I went down to my basement this morning and water was coming out of the ceiling. I called 25th hour and they had someone out in about 40 minutes. The first place I called offered an appointment tomorrow afternoon. I would have floated away by then. The guy who came out was able to find the issue fairly quickly. He explained it to me thoroughly in case it happens again. He was also very polite and personable.

As it relates to Brian Stafford plumbing, we have had excellent experiences with their services. Specifically Tyler, who is both proficient and professional! We have had Tyler take care of our plumbing issues on a number of occasions and know we are in competent hands when he comes to the door. So...great work Tyler! I would hope that your company recognizes your worth! Give that man a raise!!!
Thanks,
Steve & Donita Murray.

When we first moved into our house we had a cooling issue. When we called our home warranty company they sent out Reliant Mechanical. After that first visit we knew we would stick with them. Our technician was not only professional and good at what he does, he was very personable. The company has always provided great customer service and I recommend them to anyone looking.

These guys, you can get a hold of in an emergency, even if you live outside of Circleville! Sure, that's gonna cost you extra, but have you EVER had your heat go out early Sunday morning on a three day holiday, or between Christmas and New Years? Or the air go out on the fourth of July? Yea, that's when these things fail, and NEVER on YOUR day off!
They service everything, and have helped me keep alive a pair of ancient, contractor-grade-came-with-the-house-crap-heat-pump(s) (!) until one of them finally gave up the ghost, and had to be replaced. (We have two heat pumps here... You know The Old Woman who lived in the Shoe? Well.... I'm her Old Man, so we NEED two heat pumps!) They were right in the middle when I got estimates... and what good is hiring the cheapest guy when you can't get a hold of him other than during Bankers Hours anyway, and I am sure as Hell NOT going to be making the other guy's boat payments!
So they get my vote, because they didn't try to pressure me to just scrap these old pumps, good thing, because that was OUT of the Financial Reality... Reference again the Old Woman who Lived in a Shoe!

My mom's out of town for a bit, and I checked on her house and found one of the three zones cold (it's a 50 year old hot water boiler system).
When I called, Mike Behr took over the call and walked me through what I could do to override the bad zone valve until they could arrive. I appreciated their sense of urgency for a hot water system since of the burst pipe potential.
The tech was great -- communicative and on-time, he diagnosed the issue, got the part -- installed quickly, tested...and I can attest it's worked now for two months. Great job!

Won't use again! I had a crew of two- one sat in the car smoking and playing on his phone while the other struggled with the gutters. When they left my yard was strewn with gutter guards that we paid extra to have removed as well as cigarette butts. And one gutter guard was just hanging off the gutter. I call and was informed they were a new crew. Guessing they had not been trained. I sent the owner pictures he apologized and said they would be back to correct... they never came back.

Accurate provided fast and friendly service. I was on a tight timeline as I had requested them to come out before work, but had a meeting I needed to get to and needed to leave by 9. He was able to take care of the emergency - new flushing mechanism in one toilet - plus the nice to have of snaking out a different toilet, and was still finished earlier than needed. I'll definitely be a return customer, should the need arise.

I called AB Plumbing when our hot water kept going out, and we needed to figure out what was going on with our water heater. I spoke wirh the service guy, who said it would be snywhere from $25-$75 to come out for the service call depending on what was wrong. The service guy came out the next day and unplugged it and hit reset, and said, OK that's $75. I understand the fee for a service, but not much was accomplished. He said he couldn't figure out what was wrong unless he took it apart and just started replacing the things he thought COULD be wrong. Well, why else would I call a plumber if they weren't expected to FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG and try fixing it. Told me how the water heater is probably on its last leg and to call them to get a new (Rheem) water heater and to avoid Home Depot. Needless to say, we had hot water when he left.
A week later, we were out of hot water again and resetting didn't help so I asked around and got a few better referrals. Called another and more well respected company where within moments of telling the worker the brand, year and model of the heater he had a very good idea of the problem. He showed up with the suspected part needed and sure enough, it just needed a new flame igniter which should have been easily realized for an experienced and respected plumber.
Beware of AB Plumbing!!!!

We hired a plumber to come fix our sink. They came out to check it and needed to get confirmation on the quote. They then typed in the wrong address and rather than call us, they just deleted the order. Upon getting a new appointment they showed up to fix a small drip and get our hot water working. The guy took an absurd amount of time and went back and forth to his truck multiple times, but that is expected. What wasn't expected was that each time he went to the truck, he walked so awkwardly slow he could've been walking backwards and then sat in the car taking breaks. When it came time for the bill he charged 150 in parts and over 950 in labor for 3 hours of work. This was a rip off and borderline theft. Choose anyone other than these people.

Mike, the owner of Terra Plumbing, provides collection agencies with false information in order to obtain additional profit. I used my home warranty to have a garbage disposal fixed in 11/2015. My home warrantly contacted Terra Pumbing to have it fixed. Per the contract, I pay Terra Plumbing a $75 deductible upon arrival and the home warranty is billed the rest. When Terra Plumbing arrived, I paid $75 by credit card. About 15 months later, 2/2017, I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owed Terra Plumbing $50. I called Terra Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Mike. Mike said the home warranty never paid him what he thought they owed him. I asked Mike how I have anything to do with the home warranty not paying him 15 months ago, because he has a contract with them, not me. His response, Well somebody gotta pay. Excuse me? So because you feel the home warranty didn't pay you what you wanted, you send me to collections in hope that SOMEBODY will pay you? Very illegal and dishonest. That can hurt someone's credit report. I paid what I was supposed to by the contract and Mike didn't dispute that I didn't. So I ask Mike why he thinks he can send me to collections for an amount that someone else owes him. Mike had no response. I contact the home warranty, who said Mike tried to add money to the invoice, after the home warranty already paid him. So, the home warranty told Mike they wouldn't pay him the extra money and then black listed him for being dishonest and adding charges to work orders outside of the contract (they said on multiple occasions). I contacted Mike again and he told me everything would be resolved within the week and he called the collection agency to tell them to not bother me (right, like I can believe you). I immediately called the collection agency and they said Mike never called them. I explained the situation to the collection agency, who has also now black listed Mike and his company from further business due to the amount of complaints they receive on him. The collection agency said that Mike has done this multiple times in the past. So, Mike uses collection agencies by giving false information in order to increase his profits and collect extra cash, in hopes that people will just pay to make it go away even if they don't owe, because Somebody gotta pay. So wrong, so dishonest, and what a terrible person to be running a business.
