Amazing company. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, respectful, and above all, honest company. I have hired this company few times since last year. I first found them on Yelp after an horrible experience with the plumber my American Home shield insurance send me. For over a year the guy would not or could not detect the problem which was effecting my unit plus the unit underneath me. My neighbor and myself were frustrated and upset.  After $400-$500 service fee for each time he came over and found nothing wrong and being disrespectful to me, I got upset. Cancelled my insurance and went on Yelp for help. I  found Tip Top Plumbing company and one other with high customer reviews. I hired them both. I scheduled them both on the same day few hours apart. The technician from Tip Top company came promptly, friendly, and tell you the truth a little concerning  since he was so young . The second company came  almost 30 minutes later . They both could find the problem and gave me their estimate. Where as one company was going to schedule this job for 1/2 day to one day of works and repairs and a bill well over $2000, the young calm, technician from Tip Top Plumbing , repaired the problem same day completely, and showed me how simple the situation was when you have the right  honest professionals involved. The best part !! His bill was less than $500.00!!!
Last night I noticed the garbage disposal is not working! I have done this before through out the past 15 years. I knew. They tell me it has to be changed and since it's the day before thanksgiving, I was ready to pay $$ to get the situation rectified.
I called my top choice, Tio Top company. Less than 2 hours later Mike showed  up. I was not present. He could have charged me with any price and I wouldn't know and ready to pay.
He called me and said: it only needed to be reset! I showed them how to do it next time. Nothing was done! Happy thanksgiving!!!
Who does that! These days ! With expensive Gas and all that!
Companies like this have to flourish and prosper more. It's about decency and integrity and principles.

Called Andy for a clogged kitchen drain.
He came promptly and fixed my problem.
Gave me some advice for future repairs and things to look out for.

Called Adee plumbing to repair a wall furnace.  On New Years' Day holiday, they had an outstanding technician, Jim, there within an hour.  Jim quickly diagnosed the problem, a bad valve, and he had a spare valve in the truck.  He was able to replace the valve and find another issue with the t-stat wire and get the furnace working.  

In summary, we were very happy with the job and with the experience and competency of their technician in troubleshooting and completing the repair successfully.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

The water heater blew over night on a Friday and flooded the place.  After calling another (more advertised & recognized) plumber, a friend recommended Jose at Water Heater Pros.  The previous plumber wanted to charge me extra on top of their estimate to help turn off the water for the 2 day interim before it could be fixed preventing further damage.  When I called Jose, he wanted FIRST to lead me through (over the phone) how to shut things off to stop the water from flowing.  He also assisted us in emptying the water heater that was continuing to leak.  This was BEFORE we even began to discuss an estimate, timing or anything else.  
KUDOS FOR CARING SERVICE!
He sent guys to the house on Sunday at no charge to make sure.
On Monday, two friendly plumbers, Ryan and Adrian, did a quick, professional & phenomenal job charging less than half of the other guys.

I saw the name of this company on Yelp and thought Yeah right. But the reviews were positive and from real accounts so I gave them a shot.

Trevor arrived exactly on time to the minute. He fixed my problem, and another smaller problem I didnt realize I had. Charged me 1 hour labor fee and that was it, since he didnt need replacement parts. Five stars.

Fantastic plumbing company.  I have used them for several bathroom sink cloggs, sink replacement, and water heater install.  They back up their work if there are any issues that materialize after the work is done.  I have shopped around for other plumbing companies, but this company takes my business.

Hard Hat was professional, friendly, and went the extra mile for my complicated water heater replacement. Inexplicably, the wall had been built (after the old water heater was installed) with a little door to allow for temperature adjustment, etc., but not enough room to remove the old and put in the new!

Michael arrived within one day of my call, explained the problem, then summoned Francisco (Hard Hat's licensed plumbing contractor) to help explore my options. These guys worked well past dinner time, carefully considering a variety of options, finally narrowing it down to the two least expensive: 1) get someone to build a larger door 2) install a tankless water heater, routing the condensation and vent lines through the crawl space to the other side of the house. (The shortest route to the outside would have been through a very thick supporting wall, which would not be safe to cut into.) Quite expensive either way!

The following work day, Raffi, the owner, searched the internet and found a tankless model that could be installed without separate condensation or vent lines routed to the other side of the house. This made the cost comparable to hiring someone to cut through the door, and leave my tenant with a nice tankless water heater. In the meanwhile, however, I had found a carpenter, and decided to build a new door, using it as a an spring board to spruce up my tenant''s very dated kitchen.

The Hard Hat guys even drove to Santa Clarita to pick up the only location with the tank model I wanted! (It was not in stock anywhere closer.) After the water heater installation, which was efficient and flawless, a secondary problem arose with the kitchen faucet, which was now clogged with debris dislodged by the force of the air in the pipes as the new, beautiful and larger water heater started up. Michael arrived promptly to solve that.

Throughout, the team has been nothing short of professional, efficient and helpful. I even got some great advice from Francisco on another matter unrelated to plumbing!

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I have known Arman for many years, back then he was a Home Inspector at an Inspection Company I was using for my Clients. Even then he was very professional and detail oriented. After he opened his own plumbing company, I used him several times and every time he proved that he kept his standards high. On time, professional, clean and reasonably priced.

Great, friendly service.  We had a water heater burst on a Saturday morning, very early.  George showed up within two hours, took a look and immediately contacted a water restoration company after surveying the damage.  The two companies (AA Twin and 360 Water) worked together over the four days of drying / repair scheduling around each other.  Very helpful, organized and again, great service.  Highly recommend these guys!

Tony and Sam were absolutely phenomenal! Not only do they offer a very high quality of service, but their customer care is at the top of its game. We called Tony after the grate behind our showroom stopped draining. For days we had stagnant water pooling behind us, and within an hour, we received not only a very low quote on the service, but Sam came out to take care of us. He was very informative and helpful, and we are now outfitted with a drain that properly works. All in all, I would highly recommend them for your next job!

Five star team!!! Jorge originally was called to inspect the water pressure of the shower. Upon assessing the pipes, he noticed that they were a ticking time bomb as they were the original pipes from the 60's of when the house was built. So we went with a complete re-pipe of the house and upgraded to copper. They also changed out the drainage pipes too. I had called around and many other plumbers quoted a higher price and a longer window of completion. Jorge and team were done within 2 days of the project and with a fair price.

They did such a great job, I called them back for another project. They installed a 1.5 wall furnace unit and they were done in one day. Again, I was impressed by their professionalism, cleanliness, and the overall results.

I would highly recommend Jorge, Raul, and team.

Our master shower drain was running slow. Turned out to be here that was clogging up the drain. No drain protector fitted so we are buying one from Amazon. They were here for less than 15 minutes and cleared the blockage in just a few minutes.

They told me never to use a product call Drano, sold by both Home Depot and Lowe's. It doesn't clear the drain despite what it says on the canister, and it is bad for the drain pipes themselves.
