Best in Phoenix AZ

During the monsoon I lost two screens.  I did a search on businesses that would come to my home replace the screens.  I worked efficiently through email (works best for me) setting up the quote and the work to be completed.  An appointment was set up and I was provided the name of the technician that would be doing the work.

Sonny contacted me with an ETA that worked well with my scheduled appointment time.  When he arrived he located the screens in need of repair and went promptly to work.  He did an amazing job.  I was more than impressed not only with his work, but his customer service.  He showed me the completed job and provided input on my other screens all within a timely manner.

It is not often in AZ that I find competent people to help with home maintenance that leaves me in awe.  The price was more than reasonable for coming to my home with me enduring zero stress.  There is no doubt in my mind that I will request Sonny from Screenmobile for all my windows in the future.

I highly recommend this company.

Problem with solar panel the failure of the freeze safe prevention system water inside froze and burst the pipes burst beyond repair.
Water pouring like a water fall not sure how long happened 12/22/17 Jim owner came very quickly made sure water on and that I would have hot water. Reasonable price to come out.  Sent propsal for replacement 12/26/17  I have to wait for Home owner Insurance Adjuster to come out contacted insurance 12/23/17 Thank you so very much for making a situation go so smooth. Will use them to put in my solar panel and it's components.  Nice to have a company come out when they say they would and no hidden charges that hard to find these days.

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

Michelle Davis with Rooftop was amazing to work with. She takes the extra time to explain every detail of the solar process and is extremely knowledgeable about everything solar. It can be intimidating with so many solar companies out there, so talking to someone that is smart but not pushy was refreshing.

I purchased a home that had a solar system installed by Salt River Solar and Wind about two years prior to my purchase. During the purchase process I noticed all he panels on the house were facing directly east for no apparent reason (should really be facing south to south east. The panels are on a huge flat roof and could have been pointed any direction.

On top of that they put some of the panels on the first story part of the roof where the second story shades the panels later in the day. This also made no sense unless they actually thought the house faced south, I guess they never used a compass or looked at a satellite image of the property.

I contact Salt River Solar about all of this and a few other items and they could not ever answer why the panels were installed the way they are. They promised to have someone come look at the system but never did. They kept telling me they were looking for the design specs but never could find them. No matter how many times I wrote them or called them they would not help or provide any information. I requested the plans from the City who promptly provided all the documentation Salt River Solar said they could not find. Upon review of the plans I noticed they did not install everything per the plans (missing parts). I also noticed that they drew everything up as if the house faced south and it actually faces South East. This is why the panels now face directly East instead of South East.

Even with my new information they refused to help and got angry with my questions about the mistakes. They blamed the previous owners and said they must have requested the panels face the direction they do etc.

Luckily the Sunpower company that manufactured the panels has been able to help me with some of my issues. The Sunpower company has been suing Salt River Solar for their business practices and taking their money just like that of Salt River Solar customers.

I now understand that they are also operating under other business names. Beware of these guys! Stay far away!

If anyone wants a company that doesn't know what they're doing choose this one. If someone wants a company that doesn't follow through with their promises of getting things done and installed in a timely manner come here if anyone wants a company that is absolutely going to tell you everything to shut you up and not get things done Pay this company. This company is a scam. This company doesn't have any value of any sort. This company has made me wait about a year to even get things done and now I'm just finally getting everything installed after I had to file a complaint through the contractors board to even get them to move and do what they're supposed to do. anyone that post anything positive at this company is probably an employee trying to make the company look good. This company, especially lerril is awful. I don't know why anyone would want to choose this company after the things that I know now, so I am trying to warn everybody out there.

Not reliable, please do not go via them. Go directly via the actual solar company. He sold my Dad many promises, once I signed the agreement and bought it.
After that many emails, several texts and calls, no response.
Expert in fooling people. There are many caveats to it from load controller to plans, and other things which I sorted out and for One year I was paying the mortgage/lease payments as well as higher electricity bills, kept asking him for customer care, he would also not respond to texts and emails.

For really bad experience I wouldn't recommend.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

Please tell your door to door sales reps that they should not ignore "No Soliciting" signs posted on homeowners' doors. When the salesman came to my home I kindly pointed out the sign to him, to which he responded that he WASN'T soliciting and proceeded to try to sell me on solar panels. You may have the best product and best price around (doubtful) but you're not gonna get it done with that kind of sales approach that disrespects potential future customers.
