We hired Mark to help us with a shower dam / ledge issue where the slope was positioned incorrectly so our floors would turn into puddles of water after showering. Right away I was impressed as Mark understood the issue and provided information on how to contact him. He built trust really quickly and provided me a quote and even offered to get all supplies before arriving. He was honest with what he knew and what we should leave to another contractor (the shower door). The work turned out fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the fair pricing, quick service, and honest work. Thank you!!

I'm a small business owner and needed sinks repaired. Igor was able to get someone out within 2 hrs. This 5 star review is based on the customer service I experienced. I was quoted a service price but after completion, the service tech approached me with a much higher amount. I called the owner (Igor) and he rectified immediately and explained the tech is supposed to inform client the amount before completing. I always appreciate honest customer service and I understand things can get lost in translation. I will be using Pacific again in the future!

We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

I was having issues with my gas line leaking and they came out sooner than later and got the job done.  The woman on the phone who scheduled was so courteous and nice. They had to make two different visits because of the amount of work, and it worked out well. Would definitely recommend.

Dustin came by for a scheduled AC TUNE UP, he specifically explained every component on the system and cleaned both furnace and ac unit. Gave me the recommendations for upgrades and the level of system efficiency. Looking for to doing business again in the near future!

Excellent plumbing family business. Our water heater went out Friday night . They were very responsive, provided outstanding communication and customer service. They came out Saturday and replaced the water heater and got us up and running. Everything went very smoothly and they explained the process and everything that had to be replaced.

The technician that came to my house was named Alphonso and he was terrific. He was thorough and efficient and I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family.

LSP came out to our house to diagnose a leak. They were able to come the same day we called, and their technician arrived on time and was courteous. They diagnosed the leak and even suggested a few repair options we could look into. We were really grateful to them for their professional and speedy service, and would use them again.

We moved to California from NYC a few years ago. The house we bought had minor root intrusion in one of the drains by the sidewalk. It was a very tricky job because the area that needed to be excavated is all custom concrete layered with flagstone. Our real estate agent recommended T.O. Plumbing. I explained that we couldn't rip up the concrete because we would never make it look right. We had to go through the flagstone, then cut new flagstone and replace the flagstone so no one would notice. T.O. Plumbing did the job perfectly. I can't even believe it myself. It was a 3 day job. The pipe had multiple off-shoots and evacuation points. They did a miraculous job. This was a monumental undertaking. I show people where we cut through and not one single person can see the cuts. Amazing work!

I spoke to a very young gentleman there last week.  He said he would be out on Monday morning to fix my swamp cooler.  I didn't get a call from him, so I called him early Monday.  He wasn't sure who I was and this wasn't good.  He said they had an emergency, and that he would call me later.  He didn't specify what time, so I asked him to specify a time.  I waited around from noon to 2:00 PM and no call.  I never got a call from them to follow up or schedule an appointment.  I went with another company who came out when they said they would.  I would never use this company.

Second review for these guys.  We needed some minor plumbing repairs.  Once again they were terrific.  Quick response, on time, professional and honest.  They charged me for 1/2 service call for a minor fix and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs.

I had what I thought were 2 broken instant water heaters in my office kitchen and bathroom. I called Liberty because they had good reviews and they were close. Ari immediately answered my call and we set up a time for him to come check them out. He arrived on time with Asher. They were extremely friendly and professional. They explained that the units that were originally installed were really just for simple hand washing which made sense. Because of the tight space of where they were located they said the only other option was a different type of unit but didn't recommend it because it might flood and there isn't a drain in the floor where both sinks are. I've never had a plumber that explained everything in such detail which was amazing. They were able to adjust a few things and everything worked after that. When the bill arrived it was also much lower than what I was anticipating and it saved my company money. Friendly, Professional, Affordable? Look no further than Liberty Plumbing & Heating! I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

Rueben was a guy who was willing to do business with you. Very accomodating.
The crew was very proficient. Showed up at promised hour, in a well coordinated way, dug in and started repiping the house. Completed the job in couple days as promised.
City inspection was smooth.
Most importantly, their charges were very competitive. I was leary about low cost bids. For a little bit extra I am very satisfied with the work.
They also made very effort to keep the house clean.

Horrible service!

We had a  plumbing problem. Jose from JB Plumbing had to come 4 times to repair. He could not fix it completely and we still have the same problem. He did not show up for a scheduled day after numerous complain. He quoted different price for the same repair job every time we called. His price quote is very inconsistent. We got very frustrated and called a different plumber. He fixed it with a fraction of the price we had to pay to JB plumbing. JB Plumbing is very unreliable and their service sucks!
