Tony came to our house for a consultation, mind you, we just had some questions about an improper installation and were looking for some answers. He didn't have to do this but he did it anyway.
He is extremely  knowledgeable, extremely friendly and you can tell his sincerity is real. He wasn't trying to SELL me. He was trying to EDUCATE me and gave me the information we were looking for.
If solar is what you are looking for, I would recommend Brilliant Solar Solutions above any others. You'll get what you need and I believe you'll avoid any problems you may have from other Solar companies.

We had AES install rooftop solar 5 years ago and was completely satisfied with the design and installation. When we had a minor problem with a new style inverter used on our array, AES sent out an electrical engineer to solve the issue. It's worked perfectly since. Our monthly electric bills have averaged $16 per month since installation!! Thanks guys for a job well done.

I have friends that have worked with them in CA and they are extremely happy post install. Their customer service is great all the way through.

Our solar panels have been working very well, just as promised. We are very happy with the switch to solar energy!

We used streamline solar. They were late in the install. Came on a Monday. Had a different work lead then whom I was told was coming. They were unable to finish the job so said they'd be back the next day. Called later and said they had another job to do and would return on Wednesday. After inspections no one came to turn it on when I called for tech support to turn it on they couldn't help as had no pics of my system. Finally called a worker who walked me thru it after I had been told there was a crew in Tucson who would come do it. The first rain discovered my patio was now leaking. They had used it for walking across and putting the panels and roof tiles on. The wore away the coating on the patio. Filled a complaint with the BBB they haven't even gotten back to them let alone responded to any of my calls. Just had an electrician out the other day because half my house was without power turns out when then we're moving circuit breakers around they left one ungrounded that shorted out part of my house. Don't recommend them as if your a small job our was only 32,000 you're treated as if your business doesn't matter

Great solar company, very responsive friendly staff. We've had our solar for one year and would recommend it to everyone (well if you want to save money).

I contracted with this company to install a residential solar system which included two batteries in mid January of 2021.  I gave them $1000 deposit to get the project started.  I informed the sales person that I wanted it installed before summer time.  I asked for a copy of the layout and single line plan pages to review.   I found an error on the SLD which had omitted a subpanel I requested.  They said that they would correct this and have it approved by the local utility company (TEP).  A couple of months later, this had not been done.  It was at that time I found in nearly impossible to contact them.  They use a contact center that forwards messages to the company.  On the rare occasions where somebody picked up the phone, they said that they would send the message to the appropriate company contact person and I would receive a call back within 48 hours.  After 8 weeks and several calls, nothing had been done.  The call center spokes person would tell me the same thing over and over; that is was still in redesign department.   It was the middle of June after seeing that nothing had been done that I finally canceled the project.

This company is impossible to contact.   Even the call center would not answer their phones.  Pathetic.   I am out $1K and have not received any feedback regarding reimbursement.

Buyer beware.  Do not do business with this company unless you want incompetence and headaches.

These guys use illegal telemarketing to generate leads and have their hired idiots from India bombarding my phone non-stop.  Judging by the previous reviews, I'm thinking it's about the only way they can get any business.

Custom Home Services did a good job outlining how best for me to look at solar and if if was right for my house. They explained how APS works with solar etc. They helped me plan out how many panels I would need and where they would go and then handed me over to Harmon Electric who handled the install. Harmon got all the permits and inspections. It was turn key for me. The Harmon guys were very professional and did a great job. I had some delays and troubles getting connected to the monitoring portal, but actually minimal stuff. Overall I am quite satisfied. The install by Harmon looks neater and nicer than many I have seen too. Glad I jumped in!

This company is a DISGRACE and their customer service is HORRENDOUS...stay as far away as you can. My solar system had to be completely redone because of their incompetence(by a company that actually knew what they were doing)...don't believe a word they tell you!

The ONLY complaint I have is that the guy, figuring out how much money I would save with the new  pump, took forever. That being said, the sales person, Michael Chung and the lead installer were super. The product is everything I could have hoped for. I wanted to see the water
so it was not an option to put a cover on at night..and I like to run my waterfall all day and into the night...my pool is now swimmable starting in mid -March thru mid-October (I need 83+ to swim!). BTW... $42/ month in savings. I wanted 2-3 extra months and l easily got them. Before I bought, I read some bad reviews and I'm still wondering what happened because I would totally recommend them to you (and I'm picky). Update: I have gotten 3 months extra and if I could take water below 84 degrees would get an additional 2 months! I had a pump issue recently and two years later they were incredibly polite and came and have tried to resolve the issue, with not one complaint. It will need the manuf. to come and check, which Aaron saw to. This is a top flight company!! Professional!

Terrible about communicating with customer. Sales rep Chad Lewis added two Initiatives to our solar panel purchase. A 1000$ Homedepot card and a critter guard for the panels. He has not returned any calls, text messages or emails regarding this. Sent emails to his manager and still no one responds. His not recommend this Compton anyone wanting to purchase panels.
