Called to have them come out and hook up my new gas grill.  Called the office on Thursday, November 18th and was told the soonest someone could come out was the day after Thanksgiving.  They said they would send someone Friday the 19th to see what was needed and give me a quote.   I said that would be fine and if they had a cancellation please put me down.  I was told that would do that.  They sent someone out Friday and he took pictures and said it looked like a 3-4 hour job.  I received a call on Friday, November 25th around 2:15pm (the day I was suppose to have the work done).  The plumber said he was on his way to hook the grill up and asked if the pipe was already run and it just needed hook up?  I told him no, they sent someone out last week and he took pictures and knew exactly what was needed.  The plumber said that no one told him and he needed to make a call.  He called me back 10 minutes later and said the part weren't ordered and he would not be coming.  I explained to him that I had this scheduled for over a week and I was having people over for the Ohio State vs Michigan game and we were grilling out.  He said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do.  I was very  upset and called the office, they were closed the day after Thanksgiving, I told them I was very upset and I needed someone to call me first thing Monday.  It's 3:20pm on Monday, November 28th and not so much as a phone call from them.  So much for customer service.  I will not use this company again.  I have been a customer for 8 years.

These guys are great to work with.... I live out of town and have a rental property that has needed a few plumbing related service calls.  They have come out the same day both times and fixed with was needed and billed a fair price.  They are honest and super responsive.  I would highly recommend them.

After a cold winter night we had some pipes burst in the home as well as a shower valve break. I woke up to water flooding my home's add on room and water basically raining from the basement ceiling. We gave these guys a call and they had sent someone with just a couple of hours (which is great considering how many other people might have experienced the same things and reached out to them that day). Mike and Shawn showed up and quickly identified the issue and was able to fix the problems very quickly. They had me taken care of quickly and the best part was the low price. Would def work with these guys again.

Mike and penny are awesome!  Not only are the some of sweetest people around... they actually do good work!  We had 2 Plumbers over before we found someone thorough enough to get the job done. They cleaned our main drain line and replaced our rusted cast iron stack (that was leaking) to a nice new modern pvc stack. I really like that mike checks his work when he's done to make sure nothing leaks. It's super helpful so no one has to come back out. He gets it done right the first time and with good pricing. Would definitely recommend

Fast, efficient repair done inside of 15 minutes ... located in old village Pickerington just south of Lockville and Columbus St .. the repair was done on a house on N East St quickly replacing J bend tube under bathroom sink ... we had struggled to fix it ourselves because one metal end was corroded and neither end had threads going into J ...total cost including J part was $89.50.  They showed up on day expected and earlier than expected with notification... excellent communications.

Recommend Jim Virgin, owner of J&S Plumbing.  Had a leaking shower valve, drip drip, drip.  Jim came in assessed the situation and promptly went into repair mode.  He ended up ripping out some of the pex line to remove the valve and retighten the fitting that was leaking.  He then replaced it with copper. No more dripping!. The price he charged for 2 hrs service,and parts was more than fair. Went out of his way to reassemble the shower hardware and test the system to look for additional leaks,. Thankfully none were found

We just moved in to a new house and called The Local Plumber. Trevor, he is a wonderful guy. Helped us with out plumbing issue, and was helpful in finding some other sevices too. He truly is local. He is a neighbor and a plumber. You can't do better. I highly recommend.

I've been using Wheeland plumbing for years now. They are the best!  They always show up on time. The rates they charge are very fair and the work is always great. Most of the times Dallas works for me. He's very professional and gets the job done. Great company!

West Jeff was recommended to us by friends.  As a family owned company, they were very honest and straightforward to work with and their quote was 30% lower than the big name outfit we used to work with.  Nice brand name Lennox equipment, well installed, no pressure or sales gimmicks.

The installation was handled promptly and professionally by factory trained installers.

Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the tech, Chris George, that came to do some plumbing at our house. There ended up being a problem and he came back and made it right. Great guy!

We have used Jack Woods plumbing for 20 plus years--they used to be our gold standard for plumbing. With that being said, we have seen a drastic decline in their communication over the past year. They do not return phone calls. We called on a Tuesday and were told someone would be able to service a hot water heater that Friday. After checking in on Wednesday, we were informed that they would not be able to come until the following week at the earliest.

Oh well. Atlas Butler it is!

My husband is a DIYer but couldn't figure out where he went wrong fixing a problem with my shower (no hot water). When he called A. Friend Plumbing and described the issue, David had a hunch about what it was and came out same-day to verify. Yep, he was right! He gave us clear instructions on how to replace a specific part, showed us online what it looked like, and told us which stores carried it. He charged us nothing for the consultation (what?!?!) and my husband fixed it in a short amount of time. Thanks to David, we saved a pile of money and my husband was able to finish the job he started. Thank you, David!

Muetzel had a much better solution for a leaking main water value and a leaking PVC furnace pipe than I.
And it's nice that they are right around the corner.

My husband and I have used them multiple times with good results.  Last Sunday our disposal went out.  I called them Monday and was told they probably couldn't come that day.  I told them that was fine since I was off on Wednesday.  The owner gave me the range of cost for installing with the disposal.  I told m what we wanted and he said they'd be there between 8-8:30.  The serviceman arrived around 8:35 brought a roll of paper towels in case he dropped water and made a mess, was courteous and did the job.  I would highly recommend.

Our water heater sprung a huge leak and we needed to have it replaced.  It was, of course, just a few weeks out of warranty.  We called a lot of places to gather info, but Plain City was the only company that offered to come out and assess the situation....to see if there was any way they could save us money by doing a repair rather than a replacement.  The owner came out himself.  It ended up still needing a replacement, and Plain City had the best communication with us.  We ended up going with them even though they didn't have the lowest price, because they were trustworthy.  Again, the owner came out and did all the work himself.  He arrived when he said he would and took the time he said he would take.  The work was completed on time, and he left the area clean.  A really nice company that I would not hesitate to use again.

We had a severely clogged toilet with a suspected toy being the problem. Service techs were very polite and worked quickly to discover the issue. Turns out we needed a new toilet. Back within a few days to install one we purchased ourselves to save some $$. When I thought maybe I still had an issue a few days  after the work was completed, they came right back out and explained what the issue was (wasn't related to the original work done) and didn't charge me for the follow up and maintained their friendly, professional attitude throughout the process. I will definitely call them back for any future issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

My hot water heater was replaced in timely fashion.  The cost was reasonable.  I have used this company several times and have been happy with their employees.  They did a good job of cleanup afterwards.

We scheduled American Leak Detection to find a small leak in our in ground pool. Scott and Tory arrived promptly and were very professional! They found our leak, fixed it and measured to ensure the leak was fixed.
