Problem with solar panel the failure of the freeze safe prevention system water inside froze and burst the pipes burst beyond repair.
Water pouring like a water fall not sure how long happened 12/22/17 Jim owner came very quickly made sure water on and that I would have hot water. Reasonable price to come out.  Sent propsal for replacement 12/26/17  I have to wait for Home owner Insurance Adjuster to come out contacted insurance 12/23/17 Thank you so very much for making a situation go so smooth. Will use them to put in my solar panel and it's components.  Nice to have a company come out when they say they would and no hidden charges that hard to find these days.

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

I shopped a lot. Rooftop was my selection. I spoke with one of their partners and the owner of who does the installations. Both were great experiences and the final install, despite delays with the city (outside of their control) went quite well. I have to especially compliment Danielle who was super expectational throughout the project, and had A+ communication. Excited to see my first APS bill. I would recommend to my friends and family!

Beware, they are apparently now selling their customer information.  I received a phone call purportedly from an employee about arranging a free system check-up but when I call the number back it is for some boxing and fitness business!

My only installation issues were their refusal to send an actual engineer down resulting in several rounds with the Tucson permitting office, then adding raw lumber "support beams" to my existing roof supports - in the garage - with nails that stuck all the way through the existing 2X10 and the new 2x8.  I suspect they were not even needed since they had me measure the HOUSE supports - not the garage supports.  They came back and used a grinder to cut the points off and I still occassionally find them on my garage floor!  I had to staple plastic underneath to keep the raw lumber from dripping pitch on my car and other garage contents.

System production has definitely nosedived after the installation so I suspect something was not done correctly or was set up with a "failure point" so they could make money on maintenance.

Let Joe Know on TV is investigating this company to help a viewer with his severe issues regarding not having their solar job completed after struggling with Jet Solar for six months now.  Stated the customer has been strung along over and over with excuses on why it's not completed, set up meetings then repeatedly canceled.  And now the customer is having to pay along with his electric bill another$200.00+ per month for a $71,000.00 unfinished solar panel job that never was able to be used thruout the Phoenix summer.  Joe went to Jet Solar's business and was refused an interview thru a closed door!  The customer received a phone call afterward and another "meeting" was set up once again, this time for some time in October.  He didn't sound like he had much faith there would actually be one this time.  Joe said there will be an update if and when one is available.  So sad.... this company should be closed with all the bad reviews on here.

I contacted Edmundo with I Am Solar and made an appointment for a Saturday.  I was talking to several companies checking out prices and promotions if any. Edmundo didn't respond to my text asking questions about his company, nor did he confirm our Saturday appointment.  So 10 minutes before our appointment I text again and was told he was on his way. Well needless to say he never showed up but he did send someone else without any notification and he was very late.
His name is Max, he did do a great representation but I  didn't go with this company for several reasons, 1. Edmundo didn't respond to my text letting me know if he was even going to show up. Then he did respond said he'd be there and he never did show up somebody else showed up and nobody let me know that there was a change.
2. I am big on customer service very big and that pretty much proved to me he was too busy doing whatever he was doing to respond to a potential customer.
3. When I let them know that I was not going to go with them and the reasons why I wasn't going to go with them both Max and Edmundo called me childish and I believe even once stupid because I chose not to go with them because their customer service sucks and their prices were higher.

As childish as they might think it is when you tell somebody customer service is an extremely big thing for you to choose a company and they give you lousy customer service and then call you childish doesn't sense to me. Badmouth your potential customers and expect them to go with you. Glad I didn't use them.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

Completely honest review here, this company is complete trash! They make having solar panels sound like a dream but its actually a headache in itself!
I wanted to give it a 1 star but honestly there are a couple perks i am happy with that still give me hope for the future. For example, the sales rep makes it sound amazing and simple and they do it all at no extra cost. Inspections to install is all them up until it comes to starting the system...apparently YOU have to flip the breaker to turn the system on yet they still need a rep out to your home to fully connect the system. So if you do not watch out they will charge until YOU get it done. Last perk i like is the actual saving your doing on electricity bills. So far so good, to a point. We had one month where the system apparently "lost connection to servers" so we were not making any power and they tel you that they "keep an eye on your system for any unusual issues". Bulls***. YOU have to keep an eye out on your system every week if not every day because they suck at keeping you informed because quote, "theres too many systems to keep track of".
Lastly, the customer service especially over the phone SUCKS! If i could give a rating to the customer support when you call for anything id give it a 0/10. The customer is not a concern for them and if you lose out on money because the system failed you have to wait till the end of the year to get any kind of reimbursment. Let me point out its been 3 months since then for us and we have not received anything because they are so terrible. I honestly regret getting this system because your locked in with them and they do no want to help!!! Terrible!
