Our boiler was having a problem with the igniter and was failing to work on New Year's day.  We placed a non-emergency call (outside temp was in the 40s - we could wait until the 2nd.  We got a call back on the 2nd and they had a window and sent out Joe.  They couln't have sent a nicer guy... really pleasant and polite.  He figured out the problems we were having quickly, took the time to explain and demonstrate, got the parts ordered and was back in 2 days and completed the repairs.  He ran into a few snags (old rusting pieces in our system) and had to run out to get unexpected replacement parts, but finished the job so we'd have heat that night.  I can't say enough good things about them, and will call them for any and all plumbing issues.

I needed a gas log set installed in my house and was having problems getting a hold of qualified plumbers that could do the job.  I left messages and sent emails to all of the major fireplace/chimney companies in Columbus but no one was returning my calls.  I finally called Columbus Gas Pro and left a message.  Phil immediately called me back and we set up a time for him to come look at the project.  He gave me a quote on the spot and we set up a time for installation.  I would 100% use him again in the future for any gas needs.

We have to have our main line jetted about every 2 years or so because of tree roots.  Previously had a company out of Columbus that did it but they no longer come to Lancaster. So was referred to Josh's Ground Effects by someone I trust and we were not disappointed. I don't have any complaints and they will be our go-to for any future plumbing needs.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three.  It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart!

Total scam. We paid for their yearly service for AC/Heating. When the heat went out today, not only did they not show, the company we called to come out claimed our Furnace hadn't been properly cleaned in many years. Something that we'd paid them to do in both 2017 and 2018 as a part of their semi-annual visits to our home to maintain our AC and Furnace.

Calling to complain or cancel was, of course, a huge mistake, customer service immediately punted us as customers and is charging us cancelation fees on top of charging us for the remainder of the year (without any further responsibilities on Atlas Butler to service or repair anything per their customer service rep).

So, if you care about your money, value quality work, or prefer to get the services you pay for... I'd say Atlas Butler is NOT for you.
