Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Solar City to anyone interested in going solar.

if you are contemplating to buy a solar system for your house, i highly recommend argent solar electric. this company is very reasonable with their charges and keeps every promise they make. craig bloom, the salesman / representative, answers any questions you may have, does not push you into anything extra but truly helps you understand everything that you are getting into. the company does not ask you for a lot of money in advance, as many other do. the work is being done prompt and by clean, fast working professionals. my husband and i cannot praise this company and craig enough.

This company reneged on a signed estimate for a job in Tucson at a residence I own. The estimator looking at the job said the cost would be more given the added travel time from Tempe which I accepted. After I received the estimate, I sent in a 60% required deposit and signed estimate. They called to say the original estimate was no longer valid, and the cost would be substantially more because of the travel time. The estimate would now be 2 to 3 times what the original estimate was. I don't see how this in any  way calculates for a distance of an hour and a half driving distance, especially since I was told that the original estimate already accounted for that. This is a breach of contract, an unethical business practice, and a big waste of my time.

My experience with Tommy and T & K Electric was AMAZING! Tommy came by my rental house to look at some outlets that weren't working properly. He ended up finding some major issues that needed to be fixed ASAP so he worked with my landlord to make a plan and fix everything. It was going to take a lot of time and work but Tommy squeezed us in the very next day! He came by with his wife and cute pup and they worked until the job was done. He even made sure the city could come by sooner so we could get back into our house as soon as possible. He was very concerned with our safety (which I greatly appreciated as a tenant) and was just a pleasure to work with. He answered all of mine and my landlord's questions and worked very diligently. Whenever I buy a house, he will be my go to electrician. I HIGHLY recommend Tommy!

The store is run by a train professional that is both courteous with his customers and knowledgeable with his product.  He keeps on top of the latest technology and stands behind everything he sells.  I've been taking my business to him for years now and will continue to for years to come. As much as I appreciate everything he stands for and does to get me through all of my solar needs I feel a little bad that I just can't seem to remember his name.  Sorry about that sir. SunPower is capable.  Real.  Honest.  Informative.  Reliable.  Responsible.  This is our second solar panel system installation, both done by SunPower.  Greg Field was more than a salesman.  He  and Annalise saw us through to completion of our job.  It was finished on time and on budget to the dollar and almost to the very day promised.  SunPower produces over 100 kWh daily for us, so we have the sun's power paying us even after using our air conditioning cooling system.  How cool is that!!??  And enough left over to fuel up an electric vehicle in this era of rising gasoline prices.  How hot is that?  And warranted for 25 years -- including the inverters!  How real is that?
Their installers are personable SunPower employees, not strangers, and experienced technicians, not day laborers.  Want it done?  Do it right.  It is going to be there a long, long time.  We are pleased with our investment and with our decision.  TWICE.  Great job, SunPower Team!!

Had rooftop solar installed for the pool and it really has doubled the swim season as was promised. Only issue I have had so far was a small leak. The Phelps team came out the next day and tightened what I think was just some rubber coupling hose and so it was very quickly fixed. Overall happy with this purchase. It's definitely the cheapest way to heat a pool and I do believe they are one of the more reputable companies to go with when it comes to rooftop solar.

This was one of the best overall experiences I've had with a vendor.  The sales agent that came in was so informative and the way he did the presentation sold us right away. Payments, loan terms and warranty information were easy to understand. No hidden figures or small print. The approval for the lease was done on the spot. Signing up for it was a breeze.
The installation process quick and clean. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. They kept me updated  on the status and informed me what to expect. Very flexible with my schedule. Their answering service is always available and return calls right away, they won't leave you hanging. The girl who answers the phone is knowledgeable and gets things going right away. Modern City Solar people have it together. Leave my thoughts... That a dangerous thing for sunrun right now.  I'm trying to get through some issues or the ole bait and switch.  The switch consists of about 13,000 dollar difference in the company's benefit. So unfortunately, the individual I spoke to wasn't my actual sales rep even though I called multiple times over a span of about 6 weeks. Heck he wasn't even a manager.  Pretty much told me take it or leave it. Not certain if this is who I want to do the work now or not. If they stick with the original agreement, I don't have any issues and will happily update with the awesome service that they provide...  Just a FYI, you can message all upper management through LinkedIn.  I'm also exploring other avenues...

Great job on my installation.  System is working great.  Only complaint I had was how long the utility company took to turn on.  The team kept me updated during the process and answered the thousands of questions I had!
