The office we worked with was a excellent experience every step of the way and beyond. Katy was and still is great to work with every time I reached out to her she was prompt on getting back to me answering my questions. Truly she has the knowledge and customer care down. Was a pleasure every time . I would highly recommend this company. Scott Hughes

I will admit, I have always been hesitant to go Solar. Mainly because my husband and I had been approached over 10 times from December when we moved into our new home in Surprise until June about Solar Panels. Sales guys would come by constantly, give me their sales pitch, and expect me to sign on the spot. Some were cocky and some didn't know what the heck they were talking about. No one every provided us a brochure or showed us what we would save, just told us we should go Solar blah blah. Until one day, my husband was in his parents neighborhood and met Jesus.
He set something up, even though I was reluctant and Jesus came by.
From the moment Jesus walked in until the moment he left, he was extremely professional. it was so refreshing to have someone try and get to know us before selling us.Aftwr some small talk, he immediately pulled out a one pager with a bunch of information as well as showing us what others in our area have saved. He had us access our APS account, typed some stuff in his computer and then physically showed us what we would save.
He gave us time to consider and checked in once in a while. I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge that I decided we should go solar.
Since we decided, Jesus has come over to show us plans, come over when the design needed changed and has kept in touch throughout the entire process. he continues to answer all my questions and is always just a phone call away.
Jesus and his great customer service is one of the main reasons we decided to go solar. Sure it saves us money but having someone who knows so much and is so kind, truly made a difference.
I give Simply.Solar 10 stars and would recommend their company to anyone and everyone who wants to go solar. they know their stuff and make you feel comfortable making the decision.
Thanks to Jesus and this amazing company!

As an insurance agent and insurance advisor, Michael was awesome for my clients. He drives to your home to help add in charging stations for electric cars like Tesla, Chevy Volt, and the Nissan Leaf. My clients live all over Phoenix, such as Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert and Scottsdale.
I am so happy I met Michael!
LightDay solar has an amazing battery pack for saving non peak energy to disperse during your peak hours to save energy costs for those that don't want to rely on SRP or APS.

Last year Dillon Holmes of Cambio installed the solar panels at our retail location in Phoenix, cutting our electric bill in half. After the state and federal credits and the depreciation on the equipment, we're looking at a return of our initial investment in 7 years. Dillon continues to monitor our output and if anything appears to be below expected production levels, he's out there to check our equipment and resolve any issues. This was definitely a good investment and a good choice of vendors.

I am so happy I went with Noonday. Everyone is trying to get you to go solar but Noonday offered me the best deal, service, and quality. I've saved so much money and now will own my energy in the future. They answered all my calls and were patient with me (not pushy). Also the install was super fast. They offered me the lowest deal I had seen yet and were very professional. The process was fast, easy, and stress free. I would highly highly recommend!! Great quality and service!!

Fantastic service and quick availability! I found myself in a bind and hired J Ryan Electric based on a referal. The techs were on time, went the extra mile and when I got my bill I was relieved they were fair with their pricing and didn't add on silly and absorbent fees. Once again, going local pays off. I would highly record J Ryan!!

I would not recommend Elevation.
I started in Aug 2019 for a 10kw battery-ready inverter and 16 330-watt panels, my plan was to expand in the future.
When the plans were dropped off, I looked them over and it was downgraded to a 5Kw inverter and not battery ready. I contacted Elevation and they stated that I had been sent a revised quote with the 5Kw inverter (amazingly at the same price point) and that I had agreed to it. After the ensuing argument, I was told if I wanted the 10Kw inverter*, I would be charged an additional $700 to $1000, but if I was willing to do the 7Kw* inverter, she could do that without additional charge. I reluctantly agreed. I probably should not have.
Four weeks later the tech comes out to install the inverter and it is not battery ready. Another argument ensues and I had to send the email where the sales agent had stated it was "absolutely battery ready." After another delay, the correct inverter and related equipment were installed and my approval process is started with the utility.
Commissioning is Nov 27, 2019, after delays and attempts to give me lower equipment. It failed as the plans were not correct. I called Elevation and they said they would send out a tech. After two more weeks, I emailed and called several times and they told me a tech had come out and everything was fine, no changes had to be made. I tried to call Elevation back over the next week to no avail. That is when I contacted a resolution manager and together, we figured out the duplicate plans were the problem and had to order a new commissioning date as the original agent had dropped the ball.
Jan 6, 2020 - The tech shows up and cannot get the system on, so my utility company fails my commissioning again. I contact Elevation and they advise they are ordering a new inverter. Two weeks later, the tech installs a different inverter and all is supposedly done. I researched online and found that the new inverter is not battery-ready, and lists at half of the price as the one I was promised.* I called the resolution manager. He called me back a day later and stated they had installed the wrong inverter and they would be out in a week to put the correct one in. The tech came out and did not have the parts for the installation, so they rescheduled to install it. During this time, the resolution manager called me to let me know two of the panels were not reporting and he would have someone out to look at that.
Once the new inverter was installed, and the panels looked, I was told it was all ready to go. However, after the tech left, I saw a different panel was not reporting. I contacted Elevation and was sent to a different resolution manager, so I had to start the conversation all over to make sure she was aware of all the issues. She sent out a Quality Control tech who went over everything and then scheduled another tech appointment (two weeks out) to fix issues he had found as well as the non-reporting panel.
When this tech arrived, he had no idea I still had a panel that was not reporting and was only there to paint the conduit to match the house. After replacing an optimizer and getting the panel to report correctly, they left and I received an email letting me know everything was done and my set up was completed.
Sales vs. Installation: The completed quote was for a 10kw* inverter that was battery ready. The attempt to install a 5kw inverter, and the attempt to replace the non-functioning inverter with a different model that was not battery-ready at a later point in the process just seemed off. I am not a solar expert and had I not reviewed the plans and the specs of these inverters, I would have never known what was being done. The original quote total price was NEVER adjusted, as I am sure the 7kw inverter is less expensive than the 10kw* inverter.
Full Disclosure: The resolution team has sent me a check for about $50.00 to make up for lost production, and a $100.00 Amazon gift card. I doubt this accounts for all the lost production, and the difference in cost of the 10kw inverter and the 7kw* inverter I ended up with.
Follow-up: Clayton Andersen (Elevation CEO) called me concerning the above review. He apologized for all of the mis-steps and we also talked about mitigation efforts that have been added to the operations of the company to avoid these issues.
*In the interest of fairness, I wanted to qualify my statements concerning the inverter costs and how the sales team may have mis-quoted from the start. The CEO pointed out that the sales rep may have quoted the 10Kw inverter (not battery-ready), which is less expensive that the 7kw inverter I now have that is battery ready, so the initial total price may have been very close to accurate based on the system that was finally completed. This still leaves the question of why, after being quoted the 10Kw inverter (regardless of being battery-ready), the actual install initially had a 5Kw inverter on the plans.

A NERD Power van was in my Lakewood, California neighborhood today, Jan. 4. A very youthful-appearing young man stood on the front porch, knocking, while he held his mask in one hand. Needless to say, we did not answer because we fully understand the importance of wearing masks to protect against COVID-19. Ironically, there were two other employees waiting for the young man on the sidewalk; both wore their masks on their faces.

David and his son did an amazing job. They swapped out two Chandeliers seamlessly and transported them to respective houses for installation with care. Both very professional and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend using them. They're also honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much team.

Discovered a small rain leak in our ceiling in our front room. Requested a roofer via Handyman Connection and Garrett from Ridge Roofing called. He scheduled an appointment with us for a day or two later. He showed up on time and inspected not only the leak area but the entire roof. A couple of days later he provided us a quote for all repairs, including the leak. We called him back to schedule a date for the repairs and on the day his crew was supposed to show up, we called in the afternoon and he acted as if he completely forgot about us. We sent him an email reminder that if could reschedule, we would give him another chance. That's the last we heard from him. We did not pay any type of deposit, so we were not out any $$.

Avoid at all costs. Have not delivered what promised. 8 months later solar system (thankfully installed) but has not been inspected, here in FL. Fred(manager) and Bob (comptroller) don't deliver what they promise. Told me months ago all fixed, inspections will start up (Feb 2019). Now they have Workers Comp Ins issues here in FL. Still not fixed. Looks like legal action for me and about 4 or 5 other here in FL against them. They are also known as Priv-Energy. Run from them as fast as you can

Very disappointing experience. We first installed solar with this company in 2009 and were happy with the work and the company. We had to replace the roof in 2020 so called American Solar again. We should have checked their reviews first. The panels were supposed to be installed first week in Dec 2020, but they came with the wrong clips. Then we waited weeks without even getting a response which caused a lot of anxiety. The job was finally completed the 3rd week of March. They came many days but only were on site 5 or 5 1/2 hours. Then inverter and DC disconnect had to be replaced....more delays. I gave them a 2 because they did finally get everything installed and working after 3 months. Three employees we had contact with left the company during that time.

We purchased a tiny home that had an off grid system hooked up to it so we called new grid to come out and see if we were hooked up correctly. We paid the $250 for the consultation and had two guys come out to look at the system. I also wanted to get some extra batteries installed and a few other upgrades to make sure we were good for off grid living. Everything seemed to be hooked up correctly is what the two guys from new grid determined. I basically only received a printout of the user manuals from them, and certainly never got a follow up on any upgrades. Seven months later our system failed due to an underpowered inverter (which fried) and our batteries also were unable to hold a charge and were ruined as well. The company who is now upgrading me immediately noticed several areas that were not hooked up correctly including how the bank of batteries were wired. I just find it sad how some companies talk the talk on the phone and just fall very short after your check is cashed. I definitely doubt their solar knowledge and I would recommend taking your money to a more experienced company.

We signed up for solar in August of 2021 and we were told that the process would take around 2-3 months to complete. We were hoping for October, but understood that it may be November. The plans were drawn up and we waited for APS, our HOA, and the city to approve it. We got approval from the HOA and APS withing the first month and they even sent it back and requested revisions be made to the plan that Envision drew up. (No big deal. These things happen) Envision concluded that we needed a panel upgrade before they could install the panels. I was very patient throughout the entire process because I assume that this industry was experiencing supply chain issues and shortages due to COVID just like a lot of other industries.
We finally received a notification from the company on November 18th 2021 that our electrical panel upgrade would happen on 01/20/2022 at 7:00am and the solar panels would be put on the roof on 01/24 - 01/25. This was the first thing that made me start to worry because we were concerned that since this was going to take place in 2022 instead of 2021, it would prevent us from filing it with our taxes until the following year. (Still not a deal breaker)
For the electrical panel upgrade, they notified us that the power would need to be shut off for 6-8 hours that day. My wife and I work from home, so we had to take the day off and request the following weekdays off for the solar panel installation as well. We got the days approved and made plans to go through food in our refrigerator and not stock up due to the power set to be off for the day. When the day came I awoke at 6am to get ready for the power to be turned off around 7am. Everything seemed to be going to plan until 7am came and went and we were stuck waiting around for a few hours. I gave them a grace period since I assumed it would work that way. At 10am and no sign of the company I called in to check what was going on. The rep I spoke with informed me that they cancelled my electrical panel upgrade THAT morning around 7am. So here we are already taking a day off and then pretty much cancelled on without even knowing it. I had to call in to them to get this information. This immediately upset me and I found it inexcusable to not be told what was happening when it happened, and also to fact that they were able to cancel on the day of. So I felt uneasy even rescheduling because no how can I even trust they won't cancel again?
So now we are already unsatisfied. So far we have already waited 5 months and we still have no solar panels or an electrical panel upgrade and no set date as to when this will get done. Not only that, but this panel upgrade was scheduled in November. So we planned and waited for this for 2 whole months and it was cancelled on the day of.
On February 3rd they notified me that they could do the panel upgrade on 02/09/2022. We declined that date due to a death in my wife's family and funeral proceedings being out of town. The company then told us that 05/02/2022 @ 7am was the next available time for them. We accepted this. There was no way they would mess this up again right? Its February and we have almost 3 months to prepare for this and we already accepted that we came this far now we just want it done at this point.
As we were approaching the date for our panel upgrade I decided to give the company a call to see what's going on to make sure they haven't decided to change something and not tell me again. So on 04/29/2022 I called to just make sure everything was going to plan and they told me that now I was cancelled because the financing I was approved for had expired since this process took so long. They wanted me to reapply for the financing and then reschedule another panel upgrade date. The problem I had with this is the lack of communication. They had cancelled me more than 2 weeks prior and never informed me in any way (email, text, phonecall).
This whole experience was exacerbated due to the fact that my wife lost her grandmother in late February and 2 uncles in January. This family lives in Mexico and in Yuma Arizona and we live in Phoenix AZ. This forced us to use many days off work to commute back and forth frequently during these months. The reason I bring this up is because this means that us taking days off work was extremely valuable this year. So it really pissed me off that nobody from this company communicated these things to me and it caused me to take days off for essentially no reason. It is also just flat out disrespectful not to inform me. It undermines my time and my family. I told this company to just cancel my whole application and that I would not be working with them ever again.
I don't know what their deal is, but this was a serious mismanagement on their part. I am a patient and understanding person, but this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I shouldn't have to check that they are doing their job. I trusted them and they flat out failed.
