I was referred to this company by a neighbor and found the sales representative, Jose Flores, and process easy to understand and come to quick resolution. I am very pleased with my choice and the installation was quick and accurate to the plans presented. I absolutely endorse this company for solar electric services. Jim C.

Our first contact was Harrison and he was such a pleasure to talk to and he had all the information. Sunny Energy has been a complete pleasure to work with thru the whole process. Kept me informed on what was happening thru it all. Great customer service

I had Caliber roofing for repairs, they were very good. I didn't realize that getting the roofing tiles was so hard as it was COVID 19 time.,so I was impatient but they worked as fast and hard as they could getting the tiles.
They did an excellent job and and there was no additional costs from the estimate they gave. I would recommend them.

Aneva Solar recently installed a fairly large system on our home. The owner, Anthony, thoroughly explained the process and made sure that we fully understood the system and its costs. Compared to other vendors, I felt that Anthony was less pressured to "sell the product" and his higher priority (aside from getting our business) was to ensure that we were happy with his company's service. Given the long-term investment of a solar system, I think it's worthwhile to do your homework and go with a company who commits to its customers. In addition to Anthony, the installation team was a pleasure to work with as well. Very friendly and professional. After project completion, Anthony spent a fair amount of time again explaining the system and confirming that we were happy with the product. No complaints here! Also, in our case, Aneva was lower priced than the larger competitors. Highly recommended!

Ryan and his crew arrived exactly at the start of my scheduling window to install a 50A circuit for our new hot tub. Work was completed in a timely manner and for a fair price. There was a minor hiccup when the hot tub installers went to connect things. Ryan was at my house within 10 minutes and got everything online. Exceptional service and a good value. Will use again if I have an electrical need.

Had new Solatubes installed by Arizona Home Daylight yesterday. Have had a Solatube for many years and love it. The installation was difficult because this is an old home with electrical and plumbing tangles in the attic space. Dustin was amazing and figured out exactly what he could and could not do prior to making any cuts in the roof. One install involved some confusing electrical connections for the light kit and he called in a reinforcement and they finally figured it out. My new Solatubes are amazing and the service from Arizona Home Daylight was stellar. On time, considerate, neat, competent. You don't find service like this very often..

A couple of months ago, they completed installing solar on our roof. They were very professional and personal, taking the time to answer any questions that I had. Of the three companies that I interviewed, I found 'Johnny' to be very easy to talk and he explained everything to the detail that was needed. The quantity of panels that they suggested is working well, which was not easy as I didn't have any history of electric use. They offer a quality product and service. I would recommend them and have done so already.

We were very happy with Rooftop Solar! From start to finish they made sure it was about us. The initial visit was informative and all our questions were answered. The planning and installation were painless for us. They had plenty of men working on all aspects of installation and it went very smoothly. They were here for the city inspection and walked us through "flipping the switch". The follow up after install was a wonderful surprise as well! Highly recommend!

Update: Hahahahaha your competitor?... Jeez the ego on this guy. Thank you for the explanation. So, the dealer fee with another company is $15,000 and with you it isn't. Yet, you are selling the product at the same price. Meaning, the $15,000 "dealer fee" goes in your pocket. Thank you for admitting that you're robbing people of the $15,000 and even worse, you are showing them that you're doing it. You just redirect their attention by trashing other companies and their tactics while singing yourself praises. You can't be the good guy and talk trash about everyone else and compliment yourself in every sentence. And you're saying that being associated with one of the most well known companies in the country was a bad thing for you? Seems economically awesome and your excuse is bull. Just look this guy up. He has hopped around a lot more than once. Everything you say makes me wanna vomit.
This guy tries to sell you high interest rates because he makes more money that way. Turns out you can go to a different company and get solar for the same price but at a 5th of the interest rate. Looks like he is just trying to rip people off. He claims to be famous in the valley and that the public knows him for his success, reputation blah blah blah... he changes companies/his company name every couple years. Reputable, honest companies don't do that. He has less than a handful of reviews online and several of them are his family members. The others are all written using all the word for word clichés he says constantly. Meaning they were probably written by him. The public doesn't seem to know you exist buddy. Probably cuz most people see right through the fact that you don't have their best interest in mind and they send you packing never to give you another thought. Go elsewhere for solar. Don't buy into this guys high interest rate (high commission) garbage.

I had a solar water heater installed by a different company 2 years ago. I was not happy with their customer service. Of course they were great when selling you the product then not so much when you have issues. Anyways I called the Sun-Earth company and they referred me to General Solar. I called and they came out the next day, diagnosed my problem in about 90 seconds, had the correct part on the truck and replaced it in about 25 minutes. Problem solved and now i have a good resource should problems arise in the future. I would highly recommend them.

Have worked with these guys to get solar for my home. Very professional and very knowledgeable. They also gave me a lower price than the other company that came and showed me what they had. They gave me a low 2.99 interest rate on my solar. I will recommend them to any and all my friends and family.

My review is based solely on the fact that after contacting Harmon three different times -- via the website web form, email, and phone -- Harmon never contracted me back.

Arizona Energy Pros is GREAT!!! I had my home reviewed for an Energy Audit and the work was performed by Arizona Energy Pros along with putting up a Solar System. I had a investment in a CD for 20k that was making me $20 dollars a month..I invested this in my new solar system which is cutting my electrical bill down $200 a month and $300 during the summer. Smart investment now I have more money to maneuver to my other bills like an extra income with savings on my electric bill....

Matt from Apollo Electric is superb with timely communication, his honesty, and timeliness. We had new water heater replaced and found out that when it died it probably fried our breaker at the box. In order to make sure we had hot water for the house, he came over near the end of the day and replaced the breaker. I think that the $190 charge was a little steep for the total of 15 minutes worth of work he did replacing the breaker but he did say "sorry". I think it must be his standard hourly charge. I wish he would have said, you have paid for an hour is there any other electrical work I can complete in the 45 minutes you paid for. I do appreciate the fact that he came over that day though.

No. Please don't.
This company has been questionable from the get go. Kyle our "salesman" was okay at first. Really a salesman personality. Not pushy just the insisting that our product is the best kinda guy. My wife and I agreed that we wanted to use renuable energy and was very interested in the savings so we decided to move forward with getting solar panels. He told my wife and i that if we needed anything at all that he would be there for us.
Weeks later we would get sparatic phone calls from people we didn't know letting us know that other people would be by to check the roof and take measurements. More Weeks would pass and we would get more phone calls about different people needed to get back on the roof. Still no communication regarding where we were in the process or any follow up for that matter. I would call and check on them every once in a while to see where we were in the process and would get very generic answers from the nice younger sounding gal who tried to answer my questions the best she could ..... Professional emails sent by Craig the guy who handles permitting with the state was not thorough or seemed not to care about anything. His way of completing his work was to write broken english emails and have me taking time to discuss my permit with state offices.... . Which turned out to be completely useless and a waste of time and I was told after many days of back and forth with them I was indeed good to go and did not need to contact them in the first place.
I expressed sincere frustration to our sales man Kyle, who after saying he was going to get to the bottom of this and Answer all my questions. Kyle has just straight up ended communication with us. All of this after a meeting he set up. He insisted he take care of all this negative bs that's going on around our project. Just gone. Texts (how he likes to communicate) have not been returned. As it stands today, on June 25, 2018, I am unsure what the hell is going on. We signed documents with this company on February 26th. 4 months ago. Please save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I evaluated several companies but chose Titan because of Michael Janzen (Mr. Sunshine). He is a knowledgeable nice guy with a great reputation. Unfortunately he is the only good experience I have had with the company.
First, the installers broke a ton of roof tiles during install. After a call to Michael the installers came back out to fix the roof. Unfortunately, they didn't repair everything they broke and I had to call a second time. On the second visit they did repair the tiles but broke others and left. I quit contacting Titan Solar when it was obvious they weren't going to fix the issue without creating others.
Second, the system under performs.
Third, within the first year I had a complete system failure because of a faulty inverter. Placed a call to Michael and he sent someone to fix. Well, again he is just one guy and have received little communication from the repair side since reporting the failure.
Going on ten weeks with a nonfunctional system. The failure resulted in higher energy costs vs tradition power. The out of pocket expense to me due to failed system is approximately $750 in lost solar production.
Lastly, I'm told that in the future I have to constantly check on my brand new $30,000 system to make sure it's working correctly. That's another inconvenience of solar that I wasn't planning on.

We have lived in this house for 2 years now and we have solar. I have called solar city/Tesla at least 7 times requesting a technician come out to check our system. They told me nothing is wrong according to the Wi Fi box hooked up to the system so they won't send out anybody!! Our bill last month was $419.00 for a 2569 SQ Ft House!! Whats the use of having solar?? Our neighbors bills are $50 to $150. I have spoken with at least 3 Solar City Sales people in Home Depot and they stated my bill should not be that high. They would all state they would contact their manager and have him contact me, NEVER happened!! Elon Musk is worried about a lot of other stuff and he could care less about us little people. Our lowest bill was $79.00 in November but other than that it has always been over $100 dollars. I have told Solar City that there's several lights blinking red on the panel and they did not know why but again stated the Wi Fi Box shows nothing wrong. I have stopped and spoke with technicians working in our community and explained my problem and they took my number down and said their manager would call, NEVER happened. Whenever I bring this issue up with friends and neighbors, they always ask me who is the Solar Company and when I tell them I get so much negative feedback about their problems and their friends problems with Solar City. Please be careful and do your homework when it comes to Solar. Once they install it and get their money, they could care less about you. I live in a retirement community in Arizona and word travels fast, hopefully Solar City will hear the ROAR from all of us who complain.
