We had originally inquired with waterboy about a potential leak. They were honest and told us
on the phone what they thought it was, just from the verbal diagnosis. It happened to be just that. It is very rare to come across honest businesspeople. They really are out to help homeowners. Haven't met them but would recommend them.

I had a major clogging today.  Found QP Plumbing on Yelp.  Called and spoke with Oscar and told him my situation.  He showed up to my house within 20 minutes.  He diagnosed the issue and took care of it diligently.   He was also very professional and reasonable with his prices. I would recommend Oscar to anyone who has Plumbing issues.  Thank you for saving my day, Oscar!

I needed to replace a leaking kitchen faucet.  Over the phone, George diagnosed the problem, telling me to go buy a replacement faucet.  He would then have a worker come by within the hour to do the job.  I did and he did also.  Marco Polo arrived and finished the job within half an hour.

I was impressed by the forthrightness and honesty of George and the quality, efficiency, and quickness of the technician, Marco.

The next time that I need plumbing work done, I will unhesitatingly call Olson's.

I had a completely blocked bathroom drain and a broken kitchen drain.  The guys got it all fixed up in 1 morning and I even got a discount on the estimate since I had more ABS previously installed than anticipated.  Thanks guys!

I had some other plumber come over he said it would cost $1500 to fix my problem. I got a second opinion from this guy.  He fixed leak on the spot.  No charge.  I gave him $60 for honest advice and work.  I'm in Alhambra.

Howard was a great guy!  Came in on Sunday and arrived on time. Was super fast and efficient, in and out within 10-15 minutes.  And most importantly, no more flooding sink.  Would highly recommend.

Abi is a very nice bloke, the politest plumber I've ever met in a long lifetime of calling plumbers. Well-spoken, good to my girlfriend and children, masked; he solved the problems swiftly and efficiently. I will call him again if I have any problems whatsoever. Excellent fellow.

Things were done quickly. Albert was great, friendly, and gave good suggestions.  It was costly, and not prepared for other issues. Overall it was well done, so far no other problems.

I read the great reviews and decided to have Aquaman come out for a second opinion when we noticed our pool was losing too much water too fast.  The first leak detection company, I felt, was not very thorough in their evaluation.  Kenton came out and got in the pool and discovered a crack in the light fixture area, which the first company did not find!  Kenton used epoxy and patched up the crack and gone was the leak!  The leak was fixed and I wasn't even charged extra for it!  On top of that, a week later, Kenton emailed me to make sure that the pool was still holding water.  And it was! A+++ for service, customer satisfaction, price, and professionalism.

If you think your pool is losing water, Aquaman is the only company you need to call!

My hot water heater went out. They responded to my request for a free estimate in a timely manner. They did a thorough examination. Luckily my water heater was under warranty. They went beyond service and went to pick up the New water heater and installed it right away.

Very thankful for Jeremy's help! He answered the phone on the first call and walked us through what the issue was on our Water heater. Turns out we just needed to push a button to get our pilot to relight it. He talked us through it over the phone at no charge - Honestly knowing that he helped us solve the problem over the phone and didn't take advantage of us and charge us will make him our go to Plummer from now on. I got his name and number from my brother who was very satisfied with the services he had from Jeremy at his house. Thanks Jeremy!

I requested a second opinion from rescue rooter, and I wasnt disappointed with their estimated, which was alot more affordable than the first estimate given from another vendor. I didnt have to use them this time around but will be coming to them instead. Answered questions, arrived on time and professional. Thank you for your time.

Great service

Great start to the weekend- a pipe broke on the side of my house. I turned the water off and called my plumber.  They couldn't make for a few days so I started calling around.

I spoke with the guys are SoCal Plumbing & Rooter and they said they could have someone out later that same day so I went for it.  And man, I'm glad I did.  They arrived within the provided timeframe, quickly assessed the issue, and went to work to fix the break.  The price was fair and they got the job done. No nonsense, just nice dudes helping me out with a problem.  I know same day service isn't always possible but I really appreciated that they made it work.

I'll absolutely call SoCal Plumbing & Rooter again when I have another plumbing issue.

Matthew's responsiveness, service and overall professionalism is what all of us would wish for in a critical service such as plumbing. In one case I had an emergency and he was on the spot within an hour in an other, he arrived within the first five minutes of the two-hour arrival window he had given me. In both cases he quickly analyzed the problem, explained thoroughly what needed to be done, and got it done in no time. His rates are entirely reasonable. He is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

John did an exceptional job with our home inspection. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and walked us through all the issues with the house at the end of the inspection.  The inspection report was delivered to us the next day and it was very detailed and easy to follow.  We highly recommend him to any home buyer!

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to this company and Mr. Joseph Rand who's a quality control supervisor.  This is my second time to use this company within the last two years for my two different properties. I could get a same day appointment when I called. When they found out my pluming problem was not completely solved by routine skill, they sent Joseph to my property right away even though it was late Saturday afternoon 6pm.  By the time he finished his work it was 8pm already.  He did a such great job.  I was so impressive. I highly recommend this company to people who has plumbing problems. I trust this company.

Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I waited three and a half hours for an emergency and then got a call that the tech was too busy on another job. Told me if he did come out he wouldn't fix the problem just turn off the water. I don'tneed to pay $140 for that. I can do that. I need the problem fixed. I guess I should have figured out what I was in for because when I first called the receptionist told me that the plumbers don't like to make emergency calls. So beware of disgruntled lazy plumbers at Riordan plumbing!!!

Harris flooded my whole bathroom going into my bedroom, kicked thing's everywhere out of his way he then kept slamming my door. After once he had finished his work on my toilet he then took a  in MY BATHROOM and just left. When he had left i had to clean my whole bedroom and bathroom and i come to find out when cleaning my toilet there is  splatter everywhere.
