All I can say is that I am really glad we selected AZ Sun Services to be our Solar system provider and contractor.  Buying our system was made a very enjoyable experience due to the efforts of John Campbell from AZ Sun Services.

John went above and beyond in order to provide us with answers to our questions, provide a customized solar system meeting our cost needs, and then tweaking that system until we finally were totally comfortable with what we were signing up for.  I cannot say enough about how professional and accommodating John was.

There was never any high pressure sales tactics used and there was never a moment in which we felt that the integrity of AZ Sun Services was questionable.  Totally reliable, sincere, accommodating and reasonable.  A real pleasure doing business with these fine folks.

I can tell you that we had other Solar companies come to our house and twice I actually ran the salesman off due to their sales tactics and unprofessional manor.  If you ever want to get solar don't bother with others, go straight to AZ Sun Services.

Once our system is installed and in full operation I will update this review to report on how well the planned system performs based upon the original projections for both power production and in cost reductions on our APS bills.

I chose Sunny Energy after reviewing proposals from several companies.  There were some difficulties and hiccups along the way to getting the system installed.  I now know how complex the solar installation review process is and this explains what all the staff knowledge and communication issues can be.  Sunny Energy was accommodating in the process.  The design process accommodated my desires.  The installation crew and method of installation on a flat roof were excellent.  There were some difficulties with the SRP inspection but overall the product and installation  were great. I recommend this company for its expertise and commitment to do the right job.

Just had my roof fixed and re papered by Caliber. Our neighborhood went together as a group and formed a procurement bid committee to assemble spec's and review roofing companies that they felt met and exceeded the work standard, pricing standards and overall customer satisfaction  
CALIBER ROOFING SERVICES WAS THEIR VENDOR OF CHOICE.  Previously before they did their work I had done my homework about a year before i.e late 2019 before Covid hit. Well, I have Caliber come out once for a project estimate and then compared for detail, thoroughness and professionalism. They were prompt and on time and very responsive to my requests. They also gave me the pricing for the neighborhood specifications along with recommendations for upgrades if I wanted to go beyond the TIGHT SPECIFICATIONS from the Neighborhood Committee.  Since I am selling my house this year their was no need to go beyond and select great options to save money in keeping the roofer drier, energy efficient while ensuring water was not sitting anywhere on the roof.  

When I went back to my previous bidders and asked them meet the Caliber specifications they all but one came in much much higher price wise. A year of Covid REALLY SPIKE PRICES so knowing my neighborhood has chosen Caliber and many had their roofs completed and all were satisfied I went with Caliber. AND, I AM GLAD I DID!  They PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT out one more time before starting the work the project to walk the project to reconfirm and reaffirm my job and my expectations.  They started work promptly, efficiently, communicated openly and finished the work in about a weeks time. They let me know I had some wood rot and gave me options along with giving me a discount on the wood procurement to complete the project.  Chris came back upon completion and we again walked the finished project where any and all my questions were answered completely and fully by Chris. Lastly they ate some of the extra replacement tiles that I needed on my roof. I am very pleased with Caliber, their work, their communication manner and professionalism on my project. The area was cleaned up after they life like they were never there. I recommend Caliber Roofing for your roofing project and needs.

Had a guy come out to quote moving the electrical components for a pool filter. Guy who came out first contacted me to let me know he was running late. He very much sounded like he had just rolled out of bed on the phone, and didn't seem like his morning coffee had kicked in by the time he arrived at my place. In all, he seemed barely interested in the job, took no pictures, was in-and-out in less than five minutes. I'd love to be able to say whether or not their pricing was appropriate, but I never received a quote.

I give two stars for calling me up and letting me know they were running late (a courtesy I appreciate), and for at least showing up. But considering the lack of interest, and for ghosting me, that's as far as I can go.

Wonderful Experience from consultation to install! Kevin who did the initial free in home inspection was great and knowledgeable about product an tax savings. Devyn was a pro at install and helped me pic the perfect spot for both my tubes. So much sunshine !  My wife came home to a well lit home and commented I neglected to mop that day! Lol jk thank you Az home daylight!!!

Look no further for a great,honest solar company. It is a family owned business and knows how to take care of their customers. John Sr. answered all my questions and had a proposal for my review in two days. John Jr. and his efficient crew came out on time on the scheduled start date and they had it completed in three days -- amazing work and attention to detail. They left our property clean which is always a sign of a business that takes pride in their work.  They also helped us every step of the way coordinating with the electric company.  Thank you Black Platinum Solar for helping us with our investment.

We meticulously considered and researched all our options when making the investment in a solar system, from size of array to brand and type of inverter. Ultimately we chose Rooftop Solar and Hanwha microinverter panels, and though the price was higher than the competing bid, we're really glad with the choice, both for technological reasons and for the company's ethos and practice. Rooftop kept us fully on board with things we wanted to have a say in (the aesthetics of the design and layout) and handled all the red tape and bureaucracy so we didn't have to (inspections from the city and APS, etc.) We came out with an 18-panel array that actually *looks good* on the house as well as reaps a ton of energy from the sun. It's also worth mentioning that everyone at Rooftop is really, really pleasant to work with--they are friendly, positive, kind, laid-back yet professional, and deeply rooted in and invested in the community and the cause of cleaner energy. Recommend wholeheartedly.

I have used this company for over 20 years now.  When we first moved into our home we inherited a solar water system.  We ignored it for a while but then wondered what maintenance needed to be done.  Kent came by on his way home and checked it out.  Told us what to watch for and said we didn't need anything done at the moment.  In 2010 we had to replace the system that was installed in 1986.  We again called General Solar and they were prompt in coming out and installing a new system.  The City permitting was done without issue.  Now in 2018 I'm getting offers from my AC company saying they can do maintenance on my solar water system.  I'm not going to use a company that dabbles in solar.  I called General Solar and again they came out in a couple of days for a maintenance check.  Said the system looked good and made a couple of suggestions that would need to be done like the rod and the antifreeze.  I saw the rod after they pulled it and decided to get that and the antifreeze done, because knowing me I'd forget to have another maintenance check for another 10 years.  

I'm very happy with the customer service and the friendly attitude of this small business.  They are quick to explain what they are doing and answer questions.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

This company is reliable. I recommend them for any solar issue even if they didn't install the system.

This is an outstanding company. From the moment our call was answered by Jessie to the excellent work provided by Tommy.  Jessie was terrific. She re-routed their electrician to our house for same day service...he arrived within an hour. Tommy expertly diagnosed the problem, replaced the circuit wire, and was a delight to work with. Very highly recommend AZ Energy Pros for your electrical needs!

I needed a new electrician and a friend of mine recommended Matt.  I have only used him since and that was back in 2011. Matt has done complete rewiring of a kitchen, installed numerous outlets and fans, installed can lights, installed outdoor lighting and most recently installed my Ring cameras.  Matt has done work on three different houses for me. Always shows up when he says he will and is professional and leaves the place clean.

Thankfully I am always able to schedule within a reasonable time frame.

I highly recommend Matt and Apollo Electric.

Made an appointment with Benjamin for Aug. 1, 2017.  Was told I would get a reminder call the day before, which never happened.  I was here waiting on the 1st but nobody showed up.

I called to reschedule, explaining my problem.  I got an apology and was told that someone from sales would call me ASAP.  Waited a couple of weeks.  Nobody called.

I called again, and re-explained the situation and again was apologized to.  Was told that they are in meetings but someone will call me back.

It is now the 21st, and nobody has called me.  I don't think they want new customers.

I am concerned that if I did schedule with them, their customer service would SUCK.  

Disappointed.

They did a good job of installing, communication wasn't amazing, and we are still waiting to see the results of if the solar will work well. But last time I gave a 2 so there was an improvement. They also reimbursed me for solar payments for a couple months since it was super slow

My solar panels have not been producing solar since March 2021. I'm billed monthly for solar services and have received nothing. They came out the first week of August to complete An order that was never fulfilled and told me they needed to order another part for my panels. They said it should only take a week to come
In. It's now a few weeks into September and they can't give me an answer as to why they still don't have the part.
