If you are looking to get solar on your home, Simple Solar is the company to go with. Scott and his team throughly explained what was entailed during the entire process in a way even I could understand. We didn't think we would be able to get Solar where we live, but Simple Solar made it happen! Just in time to run all those Christmas lights without worry!

I reached out to Pacific West Solar when the existing solar hot water tank went bad. Peter called me very promptly to set up an appointment. He arrived exactly when he said he would. That was the last good thing I can say about him and his company. When he saw what solar unit we had he broke every sales rule in the book. He expressed in numerous ways what an awful solar unit we had and how horrible the company in town was that services and installs them. I should have told him to leave then, but I need a hot water tank so I asked him what he recommended. Pacific West Solar told me not to buy a solar unit but a conventional gas unit. I wasn't expecting that but was open to the suggestion. That's when it got weird and he seemed irritated. He said he needed to leave because he "wasn't making any money" with me. WHAT?!? I was done with his attitude and lack of interest in giving me a quote. I showed him to the door and shut it on him while he was still talking. Peter, you may know more about water heaters than I'll ever know. However, you need to learn a little customer service! Buyer beware if Pacific West Solar wants to send Peter to your house. In fact, Give Donley AC & Plumbing a call. Dan spent over 30 minutes discussing options and worked on an estimate in my driveway.

Ultra Energy was very proactive in keeping me in the loop once we established the contract. Bekah and Edwin were very helpful and answered all of my question. Install process was fast and easy. Highly recommend Ultra Energy.

Called them for a repair on my roof with all these storms we were having they quickly and efficiently came out fixed my roof the next day it was awesome everyone i spoke to from the young gentleman on the phone and the ladies in the office were excellent and i received top notch customer service i will recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services

James was great, efficient, loyal and easy to work with. Definitely would recommend Nation Sun to more people!

James McCormick from Suntown solar came out to give us an estimate on our panels. Hes so down to earth and brutally honest. I love that. He was so straight up about every step of the process.  We signed got approved and guess what. Covid hit hard. Everything was at a stand still for weeks. He fought tooth and nail. I swear the man has friends in high places to get the city and electric company to get it finish on time. He even offered to make the first payment for us if it wasnt done in time frame that was given.  What!! How amazing is that? I couldnt recommend anyone else for the job. I'm loving my panels and my low electric bill.

These guys did an amazing job!
We recently moved to the area and inherited an inundation of pigeons and their nests, all camped out under the solar panels.
We made an appointment for AZ Clean Solar to come out, clean underneath the solar panels and the solar panel glass.
We also had bird barriers "netting" installed around all of the panels.
Erick and another guy came out right on time, explained what they were going to do, and began working.
It took them roughly 6 hours to get everything done, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their work!
Bird barriers are up, solar panel glass is crystal clear and everything that had dropped to the ground while they were spraying, they cleaned up nicely!

I can HIGHLY recommend Don and Company at Pro Solutions Air.   They worked with Trane to get my defective unit replaced after a few issues.  Now, it's flawless (knock on wood).

If I did want solar I would NEVER use this company.  From the reviews I now understand their poor ratings.
I live in a community that does not allow soliciting of any kind.  2 men from Sunrun knocked on my door trying to sell solar.  I attempted to explain to them that I don't talk to solicitors.  They said they were not selling anything.  Please explain how this is not selling??    Further they would not offer their names nor would the one man that had a tag hanging from his neck show me the name on the tag.  I threatened and consequently did call the police and made a complaint.  These "salesmen" were very aggressive and became verbally loud.  This is horrible marketing and ruined my day.
My husband is not well and any intrusions to our home is upsetting and will not be tolerated.
I will follow up with a complaint to the BBB and further.
BTW...nothing, absolutely nothing was done upon my calling their number to make a complaint.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

Critter guard finally installed 23 January 2020...8&1/2-wks after many customer service calls to Arizona.  Grade/star scoring of barely "3"/rounded-up...doesn't necessarily reflect salesperson's expertise nor commitment to quality, but rather the absolute need for corporate follow-up and fulfillment of terms of deal in a timely manner.  Salesperson/manager, Phil Collins, ostensibly shouldered full burden and cost out of his commission for third-party critter-/pigeon-guard wire install via out-sourced solar contractor Titan Solar.
We still would have hoped for more corporate HQ personal follow-up/ownership of Company's reputation and ability to execute its contracts...but that's been totally non-existent.  We remain open to discuss situation with CEO/COO and possible clients/customers, but as yet only calls back from Arcadia-Senergy field sales and Ops/install mgrs.  
Titan Solar did great job of critter-/pigeon-guard install and took photos...saw them all on crewchief's phone with promise to receive set of photos in an hour after office return...never did...again/same story from second contractor...they all must be afraid of workmanship or damage guarantees/l.  
Second company that wants to apparently wants to play "I have a secret'...in general, don't trust thIs industry as a whole.  It's either Vega$ OR the industry overly concerned with legal issues/liability.  No explanations from either company.  Simply be wary folks...sometimes you don't receive what you've chosen to over-pay for in a timely manner.

I have a no soliciting sign on my front door. Matt Tidwell continued to knock and ring my bell. I came out thinking I may have had my expected package arrive. He had walked away and came back moments later to harass me about this company. Please be advised these sales men do not respect a No Soliciting sign or the privacy of one's home. There's no way I would ever support a company who has people like this trying to tell me they are "selling" me something. If you're knocking on my door and giving me your contact card... you're selling something.. please respect a no soliciting sign.

Terrible company to work for. They make their employees burn customers who don't buy on the first visit. Ultimately closing the idea of a future sale with that customer. After I left, they did not pay me for any of the jobs I sold. The district manager, Jayson, is a loud, angry, and irresponsible leader. The turn over rate for sales agents was like a revolving door. I was the senior sales agent after only a month of working there. The office format is like being in a locker room
No regard for others and very explicit. They wouldn't tell you your schedule until the night before and would make you drive over 2 hours for an appointment. And they expected you to always be on call. Never able to have a life outside of work. Being on the road at least 72 hours a week. They also said they didn't work Sundays, unless the agent scheduled their own appointment, and they forced agents to come into the office for more training on Sunday mornings, which was mandatory. Trust me, there are plenty of good solar companies in Arizona, this is not one of them.

Stay away from these people.  

My experience is nothing but bad, and that's an understatement.

It took many months to get my system installed and then turned on.
The side of my house has more boxes than an Amazon truck (slightly exagerated).
Production isn't enough to power my house for the year.  I'm writing checks to APS (my power company) from December until March with no solar check at the end of the year to offset those payments.

My salesman wrote down a guaranteed annual production number in front of me.  At no time do I remember that he told me the real number guaranteed was 85% of that number.  I mean what are these people doing.

I believe it's called bait and switch and if it's not illegal it should be.  It's underhanded and misleading.  To write down a number in front of the customer and then change it to 85% of that number in the fine print is just wrong.

I'm sorry I ever recommended this company to anyone.
