We recently had work in our dinning room done by Carlos from Dalcon Electric. We have attempted over 3+ years to have electricians look at the situation and no one was able to successfully diagnose the problem. Carlos was in our home 15-20 minutes and diagnosed the problem. Amazing!!! WE scheduled a date for the work to be done in less than a week and Carlos came through with flying colors!!! All of our outlets and lights now work in our dinning room!!! Dalcon and Carlos are incredibly responsive, professional, efficient and reasonable. We wold highly recommend them! Dalcon, like many others does charge a diagnostic fee. Theirs however is more reasonable than many others. Once we decided to go forward with the work the $80 diagnostic fee was waived. Very fair pricing!!

We had lost power in half our home. I called AY EMP and Andrew was able to come by our place the same day. Not only did he find the problem within an hour , he was able to remedy the problem and run to the hardware store to grab us a new part. His quote was really reasonable and he saved the day for us.

I contacted Chuck because we needed to run about 60 feet of cat5 cable from our home-office to our living room. Chuck introduced me to Jeff Moreland. Jeff was on-time, courteous, professional, friendly; an all-around good guy.

We hit a snag early in the work that neither of us foresaw -- the cable couldn't be run through the attic. We had already sunk two hours into the job when we discovered this. Jeff was a trooper, though -- he stuck with it, trying several different strategies before he finally found one that worked. He was cheerful the whole time, even though the attic was hot, the work was hard and we were both a little frustrated at how the real world is sometimes a little less than ideal. In the end Jeff's ingenuity and clever skill got the job done.

I'm very happy with Jeff's help. I'd recommend him any day of the week.

Emanuel did a very professional and clean job of replacing our old main electric panel with a solar-ready, new one. He communicated well (mostly thru text messaging) and followed through on all necessary permits with the City and PG&E  (no small task!).  He is proud of the work that he does and it shows in the quality. I'll certainly use him again for any other electrical upgrades or modifications we need in our home.
