Best Flame Sensor Repair in Phoenix AZ
Reddi sent Kyle Sims on a Saturday for a flooding situation. He resolved it quickly and effectively. Kyle said he will be working 10 days straight as they are short on plumbers. He is a definite Reddi Hero and deserves the points. Plus overtime.

I gotta say im sad to report this place has gone severely down hill. Started with them a few years back always had great service. Referred them to my mom who lives a few miles away. Her unit was dead. The guy shows up says there is a leak and need to put red dye in the unit and come back a week later to find the leak. Comes back said there is no leak but he finds $4500 worth of things wrong including some BS uv light filter. Preying on the elderly in my opinion. Two weeks later the unit is dead again and they tell her she needs a new unit. It was only 3 years old. Come on. Management gets involved and they came and finally fixed it. At least we think. So with me, i subscribe to their sadie guard dog maintenance plan. They came out two weeks ago and clean everything and tell me the unit is GOOD TO GO. Well two weeks later it dies on Saturday night. My house is at 90 degrees with 4 kids at home ranging from two to thirteen. I call goettl for help and they tell me that Wednesday or Thursday is the soonest they can come. Are you frigging kidding me? Long story short i cancelled them. They can pound sand. I called semper fi heating and cooling and they were at my house 4 hours later. I think goettl has grown to big to fast. They need to quit advertising and take care of the customers they have. They suck. They should be embarrassed.
