by another contractor who assured me he was good, and he and his crew were outstanding.

1. Dust control--Brian goes overboard on protecting from any construction dust and debris. He made such a nice plastic vestibule with zippered door that I was almost tempted to leave it. Even though the area he was working in was not in use, he and his crew cleaned things up beautifully at every end of day.

2. Reliable--Brian came when he said he would, completed things in a timely manner and let me know his schedule ahead of time.

3. Not just an electrician--I ended up having Brian build some walls for us and his carpentry skills are impeccable. He has incredible attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics. he recommended some improvements and I went with them. He doesn't leave things unfinished, and customer satisfaction is clearly a high priority.

4. Doesn't try to oversell--I had him look at some of our other electrical. He pointed somethings out, and fixed them, and said everything else looked fine.

5 Great crew--I don't love having a bunch of workers in my house, but Brian and his crew were great. They were very respectful, nice and helpful. I had them do a few extras and the billing was reasonable.

6. On budget--Brian gave me an accurate estimate and informed me of any additional charges before starting work.

I will definitely hire him for my next project.

Amazing customer service!  Our power was in a brown out state when we came back from a weekend trip.  I called Rick from B&B at 6:40am and it not only answered but said he send a truck to our house in the next 2 hours.  While waiting for Rick to show up I diagnosed my issue by running my generator and realizing power worked to the house so it was clearly a PG&E issue.  Thus, I didn't need the house call after all but I was extremely happy to have someone who was willing to come out so quickly.  5 stars.

First time using bene electric and will be a lifelong customer. Cole is very knowledgeable, responsive and honest. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. I would highly recommend him for all your electrical needs!

Ed is a true professional. I had him do recessed lights and the job was complicated. He also installed my electric car charger. Ed recommended dimmers on remote control. It was only $40 more and works perfectly. I had no crawl space and double drywall. Ed was amazing.  He was on time, clean and extremely talented. He stayed on time and on budget as well as communicating with me the entire time. I highly recommend Ed and Chris.

Our garbage disposal went out and it seemed likely a faulty electrical switch was the culprit.  I called Anthony Electric on a Sunday.  He came out Monday morning.  He arrived on time.  Half an hour later the problem was solved.  Great work.

Francisco is the best!  He explained to me what the issue was with my electricity and was very thorough and efficient.  I'm so glad that I found him on yelp!   I would give additional stars but apparently 5 is the limit on yelp.

Eric and Jose were very responsive at the start of everything. They called me the first day I posted for electrical work on Yelp and was able to come out and assess or house the next day. Their price was very competitive comparing toward other companies. The initial job just to check our outlets since our house was running older wire and could be fire hazard in the future. The were able to retrofit all of the receptacles as well as troubleshoot some of the outlets that were not working. In the process they found a safety hazard in one of the light switches where two cables melted and was outputting 220V see in the pictures. Good thing they caught this. This could have cause us a fire down the line or worse. Eric was able to work with us on the pricing and was very understanding. They were able to work and with us when we were working from home. They had their mask on at all times and wore booties through the house. We are glad we found honest and upfront contractors. We plan to have them work on house down the line. Thank you.

Unreliable. We agreed on price, date and time. He failed to show up and did not call or text to explain or reschedule.

Came out on short notice for what I thought was a simple job and took the time to explain why the current set up was not safe and steps I could take to have it fixed. Gave a lot of information and didn't charge me a dime! Will definitely be hiring him for any actual work we need to get done.

If you have gone this far to look at a review for a company to help you with your electrical needs LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!  We had our electricity go out & had called PG & E to come out & look at declaring that it was an emergency due to the fact that we were both seniors, one of us in our 90s & the other being up there as well.  Of which of course we hit  a blank wall when speaking to them.  (as to probably been expected)  The soonest they could make an appointment was (3) days out after the fact.  When they did arrive my partner was able to make it down the steps but not in the conventional way.  He ended up falling down the steps to the entry.  He was able to open the door but had to have the PG & E man help him up.  His hand & wrist was very badly sprained & swollen, twice the size of normal & his leg was scuffed with bleeding.  PG & E stated that they could do nothing about it & that we would have to obtain a electrician.  So that's when we found General SF.   We had explained the situation & what had happened, they were wonderful, they got on the job right away, even with working us in between other jobs that they already had.  They had gone well out of their way to accomadate us.  Very polite, respectful, punctual, efficient, expedient & cleaned  up after themselves after the days work.  Everything was up & running at the end of 2 days.  As much as I would never state this about any  company, It was actually a pleasure to pay the final bill.  I will definately be using them in the future, with no further looking.  I came out of this a very, very happy customer...............
