I have been a long time customer of Palisades Plumbing, and have known them to be trustworthy, honest, reasonable, and always there when I needed them...I recently needed a plumber for a serious leak, on a Sunday night.  I mistakenly assumed that Palisades Plumbing was unavalable, so I called another plumber.  They came and stopped the leak, and quoted me an outrageous sum (!!) to fix the issue...after a day, I called Palisades Plumbing, to see if they would have a look at the issue..They went out that day, and their estimate cam in at HALF (1/2!) the estimate from the original plumber.  Since I have worked with Palisades Plumbing for so long, and know they will do such great work, I dismissed the original plumber, and will have the Palisades Plumbers do the work...

They are always polite, reasonable and get the job done...i recommend them wholeheartedly!

total flakes. no showed on my tenant two days in a row.. they waited around for hours for them to show up and never did.  totally unacceptable. stay away from these guys

I am surprised that I never gave Ray a review, have been using him for years on both our condo and another rental condo. He is very professional, on time and fair prices.He can do drain clogs to replace a garbage disposal and every other plumbing need.,

Our garbage disposal was leaking and called SER plumbing. They got in contact with me ASAP and had the problem fixed within the day!

Responded promptly to request for service to check for clogged outdoor drain, and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Technician arrived on time and snaked the drain from the street with no issues. Looks like a major repair was not needed, thank goodness! But I did need a water regulator, and decided to have it installed--although that was an issue I knew I would have to address eventually, I decided to ask Shellback to install the regulator that same day, since the technician was available and had parts on hand. Although it was not a planned expense, I hope that decision saves me from repairs down the line. I would recommend this company overall, they have good and responsive communication with the customer and were knowledgeable about the work needed, and explained the issue clearly. I felt the company was honest and professional.

Last night, I thought I needed a new water heater because it was leaking and had no hot water.  This morning Andy determined that my water heater was OK but it had shut off from flooding.  He was able to find the leak, clean out our sewer line, and reset the water heater.  He explains everything before he does it.  The fee was reasonable and worth the high quality of professional service provided.  Since our past plumber retired, Andy is now our family plumber.

Our tenant had an emergency with the toilet and Luigi came to the rescue! I had called previous plumbing companies, but no one compared to Luigi's prices and speedy service. Once I called him, he came right away and fixed our problem in a timely manner. Our tenant thought it was a different problem, but with Luigi's knowledge and expertise, he was able to figure out the problem right away. I will use Luigi's service again for any plumbing issues and I highly recommend him! Thanks Luigi for your help :)

They arrived on time and were so kind! Immediately snaked our drains and we knew we could trust them!

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

I found Santos on yelp for a renovation project at the office. Santos is personable, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He came into the office at 6a on Fridays and sometimes weekends. I appreciate his help and his patience regarding this project. Thanks Santos!

Requested a quote on a clogged bathtub and they were out in an hour.  Honest plumber who did not try to rip us off.  Will definitely call them for all future plumbing needs.

Very professional service and dedicated to determining the cause of the leak. Love that they show up with a plumber who then can fix the leak immediately. They also recommended a great restoration company. I wish my insurance company would move as fast as Sherlock leak detection, the plumber and the restoration company. The whole process started November 23 and it's still not finished to this day on December 14. Highly recommend Sherlock leak detection services!

Came out first thing in the AM, on time, and  did what they said they were going to do. I'd hire them again.

Great service!  Changed our corroded hot and cold laundry valves without any difficulty.  Have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

This is only a review of whoever was driving this on the 405 South freeway on 2/8  & not the work of this company.
Very unsafe driving practice the driver bombarded his way while we were in very tight traffic, he almost hit my car. Instead of waiting until it was safe to enter the far right lane, he smiled and shrugged it off. Not okay to do especially when driving a company vehicle. Why push yourself in a tight space to the point where I had to swerve as I'm in the lane?

This company was amazing they responded to my add in 5min had a guy out in 30 min, he was friendly, professional, took care of the issue quickly, gave me options! I'll be using them in the future always!

We had a leak in our laundry room and we called Umberto and his team. Not only did they arrive early, they had the issue fixed and the water back on in less than 30 min! Great service, we will be calling them again in the future for any plumbing issues.
