Best Heater Installation in Phoenix AZ

Two gentlemen installed a mini-split in my bedroom. The estimator and both installers were all on-time and very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and took care to make sure our dog didn't escape out the back gate when they were going in and out of the back yard.
Would definitely recommend this company 100 times over!

Called to get a quote for some A/C work. Need to move the condenser line set through the top plates during a home remodel that were originally installed in a void behind the 45 degree kitchen stove wall. Brenda said that a tech needed to come out and take a look, at a cost of $69.95. I offered to send photos of the wall that has been opened up, but she said, no thank you, and insisted that someone needs to come out and charge me, to diagnose the situation properly.

I understand that time is money. I was a general contractor for over 30 years. I've bid on a lot of projects that took days to put together, only to loose to my competitor who gave a lower bid based on a fraction of the work that was needed in the long run. That's how the game is played. Win some, loose some. Move on.

8/6/18 Update:
I received a rather nasty response to my above review from (obviously) someone who works for Tom, and several other notes from people who have left negative reviews for this company, warning me about Tom being a Psycho and a Social Media Stalker (their words, not mine, but starting to lean that way), about how he will leave disparaging comments on their accounts.

In all fairness, I've upgraded the initial 1 Star rating to a 2 Star based on the fact that Brenda was up front in informing me of their fee.

Nice to know there are people out there in the business world with the ethics of Mike. Very much appreciated his honesty...as well as his overall knowledge in terms of his work. HIGHLY recommend to anyone who has the I'm leery about hiring contractors...this guy is as good as they come.

If there were more stars to give this company would have each one! From the star of contacting them till the end of the service, Arizona Air Experts were excellent! The lady who helped me get an appointment the same day was sweet and has great customer service and great communication, she called every step of the way. Darrin was our technician and he was AWESOME. Very honest, friendly and helpful. He showed us every step of the way of what he was doing and how to help the performance of our AC unit. He was also very patient with us as we had to go through our home warranty for authorization for our reimbursement process. Great company and I will most definitely be using them for our maintenance on our AC and any plumbing service! Thank you so much, your company made our day!

Capacitor went out when we got back from being out of town. Set up an appt for the next day, which I was surprised at getting one that fast.
Replaced the capacitor in around a half hr and the house is finally cool again. I highly recommend Cool Zone Air.

Very good service, great work and 1/2 the cost of the Parker & Sons estimate. I would definitely recommend them and feel comfortable in making the recommendation.

David was great!  Our a/c went out mid-day on a weekend and we didn't know who to call!  We knew it was going to be expensive whoever we called.  David had space and spent over 2 hours on our roof in the heat to make sure we knew what the problem was.  Our worst thoughts had come true but, he priced us out on a new unit, with exactly what we needed.  He also did we he could do to keep our current one working for now, but it is 40 years old.  Highly recommend.

Original Symptom: water dripping from attic, a/c coils frozen, unit almost 15  years old

I called Bumble Bee after I dealt with two companies from personal referrals. ( I think personal referrals are not  necessarily better or even as good as those coming in from a Yelp-type thing. I could be wrong but I've gotten the sense the personally referred provider may offer less value when they think they have you through a personal connection.)  Anyway, I had two personals and was about to go with the second one when I remembered Yelp. I found Bumble Bee with several stars and called them in order to gain some knowledge so I could increase my negotiating leverage with my personally referred provider. However, after I spoke to Bumble Bee, I realized my referral was not going to  provide me value.So I started to compare:  My  referred provider wanted to give me inferior MFG'd equipment and just replace the coil and have me keep my old furnace,(Hey, it's still working, I was told), whereas, Bumblebee offered a better MFGer,(Trane) and included a new furnace for a better overall price. After speaking to Bumblebee, I did make other yelp connects (all duds) and ended up going with Bumble Bee . That's half the story.
The rest is that I received a fast, first visit and quote (same day in my case). Then they scheduled me for an installation two days later. They handled the installation without a hitch including the crane requirement. The minor wall board repair and other finish work was to a tee.

We used Alan's Air when our A/C needed to be replaced and we couldn't be happier.  When our rental house A/C had a problem in mid-summer, they were there to repair it the same day. The owner, Alan, is honest and very easy to work with.  We won't call anyone else if we need a A/C company.

A while back, Ideal Energy did an energy audit for us with pictures, numbers, and graphs of how we could improve our home's energy efficiency. They were extremely nice, professional, and timely. They answered all of our questions. Just recently, they fixed/repaired all of our AC ducts and added a bunch of necessary installation. They were very clean and worked quickly and efficiently. They took before & after pictures to show everything they did. Our AC air is now much cooler and blows more efficiently/better. As a result, our house cools down more quickly and and stays cool for a much longer time than it did before. This makes our 43 year old house so much more comfortable to live in and we look forward to the impact it will have on our bills! We expect to save so much in the heating and cooling of our house. Ideal Energy's work was very reasonably priced and worth every penny! I would recommend that everyone check out Ideal Energy for any energy needs your house may have!

Fadel came out and serviced/assessed our aging swamp coolers (20+ years) a few months ago.  He was professional and honest.  Got our coolers as functional as possible and advised us on future replacement.  Once the unit threw the belt again, found the motor housing cracked, he said it was time to replace.  Doug was very helpful in ordering & scheduling replacement.  Shawn & Adam were here on time and got started ASAP. Install went smoothly and Fadel came out to double check.  He even communicated with the electrician to ensure that portion of the work was new, correct and up to standard for the new unit. Would recommend Desert Comfort Mechanical to anyone.  Our experience is based on commercial building swamp cooler, but have confidence in their skill & integrity and will certainly call for other issues in the future!!

Everyone involved was professional and very knowledgeable.  I got 3 quotes and felt they were very reasonable.  Don worked with me on my quote and was great!  The guys that installed were awesome!  Showed me everything about my unit/ thermostat and even cleaned up after the job.  I was very happy with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

When our AC gave out, we turned to Yelp and found Airtime Cooling. I called at 9:30 and they were here within an hour! Brian was very courteous and professional and quickly located the problem which had to do with the time delay on the unit. Since our unit is 20 years old, rather than replacing the part, he simply bypassed the delay which fixed the issue. Brian did recommend getting our ac replaced within the next year which we knew we would have to do at some point. He gave us some great info as far as rebates, etc when we do decide to replace. I know that when that time comes, we'll be calling Airtime Cooling!

My A/C went out and after calling Matt, he arranged to have a technician out in a few hours.  The tech pinpointed the issue as the capacitor and offered to install it immediately.  Since our unit is old, we decided to replace it rather than waiting for another part to fail.  The Tech was refreshingly transparent about the purchase and installed the new part so we could stay cool.  Amazing that they were able to complete the installation the next day.  Cleaned up afterwards and were very professional.  Today we are sitting in our cool and comfy house.  The new unit comes with a 10 year parts and labor warranty, so no more air conditioning concerns hanging over our heads.  I would definitely recommend them for repairs and replacements.

Mitch and Cary were on time, courteous and professional. We had them service our unit and fix a thermostat that we installed incorrectly. They were completely receptive to our new social distancing rules. Overall it was a great experience!

We had a brand new AC installed in May of 2020.  And it hasn't worked right since.  Today we came home to a 91 degree house because the unit failed AGAIN.  This is a brand new unit!  The first time it failed, we were assured it was due to simple adjustments, which their tech made after missing their time window TWICE!  It took two calls to find out when the tech was coming.  The unit worked for a few weeks and failed a second time.  This time the tech came out and diagnosed it as a faulty TXV.  The part had to be ordered. Two weeks later (after I called to find out the status of the part), another tech was scheduled in an 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM window.  He showed up at 4:30 PM.  We lost an ENTIRE DAY waiting for him to arrive.  He was here for about 2.5 hours and we were assured that the unit was repaired.  Except it isn't, and now we wait AGAIN after being reassured that they will send 'A highly qualified technician to diagnose and fix our problem once and for all.  So, we have paid $18,000 for a unit that has failed repeatedly over the course of a year.  My house is at 91 degrees and we have no resolution and no idea when a tech will be here because there was no time window given by the gentleman who answered the phone.  A NEW UNIT!!!  We are consulting an attorney to find out what our options are to recuperate what we can after this disaster.  If you are looking to replace your AC, save yourself the problems and go somewhere else!  Geottl has wasted our time, our money and we have little faith in their ability to fix our problem
