This time it was our kitchen sink last time our sewer line. Michael and Phil are both top notch, fair, and did a great job. With everything going on it was nice to rely on someone we trust. Phil came out with gloves, as usual, and wearing an n95 mask. These guys are top notch and care about making sure we stay safe and healthy.

Amazing plumbing work! Henry installed a new tankless water heater in my home and did an amazing job! Neat clean work! And done quickly!! Highly recommended !!

VJ's is great.  VJ and Kesh and their employees are wonderful. Pleasant, respectful.  I had a water heater that was leaking and they came out the same day to look at it and then came the next day to fix it/install a new one.  I totally trust them and will call them again.

This company has conceptual issues.

On the one hand they want to be more than a 'normal' HVAC company.  They want to be the Starbucks of HVACs, if you will.  They have offices everywhere, billboards --- they're even adding plumbing.  They want choosing NexGen to be no-brainer.  And yet --

-- their estimates simply aren't competitive.  Not even close.  Two recent articles about top to bottom HVAC replacements in California put the put the price ranges anywhere between -- say -- 6K to 10Kish.  

My estimate was at 14K.  I had to beg to get it down to 13K.  Yet I was also promised that WE CAN BEAT ANY ESTIMATE.  

Let that sink in for a moment.

Suppose I had a burger joint, okay?  I promised the best burgers in town.  My burgers cost $22.  But I promised that if you showed me another menu from another restaurant that served a decent $12 burger -- I'd not only match but beat their price.  Even if I did that for you --

-- what do you think my french fries are gonna cost?

Do you see what I mean?  What would an out of warranty repair cost from these guys?  According to their estimate about 32% more than the going rate.  

That's why I didn't bother to let NextGen beat my better estimate offered by more reasonable vendors.  I simply went with the vendor who did what NextGen should have done out of the gate:  beat his competitors up front.

And I'm now docking you a star.  Why?  Both for accusing me of being in collusion with the vendor I ultimately chose (with zero evidence) AND for that suspicious review that's below mine from an individual that only has written that one review.

By the by -- I see why you're paranoid about vendors colluding with Yelp reviewers.  Your Anaheim Yelp page has a Yelp WARNING because you were caught doing just that.  Nice job, bud!

From the moment they arrived, I was impressed. When a man slides on those super sexy red paper shoe covers over his work boots to keep my house clean, I'm a happy girl, what can I say? ;-) Really appreciated the way they kept the job clean while unclogging my kitchen sink. It's rare that I'm not required to do something to get my house back in order after a service call of some kind. Nice that I had nothing to clean up and they fixed my clog too! I feel the price was fair for the time and effort they spent. I had a bad experience years back with Dutton, they were extremely overpriced. Barcena is now my plumber of choice. Already referred them to a friend as well. Nice job Barcena!

John and his crew are awesome professionals!

We had him come in to do a repipe and installation of a water softener and he gave us a very good and fair price. They came in at 9am and was done at 2pm for the repipe and softener install. They were very respectful of our property, making sure they covered everything with plastic and left the place clean.

We are amazed at how good our water pressure is now inside the house! We hope to never have to need him again, but if we have plumbing needs, we will be sure to give him a call!

So happy I found Teo! He did a great job replacing the shower valve cartridge that I tried to replace myself. He came out the same day I called him, was very pleasant and had to work really hard as this cartridge did not want to budge. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he finished. I would highly recommend him and look forward to him helping me out with future projects. Thank you Teo.

Warren with My Plumbing Doctor is honest, transparent, reliable and is one of the best in town. In the past two months, I've called him 4 times to unclog a sink drain, a toilet, and install a washer/dryer. He is adept in solving the problem in a timely manner on all jobs. His pricing is fair. This is my second review in 4 months on this business. Last time it was a new gas line, this time it was a new main sewer line for my 81 year old home in Lakewood Village.

Bradley and Danny came out again and tried to root the main line but it kept getting stuck. They used a camera to look down it but kept running into pooled water. They then brought in a water jet machine as we thought it was leftover tree roots. Again, couldn't get through. Dug a trench underneath a sidewalk and discovered a collapsed line about 8 feet long. They came out the next morning and without digging up my whole back yard just dug out two more medium trenches, one at the house cleanout and one at the end of the pipe. Between 7:30 a.m and just after noon they had dug the trenches and then brought in a crew of four who rapidly installed one single run (about 50 feet!) of plastic pipe, replacing the old clay pipe which did not to be dug up! They put the back yard back together and I am totally happy with the workmanship, lifetime warranty, AND price. Bradley and A-1 did right by me once again.

The first job was for a completely clogged shower drain. he was able to come out the same day within an hour of going on Angieslist.com and he cleared the drain completely. He even went under the house and checked the pipe for corrosion or any other issues that could cause the pipe to clog again. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and for a reasonable rate too!

The second job was the removal and replacement of two long time leaking stems for the faucets in the shower. I thought it was an issue with one that the screw had broken off of, but after Michael investigated, he called me in to let me know both stems on the hot and cold handles were corroded from years of leaking. He said he could salvage the hot water stem, but I elected to just replace it instead to make sure I don't have to worry about corrosion for a long while. He replaced both quickly and efficiently. He also replaced all of the clear plastic handles with beautiful chrome handle that actually look like they were the original handles in the shower, simply beautiful.

Michael is simply an honest and hard working plumber who does not price gouge, or come up with needless work to do for you. He is incredibly responsive, customer focused, and professional. I will call Michael at AAA Preferred Plumbing Inc. again and again for all my plumbing needs.

Polansky Plumbing is the real deal !! Cody is an honest man and an excellent plumber. He will come when he says he will and he will not try to upsell you on things you don't need. If you need the best plumber available, send him a text and he will take excellent care of you. His pricing is very reasonable and his work is very competent!

--TL;DR - I experienced fantastic customer service, they arrived within the set appointment window, they freely* gave information and advice on how to fix it myself if I wanted, were super knowledgeable and very friendly. The fix was quick, competent, and effective. For parts, equitable labor wages, education, a 1-yr warranty on the repair, and customer care, this was definitely worth what we paid.--
I'd also recommend calling instead of emailing for quicker intake.

*I say freely as in offered without prompting. Technically, if I had decided to do it, it would have been a flat $65 for the on-site consult (which would have been totally worth it for the detailed, in-depth advice he gave on how to fix it ourselves and how to avoid future instances of damage) but that was waived since we decided to have them fix it right then and there, which was fantastic.

We had Maserati (sorry if I messed up the spelling!) and he was really understanding. He was thoroughly answered my questions and helped me understand a variety of options for the repair we needed. He also gave us all the info we would need to fix it ourselves, as well as some fantastic tips and expertise that are super helpful to know in general when it comes to plumbing and fixing/investigating things for ourselves. I feel like the education was absolutely part of the value and I'm very happy with what I paid for what we needed.

For reference, our toilet tank connection is plastic (apparently they all are) and I was attempting to attach a metal bidet adapter. Undoing the connection from the plastic water supply connector--combined with a slightly crooked toilet tank connection and my own repeated overenthusiastic attempts to screw on the metal bidet adapter--caused the flimsy plastic toilet tank connection to become crossthreaded so badly that I couldn't even reattach the original plastic water supply connector. Maserati laid out options/recommendations for fixing it ourselves as well as what a fix from him would look like. We ended up paying around $260 and it was done in about an hour, and he even took the time to re-hook up the bidet. And I was pleased to notice on the invoice that there was a 1-year warranty included with the repair.

We had them out again. Something went down the drain and eventually it cause a huge problem in the main line. Daniel had the plumbers come within an hour or two. They quickly got the water moving out and the blockage cleared. Again, they cleaned up put everything back nice and neat.
