I called Vince based on his ratings on Yelp, and I was not at all disappointed.  Not only is he a professional in the strongest sense of the word, he's also a great guy.  He called me before he arrived, was on time, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so well that it looked like he was never there and at the end, charged an exceptionally fair price.  Along the way, we had a great conversation and as he rolled off in his truck, I knew I had found the only plumber I'll ever need.  Vince rocks.

Honest, fast, friendly service.  What more can you ask for?  He diagnosed our problem and took care of it without complications.  He gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again and what changes to the pipes may need to be made in the future.  Thanks for the heads-up!   Hopefully no other problems arise with these older pipes, but we know who to call now.

Daniel has done a variety of plumbing projects in our home, such as, fixed storm drains, leaks, replaced broken water heater, bathroom faucets and under sink pipes and secured pipes under the house   to reduce noise.  We have been very pleased with his responsibility, professionalism, attention to detail, friendly disposition and reasonable prices. We noticed our shower was draining poorly which worsened to the point that this morning I was showering in standing water. I texted Matt Robbeloth of All-City Plumbing who I have worked with in the past and is my go-to guy for all plumbing needs. Matt fit me into his busy schedule the same-day and came out and snaked my shower. Sure enough he found the cause of the clog and my shower is working better than ever. It's reassuring to know that we can always depend on Matt to help us out.

Scheduled this service and two hours later had a plumber at my door unclogging my sink. Anthony was fast and professional. Took him no time at all to fix our sink. Super easy scheduling process. Digital invoices and receipts. I highly recommend this company. Will be using them in the future.

Most responsive, competent plumber we've ever had!  From initial phone call to completion of job, Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and proficient.  He was able to immediately diagnose the problem and correct it along with another minor issue that he was able rectify.

Rapid has been helping our Homeowners Association try to nail down the source of our irrigation leak.  The service has been fantastic.  The response time was quick and their rep was on the job within 24 hours.  He nailed down the general location and the plumbers came close (the leak is under concrete walkways and steps).  Rapid's Rep (Josh) came down again right away to double check and he pinpointed it better for the plumbers.  You don't want to have to cut out too much concrete! Pricing was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Rapid.

First of all, All In is very reasonable in their pricing.  I called several other companies and found them to be quite a bit more expensive.  I talked to Louis on the phone and was planning to make an appointment for later in the week, but he had someone available that day and by that afternoon, Cesar texted and came by to pump out my system.  Cesar was outstanding.  He was thorough and answered all my questions and explained a thing or two while he was doing the work with a smile.  It is probably good to know your system capacity, but I wasn't 100% sure what mine was.  Cesar was kind enough to text me after he had already left and let me know that we had pumped out about 950 gallons (so I would have an idea for the future in case it needed to be done again).  All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Gary was here within 10 minutes of me calling.  He came, looked at the problem, hurried to the plumbing store to get the right part and was back asap.  Extremely efficient, pleasant, honest and kind.  I had just had Mike Diamond come out and their estimate was $952 to fix the exact problem.  Eco charged me 220!!!!!  problem solved....VERY happy customer!!!!

This is the ONLY company I use for repairing my air conditioner/heating unit in my home. I had to find a receipt from 2008 to remember who fixed it then because they did excellent work then and they did excellent work yesterday. Their prices are VERY fair and their employees are very knowledgeable and nice. They don't try to rip you off at all. The last time I had my duct work replaced on top of the repair I needed. They were so reasonable I asked how much would they charge for the duct work, and that was reasonable too, so I had them do it. Yesterday I had them come out because I had a small water leak. The repair guy showed me what was wrong, cleared the line and showed me what was clogging the water line. Cleaned the unit inside and outside. I don't write reviews much but I know when it comes to A/C and heating problems, some companies will rip you off or they don't really know what they're doing. Stephens is the BEST by far. Thanks guys!!! Much appreciated. Oh, and my unit is an older Carrier. And my serviceman was Oscar. He was great!
