I had Johnny come over to fix my A/C unit after the thermostat reported a problem. When he came over, he discovered that there was no problem with the unit and just needed a filter change. He was very knowledgeable and gave good advice about caring for the A/C unit.
Since there was no problem with the A/C unit (and he was already nearby), he didn't charge me for the visit. I am definitely going to use him for all of my future climate control needs. It is always a pleasure working with honest craftsmen.

Reached out to this company about a week ago to get a quote on a furnace mounted humidifier. The sales person arrived on time and was friendly. Before he left he said I'd have a quote before COB. That never happened. I called the next day. The person on the phone said they would look into the matter straight away and I would receive a quote shortly. That never happened. I called for the last time the following day. Yet another person said they would elevate and I would without fail receive a quote. That never happened.
Everyone can decide for themselves if they want to do business with these folks. It's clear to me how they value their customer. I'm moving on. Jeez.

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well. We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team. We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had. They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit. Hello, there should be two reviews but it will only let me do one. David should have 10 Stars from me. A girlfriend of mine's AC went out this summer and she asked me for a recommendation. I had seen David's name on our Nextdoor site in our neighborhood. David was taking care of our neighbors and they were haopy. I called him up in the middle of summer and he was on a job site but he came right after. He got her AC up and running and followed up on with her to continue making improvements. Bet service and best prices no joke and a very nice guy.
Here's my second review, my heating wasn't working on a brand new Trane that I put up on a rental house and the installer was blaming it on a control board. The Trane was only a year-old and we've all heard the commercials Nothing Stops a Trane. I called David up on a holiday he came out and went through the whole unit.He spent 2 hours while his fiancee had a nice ham waiting for him at the house. Got my unit back up and running and we diagnosed the problem. I saved over $500. Thank you. Give him a call on your next ACR heating issue you will be happy

I use Yelp to find a lot of the businesses I use. I find that the reviews are very valuable and help me make good choices. Since I use Yelp to FIND companies, I do a lot of reviews myself. I want to pass along the information and help others. When you sit down and review a company, it is hard to picture that you are not only talking about the company, but the owner. Most of the time I would say, so what? If they lived up to the hype, I write a glowing review. If they fell flat, I rip them a new one. Plain and simple. Business is business.
But it is hard to understand that with little companies, you are not only ripping the company, but the owner. Most of the time, I really don't care. Why should I care if some fat cat owner got their fat wallet hurt by what I said? I don't even HAVE A JOB, so BOO HOO I hurt your feelings. But once in a while something happens that fall outside the bounds of the norm. When I reviewed Bumble Bee I was not expecting any answer. I was DEFINITELY not expecting a refund. Let me repeat, my first review said I WAS FINE WITH PAYING THE TRIP CHARGE, I WAS NOT EXPECTING A REFUND. So when Lisa offered me one I was skeptical. I thought, sure you want to give my money back to shut me up. Make me change my review.
So I agreed to meet Lisa. Get my money, run... end of story. But something happened I was not expecting. I saw in Lisa's eyes, her face, her body language. She was not just trying to shut me up, she was genuinely disappointed. I could tell this business is very very small, and it is her families whole life. There is pride in this business. They may not be big, but they take great pride in being good. They are the company that actually CARES. When I ripped her apart, it wasn't anger, it was hurt. I took a shot at the most valuable thing she owns and cares for like a family member. She wanted to meet me not to make me quiet, but to apologize and explain. The most amazing part... she still wanted to work with me! I think this shocked me more than anything else. I figured she would be glad to see me go and never come back. But instead she comes up with a future plan of attack and prepares me for the many steps to come.
I learned a lesson here. If you are a customer who likes working with mom & pop shops like I do... You need to be a little more aware of your actions. I didn't write a bad review of Walmart... I trashed Lisa and her husband. I did it before she had the chance to explain. I did it before she could fix it. This may be ok for Walmart, but it isn't ok for a company this small. I love the little guy. I love the underdog... so why was I so willing to trash them, well that was simply me not thinking about my actions before I hit send. So Lisa, publicly I do apologize. I am impressed with how you reached out to me. I impressed I got my money back. I was fall down on my face shocked you still wanted to work with me. I look forward to it. AMAZING COMPANY! We had them come out and do an energy audit for our house to figure out why our APS bills are SO CRAZY high. They spent almost two hours checking our house and our scorching hot attic and presented us with a detailed print out complete with pictures and commentary about the issues with our home. Needless to say, we decided to proceed with their recommendations and the crew of gentlemen that were here today were so great. Proffesional, respectful, kind (humored my 20 month old and repeatedly answered his hello's with a nice response) clean, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this company! I had an issue with my smart thermostat, he fixed it no problem, even took care of some preventative maintenance measures on my AC unit. My mom's air went out and the end of June and her house was at 99 degrees inside- we called an A/C company that we have always used and they were responsive and came out that night to look at it- the problem was they couldn't fix the A/C and they didn't know when they could get a new unit- nothing was offered like a portable A/C unit etc. Thankfully she was able to stay with us while this was resolved. I called several companies and was super impressed with Sure Temp- they said they would come out the same day, take a look and bring a portable unit to help cool my mom's house down. They came out same day I called with the unit- SUPER Impressed with how responsive, awesome and helpful they were. My mom did need a new unit and they were able to replace it 2 days later!!!!! Brian and his team made the choice very easy to go with them. Every aspect of them is top notch, quality of install, price. With summer on the horizon it was time to replace the builders grade Goodman units on my house that was built in 2004. Being this was large purchase I had gotten 2 other quotes and Airtime was MUCH less. In fact I got two Trane Variable speed units for less than one company wanted for two single stage units. There honestly wasn't/isn't any reason to get a quote from anyone else.

They figured out the problem very quickly with my nest (wiring issues) they were able to fix fast. My A/C runs great now too. So my wife and I built our new home a couple years ago, since then I have delayed in establishing an enduring service contract with any notable service companies. It's March, we know the summer is coming so I figured, why not knock out an A/C service before the heat really gets here. When the job was complete he took the time to review data logs, show us pictures of our system, and recommend additional products to prolong the life of our system.
