Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Solar City to anyone interested in going solar.

I had great customer service and also got the best pricing out of 5 quotes. My bill last month for electricity was under $30. Install looks great! Very professional.

We needed a new sliding screen door after a burglary caused our old one to be damaged. I got quotes from two companies and chose Southwest Sunscreens.

Brad came by to measure things and for us to choose the color. I had noted in my first contact with the company that the color and appearance were important to us.

While looking at the color samples, Brad took them from me and suggested what he said seemed to be a perfect match. I agreed and scheduled the installation.

The installation seemed to go well enough, but when I looked at the new screen door, it did not match at all what we had agreed to. Also, the latch was installed poorly at an angle, causing the opening for the door latch to rub against it whenever it was closed.

He did finally admit that the color he showed me was not even available in the door we had agreed upon. This despite the fact that he recommended the color...

If the door was not available in the color we chose, a reasonable thing to do would be for him to call me and let me know. Instead, they went ahead and made and installed the door hoping I would not notice, I guess.

So now I am stuck with a mismatched screen door. And the mismatch is painfully obvious, as the frame they put in has a glossy finish that really makes it stand out...

Brad did offer to exchange the screen door for one that he freely admitted was not the same quality,  but the correct color, restating that the color we chose what not available in the door we chose. But... HE is the one who suggested the color, AFTER he knew what door we wanted...  And, he said he would have to drill new holes in our frame for new screen door. After seeing the poor workmanship the first time and knowing the quality of the new door would be less, we opted to keep what we have.

Either way, we did not get what was agreed upon for our money....

Also note... This company seems to manage its web reviews and Yelp is no exception. Note the lack of ANY problems mentioned with this company and the presence of a LARGE number of hidden reviews here on Yelp. If you look at them, they are ALL 5 star perfect, never mentioning how he responds to any problems or anything going awry... Never even a mention of a problem that they fixed.

In hindsight, that should have been a red flag to me, as it should be for anyone.

I did give two stars instead one, as the door itself seems reasonable quality.

But...

I never got what we agreed upon and Brad knowingly installed the wrong color door. It is that seeming intended deception that really should be a concern about this company.

Took longer than expected but the company stands by there product and worked with the city to get it approved.

Caden was great - answered all of my questions thoroughly.  The installation crew was friendly, efficient, and did a great job!  They even found and repaired a small hole in my duct work.

Thermo Shield saved me several thousand dollars over another company that tried to sell me services that I did not need.

Highly recommend this company.  Have already noticed a difference in the temperature in my home.

Pedro was great, had him install 2 outlets for security cams in my attic, he also rerouted a wire that was blocking my attic entrance. He gave a quick estimate before he started and explained everything he was going to do. Price even came In a little Lower than expected as he was able to utilize existing runs and didn't have to pull new. I'll absolutely use T&K for any future electrical work.

Scottsdale Solar came highly recommended from one of our friends. After meeting with a few companies, we followed  our trusted friends recommendation. We were on an averaging plan and paid about $267 per month. Last month my electric bill was $40. It will take a year to truly understand the savings, but thus far, we are certainly pleased. Scottsdale Solar was very efficient and the follow up was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

From my personal experience, I can say that Truvo is an excellent company that truly cares about their customers. They had a team of professional roofers who were willing to go the extra mile.

I highly recommend Truvo to anyone in need of roofing services. Whether you need a new roof installed or just a repair.

This is a correction to my prior review.  I was contacted by them and they helped me pay for the unit from what I had received back in tax returns.  The amnount owed is still the same but they were very helpful and helped me get it to an affordable range.  Thanks guys!

The owner, Aaron is so knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time on the phone with me helping me to understand what I needed to buy for my system.  I will certainly return to Solar Penny in the future for my future purchases.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Fair pricing. Arrived on time. Technician was in and out pretty fast.  Panels look great

We purchased our home in Arizona last year and we weren't considering to purchase solar - as it was an added cost.  But Raymond sat with us more than once to explain the benefits and the rates for purchasing solar. Raymond processes a high level of expertise and you can tell that he loves his job!  He's not only selling you the best product, he's educating as well. If you care about the environment and you want to save money on your electric bill, let Raymond tell you about solar and you too can save!

I had some uneven cooling and heating issues and also needed attic insulation. I had an energy audit done and then got bids from several companies. The Green Team made a proposal that was the most sensible and also cost effective.,They seemed to be the most knowledgeable  and didn't try to sell me unnecessary and expensive items as other companies did. The team was friendly, efficient, on time and cleaned up thoroughly when the work was done.

David has been very responsive with service and willing to work around other repairs on our roof for replacement. The system is economical and works very efficiently.  Thank you so much!

As a Solar Analyst with Modern City Solar I can say the friendly, family environment has been the best I have come across in my career.  This is a great company to work for and I would recommend this job to anyone.

Buy the Sunrun Power Purchase Plan if you would like to save $15 to $20 a month until you move to another house.  When you move however, you may end up paying for someone else's electricity for the rest of your life. Don't expect any help from their transition team.  My house sold in August, I advised them in June I was selling my house and gave them every bit of information they requested, (buyer, escrow, real estate salesman along with phone numbers and e-mails). After escrow closed, I called them again to advise them the new owners are in the home.  

They stated the new owner hadn't signed the transfer docs and that I would be responsible until they did.  They even advised me to get them to sign. I was now in another state.  After several phone call by me, I received an e-mail from Sunrun stating I could be in default of my agreement because we haven't finished the transition and it was now November.  

They took money from my account each month for the electricity produced for the new owner.  Two weeks after the default threat, they sent me an e-mail stating everything was completed.

They attached a copy of the transition documents.  My signature in July, the Buyers signature in August (Before escrow closed) and their signature in November

They had lied to me about the new owner not signing, it was Sun Run transition team that apparently lost the docs and finally realized it when they were about to take me to court.

They billed me again in December but dropped that, they re-imbursed November only and would take no responsibility for their own mistakes.

Do not use this company.  They will fail to act, cover up their mistakes with lies and put you in financial jeopardy, and after will fail to remedy.

You have been warned

Shitty company that does shitty work through unethical, shitty ways.

Stop calling me, I don't want your services.
