Sun Services USA Solar Panel
They were able to come out the same day to get a light working and install an outlet on our patio. I had called all over for someone to be able to come that day and had been striking out left and right. They were very professional and quick to get the repair done.

Caliber Roofing And Solar Services Solar Panel
Caliber Roofing did a fantastic job insulating my metal patio roof.  Everything went as planned without any issues.  Couldn't be happier with the result.  They have a great crew and they do quality work for a fair price.  This was the first and critical step in converting my screened in room to an all season one to be enjoyed every single day.

Firefly Electric & Solar Solar Panel
Honest company for a change. Very refreshing for someone to come for a quote on some work and not try to scare, upsell, or pressure you unnecessarily.

I ended up not needing anything done at the moment, but you know I'll be saving this company's info for all my future electric work.

Arizona Home Daylight Solar Panel
We contracted with both Arizona Home Daylight and a roofing company to have 5 solar tubes and a new roof installed at the same time.

Arizona Home Daylight worked great with the roofing company. The project was completed on time and on budget. Arizona Home Daylight did a quality job with great attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone. We love our new solar tubes. Scott, Scottsdale

Black Platinum Solar & Electric Solar Panel
As an Architect I know the most important decision for any project is choosing the right contractor.  For our family home we choose Black Platinum Solar & Electric.

John & John & Toni Black, father and son & family, and their whole crew have been a pleasure to work with from first meeting on the roof - to our solar power activation. We designed the system based upon the economics: ROI.  Everything was on time and on budget, professionally done with direct personal attention to all details.  "On time" means actually working on your roof the minute they said - not just showing up to get ready. Answering my email at 4:30 AM - sure. Refreshingly there was never a sales pitch, no up-sell, and only 1 extra - at my request. Get what you pay for: no nonsense straight forward quality installation, not marketing, layers of administration, overhead etc.

While completely unnecessary, I was on our roof often observing the work just to learn. Pride of Workmanship personifies their business. They work with finesse, these guys love their work. They have an extensive construction background, so care was taken not to mess up other elements of the building.  And built to last - the old fashion way, earning their reputation every day on each job. There are many technical details in a solar installation from assuring roof penetrations are waterproof to the specs of the micro-circuitry and automated trouble shooting. In our case the software found issues with APS electric servicing the neighborhood and they got APS to fix it. With their reputation and connections they obtained the latest technology prior to anyone else. Their objective is to give you the best trouble free solar installation with the minimum disruption to your life, and delivering more than promised. On a Friday afternoon John finished the paperwork and submitted City inspection approval to APS and by the next Wednesday morning our system was up and live. I'm told this was a record for APS, but it wouldn't have happened if Black Platinum wasn't totally on top of all the details. There is considerable permitting and inspections in this process, and substantial (under appreciated)  value in getting this done right and expeditiously.

The Enphase micro-inverter system they use provide realtime internet monitoring of each solar panel as well as your whole system, shown as it is actually configured on your roof, with energy production and consumption over time so you alway know every day, month and year how your system is performing. So far we are producing more than we are consuming. For telling testimonials look for those reviews a year or later after installation.  I'll post one in a year to verify the ROI calculations.

I've read so many of their 5-Star reviews online and can now vouch that they are not only credible but represent the standard of work of Black Platinum Solar.

Rooftop Solar Solar Panel
We meticulously considered and researched all our options when making the investment in a solar system, from size of array to brand and type of inverter. Ultimately we chose Rooftop Solar and Hanwha microinverter panels, and though the price was higher than the competing bid, we're really glad with the choice, both for technological reasons and for the company's ethos and practice. Rooftop kept us fully on board with things we wanted to have a say in (the aesthetics of the design and layout) and handled all the red tape and bureaucracy so we didn't have to (inspections from the city and APS, etc.) We came out with an 18-panel array that actually *looks good* on the house as well as reaps a ton of energy from the sun. It's also worth mentioning that everyone at Rooftop is really, really pleasant to work with--they are friendly, positive, kind, laid-back yet professional, and deeply rooted in and invested in the community and the cause of cleaner energy. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Galaxy Solar Solar Panel
I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Harmon Solar Solar Panel
So all you can comment on is the timeline and a very generic statement that you design each setup differently?

What about putting panels on the north side,  is that ok? What about quoting me a system with 100% offset? Is that ok too?

Again you don't care about your customers or their concerns and your employee (Dennis) is rude to Harmon customers. That's ok too?

Arizona Energy Pros Solar Panel
I had the most pathetic and disappointing sales effort possible with Arizona Energy Pros. Their sales rep was scheduled to meet with me at 11:30 am on 8/30. First, he arrived over 20 minutes early and I wasn't home yet for the appt., so he left. I got home at 11:20 (10 minutes early!) and waited for him to arrive. When he wasn't there yet at 11:40, I called him to ask where he was. He said he had already been there long ago but assume I had forgotten the appt. since I wasn't waiting for him 20 minutes before our scheduled time. I did not forget, rather I was sitting at home waiting for him, and obviously wasting my time. He then said he would come back but didn't arrive until about 11:55.

From there, it was the worst sales appt. I've ever been part of. He had no information for me, no presentation to give, and didn't ask me a single question about what I want or need. He simply opened a spreadsheet and basically said "ok, I can put in a system for $x / month. What do you think?" I got no information on their company or what products he was quoting or why. He had no idea what my solar / energy goals are. He must have pulled the quote out of thin air by just guessing at how much energy I need to produce. Had he asked anything at all, he would have learned that we are adding a pool and an electric vehicle soon. There's no way he could have accounted for those in his quote, although accounting for them was very important to me. When I did ask questions, like what warranties do you offer, he just said "oh, we have the best warranties, unlike anyone else." I seriously felt like I was applying to Trump University.

He also must have had another appointment because he was in a huge hurry to just get out the door. I asked if he could provide me more information on what he's quoting so I could at least research the products myself, so he said that he would send me a detailed proposal. That was over 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard from him since our appt.  Do not waste your time contacting this company.

Premier Solar Solutions Solar Panel
No.  Please don't.

This company has been questionable from the get go.  Kyle our "salesman" was okay at first. Really a salesman personality. Not pushy just the insisting that our product is the best kinda guy. My wife and I agreed that we wanted to use renuable energy and was very interested in the savings so we decided to move forward with getting solar panels. He told my wife and i that if we needed anything at all that he would be there for us.

Weeks later we would get sparatic phone calls from people we didn't know letting us know that other people would be by to check the roof and take measurements. More Weeks would pass and we would get more phone calls about different people needed to get back on the roof.  Still no communication regarding where we were in the process or any follow up for that matter.  I would call and check on them every once in a while to see where we were in the process and would get very generic answers from the nice younger sounding gal who tried to answer my questions the best she could ..... Professional emails sent by Craig the guy who handles permitting with the state was not thorough or seemed not to care about anything.  His way of completing his work was to write broken english emails and have me taking time to discuss my permit with  state offices.... . Which turned out to be completely useless and a waste of time and I was told after many days of back and forth with them I was indeed good to go and did not need to contact them in the first place.

I expressed sincere frustration to our sales man Kyle, who after saying he was going to get to the bottom of this and Answer all my questions.  Kyle has just straight up ended communication with us. All of this after a meeting he set up.  He insisted he take care of all this negative bs that's going on around our project. Just gone.  Texts (how he likes to communicate)  have not been returned. As it stands today, on June 25, 2018, I am unsure what the hell is going on. We signed documents with this company on February 26th. 4 months ago.  Please save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company.  If I could give them zero stars I would.

Nightmare. Absolute nightmare. Zero stars.
Everyone is super nice until you sign on the dotted line, then they ghost you for weeks at a time. I called so many times and couldn't even leave a message and the wait time was half an hour. Then I finally was able to leave a message and said I wanted to cancel everything since no one would acknowledge me. Guess what! Suddenly I get a call back. Same day. So they're there, they just ignore you. Hoping you give up most likely. We started the process back in July of 2020 and its April 2021 and everything keeps getting delayed since they can't get organized. Every time someone comes to our house, they forgot something, didn't know we had a battery, or some other nonsense. Then the same step in the process is delayed by at least another month. This company is laughable. In the meantime, I've been paying on the loan for 5 months now, with no solar power. Its getting hot out and now I have a loan to pay plus tons of electricity. I can not convey how horrible this has been. I am a patient person and trying to be understanding but this is just beyond unacceptable. I'm opening a case with the financier to try and get a refund for the payments I've made on a non-existent service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY, HOME, AND HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tesla Energy Solar Panel
I would give less than one star if that were an option.   Worst customer service ever.  I was told our system would be installed within 4-6 months of contract signing and it's been almost 8 months.   System is installed but failed city inspection.   Referred another customer and never received the promised referral money.  I have over 50 emails back and forth with their customer service department which is useless.   All they do is give you standardized responses.   They cut a hole in my sunroom ceiling during their pre-inspection back in March 2013 (almost 7 months ago) and never returned to fix it as promised - no resolution despite complaints to their customer service department.  They forgot not once but TWICE to schedule my city inspection.  It finally got scheduled AFTER I called and reminded them....I have never received such unprofessional uncaring service from a company before and have serious concerns about being tied to them for the duration of a 20 year lease.  Oh, and the electrician "no showed" on day two of our installation - completion was then delayed to a week and a half vs. 2-3 days as stated.   When you email them you receive an auto response saying they'll address your issue within 2 business days.   It hasn't been uncommon for them to fail to reply or send delayed unhelpful responses.   If you live in Peoria, expect your building permit to take 3-4 months for approval.   Mine had to be resubmitted for reasons unknown as they wouldn't tell me despite my inquiries.   Don't expect Solar City to follow up with you or notify you of any delays.   Once the contract is signed if you lease, you're forgotten about.   If you have a home energy audit completed, don't expect them to send it to you automatically as they're supposed to - I only received mine after calling and asking where it was 2 months after completion.   I finally gave up and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.   Not surprising that I was among numerous people who have had to resort to that measure for resolution of my issues.
