Byron Meth created a great plan for adding solar to my house in Sun Lakes. Their pricing is very competitive and Byron explained in detail the return on investment and savings I would receive in both tax deductions and reduced energy bills. Their software created a great image of my roof and where the panels would go. Great solar company to work with.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Best solar company in the valley. With so many of the solar companies doing the wrong thing, it's incredible to find one that is making solar great in Arizona. Better installs and pricing than the competition.

We started with them after getting 4-5 quotes from various different places. We didn't feel comfortable wirh any of them. They have kept in touch with us through the whole process. We didn't get The 30 day install but it rained a ton so it wasn't an issue for us. Also it was because of waiting on permits so totally not their fault. The install team was awesome. They made this process very easy! We liked them so much we put a sign in our front yard and we are usually not those people.

nyone who is considering an energy audit should not hesitate to call Sean and his crew! I found out about the company thru the City if Mesa wellness fair. Sean is part owner of the company, came out, did an audit of how much insulation we had ( which was only 2-3 inches, which should at least be 12.) and made suggestions. We agreed, a time was scheduled, and when the crew arrived, each one shook my hand and introduced themselves, and when all duct work was sealed, and a lot of insulation was blown, they cleaned to the point I never knew they were here. I highly recommend them. Not only did we get great service, but they had tons of rebates and our house is now certified energy efficient, which will raise the value of our home!!

Working with Our World Energy over the past 2 years has been a great experience. Not the lowest pricing out there but depending on your consultant they go the extra mile to your solar experience the best one.

Had a horrible exchange with an employee after canceling my appt to get a quote. I only canceled because I got a iffy feeling about the company. So glad I did. I attached the text message conversation. Please read!

I wish there was a way I could give them ZERO STARS ! I don't recommend sunrun to anyone !Our service was turned off by a technician because we need a new inverter . So it's been off for 6 weeks and we just got a bill for service that has been off for 6 weeks...... well today a technician came today to fix the issue and come to find out he tells me we need a new inverter and we have to wait another 6 weeks?! Really... I thought that's what the came for today. Why am I paying for service that isn't being provided. Our aps bill went up because it's providing the service that you are suppose to. You turned off our service and yet you are still charging us. That doesn't make any sense and now I'm waiting an additional 6 weeks and this is going to happen next month too! Don't get sunrun! You won't even be able to speak to a supervisor. You will have to wait for a call back. I work for one of the busiest companies and yet I can connect one of our customers immediately to a supervisor. Horrible customer service. I already have enough on my plate dealing with my husbands deployment soon and now dealing with this crap. Do not sign a contract with SUNRUN. You will get charged even if they aren't providing the services they stated they would in the contract. Don't get SUNRUN.
