They were able to come out the same day to get a light working and install an outlet on our patio. I had called all over for someone to be able to come that day and had been striking out left and right. They were very professional and quick to get the repair done.

My first introduction to Sunny Energy was 3 years ago back in 2018. After doing research on ways to lower my electric bill I decided solar was the best option. I contacted Sunny Energy and Tyler came to my home. He sold me. Unfortunately, back then my credit wasn't good and I would need a co-signer on the loan. My mother had just retired so I didn't want to burden her with something so expensive. Solar is not cheap. I decided not to get it.
Fast forward to October/November 2020, I received a marketing email from Sunny Energy. They had a promotional deal and it was too tempting to pass up. I had been working extremely hard on improving my credit, so I decided to reach out via their website for a consultation. With COVID lurking, Mike Sheehan contacted me and gave me a virtual consultation. Once again, I was sold. Michael ran my credit and I qualified. On top of that, I was within the deadline of the promotion to receive a rebate for the first year. From the moment the process started, I began receiving emails from Perla who kept me in the loop. The solar panels were installed in February and shortly after that I received my rebate check. The solar was turned on one month later. Sunny Energy made the process from beginning to end seamless, however, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is because there were times when the communication wasn't consistent. APS came to inspect on numerous occasions but I was only notified once. One time, I got notified to expect a visit the next day but the person came that same day. Luckily, I've been working from home since the pandemic started so I was able to give the APS and Sunny Energy workers access. Also, I was supposed to get a login to follow along in the process, but when I called Sunny Energy my contact person seemed confused and never gave me anything. Lastly, only while doing my final "virtual" walkthrough with (a different) Michael did I learn there's a dashboard that contains documents I can reference. No one told me about it or gave me the login credentials. Michael took care of that after the walkthrough. Other than a few hiccups with communication, I'm pleased with how effortless they made it seem. After my solar was turned on I received a credit of -$125 on my electric bill. With the summer months coming up, I'm looking forward to the savings. I would definitely recommend Sunny Energy to anyone who's interested in going solar.

I have a reasonable amount of experience with roofers so I had some comparator companies in making my assessment of Caliber. Caliber is by far the best. Rocco and Chris are sharp, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They were both a pleasure to deal with--took my calls, answered my questions thoroughly, provided pictures with follow up explanations, got me scheduled promptly, and did an excellent job on my roof. I never felt rushed or confused about the process. Caliber is a top notch group offering top quality and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

We had Aneva install our panels last October and have been incredibly impressed by them every step of the way. They are excellent with communication, patient and responsive to any questions we had, and they are just plain good at what they do. We recently thought maybe a panel was causing a leak in our roof and they sent Joe out immediately to take a look. It wasn't the panel (good job, Aneva!), but Joe spent 2 hours here trying to figure out what it could be and removing wet insulation. I cannot recommend Aneva highly enough.

Excellent job done by Dionatae, and Ryan provided competitive pricing and was promptly responsive and reliable. And we didn't have to wait too long to get the project done. I just LOVE the new can lights in our living room! The positioning is just PERFECT, I would never have able to come up with that perfect lay out no matter how many HGTV home renovation shows I watch everyday! I am so very happy! Great job guys! You are the dream team, keep it up!

Extremely impressed with Dustin who installed my first set of lights in a windowless room. After seeing the difference they made, I called back and had 2 more installed and Devyn was just as professional. The photo in the room is only showing the light from 2-14" tubes. It was DARK - Zero Natural light! I highly recommend Arizona Home Daylight!

This father-son business proved to be one of the most solicitous, responsive contractors I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. John senior even warned me that my investment/payback period might make solar impractical for me. However, I always wanted to get off the grid, and I'm glad I did it with Black Platinum. My payback is moving along extremely well with our early Greater Phoenix heat this year.

Rooftop Solar installed a solar system in February,2021 and did a great job. They are a very responsive and customer-driven company. During the sales process, their price was very competitive and I felt they were honest about the system and the process. They quoted good equipment, and even ended up upgrading it some (at no extra charge) to help me meet energy targets without upgrading my circuit breaker box. We ran into a few gliches with my HOA and they were very supportive and responsive to my needs and the concerns of the HOA. They really work hard to ensure that their customer is satisfied. A few panels were not working initially and they followed up immediately with the equipment manufacturer to get it corrected. They have also followed up with me at my 1 year anniversary to check in. I highly recommend Rooftop Solar for your PV System.

Mr. sunshine was responsive and informative when it comes to Arizona solar. He is friendly and easy to converse with and very knowledgeable. He came to our house to survey the structure and understand our energy goals.
Tim (the engineering guy on the team) provided information about generation and connections to the grid and was very informative about getting solar installed along with flexible scheduling.
I had some scheduling issues that will delay the installation, and this awesome company understood the situation that will delay my project and will be there when I can resume my project.
While doing research on Arizona solar energy, I found there are any number of ways to have solar panels installed on your home, not all are great. I was concerned about solar projects that were pitched which did not seem financially plausible. However you do solar in Arizona, use this company!

Had Steve and Kent out on 10/17/2022 to service my 120 gal. solar hot water tank. I have used General Solar several times to change out the anode in the tank as the water in Maricopa is very hard. I have been using the solar hot water heater for 10 years. To maintain this reliability, I had the anode changed out about six months before it was really due. Also put in a new mixing valve and T-stat element kit. New flex lines were installed as well. Very pleased with their service and would certainly recommend them.

Have worked with these guys to get solar for my home. Very professional and very knowledgeable. They also gave me a lower price than the other company that came and showed me what they had. They gave me a low 2.99 interest rate on my solar. I will recommend them to any and all my friends and family.

We had a few surprises during set up, one was failed roof inspection, added $13,000.00 to bill. Shingle order was short, had to wait 2 days for that. A few other small items with roof finishing that were quickly fixed, overall, a very good job, system is up and working great, very clean install, great sales and project manager who had to work around bad weather!!

AEP came out and did a survey. Provided a very competitive quote compared to the national company offers. Was able to have whole system up and running with no issues in about 30 days. Great personal service. Have lowered.my bills from $400 to $100 or less per month. Great. Company to work with.

They are there to sell you the system but after that your screwed... I had an issue with install that fried all my appliances now I cant cook nor do laundry and after over a week of exhausted phone calls and messages that were left unreturned they try and come back with $2700 to "patch" my appliances... I am asking for replacement as all of them were new and they would gladly take the money for the system but when you have an issue with the install your up shit creek..... DONT DO IT!!!! There are much better companies

We bought solar panels last year from this company. Taylor was our sales person. He told us we would get a tax credit of 10,000, the we could pay down the amount owed on the panels, even when I told him my husband and I was disabled. He said because it is solar you will get it. When it was time for the tax credit I called Taylor and he told me to call the tax guy. When I called the tax guy I was told we did not qualify
for a tax credit. She live on a fixed income and was lied to by this company. We were also told if we bought another home we could transfer the panels to a new home. That was a lie also. My husband has Parkinson an it is hard for him to get up and down the stairs so we will have to move. I can't afford new panels because I have to pay for these. We were lied to about the panels. I have been calling Taylor since November of last year. All I get is the answering machine and he does not return my phone call. I can not believe that any company will do elderly people like this and my husband is a retired disable vet. When I called Titan.I was told that Taylor is a salesman and will do whatever he needs to do to make the sale. He informed me he had no idea what Taylor would say or do to make the sale. Titan is not a good company. Minell Henderson

Have had two bad experiences with them. First time their Sales Rep outright lied to me and refused to answer my questions via email, my guess because he didnt want proof of his lying.
After I got a lease with them on the first system, again based on him lying to me, met with their rep to 'expand' my system and was told it has to be a different system. Fine, so I decide to move forward with a loan, 'We are designing your system, you should hear from us in a week', its been about 6 weeks, the very few responses I have got are like pulling teeth and then follow ups are non existent.
Beware.
