Best in Phoenix AZ

So far, we've met with Erik and he is EXTREMELY professional and actually listens more than talks. I haven't felt a bit of pressure from him and he's very patient with all of our questions. He wants to educate and inform us of all our options with Skywells. Thus far, Skywalls has made the best non-written bid of all the companies we've talked with. I will update this review.

UPDATE:

This is a newer company in the valley that not only sells/installs solar but also subcontracts other services for their clients. Erik put together several bids and was helpful but in the end, we opted to get solar installed next year. I did ultimately find Skywells to be more expensive - even when no other services were added to the solar panel bid - than other companies. But for the customer service aspect alone, 5 STARS.

Chris and his crew did a fabulous job upgrading our electric service, we upgraded from 100 amp service to 200 amp service and they installed a new power pole and electric fuse panel box and everything went very smoothly. I would like to thank the Jack Armstrong the owner for all his help and expertise. I would highly recommend this company if you want any electrical services taken care of.

The best place by far for new and used solar panels at incredibly low prices!  Their staff is wonderful, always ready to help with technical questions and suggestions.  Why pay more for panels when Santan is here!

Fast response and was $300 lower than other companies. Will definitely use for any other plumbing issues.

The (new) GE water heater went out and GE had to get one of their contractors out to replace the element that had apparently failed. I was lucky enough to have had Mr. John Gilchrist be assigned my ticket. John came out on a Saturday and remedied the problem quickly and professionally. John was fantastic, he communicated clearly and in laymen terms what the problem was. I feel very comfortable referring Mr. Gilchrist to any of my fellow Yelpers for any of their plumbing issues!

Outstanding! Very professional, and we have already saved money on our SRP bill after the first month of making the recommended "fixes"!!

Rob was awesome at explaining everything in detail about the project. Kudos to him and the entire team!

Emergent is a sales company for solar.  Another company (Harmon Solar) does the installation.

After signing up, having a credit check, having a roof inspection, having holes cut in my ceiling, and holes patched, and changing my APS electric to a regular plan from a savings plan....Emergent has been silent for months.

No response from the salesman or anyone else at the company.  Learned they just sent my contract over to the installer (Harmon Solar),  3 months later.

Guess they are spreading out the contracts to get steady pay, and to hell with the customer.

Meanwhile, I received THE HIGHEST FALL ELECTRIC BILLS from APS I've ever had.

Unworthy of giving this installer even a 1. Terrible customer service. Did not finish project as promised. Made us pay up front. Did not keep his promises. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone.

Update as of 4/23/22
Received a call from Benjamin the day I wrote this initial review he promptly responded and let me know he was going to review my account information and would get back to me within a week. I have never received a call back and have left multiple messages over the last couple of months and sent a message via Yelp with no answer. I was excited about solar and during the initial sale they were helpful and routinely stated how it's a long term relationship we don't just sell you something and you never hear from us again. I don't usually write reviews but felt this one was important to share for awareness as solar is a financial investment so pretty disappointing to pay for solar and continue to have to pay APS bills every month that are over $100.

After blowing me off for months and another $435 APS bill for winter he calls me a mofo and tells me to find someone else. Incompetent and not trust worthy. Got paid and disappeared.

The install process was terrible. Panels left in my backyard for days collecting dust. I was told it should have taken 2 days well it actually took a little over two weeks. Still has not been approved by Wattsup Solar. My panels have been installed for a month now and I still can not use them. The worst part for me was overhearing the workers talk about how the were not going to seal the holes on my roof because the company did not want to pay them their wages. Wow! What a sorry excuse for a "company."
